Just had Steven and his team redo our laundry line and kitchen line as well as installing a brand new dishwasher(we didnt have one before so he had to create a space for it, which turned out excellent).

From the first visit and estimate where he figured out our sewer line from the laundry was shot to the end Steven was nothing but outstanding with communication and understanding our wants and needs vs what could be done. He didn't back down from any challenges that either us or our house threw at him.

He was quick and efficient and explained everything as it happened to us so we weren't left in the dark with anything.

At the end his clean up job was very thorough and he paid extra attention to getting our house back to as close to normal as possible.

I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs plus he has some other handyman skills as well. Definitely go to him the next time you need something done for your plumbing.

I asked for an estimate from them for a pinhole leak I had in my garage ceiling.  I had already located the leak and cut away part of the drywall to confirm so I only needed them to perform the repair.  John was very nice and very accommodating to my schedule.  They came at the perfect time and had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes with a new tool which makes permanent repairs nice and easy.  The price was good as well.

The nice part is he explained everything as he was doing it and also gave me a plumbing lesson regarding pipe thicknesses, durability and different types of materials used for repairs for my future knowledge.
 
My neighbor saw what was going on and liked what he saw and asked John to come to his house to install a retrofit shower valve.  John went over after finishing my job and took care of his needs right then and there.

I will definitely be calling them in the future!

I needed a pretty simple plumbing job done, just sweating some copper to move where my bathroom sink stubouts were. I tried to DIY but couldnt get a good seal. I had a different company on Yelp come out and they wanted a crazy amount of $. I was on the verge of trying it myself again but Viper was able to do the job for a very reasonable amount. Eduardo was very friendly and we chatted about plumbing and he gave me some tips for the next time I try a similar DIY. They got the job done in about 45 minutes or so, and left my worksite cleaner than I did.

I highly recommend and I'll definitely call again if I run into trouble.

I had water leak under the kitchen sink as well as I needed the bathroom stopper to be changed with toilet minors. Chris came over and gave me an estimate to change kitchen faucet and the other two. His estimate seemed fine for three (3) items and it was less then $630 with me supplying the kitchen faucet since that was my choice. They worked for around 2 hours plus work. Chris was very courteous and clean. He finished the job. Shortly after they left, I noticed water again. Chris came back quickly and noticed a plastic hose was leaking. He changed that without extra charge. Everything looks great. Since I read the reviews on Yelp, it helped me to pick them. The price was reasonable; workmanship was clean and well done and plumber was very polite and courteous. I recommend this company. Thank you

I just want to say that the people at better sewer maintenance really have your best interest in mind at all times, and you can really tell by the way that they talk to you and how professional they are. I feel safe with making this plumbing service the only one that i use because i can always count on them to come through with quality service and quality plumbing work.

Two gents showed up with masks and bootties - and this was an outside job! Both were extremely polite and respectful. They came out to give a quote but fixed the issue in 20 mins. Great team - would use again.

I called Bill Metzger plumbing because I had seen their trucks around town and they came FAST when my water heater was leaking. The guy who answered my call was very helpful and understood this was an emergency. Water was leaking everywhere! So he said he would pull a technician from a nearby job because this was an emergency situation. Within 20 minutes a technician showed up and replaced our water heater within an hour or so. I can't tell you how lucky I feel to have had such quick and friendly service, the day before a big holiday too! Thanks guys! I will gladly refer you to anyone in town who needs a plumber.

Wow! Called and he was here 15 mins later! Was so nice and professional! Worked quickly and efficiently and at 5pm on a Friday.

I was having trouble with a toilet backing up. Called ASAP Rooter & Plumbing because they were local. Within 20 minutes Christian arrived, scoped the sewer line and cleared the blockage. He also provided some suggestions going forward to mitigate future problem's. It was great response time and excellent craftsmanship at good value. I appreciate your work Christian!

BEWARE! Don't believe what you hear on their advertisement.  Hired them to camera a drain and they quoted me a price, came out and of course, discovered more work that was needed and NEVER received my DVD from the original scope.  Should have been my RED FLAG.  Most of us are not plumbers and you want to trust.

ADVICE! ALWAYS PLEASE take a step back before proceeding with any suggested work unless you have an emergency.  Get other bids.  I believe we paid too much for the services provided.  

Tom talks a good talk and the honesty line of crap is that. This company gave me a quote and before I gave the go ahead they scheduled the work and were showing up at my doorstep the next morning.  

In speaking with Tom with my concern, calling the night before to call it off and the morning of because I didn't want to move forward. Tom spoke to me as if I was dam if I do and dam if I don't as he had his guys on the way.  He talks the talk and just keeps talking so you don't talk yourself out of doing the work as he doesn't let you get two words in.  The field men pushed added work, of course, more money.

I will know now to ALWAYS stand my ground.  In addition, they want to charge an additional for a scope of work that was needed, so why not include it in the larger project service with it?  I know why, to get more from $$$ your customer.
