Used them many years ago on our 80+ year-old house and they were great. Had a recent issue and discovered roots and gaps in the main clay sewer line to the street form the house. They were able to at least clear what they could while they replaced the main line within a couple of days. We are waiting on inspection now but they have been awesome. Had a little concern something was still a problem inside the house while we waited for the main sewer line inspection, and Steven came out to hydrojet just to be sure. Steven is just awesome.

Highly recommend. They have been great and it's no fun to deal with all of this, but they have been nothing but up-front and professional. Really appreciate the work and getting it done.

I asked for an estimate from them for a pinhole leak I had in my garage ceiling.  I had already located the leak and cut away part of the drywall to confirm so I only needed them to perform the repair.  John was very nice and very accommodating to my schedule.  They came at the perfect time and had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes with a new tool which makes permanent repairs nice and easy.  The price was good as well.

The nice part is he explained everything as he was doing it and also gave me a plumbing lesson regarding pipe thicknesses, durability and different types of materials used for repairs for my future knowledge.
 
My neighbor saw what was going on and liked what he saw and asked John to come to his house to install a retrofit shower valve.  John went over after finishing my job and took care of his needs right then and there.

I will definitely be calling them in the future!

I had a difficult job that needed quick attention and they came right out and got it done. Communication was great and price was fair.   Super friendly and informative,  so couldn't say enough nice things about the job they did. Great guys and you should check them out.

I noticed my water heater expansion tank leaking and reached out to several plumbers, not realizing that I had used Parzival before for an issue on my other property. While others either never responded, or wanted to book an appointment days in advance, Parzival came through and came out within about an hour.

The two technicians were straightforward about diagnosing the issue, gave a reasonable estimate, and I went ahead with the fix. A couple of hours later, I had a brand new expansion tank and the appropriate water pressure for my house.

One observation -- both technicians were not wearing any masks, not a huge deal for my situation since it was an open garage with social distancing. I'm sure they had masks on them to wear upon request, but still it's something you figure they would do out of courtesy.

I can always rely on Better Sewer Maintenance's services to be top tier in every area. They are always so kind and helpful in a way that is rare to find in other services, plumbing or otherwise, and their attention to detail in every aspect of the service they provide does not go unnoticed and because of that I will be using their services for a while and i would highly recommend them to anybody in need of any plumbing services.

I noticed that I was filling my pool constantly and my pool guy suggested that I might have a leak. I found SoCal leak detection through yelp and I thought I would give them a try. Chris was very responsive and was straight to the point. He arrived promptly and was immediately able to find the crack. He even suggested what material I should get but I had him fix the crack. He was very willing to help even if it means losing a chance at making more money. Very honest guy and the work was very well done. I would definitely recommend him for any of your pool leak needs.

We had an unpleasant smell in our upstairs bathroom sink.  Mason came out and explained what caused the smell and what did not.  He fixed the problem and now I have a happy wife!

Is it possible to give someone more than 5 stars? I wish there was!

I had some gnats in my tub and saw them coming out behind of my tub spout. In most cases tub spouts will thread off if they are not the fancy slip-fit connection. Well when I did it it started to thread off, but that was the copper pipe actually coming off. My luck! I wish I could say I was too strong for my good, but no just my stupidity. No worries though because Nasser saved the day!

I called Water Line Plumbing (WLP) the next morning and within 30 minutes Nasser was at my residence. He discussed exactly what needed to be done and quoted me a great price.

Nasser was extremely professional and you can tell when you are dealing with someone who cares about the quality of the work versus getting it done so they can move to the next job. He took his time in doing what needed to be done and I ended up with great work. And no.. he didn't take his time to rack up the bill like other plumbers would. He actually worked more than he quoted, but still honored the number.

All in all, WLP (Nasser) is a must call if you have a plumbing emergency. He has the skills and knowledge to make anything happen when it relates to plumbing (and other trades, but let's focus on the plumbing).

Torres plumbing has provided a few services in my old home here n there.I didn't know he was on Yelp otherwise I'd write a review sooner. Efficient plumber , he knows what he's doing and he explains thoroughly what is going  on, ex: new water hearted, main line under my house , some water valve that's outside by the water meter. I trust him with his work , he is clean and as for pricing it's average and goes with what he has to do . Not easy work .he shows up on time

I had Rooter Alert come out to unclog my sewer line, but my house predates the sewer clean out code and it was over 75' to the sewer and Randy gave me all the options and costs and I chose to install a clean out myself and he located my sewer line for free which I really appreciated, and once I did Randy came back promptly and cleared my sewer line. Very professional thank you.

Titi or Juan ( not sure which is the correct name. Perhaps it is the same person) came with the right attitude and really made things alright. After my experience with the previous plumbing company that my home warranty company  had sent, I was concerned and was hoping the second company they offered to send will be better.
I was very pleased with Tito. He had great communication skills, was very friendly, had good knowledge of my type of heating unit, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He was also able to give me proper advise regarding my specific heating unit.

**CONSUMER BEWARE - DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!! UNLICENSED CON ARTIST!!!!**

I usually only take my time to write positive reviews of people doing good work but in this case I'm doing quite the opposite because the service and communication were so agregious I had to share so hopefully I can save a few people from making the mistake I did by hiring this guy.

I found Joe's number on the Next Door app referred by someone who lived in my neighborhood so I texted him and arranged for him to come give me an estimate. He arrived early for the appointment, was very nice, and he smiled the whole time. I told him I had a contractor that didn't finish the final work I needed in my bathroom. He assured me that he'd been doing plumbing as well as several other contractor type things for years! All I needed was for him to install  the faucet for my tub and figure out why a pipe in front of my house was leaking into my front yard whenever we washed clothes. He said that he could do both and quoted me $215 and I agreed.

When he arrived on a Wednesday afternoon he brought a second man who he didn't introduce and explained he'd be snaking the pipe so it wouldn't leak then attach my tub fixture. I work from home now because of the Covid-19 quarantine so I left them to do their thing while I worked. They were in the house maybe a half hour when he said he was finished. So I go to the washroom and he shows me the water running in the washroom sink and says you see it's going full blast and no leak outside. I said yeah it happens when I run the washer should I start the washer? He said no he did a thorough job and it'll be fine. He then shows me the tub spout and in my hurry to get back to work before my computer went to sleep I didn't think to try to turn it on. So he asks for his payment in cash and I pay him not thinking anything of it because we had been discussing other projects to finish my bathroom so I knew he be back in a few days.

After I'm off of work I go to try to turn the water on and the tub spout ROCKETS OFF  I message Joe and he tells me he'll fix it when he returns. Then I notice the pipe in front still leaks and I message him about that because at this point I paid for absolutely NOTHING! After a cordial back and forth text convo and Joe failing to show up for our next scheduled appointment. Joe just stops responding completely but I can tell he's read the messages. So I ask him multiple times to please either do the work he promised or return my money so I can hire someone who would and it's radio silence. I even sent him request for my money through Venmo and Cash App - IGNORED!

At this point I'm feeling completely foolish and hella PLAYED! I told him how the last contractor burned me and instead of being a decent human being - he decided to screw me over as well. In a last ditch effort I Google the company name on the business cards he left and it pulled up his single review Yelp presence. I noticed that the card pictured had the number 714-719-4370 which is different from Joe's number 714-657-0496 so I call it thinking it must be the office number but nobody answered so I left a message regarding Joe. A little later the number calls back, the caller ID says Gabriel Ledesma. The man on the other end explains that he is Joe Ledesma Sr! So respectfully I lay the situation out for pops and he sweetly apologizes and says he'd come fix it himself if he weren't retired due to illness. He was confident however that he raised a good son that would do the right thing - but me and big Joe are terrible judges of character because we were both dead wing about the trash human known as Joe Ledsma Jr!

Which leads me here, my last resort exposing Joe on every review site I know! I am aware that I'll probably never see that money again, but I'll chalk it up as yet another epically expensive lesson to do my homework and not to rush into business with the first kind face that promises the moon or at least a properly installed faucet‍‍
