I had my annual termite inspection a few weeks ago.  Luckily they didn't find any termites while under the house, but they did mention that they noticed a small leak in one of my copper water lines......thank goodness they told me.  I wasn't sure what plumber to call, but after reading all the positive reviews about Long Beach Plumbing Company on Yelp, I decided to call them and was able to make an appointment right away.  Noe and Primo arrived on time.  They informed me that they found the water leak, but that was a small problem compared to my sewer line.....yikes!  Primo took pictures and showed me the condition of the sewer line which was crumbling and had a hole in it.  Long story short they wound up replacing the copper water line, and also replacing 8' of my sewer line.  I was shocked at the condition of the sewer line when they brought it out from under the house. It looked worse than in the pictures.  Unfortunately they weren't able to access all the sewer line since part of the house doesn't have a crawl space.  I was concerned that the part they couldn't access was in just as bad shape, but the only way to replace it would mean tearing up the tile floor in my family room.  Well a few days later I called them back and talked to Art (I believe he is the owner) and decided to have them come back out and put a camera down the sewer line and see how the rest of the sewer lined looked.  Art offered me a discount which I really appreciated.  I was going to go ahead and do what ever I needed to do to repair/replace the rest of the sewer line if need be.  Anyway, Primo and Jose came out and put the camera down the sewer line and thank goodness the rest of the line looked fine.  Jose was able to show me every inch of the whole line, via the camera; plus explained what I was looking at. They could have told me it needed to be replaced and I would have believed them, but they were very honest and said it looked fine.  I really appreciated the service I recieved from Long Beach Plumbing Compamy.  All the employees were so honest, and very professional.  I will definitely use them again.

Shout out to Cody and Joshua at Cleaveland Plumbing! We accidentally cut into a water line in our backyard, and Cody helped us get a tech out within an hour right away in a Saturday!

Joshua arrived and had amazing service, and fixed our waterline in a few minutes! We were so thankful and appreciative of the speedy service and kindness of both associates! Will be definitely using you guys again for any future needs and referring family and friends!

Our water heater stopped working suddenly. This plumber was great about coming out same day. Good customer service and same day work. I was very happy to have hot water same day.

Unfortunately this plumber I formally liked now only gets one star.  I would give him no stars if it were possible.  He no showed twice.  The first time he said he texted my husband he couldn't make it.  If he did send the text, it was to the wrong number because my husband never received a text.  I rescheduled with Brian for this morning 12/19 with a 10-12 pm window.  He never showed and didn't reply to my text or phone message.  Moving on.

Responsive, efficient, and friendly. Both Chris and Olivia are amazing. They truly care about their customers, and Chris does a great job explaining everything. Highly recommend, we've found our go to plumber!

5 stars, for absolutely great service. Nick made fixing the kitchen sink on one of our properties look easy, he was like a surgeon. Rick was equally pleasant on the phone - and I particularly appreciate his genuineness in how he described their approach to carrying out their mission. all the yelp reviews made me call tim and not only were the yelp reviews correct, he is definitely good at what he does as well as being a good human. he checked our homes water pressure and said it was way to high and went to a plumbing supply place to buy one and install. he is the only water contact you will ever need. i gave him a box of sees candy when he left, great guy, the Water Guy.

So it's 3 days before Thanksgiving, 2014, (and a house full of relatives) and I walk into my office and the carpet is soaked. Slab leak. Third one in the house. Longtime plumber I use comes out, spends 2 days- can't detect the leak location. $1200. I tell my wife I am not going to bandaid this and wait for the next slab leak. I make the decision to repipe the whole plumbing system. The plumber quotes $12,000- less the $1200 I alreadt spent but not including drywall or permits. I begin research- and look at reviews and All America pops up. Solid 5 stars. Call and get Nant on the phone. He comes out and quotes us $8,000 including drywall and permits. Only downside- 10 day wait because they are backlogged. While he's here, Nant bypasses the leaky run and gets us hot water in one bathroom so at least we are operable during the wait. Not one dollar up front. Gives us a professional information packet with a list of 30 references. They arrive 7 AM on the scheduled day- crew of 9 who know exactly what their job responsibilities are. They operate like a well trained special operations unit, they are all extremely nice, they threw in the install of a whole house filter I bought for no extra cost (try that with anybody else) and tied up some other loose ends like adding an access panel for tub plumbing and streamlining the whole system. They don't nickel and dime for every damn little thing- they just do it unless major parts are needed (like the new shower valves I bought at a very reasonable price from their truck inventory- didn't charge me for installation). In the time Joe from Joe's plumbing talks about charging for this and  this or doing that- they have it done and don't waste time on talking about it. They had the job done by 7PM. The supervisor walked the job with me and made sure all was done right. I had one issue with my landscaping line that probably was not their fault- they were out in a day to take care of it. The owner has called me twice to make sure I am happy. You simply don't find businesses like this anymore. They are a honest as they come. I don't recommend much anymore these days- but I'd recommend these guys with absolutely no resevations or misgivings. Simply outstanding. You are foolish if you go with anyone else.

Juan Serrano came out to our place and fixed a leak under our sink in a matter of minutes. He was professional, courteous and punctual. I will ABSOLUTELY be using Roto-Rooter for future plumbing issues

When I heard my washing machine drain start to gurgle as the drain pump kicked on I began to worry.  When I ran over to shut it off because of the overflow I was mad.  But when i saw the same crap gurgling up my kitchen sink I almost vomited.  Not from the awful smell, my nose has high tolerance, but from the stress of knowing this could be a VERY expensive underground sewage repipe (house built in 1962 with corroded/brittle galvanized metal) and our bank was now going to break in a bad freaking way for the rest of Summer.  I hope no small kids were in the neighborhood because I was loud and crass.

I called Tony's office after getting a decent amount of quotes from others.  I liked the quotes I already received quite a bit, but I had to do my thing.  He called me back from his van before I even got off the phone with his office manager!  He was here in a blink and had a TON of answers for me.  I was raised to pile on questions galore in these situations and I did just that.  He couldn't have been friendlier and happier the more I drilled.  The professionalism was of the highest order and I began to dread the price he was about to give me.

How wrong I had been.  Not only did he loan me an extra shop vac so I could still do my dishes despite the dead sink drain, but the price was the best for the service I needed.  His crew of two tore out and repiped everything underground up to the front sewage line in two days with minimal water-use loss.  They had to dig unusually cavernous holes to get deep enough to tear out the old. They dealt with many many rocks due to the chaparral ground here by the foothills.  He was present or on the phone whenever I needed him and I can't thank him enough for the job he did.  Do your wallet & house a favor and call if you have any plumbing issues.  He's hearing from me again any time I need anything.

Responded quickly to ask the make/model of our water heater, but didn't respond once info was given. An hour later I replied again looking for an update to which they finally responded saying they don't carry parts for our model.  Guess we weren't important enough to respond to once they realized they couldn't make money off of us . Sad way of conducting business.

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

My wife and I needed to install a water softener in our condo for the arrival of our newborn baby. In came David to the rescue. He did the most amazing job I could have ever imagined, the work was great and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. I am always worried about plumbing because the wrong job could cause so many problems for a home, so I feel so much at ease to have a family Plummer that I can trust with any job.

I'm changing my review to 1 stars after doing some research.. I found out my home warranty company does cover my ac unit and major parts at which I was told that it doesn't by the technician. Also found out the part that was replaced was only a 20 dollar part.. Wasn't even here for 1 hour so that means he charged me 320.00 labor for switching out that part. Doesnt seem very honest or reasonable to work with. Take my advice and call around to other companies. I am sure youll find a more decent and honest company to work with than this one.

Dakota installed my 40 gallon gas water heater. Excellent workmanship, very knowledgeable. Gave me 8 different options to work with. explained each options real well. I am glad to find this plumbing company in the internet. I took a risk, and it paid off. The price is very reasonable. He was concerned about us not having hot water and worked on it till its done. True dedication!
