Kavandi-san is the best person for us to call to fix any problems of Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing of our house. He also fixed the Refrigerator and Gas stove for us.  He is very busy person but, he makes his time to come visit us in a timely manner. So, when we have a problem of those, we call him. He fixes our problem!

Our toilet overflowed on a Sunday morning and Jeremy answered our call immediately. He was here within 30 minutes and tackled the job like a pro. His price was fair and his experience had the job done quickly, and we all made it to our respective Sunday football parties. My husband and I love supporting small business and we are so happy to have a new, reliable, fair plumber. Thank you Rob-N-Hood plumbing for getting us flowing again.

My backflow tester failed one of my devices. He said I needed to replace the backflow device. This would have been very costly and he did nothing to troubleshoot it. I called another place and they were a no-show. I contacted Van @ Titan a few times and he took the time to explain some things to me. I asked him to stop by and he did so promptly. He found a piece of plastic of some sort in my backflow and removed it while cleaning up the backflow. Then it passed and he got the forms online himself and sent them in for me. Great service and I highly recommend him over the guys that just test for cheap and end up costing you more because they don't do anything to troubleshoot the backflow.

I've been using Nova plumbing for my house and office and I have been very satisfied. Very affordable and reliable. I highly recommend them.

Alan came by today because my water heater has been knocking and rumbling and I needed to get it serviced.  He identified himself at the door and handed me his card.  He began the process of trying to drain it but very little water came out, explaining how it worked each step of the way.

He stated that it might be time to replace it soon but did not pressure me to purchase from him.  I did ask him his cost for replace and install, then stated I wanted to check around as well.  When it came time to pay him, he refused to take payment but instead stated that if I decide to replace the water heater, he would appreciate my business.  I appreciate this company's honesty and neighborliness.

The business name says it all!  I have had a leaking exterior spigot and was dreading dealing with a sloppy or expensive plumber.  I did my research on yelp last night, called Mark first thing this morning and sent him a pic.  Luckily I had the forethought to take a pic on my way out the door. He got back with me right away and said he could come out this afternoon.   Mark and his team are very professional and get the job done!   Highly recommended.

Despite the pandemic lockdown, Adrian was incredibly patient in listening to all my plumbing issues -- like 10 years' worth of plumbing headaches. Although they were mostly minor issues, Adrian treated the problems like they were his own and advised how I could save money wherever possible.

Problem with our toilet. Call yesterday for an appointment then Nick showed up on time. He also wore shoe covers when walking into our house. He explained the problem clearly and how much for the job. Just the right price for the job. It was done less than an hour. He kept everything clean and even cleaning his tools after. We are very happy with his work. Got the job done professionally!

This is an amazing company.  I had them install two very complicated Toto toilets.  They showed up on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were there.  I could not recommend anyone more.  I will definitely use them again if I have a plumbing issue.  Thank you Hybrid Plumbing!!!

I was having a problem with drainage, water backing up in both my kitchen and laundry room. I had two different plumbers out before to clear the drains, each charged me what apparently is the going rate, which is absurdly high for a service which took them little time, little effort, and no warranty on their service. I called TPROOTER, which I found on Yelp, having had a more than satisfying experience previously in looking for an electrician (see review for information) who surpassed not only my expectations but my hopes. Success again! When I called TPROOTER the phone was answered quickly by the owner/operator Eddie, I explained my situation, and made an appointment with him for the next day. He was very considerate in calling to let me know when he was finishing with the job he was working on, approximately when he would be done there, and when he would be arriving at my home. He was right on time, got on the job very quickly, determined that there was another drain that needed clearing, which he did for no additional charge (others had charged extra), cleaned up afterward, and warrantied his work! I decided to go with the hydrojetting instead of augering ( plumbing snake), which costs just a little more, but was definitely worth it as it cleaned out more stuff than I had expected. I definitely recommend Eddie and TPROOTER for cleaning out clogged drains and will definitely have him back to hydrojet some other drains as a preventative measure instead of waiting until they back up! Hope this is helpful for anyone who needs their drains cleared! Robert

My water heater went out and I called Thomas and he was there the same day. Reasonably price, clean and very professional. He even followed up after the fact which was much appreciated. Gracias Thomas!

Unfortunately my experience with The Rooter Company wasn't ideal.  I want to note from the outset, however, that to Mark's credit he offered to make up for things by charging for only one unclogged shower yet perform service on two.  His willingness to own the mistake and to make that gracious offer led me to give 3 stars.  

What happened?  Here's the chronology of events:

- 9/1 I requested a quote for unclogging a shower drain on Yelp
- I rec'd an immediate std response saying that they'd like to serve me and I should call to make an appt
- A little frustrating b/c I just wanted a quote, which is the way Yelp is set up
- I sent another Yelp msg again asking for a quote, which I received
- I replied that the quote was reasonable and that I'd like to schedule an appointment
- Mark said he could take care of it on 9/5.  But he didn't give any time window.
- I had to call him at noon on 9/5 to get a time window of 1-3 for that day. He said Lucas was already in my area and would come over after his current job.
- 4:00 rolled around and no Lucas, no call, no text, no Yelp msg.  
- So I sent Mark a text asking when Lucas would get here.
- Mark replied that an emergency had come up and asked me if tomorrow would be better
- I replied that obviously tomorrow wasn't better for me
- Mark then called me to apologize and he offered to unclogged both of our showers for the price of one.
- I told Mark that I appreciated his apology and his offer to charge for only one shower.  But I told him that I'd decided to go with a different company (one that I felt confident in there showing up to do the job as planned).

Based on all of Mark's glowing reviews I have no reason to doubt that he and his guys do great work.  But as is often the case, communication with clients could be better.

I wish Mark and his company continued success and his customers improved communications as a result of this feedback.

Have used these guys three times now.  Reliable, Fair and Conscientious; what more could you ask for?
