These guys are fantastic. Adrian was the one who came to the house with one of his helpers at the exact time that they said they would arrive. I had a flooding issue and he made the arrangements for a flooding and Restoration company to come out and take care of it. He returned today to do the actual repair of piping that needed to be replaced. He did a great job and was concerned that I would be without water water restoration company was working. Very much a company that works well for their customers and at a fair price too. I highly refer them to anybody who needs a plumber.
We had an emergency at work and he was there 30 minutes from when we called in!!! Professional and nice guys. Fixed the problem quickly and with little disturbance to the office. Highly recommend them.

These guys did an awesome job replacing a lot of our old piping in our home we recently bought. We had a major leak in one of the bathrooms that results in piping hanging directly over our garage. They quickly identified the needs to fix the issue, came in with their crew, replaced the pipes, and cleaned up throughly afterwards. My mom's sump pump stopped working. I looked on Yelp for her. I found On Time Rooter who said they serviced sump pumps. Mom called this morning. Cesar came this afternoon. He fixed the sump pump. He tested the driveway drain and the drain behind the garage. He cleaned and vacuumed the sump pump. My mom is very happy with the thorough work. She asked me to send an excellent review.

Hello, I have two kitchen sinks with garbage disposals and both were clogged. I tried the plunger and to no avail. Contacted them the next day and got a late afternoon appointment. Two guys came into the house and saw the clogged sinks. They asked for the clean outs and got to work right away. They knew not to go back into the house again after they got down and dirty, so I helped out just a little (just turning on the faucets). They finished the job in less than an hour and cleaned my patio thoroughly. I don't usually see contractors do that after finishing. Very satisfied.

This is the 2nd time I've called On Time. Tomas came and fixed my leaking tub faucet in no time. He was very polite and professional. I received another great service from them again.
Contracted Adrian's team to install our tankless water heater. Adrian's team was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and very good at communicating. I was able to get updates from Adrian promptly. I am very glad that I chose them for the job and would definitely recommend them!
Caesar was here under 30 minutes and repaired the problem within 15 minutes. He arrived prepared with all the necessary parts after he asked us to send us pictures and a description of the problem that had disabled running water throughout our whole house. Sorry but these guys were too afraid diagnosis a hot water system that had a solar radiator added 2 yrs ago. The problem was no hot water but only warm water. They recommend a new hot water heater estimate 1500.00 but they take photo of the system & said he will back to confirm the estimate. I never received any reply 5 days & they didn't confirm the actual problem, so I called another plumber who repair the system & it wasn't the hot water heater.

First time home owner here in full-on panic. I had what seemed to be issues with my water heater so I called Adrian and he agreed to take a look that same day. Prior to his arrival, I was tinkering with the water heater and, as luck would have it, figured out the problem. I called Adrian to spare him the trip but he was close enough that he offered to take a look anyhow. He was very professional and courteous about the whole thing. Based on this experience, I will definitely use his services in the future!
I called On Time Rooter on a cold rainy night with a broken water heater and Adrian sent someone out to my house within 2 hours to check it out. In the dark damp cold Cesar assessed the damage, gave me an estimate and came back bright and early the next morning (on New Year's Eve no less) with a full work crew to replace my water heater, which was improperly installed. He replaced it with a larger capacity one and properly sealed it so it doesn't get waterlogged again, all for a fair price. Will definitely be calling them again for my plumbing needs!
Pros:
1. Came on time
2. Got the job done so I can go on with my life. A kitchen sink clog really snails everything.
3. Reasonable charge - the line got cleaned also but the clog was on the side line and the technician resolved it with a plunger.
4. Did not try to sell expensive fixes.
Improvements on the following will get 5 stars:
1. Maybe too busy, I have to be more active in asking if they are coming on time. And asked for the receipt.
2. A little casual attitude - should have a little more professionalism and dedication and respect for customers. But since this is a mere kitchen sink job, trivial.
3. I have longer than 1 week warranty from other plumbers for drain cleaner. But this one just gives me a week. I promised not to throw lemon into the garbage disposal again. I had lemon to clean it but I left big lemon parts inside.
This review will remind me if I should call them again.
I was looking for a plumber to fix a drain issue and On Time Rooter came to the rescue! Adrian was very responsive and answered all my questions. He was patient and polite, which shows you how much he cares for his business. Not only that, his guys were able to come the same day. The guys were professional and came in masks and gloves, which is more than appreciated these days. Moreover, the price was fair.

Agreed on date and time of visit but they never confirmed the appointment or showed up.
I hired them a while back with an issue with my kitchen sink drain, they ended up needing to redo all of the plumbing as it was originally done incorrectly. I haven't had the issue with the kitchen sink since. About to try and hire them again.
These guys are great! Our kitchen sink was backed up over the holiday weekend and they provided an estimate quickly and sent someone out the same day we requested their service.
We recently purchased a new townhome and had requested service from our home warranty company. The plumber they sent was either lazy or inept. He snaked the line 15-20 feet, then declared that it was the HOA's problem. We reached out to our HOA to get more info about the plumbing, access points for snaking, where our piece ends and the common space begins, etc. With the new info, we requested the home warranty company re-send their plumber, but they refused because their plumber said that it couldn't be cleared from the unit and it was something in the shared line.
When Cesar answered the phone he confirmed that they had a longer snake and if it was the sink plumbing, but that snake wasn't long enough, they had another that would just take some additional time to get out here. When he arrived, he not only cleared the sink clog using the snake he brought with him, but also checked the additional pipe/access point and explained what it was for (it was the main sewer line and since it was clear, it implied that the issue likely was just in the kitchen plumbing).
Will definitely be keeping their business card for any future plumbing issues.

We highly recommend ON TIME ROOTER AND PLUMBING. We had just come back from vacation this summer and within a few days our kitchen sink was pugged. It was a holiday weekend, so we first called our normal plumber who did basic repairs like unclogging sinks and drains. While looking for a wash out to unplug sink, our old plumber discovered a lake of water under our house. It appeared to be a sewer leak but our old plumber would not quote the repair until all the liquid was removed. We called ON TIME ROOTER and Cesar immediately called us back and told us he was very busy that day but he promised to see us that day. Cesar came to our house on Friday nite of a holiday weekend at 11pm that night. He assessed job the best he could in the dark using a flashlight under our house. Wow... we very impressed by Cesar keeping his word to come by that night. The following day Adrian came by and better assessed the problem and gave us 2 options for repair. Adrian was very sensitive to our immediate needs and price, since we had just came back from vacation and had another expensive home repair just happen. Adrian came back 2xs to complete the job and we were very satisfied the job was done correctly. We will use ON TIME ROOTER again and will recommend them to others. They are honest hard working professionals.

Adrian and Cesar were very quick to respond and they were able to come out and get started right away within an hour of reaching out. My restroom pipes had been backed up and flooded completely, unfortunately the solution wasn't simple and they had to try multiple methods of clearing the drain. They were very patient and professional even after spending hours of their time on this issue. Eventually Adrian and Cesar were were able to remove the clog in the sewer and provided solutions for how it can be avoided in the future. They are very detailed in their explanation, efficient with their work, and fair in their price. I had a great experience with them, I would recommend and trust them again for future work.

Broken Water heater on a cold cold night, new years day.
waited for morning and sent out a bunch of messages via yelp with several companies responding quickly.
first company wanted an arm and a leg, 2nd company just wanted a finger or two....others responded that they couldnt get the part or couldnt come out for a day or two...and it was just for a thermocouple replacement.
Adrian responded and said he was in the area and can come by in 30mins as he was finishing his current appointment.
he and partner arrived on time and was courteous, answered my questions and even let me watch over their shoulder as they worked.
after finishing, he explained the screws were stripped by prior repair and that it would be fine, but i was concerned. assured me that it will be fine and wasnt a fire hazard. i got a call from about an hour later that he would come back and address/seal the opening as it was a concern to me.
he did show up later in the evening and apply hi-temp seal.
all in all, i am very happy with my experience.
would recommend and have him back for future repairs.

i have nothing but positive things to say about adrian and his team and the work that they do.
our water heater went bad 2 weeks ago (or so).
i noticed that the floor in my bedroom and hallway made a squishing noise -- which is far from normal -- normal flooring shouldn't squish. that was Friday morning, and after having a bit of a moment of freaking out and finally finding the source of our leak and freaking out some more, these guys were one of the first companies we called for an estimate. adrian came that Friday, late afternoon, maybe 2 hours after we called. we met with another plumbing company, but decided to go with On Time Rooter because their estimates were similar in pricing and in identifying what the problem was and how to fix said problem.
there was a lot of work to do because they had to reroute the water lines to put our water heater on the side of the house - and when your water heater is inside the house and that water heater goes bad, the flooding was no joke.
anyhow, long story short, fantastic work and great customer service. we will be using you guys again for future plumbing issues.

We got a tankless water heater from On Time Rooter & Plumbing Guys, Inc. They were on time, quick, professional, and friendly. They did a great job installing the tankless water heater and answered all the questions we had about it. We have hard water so they also put a filter on that would help with that. Five star service. We had a backflow valve start leaking after hours. Adrian was onsite within 15 minutes and did a superb job. Highly recommended.
I used this company because of the great Yelp reviews. I did not think they lived up to their reviews much less their name. I had an 11:00 appointment to have a kitchen faucet replaced for $169.00 ( I purchased my own faucet) they did not arrive until 12:20, what is so ON Time about this? They could have at least called to tell me they would be late, instead I called them to find out what happened. Same B.S. story so many flaky companies give you. I requested Adrian come out and do the work ( he had been out previous to diagnosis the problem), I was told that would not be a problem. Yet, instead Pablo shows up looking like he had just crawled through a sewer pipe. Honestly hesitated allowing him in, he was very very dirty! Pablo was a nice guy and did do the job, but be aware of how this company rolls.
Adrian was going to reset the garbage disposal when he returned, well he did not return and Pablo could not do the job. Instead he offered to replace the garbage disposal for $350.00, I will most definitely look for another company to do that job. These folk will not get another dime from me! Adrian, I would normally pay after the service is provided. Because you were late in arriving I was not able to be present when Pablo finished the job I was at a scheduled appointment. I responsibly paid my bill on line the following day. You see I am not flaky like this company !
I was worried I might get scammed, but not only he gave me a good quote, but explained how to deal with overflowing kitchen issues.

Our house had been having plumbing issues for months- our laundry room flooded with every load, the sink drained slowly, our dishwasher didn't seem to be draining well, and to top it off, in the month before we called On Time the sink garbage disposal stopped working! I had enough and called On Time Rooter And Plumbing. Jesse answered the phone, and I couldn't get an estimate over the phone like I had originally asked for on Yelp (apparently the person handling their Yelp conversations doesn't communicate with the company base?) so that was slightly disappointing. Jesse was very nice though, explained about the price of a plumbing inspection, and we set up an appointment for a day later for someone to come assess the issues.
The window for my appointment was 10-1 but Adrian showed up half an hour earlier! I usually have to wait even past the window for techs so that was quite a surprise. As soon as I let him in and explained the issues, he went right to work. He was very courteous about putting covers over his shoes every time he entered the house, until I let him know it was okay to leave them off- poor guy kept having to go inside and outside constantly. He fixed the garbage disposal very quickly, and let me know where the water leakage (that I hadn't even noticed!) was likely coming from, and recommended we install a new faucet. He didn't push it on me to purchase and have one installed the same day, just mentioned that they did installations and it was entirely my choice when and who to do it.
Adrian ended up staying longer to figure out the problem with our pipes, and snaked in two different places before he could get everything cleared up. He even climbed to the roof briefly when he found he couldn't snake the pipes from our bathtub and needed to do it elsewhere. He really did all he could to make sure the problem was fixed. At the end he only quoted me for the two pipe clearings and gave me a little discount as a new customer. Really nice guy who got the work done, thanks!

Super quick response, came within a couple of hours. Figured out that what looked like a leak was just paint bubbling out from the heat. No charge no worries.
I never done this before, but these guys do need a high rating. Having a Contractor show up and doing the work on the time he stated, is rare. I know, I was a contractor for 30 years. I had a major problem with the main sewer line. Got a new line, minimum time down, very professional and quick. Thank you Alex and your entire crew!

Not sure how these guys have 5 stars.
The 1st time i called them for service for my work toilet, they answered and came when they said they would. This the only reason they didn't get 1 star.
The next 5 times i called(always during business hour) for the work urinal, 3 of the calls weren't picked up, left a voice mail with my number and situation. I never got a call back.
The 2 times they did pick up, and said they would come the next business day. They never showed up. Never even got a call for reschedule.
I choose this business because of their 5 star reviews. Won't be suckered into those again.

Was pretty pleased with 2 separate issues at a commercial rental building. The technicians that came out were able to quickly diagnose the problems and make the repairs. Had asked to first get an estimate which was promptly sent by email and then was able to communicate via text to arrange for the appointment for the repairs. Their pricing was pretty reasonable for the work that was done. We wanted to make sure that our tenants were satisfied as well so, it was comforting that they knew what to look for - using sight, sound, odors to find the problem. I've used many plumbers over the years and have seen disappointment in some when it feels like they're giving you the run-around, but with On Time Rooters, I would feel confident in calling Adrian & Cesar to handle the next job that arises. Messaged them late last night when our toilet and shower flooded with water. We set an appointment for early this morning and Adrian arrived promptly. They started working on snaking the clog but discovered that there was a bigger issue. They left and came back with a bigger snake and it resolved the issue but it would only be a temporary fix. We could have ended the work and called it a day but we didn't feel comfortable having this issue haunt us in the future. Instead of trying to upsell us on many repairs, they took the time to show us the issue with their camera and recommended the best solution to resolve our main pipe clog.
After the fix, they even took extra time to show us with the pipe camera that the clog is now gone! Unfortunately, we saw a few cracks in the pipe that may need future repairs but they don't recommend it right now since it's fine. Honest guys. Hopefully the crack won't get bigger but as the least they provided us a heads up in case something comes up in the future with how the tree roots may grow around the pipes.

Unfortunately after a good review I'm not happy. After installing a tankless water there was a big bang noise specially after turning the bathroom faucet. I called made an appointment and was told I might have to pay a $45 fee for them coming out. I asked about what happened to their work being warranted and that i did not have this problem before, that this happened right after the installation of the tank. The person on the other phone could not take owner ship of what i was told by their people. Red flag!!! I never got the call back to make that appointment. I had to call again and finally made an appointment which they never showed up to. Red flag!!! I called again they told me they will try to make it again no one showed today I received a message saying they are thinking of going to my house on Thursday unless something opens up on Wednesday. THINKING!!!! Seriously what a disappointment i even recommended them to friends and family because of how fast they did the work. I won't recommend this company, once they have the big money they are OUT!! And good luck having them fix anything after.

Great service! Called for an emergency plumbing problem and they came 15 minutes later! . Very nice and helpful! Definitely keeping them as our plumber service!
They were not on time.
Washing machine pipe was clogged and backup the kitchen sink.
Setup a Sunday appointment and they did not show up. Text them after an hour late for the appointment if they were coming or not and they said they were tied up on a job. Understandable as things happen, but they should have call or text me that they will be late. 5 hours later, Cesar showed up to try and unclog the pipe through the clean out of the washing machine. No such luck. Cesar did not have the right snake to make a 90 degree turn on my pipe. Cesar said they have to go through the roof and it is a 2 men job and it would have be the next day, Monday. The cost to go through the roof was $240. The initial quoted was $149 through the washing machine clean out. Mario came on Monday and try to unclog from the same washing machine clean out and was successful. Mario did not have to go through the roof and instead of paying $240 and also $200 to scope the pipe, it cost $200 to unclog the pipe. Mario will be my plumber from now on and he was ontime. It's not a good Sunday when sewage is coming up from your shower drain and toilet. An initial call to one plumber was a no go on a Sunday. But after leaving a message with Adrian, he called back within 5 minutes and arrived within 2 hours. He and Cesar fixed the problem and suggested a more permanent solution at a very reasonable price! Work was completed on time as promised. Adrian initially thought more work might be needed. He made a point of ensuring that I would be available when he snaked the camera down. We both viewed the pictures together and Adrian concluded that additional work was not needed! Totally professional, polite and honest! Highly recommended!

These guys are always on time, as the name says, they really go above and beyond. I've used them twice now and each time the plumbing guy who showed up, Jesus, was incredibly kind, and hardworking. Going far beyond what was asked of him.
It's hard to find a great plumber, but if you're looking, this is them.
Adrian came to the rescue to help check a water leak at night. It was my first time contacting him based on the reviews and I sure glad I did. He responded and arrived in the speed of light. Peter was so responsive with my phone call. This is exactly what we need when we have problem with water leaking. Cesar came on time as promised, so I can rely on the name of their business On Time.... He came at least 3 times; to repair, to check the work, and to put back the cement and cleaning. All his visits were as he said. I would recommend On Time Rooter to those who have plumbing and water leaking issue. We need people that can we trust.
After receiving outrageous quotes from other major plumbing companies who wanted to do the job in an easier fashion, On Time Rooter and Plumbing Guys gave me a reasonable quote. Not only that, the first time I got their estimate, the staff was listening to my needs for my custom job. I had started a copper pipes replacement for our house, unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, I couldn't finish the job. These guys came in, took over what was left, and finished the job! They were always communicating with me. Were tentative to my needs and situation, and were great to work with. The precision on the copper pipes was immaculate. They removed the old pipes, fixed all issues, and came back to check and make sure everything was taken care of. I will be referring them to anyone I know who needs them in the future and I will be using them if I need for any other issues as well. This company was truly professional and worked extremely hard and efficient. I am very happy with my results. Please support these guys, they are different, in a positive and great way!

Our pilot went out and we thought we'd just get an ignitor since ours was missing but that didn't do the trick.
Got tired of taking ice baths and was terrified of getting taken advantage of but after reading reviews, I felt confident that these guys were the real deal.
Adrian text me back saying he could come give a free estimate same day, arrived in 20 minutes and gave me a decent price on replacing the copper coil. Took maybe thirty minutes and then we were in business!!

My story:
I needed to hire a plumber for my Takagi tankless water heater that was suddenly not producing hot water. I was working out of state so I couldn't troubleshoot the issue myself so I had to hire a plumber.
My home warranty (Fidelity) originally set out Go Water Heaters, the guy with that company came to my house and gave me some bullshit story about how I needed my entire water heater replaced. He suggested I lie to the Home Warranty company about it leaking water, blahblah. A couple days later they called back and said I needed the burner cleaned and reset, all this other random stuff, and it was going to cost $500. Home Warranty wouldn't cover it of course, so I decided to shop around.
I did a lot of price shopping, called a ton of plumbers, I'm pretty indecisive and untrusting, but as soon as I spoke with Caesar I knew this is who I was making the appointment with.
So Adrian shows up for the appointment, it turns out my water heater just needed to be reset. It literally takes 10 seconds to do this, and then everything was working fine. I had Adrian do an general cleaning as well that was very inexpensive. He wasn't pushy about the cleaning, he said it didn't look that bad. I figured I may as well do it anyway since it helps with the warranty and improves the longevity of the water heater.
The whole service was way less than half of the $500 the scammy company originally quoted me. The visit was super quick and efficient, Adrian is a total sweet heart.

Pablo was on time in fact even a little early. He installed the toilet and added new wax ring and bolts. Surprising the existing toilet wasn't even bolted down. He cleaned up afterwards. He did a great job! We will definitely call On Time Rooter for future plumbing issues.
I asked for a quote from these guys. Adrian responded timely. He paid a free visit to check the situation and was being honest on the cons and pros of my proposed construction. He also gave me advice on how to maintain water heater. Although I have not engaged them for any work yet, but think it's worth to leave my experience so far here. Will update later.

It's rare for me to write several reviews about one company but, I just had to write once again about this great company. Alberto, and his partner Adrian, have continued to impress me with their excellent work, and professionalism. These guys know plumbing. Our home is 100 years old, with plumbing that is antiquated. This week they replace an entire section of our plumbing, excavating under our home, and connecting a secondary line to the main line WITHOUT having to dig up our new slate patio! Alberto's team was incredibly knowledgeable, even finding a break in a shower line we didn't even know we had. The guys were here promptly at 9, and never stopped (short short break for lunch) until the sun went down. Two days work which would have taken another crew one week. I could not thank these guys enough for getting us thru a difficult time as the plumbing went out just as I had moved my aging parents in! Alberto, has my utmost respect, and I do feel so grateful to have his support. They also do an amazing job of cleaning up after they finish their job. Just a great team overall. I'm a couple of months late on writing this review. I don't write reviews often (mainly out of laziness) but I felt like I really needed to leave a review for this business.
I was having issues with a water heater in the townhouse I'm renting, the landlord left it on my roommates and I to find someone to fix it and they'd subtract the cost from our rent. I requested a quote and got one almost instantly! The owner Adriane came down to check the heater out a few days later, turns out we needed a new water heater.
Even though we ended up going an alternate route and having a family friend replace the water heater. I want to thank Adrian for being on top of everything, from his quick responses, follow up messages, and his professionalism. I can see why his business gets really great reviews and I definitely will recommend and use his services in the future, thank you Adrian!
Our water heater began to leak so I turned to Yelp to find a plumber. On-time Rooter and plumbing services was the first company I contacted and the first to respond. Adrian came and gave us a no-cost quote and explained what they would do. We are very happy we selected them to do the work. They were very reasonable in cost and very efficient installing the new water heater. Since they were already here, I had them repair a leaky faucet in the bathroom tub. We will use them exclusively for all future Plumbing work. I highly recommend them.
They also cleaned up after themselves.
Adrian and his team are great. They're very responsive, always come out right away, and they work so quickly to resolve all my plumbing issues. Very grateful for them! They've come about 5 times to help us out with plumbing issues and each time, they're GREAT!

I've now used On Time Rooter and Plumbing twice and can't say how helpful and professional they are. They really are prompt, quickly addressed my problem and didn't take advantage in any way. As a female, I feel like so many would charge me extra and take advantage. But I didn't get that feeling and appreciate them being so available and quick to respond to calls.
On time is a good plumber. I called them with an urgent plumbing problem on Christmas Eve and they really helped me when everyone else was closed. Adrian is very fair and prompt. He communicates well and gets the job done right.

One price to install toilets, as opposed to another plumber who was going to charge almost double to install an old one and even more to install a new one. Thank you Adrian and Cesar.
I recently gave On Time Rooter and Plumbing a low rating based on what I perceived was poor communication. I had been working with On Time manager Adrian Acosta to commit to a date to back fill a large hole left by a septic tank discovered while his crew replaced a water supply line to my rental unit. Finding the septic tank also revealed a poorly repaired sewer line done by prior plumbers I was using. It took a while for them to come back after the water supply line was done, but they finally were able to finish filling the septic tank hole and do corrective work on the sewer line. I realize now that they are a busy company and sometimes their schedule doesn't permit them to come out at a moments notice. I felt that Adrian had my best interests at heart and did not try to provide anything other than the services I needed. I also want to recognize one worker on their crew by the name of Edison. I've never seen anyone work as hard as he did. They are the best plumbing company I have found to date and I would recommend them to anyone. As far as I'm concerned they are now my only go-to plumbers.
I am disappointed with this company. The first time, they were quick, had the best quote snaked my drain but I was a new customer then. As a returning customer, at the second encounter we had an appt at 8am and no word from them. At 830am, I finally text and Adrian said they will be at my house within the hour. Adrian's response was they had an ermergency but he didnt have the respect to let us know as everyone at the house had to leave at 10am that morning. I also have kids, the house is crazy & we could have organized our time better if we had known. A plumber arrived at 930am from an 8am appt time. He couldnt fix the bathroom nor gave a quote. Adrian text that he will hydro jet my pipes but I had that done 3 years ago. Its been two weeks since and still no quote & no response. They are millenials and are a young company. I prefer to do business with responsible professionals with more than 10 or 20 years of experience. They have proven they are not On-time Rooters. That is unfortunate. And there was no emails in Spam or primary folder and no text response. The job quote was for replacing corroded pipes in the basement.

Excellent experience with On time rooter. They responded very quickly to our message for a request to come out to an on-site estimate. They were able to report the following morning and quickly assessed our issue and provided us with an estimate. We agreed for them to come in later in the day to complete the work. They ran a brand new water line to our refrigerator and fixed a dripping shower head. The price was fair and the repair was done within the day. Will call on them again if needed.
Communication leading up to our schedule was smooth.
Technician Adrian showed up early and did an excellent job. Adrian was open to questions and was professional.
I hired On Time Rooter to descale my tankless water heater system. They were on-time and courteous, wore shoe covers (that they brought themselves) and while waiting for the descaling also cleaned out some of my sink drains instead of just waiting around.
It was a simple job but they delivered very well and I will consider them again for future plumbing work.
These guys are awesome! I called them on a Saturday morning and they showed up exactly when I asked, were friendly, professional, intelligent, and worked for a couple of days in order to take care of my plumbing disaster. They definitely made the process less painful than it could have been. Alex was great and texted and called me with updates throughout the time the work was being performed. I even left them in my home unattended and gave them a key as I felt I could trust them completely. I have a kitchen sink overflowing issue, and called this morning to book appointment for available time in between 2pm - 5pm.
I live Alhambra, which is right above Monterey Park they located.
The guy name Roy called at 4:45 pm and tell me my location is too far to do the service. I told him I live in Alhambra, which is 10 minutes away from Monterey Park, and he start to give me other excuses.
I wasted whole day for unreliable local business.
Update: Roy says they stop service in Apartment complex. I told an associate I located in 2nd floor of condo. I don't understand why they have information discrepancy. If you're in Apartment of multi floor condo, look for other businesses.
My kitchen sink clogged, I called On Time Rooter in the morning, they make an appointment same day 12-3pm, Caser came and did a really good job, he even put a bucket to hold the dirty grease and keep the whole area clean. I am very satisfied with On Time's service. will use them again.
It's New Year's Eve and we don't have hot water, so I contacted 5 Yelp plumbers for a quote. Alejandro was the first to respond. He sent Alex to my house within 30 minutes to take a look at the problem. Although Alex indicated my 7-year-old water heater is almost at its end, he did not pressure me to replace right away. He made a fix to get my water heater working for the moment and gave me a quote for a replacement.
While he was there I asked Alex to look at a few quick fixes in my bathroom and Alex had to send his partner Adrian for parts. When they did not have the right parts to fix what I needed, they had to run to a Home Depot, since it was a holiday and their supplier was not open. After installing the part, Alex was not happy with the quality of the Home Depot part, so he would not take payment for the day's work until he could get a replacement part installed. This is after spending 2 1/2 hours at my house on New Year's Eve! I'm so impressed with the promptness, professionalism and politeness Alex has shown. It's hard to find reliable help these days, so I appreciate these young guys' great attitude and I will definitely go to them again for my plumbing needs.

I broke the hose connector so the water was leaking everywhere. I had to shut off the main water valve and it was already in the evening so I knew I had to wait till the morning to get someone out here to fix it, I yelped the situation and these guys responded right away and were in my house within the hour. Fix it at a very reasonable price and same day. If I can give them 10 stars I would.

I emailed them via Yelp regarding leakage around my toilet, and within two hours, someone came to appraise the issue (toilet needed to be replaced), and later that same day they returned to replace the busted toilet. It was all done within a day, within a few hours total, and I was satisfied with the cost, as I was satisfied with the whole experience.

I gave these guys a call after a different repair company contracted by Home Depot didn't show up for my warranty. Great service, they pick up and give you a quote immediately. They came in about 45 minutes, and Adrian was really helpful on the phone. They fixed my water heater out in the blazing heat with no complaints, and followed through on the quote.
I had a clogged pipe and my house didn't have a clean out system. They came by to take a look and was able to snake the pipes and clear out all the junk in the pipe. They provided me with a quote and an honest assessment of where to install a clean out system.
Responded within 10 minutes, showed up at my door within the hour, fixed the problem in 5 minutes ... about as good as it gets when it comes to dealing with a plumbing contractor.
Working with Adrian was an absolute pleasure. Good service, fair prices, and fast delivery with no BS.
I called them on a Sunday and it was also a holiday and they were here to fix the water heater in less than thirty minutes! I would definitely recommend these guys.

I've been on Yelp for years (mostly searching for food) and this is my FIRST review ever, which says a lot about how happy I was with Adrian's service. :) My family was in need of getting their kitchen sink drained, so I looked on Yelp to see what I could find. On Time Rooter was at the top of my search and rightfully so!
It's a Sunday afternoon, and we're in the middle of some heatwave. I didn't expect anyone to be available until the weekday, but Adrian is 24 hours and really did respond within 10 minutes of me messaging him on Yelp. He was able to come by to evaluate the problem, same day. He was in and out in 30 minutes and our sink is no longer clogged! He also helped us discover a much bigger issue with our pipes, which explains a lot. I'm definitely having him come back. He made it so easy, and there was no pressure.
Here's what got me...I would like to reiterate that it's Sunday, Adrian is available 24 hours, it's really hot outside AND this weekend was his daughter's birthday! His daughter, who proudly came to work with him, because dad just had to work. I felt really bad for having him out here, but he got here and got the job done.

My kitchen sink wouldn't drain the water and several companies came to tell me that I needed to replace the waste pipes and it was going to cost thousandths. I don't know how this plumber got 5 stars. Came to snake my drain for 20 minutes $145 and it working for 2 days, and call followed up with the clog again. He came the next day said he need to investigate that cost $275, and not available until 3 days later. Instead of waiting for him I call another plumber to clear my drain cost $50 and working perfectly. Disappointed

Great first response, but that's where promptness stopped...didn't keep appointments or advised they wouldn't be able to make it, until I reached out to them days later...expensive service.
Excellent service, came in on a holiday and was able to show us what was wrong in few minutes. Two thumbs up.
Despite the pandemic lockdown, Adrian was incredibly patient in listening to all my plumbing issues -- like 10 years' worth of plumbing headaches. Although they were mostly minor issues, Adrian treated the problems like they were his own and advised how I could save money wherever possible.
Good communication about arrival time. Very attentive and pleasant to deal with. Will use them again.

Adrian was a bit late, but with repairmen, you'll never know how long a particular repair job can take. But, Adrian did contact me via text and let me know that he was on his way to our house. When he got here, he was very polite and helpful...even providing me with money-saving tips and even gave me a hand-crank snake so I could snake my own drain in order to save money in the future. He also took a look at our tankless water heater and gave me some tips. I would use his services again if I need to....

I had a Dangerous Gas Leak in my fireplace!!! On Time Rooter techs arrived assessed the situation quickly. Their experience was evident. They used techniques to minimize breaking up more cement than necessary to get to the root of the leaks. They found the problem, took a careful approach to remove the deteriorated pipes and joint like a surgeon. They replaced parts and repaired. They made sure all was functioning and SAFE!!! I hired on time rooter for a major project (thousands of dollars) of repiping my entire house. Even though they did the job they were paid to do, I'm used to working with professionals which a quality I thought they strongly lacked. Because of that I would not recommend or hire them again.

I lost my old plumber (retired). I had bad luck finding a service I trusted and was pleased with. Most will guarantee thier work but who wants the hassle of a re-visit, so I had to requested a quote thru Yelp. On Time Rooter and Plumbing Guys replied within minutes (as so did others). The quote was reasonable and fair. They arrived when they said they would and went right to work. I had some bathroom faucets changed and the two shut-offs replaced. It wasn't an east job. The faucets and shut-offs had been on that sink for decades. I know it took longer and was harder than they expexcted. No mention of changing the quote. They did a great job. They were friendly and very clean. Very professional. I now have a my new plumber. As a homeowner, that's a great feeling.
Appreciated Adrian and his crew's hard work, honesty and speed in getting the job done. I of course wish I hadn't need as big a plumbing job that ended up needing to be done, but felt confident in their assessment and skill and was glad they were the ones on the job.
Adrian, as he promised, came back and install the weather protection foam for hot/ cold pipe.

Great plumbers. Called in the afternoon and was able to make an appointment for the next morning. I had a bunch of smallish things to do in my kitchen to finish up a remodel job - had to move a gas connection for the stove, extend a hot water supply under the sink, install faucet and drain, install garbage disposer, and install new dishwasher. Jesus showed up right on time and was super patient and positive about the job, which I really appreciated. Really, a lot of the stuff should've been planned for and done much earlier in the remodel process, but it just didn't work out that way. But he just rolled with it and took the time to make a clear estimate for the work and then to really do the job right. It took some time but he never acted rushed or put out. After everything was done and he had left, I discovered a tiny leak under the sink at one of the connections and he came right back the next day to fix it up, no problem. I got the feeling that this company was big enough to respond quickly, but small enough to ensure high quality work that they definitely take responsibility for. And the price was fair. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues. We did this work about a month ago and it took me a while to get around to writing the review, but it was such a positive experience it really stayed with me.

Our water heater went on the blink and I used Yelp to find some places to call, starting with the ones nearest us. One said they didn't have parts. I left messages with two other places that according to Yelp had late hours (who still haven't bothered to call me back as of this writing). On Time answered on the first ring and I scheduled an appt for 9:00 am the next day (this was close to 8:00 pm when I called). After thinking about it, I decided maybe it was time for a new heater instead of a repair so I asked Adrian if he could supply a quote. He had me send him pics of the old heater and right away he gave me a reasonable quote so I said let's do that instead of trying to repair the old one.
Adrian and Cesar showed up on time, drained out the old heater and replaced it with the new in less than 90 minutes. They also hauled away the old one. They did an excellent job. Very courteous, friendly and professional! The new heater works great, the installation looks neat and clean, and Adrian was very helpful about explaining the warranty and the need to annually drain out the tank.
All in all, my wife and I were very pleased we used On Time and we wouldn't hesitate using them again. She was telling a friend what a good job they did and the friend asked for their number since they need to replace their water heater, too. As another reviewer said, Adrian and Cesar are genuine and honest. We're happy to give our business to a local, responsive, family-owned company. Meanwhile those other two businesses where I left a message still haven't bothered to call me back. I'm so glad they didn't, which led to my using On Time instead! I highly recommend them.

Adrian is an exceptional professional and extremely knowledgable. He came out to our house the same day that we called him (might I add, it was on a Sunday) and spent hours here dealing with our water heater that leaked and flooded our garage. Long story short, he spent hours here working hard to resolve our issue, and came back out the next morning to be sure all the work to the water heater and pipes was quality. He uses only quality materials (we learned how important that is to him) which is very impressive. These guys were there FAST! Really respectful of your time, especially if you need to get to work quickly. They arrived less than 20 minutes after I called (broken pipe under the house leaking into the basement), gave me a VERY reasonable quote, and completed the job itself in 15 minutes. I would call them again without hesitation.
Our house needed a lot of work done and they did it all. Snaked drains, fixed leaks, replaced toilet, and more. Cesar and Adrian are very knowledgeable and explain what's broken and how they recommend repairing it. Super responsive as well, I would hear back almost instantaneously when I would reach out. Terrific service. We were visiting a relative whose kitchen sink ended up clogged. My call was quickly returned and an estimate given over the phone. This was during the holiday season, but the plumber still arrived within 90 minutes. He was prepared with booties (we go shoeless inside), worked efficiently, and cleared the drain. It was such a busy time that it actually took them a couple of days to send out the invoice. I was pretty impressed at how customer service was such a top priority that they seemed to be concentrating on that and making the invoices a secondary concern during this busy time.
I don't know where to begin to express my appreciation to the team (Cesar, Adrian, Thomas and Misael). A simple backup in the bath tub turned out to be a larger problem. Cesar took his time explaining all the problems he found, took pictures and videos for me. He came back with a very reasonable estimate considering the job at hand. I had actually received a quote for the same job at a lower cost but decided to not to go with them. Cesar made me feel like family and his dedication to my problem was sincere and genuine. I've been using Yelp for almost everything for the past 3 years; I've had all kinds of experiences but the one with On Time Rooter and Plumbing Guys is by far the best one. I needed to have my water heater replaced and contacted 14 companies, 12 from Yelp, Home Depot and Lowes. Alex and Alberto with On Time Rooter and Plumbing Guys provided great customer service, installed a new tankless water heater and left my home like they've never been there despite the several things that they had to do. Alberto was on point from start to finish. HE EVEN HAS VENMO!!! It's a Life saver when your hands are full and you can't rush to the store and grab cash. He called me right away as my sink and shower were flooding on a Friday night. I'm so glad he was open late and willing to come help us out. I have a Takagi tankless water heater and it was not producing any hot water. I called Adrian and he said he would be able to come out at 8am the next morning (it was 8pm already and he was honest about being busy at another site). I texted him in the morning to reschedule because I didn't have anybody home. He came out at 10am and was early. He was super responsive on the phone and via texting when I had questions and he is super knowledgeable. The manufacturer told me it was a circuit board issue and it wasn't. They are the only business I have ever given five stars twice. I have given a Restaurant one star twice. Don't ask me why was there a second time sometimes I'm an idiot. They were quick to get the job done and they were very honest another plumber told me I needed at Hydro jetted. When they came out they said the camera down there said no you don't need to hydrate it looks pretty clean. So I know you can trust them. It's a family owned business. I will use them over and over and over.It's so hard to find a good plumber. But I trust these guys. They've proven to be honest.
I had an emergency plumbing issue they responded quickly and pinpointed the problem. Hydroflushed the house pipes and then cesar followed up to give estimates on needed repairs for future. Always very professional helpful and honest. Thank you to all and all you hard work. It's very appreciated
Cesar came out to fix our plugged toilet on a Saturday night during a big party. I was so worried we would have to send everyone home but Cesar saved the day and worked on getting the blockage clear (we think a child dropped an object into the bowl) until the toilet was usable again.

This company is amazing. They are professional, hard working, and very humble workers. They don't mess around. They worked for 2 days and I never saw them standing around talking. I picked this company based on Yelp's good reviews. We had some mainline drain issues. I was able to make an appointment with Adrain the next day. He gave a reasonable cost estimate and explained what needed to be done. I didn't even bother to bargain since He promised his company will do a good job. His crew arrived on time as scheduled one morning and was able to finish the job in the afternoon. Everyone on his team was very polite and friendly. They did a great job cleaning up afterward, didn't even leave the lunch trash behind. They took all the waste with them, nothing was dimpled in our trash bin. I'm a plumber myself, but I can't do big jobs. I hired these guys because they were very close to me so it was convenient. Wow was I impressed. First, they really showed up on time to do my snake cleanout job. Then after they cleared the drain, they ran a camera and found the problem. I have an ideal of what price is reasonable, and I can tell you these guys are very reasonable. I would totally use them again. I only wish I found them 20 years prior. These guys are the absolute BEST ! I called left a messege and they called back promptly and said they would be right over to check out my backed up pipes ! They ran a snake it didnt unclog they ran a camera for no additiomal charge analyzed and quoted me price more than half less than the previous plumber , they were nice , affordable, stuck to thir quote , professional and did supreme clean work . Called them on Sunday at 8am and Cesar was able to come by at 11:30am. We had an issue with the our shower head not turning off and only hot water coming out. He had to replace parts to our shower valve. We had the new part ready for him already but he had to go back out to buy a new cartridge for the valve. Even though he had to do more than the initial job we got a quote on, he still charge only slightly more than the original quote. After 3 hours he fixed our leaky shower head and we had hot AND cold water running! Pricing is good. Other plumbers on yelp were quoting me almost double we paid with On Time Rooter. Would definitely use them again.
Called at 11:30am about the leak I was having with my water heater and Adrian was at my house before 2pm. His work was neat and quick, I can see why he has 5 stars. Our main line was clogged and it started overflowing at around 630pm.. called these guys and Cesar showed up about 20 min later, snaked the drain, inspected it with a camera for good measure, and found that the main line was collapsing, so he recommended a repipe, which would save a lot more future repairs. very professional throughout. will definitely use again and recommend to friends.
Had a clog in a bathroom and after 2 other plumbing companies suggested really expensive things to try I called On Time...spoke to Adrian who was real clear and wanted to start from the beginning...was over within an hour and was able to unclog the bathroom, then went on and put the camera in the pipe and showed me how it looked throughout, really detailed and straightforward, would recommend!

I was told they'd show up at my house between 11 and 1 p.m. and ALVARO showed up before 15 minutes before 11 a.m. Alvaro was very polite, professional and answered my millions of questions. Really needed help late at night with overflowing dishwasher and Adrian came right away and fixed it up so we could stop freaking out about water flooding everywhere. He also assessed the leak situation and came back in the morning to check on everything. He was honest and didn't try to make up problems that weren't there and he was a decent price too. Thanks so much for helping us out sir! Turns out we need to change our dishwasher because something was broken and the water kept running through it and out to the walls. These guys are stellar and more than fair. Showed up to replace a leaky bathroom faucet and even though it was too rusted to unscrew they were able to saw through the old fixture and get it off after tons of effort. They also found a suitable replacement for less than the one I had selected (the one I found wouldn't fit my sink due to the cabinet). 10/10 will use again.

I needed to find a plumber, so I did a quick search on Google and they came up on Yelp. They sent out Adrian within the hour! He took a look at the leak underneath the bathroom sink and took care of it in less than 10 minutes, AND he did it for free. My water heater's pilot light went out and couldn't get it going. Ceasar answered at almost 8pm Friday night and told me he'd finish up a job and then swing over to check it out. By 10pm we had decided it was time to replace as my unit was over 10 years old. Ceasar said he could squeeze me in the next morning at about noon. Sure enough, by about 1pm I had a new water heater installed and Ceasar was super friendly and fast. Definitely going to call them up for any plumbing related issues again. They're not the cheapest, but I value service over price any day of the week.

Gas water heater conked out and I came across multiple repair services in the area via Yelp. Adrian was the first to reply, and very quick to response on subsequent inquiries via (first) email. Finally called to arrange a time, which just so happened we both were available. He showed up within 30 minutes with his assistant. They were professional and courteous. Clearly explained what might have gone wrong and how they would attempt to tackle the problem and what part they were planning to replace and see.
Adrian got the problem right, and eventually, and the problem was fixed. Hot water is now back on (somewhat ironic since it's still in the middle of summer in Southern California...).
If you are looking for a local contractor who is professional and courteous (and most important of all - no games, no tricks), I would highly recommend them!
Adrian provided the most professional service. We had a leak in our hose bib at around 8pm and had asked if he didn't mind coming out to repair the leak. Within 30 min Adrian had arrived. Very easy going guy. Very approachable. Highly recommend his service. I have other plumbing work that is needed and I plan to give him a call again.

Adrian came and gave me a free estimate on the work that I needed done on my gas line and dryer vent. I found him sincere, friendly and willing to understand what I needed done. Since the work was being done in an office they helped me out by coming during the night when my office was closed since the work would have been loud during the business day. I came to work the next day to find a clean office that had all the repairs completed and the Gas Company had been scheduled to turn the line back on. Adrian came when the gas company was onsite to inspect the work and made sure all questions were answered, so that I would not need to be an in-between person in the conversation. I am happy with the work, the price and the convenience of timing of getting the job done!
On Time Rooter is the greatest!! I made the mistake of booking a $59 rooter beforehand who claimed three times the cost to resolve our problem - of which they would not rooter past 75 feet.
I knew our problem was beyond 100 feet and On Time Rooter were capable of going to that and beyond. They rooted the problem successfully and clearly showed me with a camera inspection that they found a damaged / caved in pipe section that needed to be excavated.
They credited me their rooting visit towards the repairs and even installed a front clean out!! They understood our financial situation and helped us out with a 4 installment payment plan. We even received a follow up pipe Jetting visit that cleans the main line.
On Time Rooter = They go Above and Beyond to provide the best Plumbing Resolutions!!!

The On Time Rooter guys, came to my house on time on a Saturday morning! I had a continuous leak that was getting bigger. They got the job done in a very short amount of time. This was right before Xmas, so I was grateful! I will definitely be having them back to do bigger jobs that my 1921 house will need!

Cesar was the one to respond Feb. 12.
He was friendly and professional. He was not able to diagnose the problem with the water heater since the diagnosing flashing light was not on at the time of his visit.
He turned the heater back on and asked me to send him a video of the flashing light when it occurs again,
so I did on Feb. 16.
He ordered the part and we waited 5 more days for it to be mailed out.
That's 5 days of freezing showers, pretty terrible, specially in winter weather.
It's finally fixed Feb. 21.
The technician he sent was Angel, fixed on the same day the part arrived.
My recommendations would be to call the number on the heater that says not to return water heater to where you bought it, have the serial number ready and tell them what the water heater is displaying ( the number of blinks) Get the parts and then call for a technician.
Cesar was very patient and kept me updated.
He made the phone calls and got me the parts.
I didn't pay for the parts because my water heater was still under warranty.
Labor was $ 250.

Being both in Real Estate and Property management, I can tell you that finding a reliable and cost-efficient Plumber is very difficult, If not the hardest to achieve. Came across On Time Rooter, and noticed that all their reviews were consistent (amazing price, great work, same day consult and or repair, professional, and then some). Called at 6am, and was assisted by Adrian. He went out to the property three hours later, assessed the issue (leaky copper pipe), quoted me an amazing price, and a few hours later, repair completed. All their reviews are legit as he delivered as promised. He will most definitely be my go to, and will earn my referrals through my vast network. There's no need to call anyone else. This company is horrible. My townhome is only 5 years old. We have one shower not pumping hot water since it is a guest bedroom and no one uses it for a long time. They sent plumbers over twice. We were getting water when turning to hot before, there was just no hot water. Now, the water is not even flowing. They lied that we need to break down our walls to fix it. They broke our shower and trying to fish for a bugger project. DO NOT use this company. They dont fix anything, instead makes things worse.
Not to mention they lied about time coming. Send me an email saying 4-5. Then when I waited and called at 5:20, they say its actually 4-7. Who is going to wait that long on a weekday?

I initially went with this company because of their good reviews. My experience was the opposite. I called and spoke to Adrian on Sunday. Adrian said he can be here the next day but couldn't get me a price quote. I texted him pictures and my address with no reply. I then called the next day (Monday) and spoke to Myra. Myra set me up with an appointment for that same day. About 30 min later Adrian called me and explained that he couldn't come due to a current job he was on. He also mentioned that he would send me a price quote, which he didn't. I then called them on Tuesday and spoke to Mayra again and she was supposed to call me with a schedule time but never called me back. At this point I went with another company. It felt like I was bugging/begging for them to come. Moreover it felt like they didn't want my business. Absolutely got the run arounds for several days and I could have got the work done by now if they wouldn't have wasted my time.

Adrian from On Time Rooter Guys is truly amazing!! Was having dinner at my family's home on New Year's Eve when a plumbing emergency arose with the bathroom. Requested 4 quotes and Adrian responded within 5 minutes and said he could be at the house in 15 minutes! True to his word he arrived on time and ready to work, provided a free estimate and he was booked to do the job the following morning at 8:00am (New Year's Day). Really impressed by Adrian's professionalism and hard work, a breath of fresh air to see.
Needless to say I will be a customer for life now and if anyone ever asks me if I know of a reliable and trustworthy plumber I can honestly direct them right to Adrian from On Time Rooter Guys!!
If anyone out there needs a plumber that will not price gauge you, then Adrian and the On Time Rooter Guys are the place to go!!
