Wow I can see why this company gets all 5 star reviews. We called and Devin showed up in 20 min. Fixed our clogged kitchen sink in about 20 min. He even brought in a mat and used a towel to clean up after. Very professional and friendly.

I had a sewer line stoppage causing an overflow from the cleanout located in the garage. I had contacted numerous rooter and plumbing companies to schedule a service response as soon as possible. Many were unavailable to respond that same day. Finally, I did contact a rooter/plumbing company that could respond. This company had an advertisement coupon in the Valpak mailing envelope. They arrived and attempted to unclog the sewer line with the drain snake. They were unable to unclog the stoppage and said that there was a blockage in the line preventing them from going any farther. They said that they will return within 3-4 hours with a video camera to determine the cause. I thought this over for a few minutes. Previous stoppages had been cleared before. I cancelled the video camera of the sewer line. I was going through my business card file and came across the phone number for Pro Tech Services (Rooter and Plumbing). I contacted Devin and explained the problem. I was fortunate to have him respond within 30-40 minutes. Devin had no problem with clearing the stoppage/blockage in the sewer line. He explained how the drain snake was reacting as he progressed farther down the sewer line. Devin was very courteous, knowledgeable and has years of experience. I highly recommend him and his company Pro Tech Services.

i would totally recommend Devin to any one.  He is really nice and the prices seemed  really reasonable.  He arrived about 5 minutes early and took a look at the drain and knew what to do to fix it.  Not long after that the drain was totally cleared.

Excellent same day service.  Fixed a leaky outdoor water spout.  Also checked another one that I was asking about.  Nice, friendly and professional!

I called Pro tech based on the Yelp reviews and Devin called me back within an hour.  He came out to the house to clear the main line, but since we do not have a clean out he had to go through the vent on the roof.  Other plumbers were telling me they would have to go through the toilet which would be pricier and messier.  Devin showed up on time and hopped on the roof and went to work. He was done within 30 minutes and the line is clear.  His prices were a bit cheaper than others and he did a great job.  I would recommend him to friends and family.

He doesn't play games. Very timely and thorough. You can shop around and spend 1 hour researching plumbers or go with Devin at fairly competitve rates. Will definitely call him in the future for my 3 condos.

We had a clogged toilet over a weekend & called Devin first thing Monday morning.  He was here before noon, was professional & explained what he was doing very thoroughly.  We would definitely use him again!

This guy is awesome. He knows his stuff, many years of experience in the industry. We thought the price of the work was quite reasonable for everything he did. He is the third of 3 plumbers that have come to do work for us, and he's a keeper! He cleared up some conflicting information we had gotten from prior estimates.

He answered the phone on the first call, came out within an hour  and was done in about an hour. Snaked our main line and a secondary line.

We never suspected we would have the rest of our day free after waking up in the morning to every drain in the house being plugged. Thank you Devin!! We can now pee worry free(for now...lol it's an older home with lots of big trees),  woo hoo! Will definitely call him for future needs!

Needed a drain unclogged and went right to Yelp, saw Devin's reviews and called.  He answered right away, give me a fair quote and was here in less then 2 hours to take care of it.  He was professional, pleasant and fast, all the qualities you look for when you need something do.  I would recommend him highly.  Also nice he was a fellow Tiller for those of you know grew up in Tustin.

I normally troubleshoot my own plumbing issues.  When I'm unable to fix the problems I contact Devin.  He's cleared our house twice for roots which are over 100 feet away.  Great guy and punctual.

Devin was great!!  Friendly on the phone and was able to come out on the same day!  He arrived right on time and even gave a courtesy call prior to arriving. He was able to unblock the disposal and was honest with me that a new one wasn't needed!  He went ahead & snaked it all since he was here and only charged the flat service fee!  I hope never to put glass down the drain again... but if something does happen I'll be calling these guys again! Great customer service and trustworthy.

Devin is very good at finding and explaining what's happening, and I've learned a lot of how to fix plumbing thanks to him.

I have called Devon at ProTech out 3 times. Each time Devon quoted me the most fair price, arrived on time, and was courteous, professional, and worked efficiently.
His repairs have lasted, the oldest being about 2yrs ago and the most recent about 2 weeks ago.
He and his team have done great work for myself and now my neighbors.
If there is ever a problem he will back his work .

We have used Devin three times, if you count over the phone advice which you should.  He is responsive and reliable.  I echo the many other reviewers about him being authentic and effective.  We will definitely call him again when needed.

We had a kitchen sink clog on a Saturday. I called a few plumbers I used in the past and they were booked through Tuesday. Consulted Yelp and found Devin at Pro Tech. He answered right away and told me he could fit me in same day. He also called back when he was on his way which I appreciate. He was professional and friendly. He went right to work and tackled the clog. I would certainly recommend him and use his services again if need be. Thanks Devin!

Old house, old pipes :(  Usually DH can clear the clogs (has a router) but this time around, he couldn't get it cleared.  Luckily it was only the kitchen sink so bathroom and washing machine line were unaffected so we were able to wait until Monday (got clogged Saturday morning) and Devin came out and was able to clear it quickly and price was reasonable.  

We'll definitely keep Devin's card on hand.

I had previously reviewed this business at 1 star due to what seemed like greedy business practices. Here is my update:

Today, unfortunately, the clog that flooded our kitchen came back. My sister in law spoke with Devin on the phone and despite being outside of our 30 day warranty, he was perfectly willing to come out and fix the clog personally. He also was able to match the price of the guy that usually does our work and refund us part of the fee we previously paid. We had all been slightly upset at the cost of the work before (the technician was really sweet and knowledgeable, so he wasn't a problem), but this show of customer service took the bad taste out of our mouths. He was even willing to come out within an hour of her calling.

With four people living in one house (my brother, sister-in-law,  my husband, and myself), a clogged sink can really ruin your day. I will be glad to call this business any time we need service in the future.

Exceptional customer service is hard to come by, and I am happy to be able to update my review to reflect that.

Called Pro Tech early afternoon. Tech was there in about an hour. Appreciated the quick, same day response! Price seemed a bit high for the job though and the quality of the work was a 4 out of 5 but, overall was satisfied with their services.

Woah - called in and spoke with Devin for five minutes.  Rather than come out and do some diagnostics for a fee, he gave me some 'chores' that will help remedy the situation or narrow things down to identify the smell coming from my drain.

Devin picked up the phone fast, we made an appointment, he came out and cleared the backed up sewer line. He was very friendly, reliable, honest and very reasonably priced. Not pushy at all and did not try to sell me things that are not needed. I know quiet a bit about plumbing and had received a couple of ridiculous quotes before calling Devin. He also seemed to know the neighborhood pretty well around where i lived. Have used a few times in past in addition to this time and definitely will use again should something come up.

We had a main line backup on Sunday morning (just prior to doing much needed laundry) so we called our usual trusted subjects who gave us several names.  We've never had this issue before, so we weren't prepared. Either people couldn't make it, didn't have the right equipment or didn't call us back, not surprising for a Sunday morning.  We jumped on Yelp and saw two great reviews here on Devin so we gave him a call.  Devin was here in 15 minutes.  He quickly assessed the situation and gave us a very reasonable estimate before starting the work (not many people have the proper equipment for a main line).  Within 30 minutes we were all set.  Devin gave us two solutions and estimates to address our main line situation going forward and steered us towards the cheaper of the two.  Local/hard-working/trustworthy/reasonable.

These guys rock. I needed a quick fix on my home and within 45 minutes they were able to have someone at my house. Fast responsive and very easy to work with. Will call again for sure!!

Devin was recommended to me by a reliable resource.  He was professional and did not try to upsell me services I did not need.  We agreed on a price for services beforehand, and he did not leave until the rooter issue was resolved.  He cleaned up after himself before he left.  He is not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but his prices and services were reasonable, fair and satisfactory.

Called, didn't leave a vmail but Devin called me back anyway and gave me a couple of referrals since he didn't really specialize on what we need....this alone would have me use him for future needs!  Thanks, Devin!

Devin showed up on Sunday and unclogged my main line with the big snake machine, not that many plumber has those equipment to do the big job, on a reasonable price.

He is professional, responds quickly to calls, he is a good worker and he has a good warranty.I always  call him when i need something fixed. I would  recommend him.

I found Devin on Yelp and he had great reviews. Our main line backed up late on a Friday night. I called him early on Saturday morning and he arrived at my house in less than an hour. He fixed the problem quickly, was very professional. His prices were reasonable too.

Devin of Pro Tech is marvelous. We had a plumbing disaster on Christmas day, and Devin answered his phone to talk over what had happened and advised us. When we asked him to schedule a visit the next day to complete the diagnosis of the problem, and get everything ship-shape, he agreed and phoned right on time the next morning to let us know he was on his way to our house. He took care of everything quickly. He is very experienced, honest, quick-working and we have so much confidence in his work. The cost was reasonable and we are so glad he is someone we feel comfortable calling on in the future - we already have a project we are going to ask him to do.

Devin is a great guy. I have had 2 other companies quoting me ridiculous prices on something that isn't necessary to be done. Devin was honest and went above and beyond on helping us with our plumbing problems. He was on time and price was reasonable.

I have used Pro Tech on 2 different occasions and both times came away highly satisfied.  Fair prices and a no hassle, up front approach.  Devin was also very good at keeping in contact during the day of appointment so that there were no unexpected delays.

Highly recommended, especially if you are local to them in the Tustin area.

What's the difference between a plumber who knows drains and one who doesn't?   Devon.  Had another guy out who made a huge mess of my bathtub and could not clear the drain.  Devon had in done in 10 minutes.  Will be using him again for sure.
