Allan is by far the most professional, efficient and pleasant plumber we have ever used. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue immediately, gave us an estimate and completed the job quickly and neatly. In addition, he was extremely courteous and actually advised us on another plumbing issue while he was here, at no additional charge. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone, and we will certainly use him again for any future plumbing issues.

Our kitchen faucet had low pressure and couldn't get hot water, even if we ran it for long time. Allan from Acute Plumbing diagnosed the problem instantly (mineral buildup in the spray head nozzle) and after getting a replacement head, he fixed it right up. We also had him replace a worn-put pop-up drain assembly. He did it quickly and there were no leaks after. We really wish we had called sooner!

We had a water heater and corroded pipes under the house replaced in quick time. Extremely happy with the service. They offered the best pricing and with top quality work to back it. Definitely my first choice plumbers for now on.

Had a clogged kitchen sink that wouldn't drain on NYE. Searched through yelp and found great reviews about this company and took a chance and gave them a call...best call I've ever made!  Alan was on time and very knowledgeable. Oh my goodness we've been having problems with our water temperature for the longest time. The shower water would always switch from hot to very hot and vice versa. I didn't know who to call but knew I needed a plumber. I called several plumbing businesses around Visalia and Acute Plumbing were able to send someone that same morning.  Alan showed up two hours later and was able to diagnosed the problem.  The water temperature  is now fixed and as a bonus he even fixed the water pressure for us. Best customer service. We're definitely going to call Acute Plumbing for any future plumbing issues and maintenance! Thank you Alan and your very friendly staff!

My hot water heater has been on the fritz for a few days now.  Today I had off work so I was googling water heater repair people when I found this company near me and willing to come on a holiday with no extra holiday charge.   Even in 103 degree temps, Alan tirelessly figured out what was wrong with my heater and completed the repair.  My garage must have been 115 degrees but he didn't complain.
I will definitely call this company again should I have any other plumbing concerns!  Alan is your man, at Acute Plumbing in Visalia!

I cannot Praise Acute Plumbing enough. My first experience was so good that when I needed my bathroom Vanity replaced I called them again. Allen was my service professional and he was excellent in every way. He was very through and efficient. The difference from the old to the new was like night and day. I am so very happy with the install. I will always call on Acute plumbing for all my plumbing needs. I highly highly recommend them. If I could give more than five stars I would. We have a tankless water heater not heating on demand but randomly. After calling multiple plumbing companies with no return calls or with extreme travel fees or simply not wanting to work with Rinnai warranty, I was grateful that I got to speak with a plumber on first call to Acute Plumbing. He was knowledgeable and very transparent in the process and fees. He was also very thorough and systematic about diagnosing problem and worked with the manufacturer to fix our problem. Allan is certified by Rinnai to service their water heaters weather under warranty or not. Even though ours was not under warranty for our particular problem, he itemized charges and we felt total fee was fair. He scheduled us within 24 hours of my call & fixed in same appointment. I would highly recommend.

I usually do not go for contractors with fewer than 100 reviews, but I was grateful that Acute Plumbing was referred by Yelp. They were the first to give us a fair market quote for replacing our water heater and were able to get the job done the first thing in the next morning. This was not a small job. They did everything possible to make sure it works well. Very professional and clean. I highly recommend the Alan and his team!

Alan came by today because my water heater has been knocking and rumbling and I needed to get it serviced.  He identified himself at the door and handed me his card.  He began the process of trying to drain it but very little water came out, explaining how it worked each step of the way.

He stated that it might be time to replace it soon but did not pressure me to purchase from him.  I did ask him his cost for replace and install, then stated I wanted to check around as well.  When it came time to pay him, he refused to take payment but instead stated that if I decide to replace the water heater, he would appreciate my business.  I appreciate this company's honesty and neighborliness.

Our kitchen sink had a slow drain and didn't drain fast enough to do dishes with dishwasher or even by hand. I had used a snake from underneath the sink a few weeks ago, and that cleared it... till the other day. Tried to snake it again, but it didn't clear out the clog. Requested a quote from Acute and while I was explaining the situation to Alan, he recommended going through the clean out plug outside and using a drill to power the snake. That totally worked! Would highly recommend and will definitely call if we run into anything more serious. Thanks again guys!

Unexpected leak in the garage! It's the day before Fathers and we are having the family over to celebrate! We are short on time and needed to get it fixed asap! I called Acute Plumbing based off the yelp reviews and I couldn't have been happier!   They showed up under an hour, inspected the site, left to get parts and returned. Leak was fixed all under an hour and a half. Wow, great service! Thank you  again for coming on such short notice.

We had a clogged sink that another plumbing company tried to charge us $1000 to fix with a hydrojet. Acute came out to look at it and found that there was actually no issue, and then did not even charge us for it. An honest plumber who didn't try to upsell or even charge us. We will definitely be calling them again!

Alan is a very knowledgeable and communicative plumber, and he's fast and responsive. He makes every effort to come right away and addresses the problem right away. He is extremely detailed in explaining the issues, price, and solutions, then gets right to work. He even pulls in other services when needed, and ensures the job is done right by arriving with other team(s) to supervise and provide support (thus eliminating upcharges to save you money!). Alan is a trustworthy plumber and we will continue to use Acute Plumbing for all of our needs!

I called Acute Plumbing early this afternoon to schedule an appointment to have my garbage disposal repaired/replaced. I chose them because they had the most reviews with the best Yelp rating.

They arrived at my house at the agreed upon time (just an hour after I called,) replacement part in hand should it be needed.

They quickly determined that the motor on my old disposal was burned out and went about installing the new one. We chatted briefly and they were kind to answer my questions.

I had a (new) working disposal within 45 minutes of their arrival, they were on their way and out the door, and I was back in business in time to host Thanksgiving.

I'm so glad I called this company.  Alan happened to be available when I was in need of service. Alan was determined to fix my plumbing after another plumber before him couldn't.  Will definitely use him again in the future.

I contacted Acute Plumbing and they sent Allen out to fix our old tankless water heater which was leaking.  He fixed the leaking immediately and then installed a new one within half a day.  He was amazing and the work was like art.  Our old water heater was a jumbled mess of pipes and wires.  The new one I should have put in the living room as it was so well done.  I highly recommend Acute Plumbing and Allen.

Allan is wonderful! I had a blocked kitchen disposal, Allan arrived very promptly and the drain had magically opened up by the time he arrived! He checked out the system, all was well and he didn't charge me at all! I will definitely call on Allan for any future plumbing needs.

Alan came out from Acute plumbing when our navien water heater was not working. He was very professional, timely and knowledgeable on navien water heaters. On February 28 2019, I phoned Acute plumbing and spoke to a Melissa to have my water heater replaced and asked about a Military Discount. She stated I would receive 25% off for Military Discount which I thought was great! Gave Melissa the go to have service done through them, no problems, they will arrive the next day at 9am, great!

8:15am, 45 minutes before arrival, I received a phone call from Melissa stating she made a mistake and I would receive 5% discount instead for Military. I decided to cancel service completely.

I understand 5% is better than no discount, but the fact is if I were to receive the 25% anyway due to their mistake I would have given a 5-star review. Yes, mistakes happen I can fully understand that. No one's perfect and walks on water. God bless you Melissa.

However, If I owned a business and I have made that mistake with a customer, I would surely honor their discount of 25% anyway due to my mistake, but I would let the customer know next time it's 5% Military Discount normally. In my opinion, that's how a business would run if I owned it. Never ran a business, but I know I'd be an excellent business owner.

Yes, I'm old-fashion or old-school on principles because that's what my parents taught me...The Customer's Always Right, guess that's gone by the wayside now. You millennials probably never heard of that phrase before. The reason why the world is going to crap!

These guys are the real deal! I had a leak beneath the kitchen sink and I thought I had a serious issue with our garbage disposal, but it turned out to be a simple loose hose that was creating all this headache. They promptly came to my house and fixed the issue and showed complete professionalism and courtesy. I'll be sure to use Acute Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

I had a problem with the water flow in the kitchen. It seemed there was a lack of water pressure. I sensed I might need a new fixture but thought I'd better get a second opinion. I called Acute Plumbing. Alan was right on time and quickly diagnosed my problem. Excellent service and terrific communication throughout the job.

I have the latest/greatest Rinnai tankless that was installed by a general contractor. After the install, I was getting consistent cold water sandwiches. I finally decided to call a Rinnai specialist and I found Allen's company on the Rinnai website.  I called Monday morning and Allen was able to come out the same day!  I asked him various questions on the previous installation and code regulations. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He then fixed the install from the previous contractor by relocating the intake as well as adding some additional safety features. He was at our house for approximately 2 hours and charged a very fair price. If I ever have problems again, I will be calling Allen.

They did an amazing job for a extremely difficult job! We feared they wouldn't be able to service us due to extremely corroded water lines and hard to reach places. They even sensed a water line under the house that was under the house was leaking. They investigated and they were right! A corroded water line was leaking water potentially costing us hundreds of dollars a year in our water bill. They even decided to crawl under our house space to replace such water line!!! Insane but they accomplished it.  They delivered way above our expectations!

Allen is the man when it comes to all your plumbing needs. I needed a plumbing inspection for a house I was buying and a new water heater, and he handled both very quickly and at a tremendous value. If I ever have plumbing needs in the future I will call him with full confidence.

So I noticed a leak under my sink. So before I attempted to break things not knowing anything. I decided to call the professionals. I prefer doing business locally, because this is our neighborhood and business thrive off our neighborhood.  They offered same day service ( perhaps my luck). But they were able to do a same day service.
Alan showed up and quickly resolved our problem. He was nice,prompt and professional.
