I have been working with Miguel for about 5 years now.  He is my go-to guy for plumbing issues in my own home and my 4 rental properties.  He is reasonably priced, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.  He is a good plumber and a good human being.  I trust him enough that I have left a key for him to work at my house when I wasn't there and have left my teen daughter at home alone when he was there.  His work ethic is great and he will call you back!  very rare these days!  He is familiar with both old houses and new construction.  He has always been on time - and worked solid until he got it done.  No phony excuses, no wasting time sitting in his truck - he is in and out and gets the job done.  He mostly works on weekends and evenings- which frankly is when most of us CAN actually be home for an appointment! Don't think twice about calling Miguel.

I can do a few plumbing jobs but one of them went wrong (the copper pipe broke off at the end when I tried to remove the valve). So I called and spoke to George, who gave me the best info he could over the phone. There was no way I could fix it myself so Jeff came out the same day (about five hours later, which was good) and did the job, and it was not an easy job. He needed to cut into the drywall, cut the end of the copper pipe (which was attached to a t-piece), solder a coupling and another piece of pipe on, and then put the new valve on. Sounds like it's not too hard but I watched him and it did take some skill to do it. If he hadn't been able to do it right the first time, it would have been alot more complex having to replace the t-piece.

But what impressed me more than anything else was the attitude and service. Jeff was as professional as any service person I've ever had in my home in 25+ years. He laid down a big towel to keep the area clean and vacuumed when he was done. I rent this place from someone so he also needed to navigate the landlord/tenant issues, which he did flawlessly. He also taught me what he was doing along the way and explained it in a way I understood.

Just a great experience and I will call them anytime I need anything done...and refer them to anyone who needs anything done.

Adrian came back out, did a proper hydro jet and showed me all the new pipe in place.  My issue is with the NexGen plumbers who showed me something else while they were out here.

Hugo from Drain Town Rooter was awesome!  I had some landscaping/surface drains that a few other plumbers couldn't get unclogged.  Hugo got everything flowing like new and he couldn't have been more professional.  I'm not sure whether it was superior equipment or technique - doesn't really matter - Hugo got the job done.  Thanks so much!!!!

I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone looking for a plumber.  He was extremely friendly and efficient.  He arrived as scheduled and kept me updated via phone about keeping our appointment.  His visit was brief but inspired confidence that I had made the correct choice for my service.  This will definitely be my go to call upon all future plumbing needs.

Spoke to David briefly about a sewage pipe cleaning quote. Very upfront and honest. Sadly he doesn't service my area but was nice enough to help me out with a ballpark quote so I can have something to base off of other quotes that service my area . Thanks again!!

We are buying our first house and realized it would be a good idea to get a sewer video inspection done before closing. We called Sean because he had great reviews and were not disappointed. He arrived early and was ready to get to work. He spent the next hour doing a thorough inspection of our future home's pipes/sewer system, letting us know what areas are in need of repair/replacement and how the system is flowing. At the end, we knew where the sewer clean out was, where all the pipes go and what we need to do to make sure there isn't a break down the line. He was also really informative and helpful about a few questions we had relating to hooking up an RV in the future. Just a few hours after completing the inspection, we were sent a full report, pictures and video documentation of his findings. Thank you so much for your professional, expedient work. Happy Camper installed a new HVAC system for my parents. I was there during the install to help with access and any questions they had. I was very impressed with their communication, efficiency, and overall professionalism. They cleaned as they went and left everything looking spotless. The new unit is working great. I would absolutely recommend to friends & family!

The work was 5 stars but I could not afford him for general repairs. I had a specialty cabinet repair so I paid the fees but felt that it was a bit out of market. The cost was $95 per hour, he had a minimum charge of 3 hours, and he includes the drive to your home as part of the time. With the drive and the work he only spent a total of 1 hour and twenty minutes for a total of $285. I should have had more work set aside to use the remaining 1 hour and 40 minutes that I had to pay for.

My suggestion is that you have enough work to utilize the time at $95 per hour since you will be paying for a total of 3 hours.

Our quite old water heater finally started leaking Sunday of MLK day weekend. Not only did they answer the phone on a Sunday, but they had someone out on MLK day less than 24  hours later to install a new one at a very reasonable price. The install by Alex was about 2 hours and included all new hookups, and haul away of the old one. He was great.
Overall They were prompt, courteous, and professional, and I'd definitely recommend them. I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I have seldom seen or worked with any company who is so interested in solving problems, and satisfying customers.  Having them out for a slab leak, and re-route was expected to be a nightmare both it time and costs, but not so...
They came, made the assessment, advised us on the best approach to solving the issue, and promptly went to work....even late in the evening to get the repairs done.  All the time, they kept the area very clean, and tidy.  I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING PLUMBING WORK.  BTW...Aladdin's building background and experience is an added bonus....

Great job at the Gateway Neighborhood Center large activity building!  Nothing made him even consider it a too big job!

I had a large leak under the concrete in my pool yard which was difficult to pinpoint due to its size.  Initially, a pool tech (James) ruled-out a leak in the pool plumbing and referred me to the irrigation division.  Mason diligently worked to find the leak, eventually giving me options for further detection attempts.  His supervisor, Glenn, joined in the fun and they were able to locate the leak and repair it.  From my first contact with the company (Thomas) to the techs and supervisor, I have be impressed with  their friendly and prompt customer service.  Each tech gave me their card and encouraged me to contact them with any questions.  I don't understand the previous poor ratings.  I will recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.
