All the great reviews are spot-on. We recently relocated to Los Angeles and had a lingering list of things that needed fixed, changed, and hung in our new place. Danny took care of it and did a great job! We're very happy with his work. Plus, he's just a pretty cool guy.

Do not recommend Advance Electrical Service. I had them come out to replace under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen with new fixtures + dimmer switch. About 2 weeks later, one of my fixtures stopped working entirely, so I asked Advance Electrical to come back and diagnose the issue and fix it if it was installed incorrectly. These were brand new fixtures so I didn't think it was likely they were broken / defective and it was more likely a worksmanship issue. They said if it turned out to be their fault they would fix it free of charge but that if it turned out to be a defective fixture they would charge us $170 for the visit. We felt it was reasonable for them to check that their installation worked and tell us what was wrong before moving forward with additional charges.

Since they had lost our trust at this point (and we didn't want to have to pay them again for work that we thought may have been done poorly in the first place), we called in another electrician to diagnose and fix it. Turns out it WAS Advance Electrical Service's fault, as one of the wires wasn't secured well and had become loose in the daisy chain, causing the last fixture in the daisy chain not to work. The fact that their work had an issue is not my complaint, things happen and the wires were pretty difficult to maneuver and secure. However, their attitude was to automatically assume it had nothing to do with them. Call me unreasonable, but when I pay several hundred dollars to have something installed and it stops working shortly thereafter, I want them to tell me why and to fix it. Really disappointed that they did not stand by their work and didn't seek to resolve the issue with us before threatening additional and unwarranted charges to troubleshoot. Go with someone else.

So, I have some built in cabinets in my office that I wanted to get painted a nice black color. Initially it was more of an oak polished color and it was giving classroom vibes, first thing I did was I went onto Yelp to request some quotes and I did one of the worst possible things which was not hiring the proper person. I hired someone else to do the job and they really gave terrible service. I should've went with uchkun to begin with because they left my cabinets worse than before and strung me along for an entire month. After that whole ordeal I ended up messaging Uchkun to see if he could redo it properly. Uchkun responded promptly and quickly giving me a date on which he could start the job, he gave me a competitive rate and the best possible service ever, I really love the way the cabinets turned out he did such a great job and on top of it he had to remove the paint which was used by the other contractor since it was not correct for this type of work. He came into my office space and covered everything very very professionally and began to use a power sander to clean everything up and remove all the polish. After this he went on to clean and prep for painting. Uchkun applied the proper amount of primer and used the correct paint type and color to deliver amazing results. 10/10 I would recommend him to all of my friends and family and I most definitely will hire him again.

We had Mr. Electric of Inglewood installed some LED lights in our living room. The electricians did an excellent job, and were very prompt. We are very well please with the quality of work preform by Mr. Electric of Inglewood that brighten up living room.

* SHORT sum-up: Alex was courteous, knowledgeable, and CLEANED as he worked down the list. Worth mentioning he was late both times although had a reason for each, (hence not 5 stars)... but def worth hiring UHS for your handyman needs!

Lee is a pro's pro. My front landscape lights were not operating, and he got them all up and running. No project is easy, but he makes it look easy because he is an expert, has great communication, and does quality work. Would not consider a lighting project without calling Lee first.

Angel is great! Super professional but and very friendly. A go to guy for electrical jobs for sure!

Really happy with the job Ian and his son, Tyler, did for our unit. Even before they came on site, Ian was in close communication through text/calls about a potential ceiling fan installation and ceiling light replacement. He did a great job explaining potential pitfalls based on photos I had sent him to make sure there were no surprises if anything came up during installation. I appreciated that knowledge base and upfront-ness.

The day came and the installation went off without a hitch! They showed up when they said they would and did a great job.  Tyler tagged in to finish up as Ian went to take care of family and everything went just as smoothly. Tyler's work was very thorough and he was very patient and detailed in answering any questions I had about what he was doing. Which, by the way, is a trait he and his father share.

I would highly recommend Ian and his team!

5 star service from Oran's Electric. I've used this company multiple times. Today I had a Tesla wall charger installed and the service was prompt, professional, informative and courteous. If you want high quality, professional service i highly recommend Oran's Electric.

Luis was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. He's quick to response. He has great rates and is very fair. We needed a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed for our Tesla - the builder of our house already had the wire installed we just needed the outlet. We called so many different places and they all tried to overcharge us, but Luis was very honest and charged us very reasonably. He got the job done quickly as well and once he was finished he helped us understand the work that was done and the safety best practices with the installation. 10/10 would recommend, we are very satisfied. Thank you Luis!

Yelped and messaged Raul yesterday and was able to get an appointment the next day. Had an issue with one of the outlet in the garage that was the alarm system was connected to end up being wired with other outlets in the house. He was able to diagnosis it in a quickness and replaced it with a new outlet in 20 mins! My kind of service especially during these covid moment. Thank you!

Stop reading Yelp. Just book them.

Total first time homeowner wusses here -- I know nothing. The guys at Home Depot roll their eyes when I go in there asking questions about wrenches and weed killer and lightbulb designations like white light vs. daylight light. The world comes to an end for us when the toilet doesn't flush.

A childhood of dorm life and apartment living does not breed a HGTV-ready skill set.

These guys were fair, reasonable, reliable, on-time, did the jobs.

My go to handyman! Teo can do it all! He's reliable, well priced and always does a thorough job. I can trust him to do things right and he always makes himself available. Teo is an extremely hard worker who cares a lot about the work he does. He's patient, kind and reasonable. I recommend him to everyone. You won't be disappointed!

Sam is amazing!
Ceiling fan/living room not getting any power--had two other people say a bunch of fluff of what they would have to do, how long it would take etc...
Contacted Sam at like 10 PM yesterday he said he would call in the morning-he did, arrived at 11 (agreed upon time, on the dot) and was all said and done by 1130! plus he walked through my backyard and gave some feedback with some other issues we will have to address in the future ..and guess who we will call when we need to do that? BEAR ELECTRIC! thank you soooooooo much Sam! you're our go to electrician now!

I bought a Tesla Home Charger for my Tesla Model Y. He did a wonderful job installing it. He is very knowledgeable and prices are best in town from everything I quoted from. He finished the job very quick and the installation is very clean. Thank you again !! I will recommend him for other Tesla Owners and uses premium electrical wires

They were the first to respond to my inquiry and they squeezed me in within a few days after contact. The level of work was amazing and the pricing was VERY reasonable.
