I think he is not professional in HVAC business, he couldn't fix my  A/c and charged $80 cash for showing up and do some minor things that didn't work for me and I asked for receipt and he said he will email me but after texting couple of times , he didn't send it, I would not hire him as HVAC technician and don't recommend him at all.

Moe, the owner of AIRCO, is very professional. When I called he answered his cell right away, listened to my plumbing emergency and made some suggestions to help. We have old shower faucets and the cold water faucet wouldn't shut off. When  he came to fix it he persisted until he found a solution. He  is caring and could tell I was stressed.
We think Moe is one of the best plumbers in the area. We will certainly call him back.

Background: The condensation line to our Lennox AC unit was clogged, overflowing and flooding the space below the unit (we had to pump 1.5 gallons out!)  Our home warranty provider, Fidelity, initially sent us Marina Heating and Air Conditioning out of Irvine.  The tech was a young guy who said he didn't know how to unclog the line then wrote up a report saying it was somewhere in the slab.  He said that a new condensation line needed to be installed, which meant ripping out the ceiling and drywall and running a new line to the washing machine drain line.  It also would require a permanent pump to be put in the unit, which would run when overflowing again.   After the report was submitted, Fidelity would not return our phone calls despite a record-breaking heat wave.

Upon referral from a trusted plumber, we contacted Mo at Airco.  He made time in his busy schedule to come to our house.   He indicated that when condensations lines are so backed up with residential properties, it was always due to the exit point of the PVC line, which would be outside protruding from the slab outside.   With a little effort, he found it, ran compressed hydrogen down the line and blew out the clog.   IT WAS FIXED!  And no need for tearing out walls and ceilings and running new lines, no need for a pump.

Although Fidelity has not agreed to pay for Airco, I am extremely happy we called him as we can now face this oncoming heat wave (temperatures estimated at 100 degrees!)

This is a great company. We had an issue with our heater system we called moe showed up on time diagnosed the system he told us we need some parts which he ordered and came back within an hour and stayed late to get it fixed. I highly recommend this company reliable efficient and fast response very reasonable price

My Rheem tankless water heater wouldn't turn on after I did the annual flush. The remote control panel was completely dead. Moe was recommended by the Rheem website so I gave him a call. Moe picked up right away and did a quick diagnosis over the phone. He told me to just replace the remote control which I did.  I bought UMC-117 from Home Depot and voilà it worked! It's hard to find a honest plumber and Moe saved me money and time. THANK YOU MOE!!! 5 STARS!!!

Moe and his team are the best. Our original meeting was in 2021, they had installed a new Central Air/ Heat Unit in our condo. Moe worked with the association and permit requirements, coordinated it all. Recently we had been plumbing issues and Moe took care of them quickly at a very decent price.
His honesty, professionalism and work ethic is a role to follow. Highly recommend AIRCO.

Kavandi-san is the best person for us to call to fix any problems of Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing of our house. He also fixed the Refrigerator and Gas stove for us.  He is very busy person but, he makes his time to come visit us in a timely manner. So, when we have a problem of those, we call him. He fixes our problem!

I had to do a work with my water heater to sell the property. I contacted several services but most of them were slow response or came up with high price estimate. Mr. Moe is always quick response and work quality is precise.  Because I couldn't stay there until his work was done, he took some videos to report the work he did in details. He even cleaned the water heater closet that was covered by dust and spider web. His service is definitely beyond of my expectations. Mr. Moe is obviously the best plumber I have ever worked with. I have some plumbing projects at my new place. My mind is calm with no hustle because I know whom to contact for a quality plumber. I'm very happy to find this company.

We had Moe over tonight to service our water heater. Simply put, he was outstanding. Mind you I had called several other companies who attempted to diagnose my problem over the phone and via emailing them pictures of my water heater. I had one company tell me via phone my 6 year water heater needed replacement, site unseen. Moe called with an eta before arriving and fortunately arrived in the evening as we needed. He asked questions, solved my problem and got our unit working. He educated me on the problem and I paid him. He then spent another 15 minutes or so to educate me on water heaters and options longer term considerations and was a ton of information. He was extremely professional, friendly, reasonably priced and one of the best repairman I have had over to my home. It was worth sharing my experience as I hope others might benefit from his service.

I highly recommend Airco A/C & Plumbing. When my water heater went out I wanted to try to repair it, if possible & only if it was going to be too expensive to fix, replace the 50 gallon gas unit. Moe was the only plumber that listened to me and did what I asked. I had two other (well known) plumbing companies come out & they both told me I needed a new water heater - they didn't even try to see if mine could be repaired.  Moe did what I asked (to first see if it could be fixed) and explained my options to me.

Don't waste time calling any other company - call Moe at Airco.

Moe is an honest and most reliable contractor I've ever met.  He was very patient & willing to take time to work with Rheem to make sure that I could get a full warranty for my newly upgraded tankless water heater.  There was no hidden cost from the estimate and invoice.  He also provided me frequent updates and pictures when installing the new tankless unit.  I chose him over others because of his excellent customer service.  Moe has earned my trust.  Thank you Moe for your great service and I'm glad that I found you as my local plumbing contractor.

I couldn't recommend Moe/Airco for water heater service/repair.  I found Airco on the Rheem list of warranty contractors.  Moe was responsive to my initial message, showed up within a few hours, and text when he was on his way.  When he arrived he confirmed my water heater was under warranty, he helped me remove it and told me how to return it to home depot for a free replacement.  The next day he was back to install the new water heater and fix the poorly-run gas lines that was there from prior owner.   He sent an electronic invoice a few days later and payment was easy via venmo.  Fair pricing.  Overall, Moe was clearly a trustworthy, no BS kinda guy that knows what he is doing.  He was also really nice to my daughter as she poked around in his tool bag!  Thanks, Moe!

I highly recommended this business.  Moe and his team are very professional and kind. My church's bathroom toilets were clogged and water was overflowing everywhere. they came promptly.  they patiently and clearly explained what were the problems and how they were going to fix them.
The tasks took a few hours to resolve because there were three stalls.  after they finished up, they also help to clean the bathroom.

I wholeheartedly agree with all of the previous reviews. Moe is the best. He saw me through a difficult air conditioning project which involved association approval and city approval and a considerable amount of time. The job took a considerable amount of time, but Moe was always there to get the job done. He is efficient, he knows what he's doing, and I recommend him highly.
