Miguel is great!  He is very honest and always very professional.  Does a great job for a reasonable price.  He has helped us with our plumbing issues like installing a new water heater and unclogging drains.

From the very first conversation with Jose, he blew me away with his honesty and genuineness. He really cares about his customers and doing a good job and that quality comes thru when you speak to him. When he got to my house, he correctly diagnosed the real problem, which was completely different than what I believed it to be. He fairly only charged for the work that he actually did and was super honest by not trying to upsale me on anything or going along with the original gameplan just to make more money. The original plan would have been more expensive. I really appreciate honest people who aren't out here just to make money. It's nice when you can tell when people aren't trying to rip you off. I would recommend this guy to anyone that needs a plumber! I had a shower valve that was not closing off and water continuing to run.  Old plumbing was failing,  so I called Superior Plumbing and explained the problem to George. He was very detailed in explaining the correction steps to repair the leak. He sent a plumber right out to start the repair. Will arrived and first tried to replace the valve's core but it was locked into the brass housing.  After several attempts to extract it, it was decided the entire brass valve needed to be replaced.$$$$ 1,350.00 replacement cost. Then we cut a hole through the back side of the wall for access and the valve was replaced.
Then, the bathroom sink started running water and would not close off.  What timing and luck Will had all of the replacement parts in his truck.  Installed a new matching sink valve and replaced all the water supply lines and close-off valves for the sink. Lots of work and $1,854.00 for the total  repair and parts included.. George and Will did a great job, no leaks and the Wife's happy again. The only one crying is my credit card. $1,854.00.

This guy is like a professor of what could and does Happen to your house. He's a total pro and does a way better job than everyone else. He's super honest in pricing and reliable.  I appreciate him.

Ryan was extremely professional and one of the nicest handymen I've ever met! At 3 AM my parents' water heater broke and started flooding the garage, and he answered their early morning call and came on time the next day. He removed the old water heater and installed the new one, all for a reasonable price. I recommend Ryan and anyone from Drain Town Rooter if you are ever having plumbing problems!! Will definitely be using them again.

Anthony is dedicated and hard working . He is reliable and gets the job done. I had all my toilet seals done as well as angle stops and also on sinks. He changed my shower heads and had clean work place.

Had a water heater installed today. The day before we were notified about the arrival time and the estimated amount of time the plumbers needed to complete the work. The day of the install they came on time and got it all done with in the time they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves and put everything where it belonged. Just a great experience all the way around. Could not be happier. Thank you gents!

Had him come out in December to clear the main and paid him more than we've paid anyone else, he came out again in February and said it was something else, and that may be true.  Well we had that done too with a problem so he had to come back to fix it.  Now here we are in March and have to find another plumber to do the main again.  Not happy.

I was looking for someone who could help fix my sister's garage cabinets which fell off the wall. I found Bobby who had very good reviews and looked like he knew what he was doing. I called and he responded right away.
He told me that he thought it would take about 5 hours from pictures. Once he arrived one of the cabinets was worse than he thought. He had to rebuild it. He was there over 6 1/2 hrs and only charged me for 5. I highly recommend him for cabinet repair. He knows what he is doing

I had a little communication issue, which turned out to by my dyslexia and sleepiness after a night of not sleeping well, so not their fault, but they worked with me to get the job done!

That said they were very accommodating at rescheduling (twice, again my fault!), and once the tech got here, he needed to get parts (Toto toilet, so proprietary flapper was needed, along with a new flow valve assembly), and when he got back it took all of 10 minutes to drain the tank and install the parts!

I would very much recommend them to anyone looking for service on their toilet!

And I might add they were the lowest online estimate I got among 5 replies, and it was within the range they gave, though I will admit that I knew exactly what parts they needed to replace and gave that in the estimate request.  (Their top was only a couple of $ more than others min., so jumped on their offer.)

If needed, I think I will use them again for other plumbing issues.

Conner and Josh were sent to our home today to help with hot water taking too long to reach the faucets. They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and efficient. They were clearly knowledgeable and were able to identify and explain the problem as well as provide options for how to resolve. We had a great, seamless experience, from scheduling to the quality of the workmanship provided. We would highly recommend Swift to anyone, and will definitely use them in the future when the time comes to replace our water heater or any other need we may have. The customer service provided was excellent. All the five-star reviews for their company and for their work are well deserved. We are grateful to have found them!

I contacted the office manager Bob Bhakti with a problem I had with a previous employee a few days ago.  He sent a different plumber out the next day.  The faucet needed a part. The required part was ordered.  Bob contacted me yesterday and the problem was solved today, 1,2,3.  Thank you!  I wish I had contacted Bob sooner since he knew nothing of the previous problems with the first employee.

Great same day service!  Very fast and friendly.  Drains cleared in a matter of minutes.
