Bad Repipe they have no idea what's plumbing is and they cheat and not pulling permit

So its Saturday midday and a pipe by an upstairs toilet bursts.  At least I knew how to shut off the main line.  We call the home warranty company, and after 3 hours they can't get anybody to come fix it.  So they tell us that we can call any fully licensed and insured company and they will reimburse us.  So on Saturday afternoon I call all around getting no answer, but a couple that will likely call back later.  But when I called AA Atlas, they offered to send Mike out who would give a free estimate!  He is out within an hour.  Super nice guy!!  Professional and knowledgeable.  He fixes everything cheerfully and within the home warranty budget. (BTW, another vendor called back and said it would be a $150 trip charge plus gave an estimate over $100 more that Mike charged.)  I have dealt with so many repair folks in the last year, and I could wish that any of them met the standard set by Mike!  Thanks so much!!

After research and comparison of work and cost we selected Kristopher to install a whole house filter system for us.

He gave detailed recommendation of how the system should be installed and followed through.

The work was professional and extremely clean looking. Instead of simply proposing to install the system at a location I proposed, he was able to improve the installation by recommending items that made logical sense for me being able to service the system easier in the future; mounting angle of the UV part of the system, better valves , bypass cal led for fully controlling various new copper lines he ran to and from the system.

Had the base of my toilet leaking and gave these guys a call, had Kevin come down and check it out for me. He did a job showing and explaining the issue and does very clean work. Got a new toilet flange installed, and brand new elongated Ada height toilet because my last one was way too small. And he replaced the shut off valve for the toilet too. Very pleased with the work, definitely recommend 10 out 10.

Such a positive experience with Zoom Drain. We had a nightmare situation where the technician ended up having to stay well after midnight. He was so thorough and careful to be sure things were taken care of before he left. He was back the next morning first thing to finish the job. I called One Pro Plumbing and spoke to Brett.  I briefly explained some of the issues I was having over the phone.  He came out to take a look when he said he would.  While he was over he went over a few different options and I feel he gave an honest assessment with a fair quote.  He fixed a leaking bathtub, snaked the kitchen drain and changed out the faucet fixture, fixed one of my busted toilets, and double checked everything was good with my water heater.  All and all couldn't be happier.  This will definitely be my go to plumber.  Thanks Brett!

I first got in contact with Jemner because I was looking to demo some cosmetic exterior walls and he was able to come over immediately and start the next morning which was critical due to a fence project we have ongoing. Jemner and his crew went above and beyond for me, he was able to salvage different elements from our house and went out of his way to tie everything back in after patching up. I was so happy with his service that I immediately hired him to paint our entire house.

Jemner went to work immediately after the holiday. He was extremely knowledgeable on every element of the project, and often made suggestions that were clearly the best course of action. His team was incredibly hard working and courteous, making sure everything was taken off the home properly and sealed. The end result was fantastic and I really applaud Jemner and his team for accommodating every last minute request whilst still doing an incredible job until the end.

Overall, the people at Gomez Renovations are hard working, respectable, and honest down to every detail and seem to never cut corners. I am excited to work with Jemner in the future for just about every project we have.

They installed a recirculation pump several years ago.  Found out about a year later we didn't really need it as our Tankless was plenty adequate.  Family Plumber told me it wasn't. $1,200.00 later!!  Today, 3/3/21, our plumbing co (who is doing our repipe) walked us through why we are having the hot/hot water problem at our kitchen sink. Family plumber didn't install recirculation pump correctly.  Jeezus, they claim to be a Christian company.   Guess selling unnecessary items to customers doesn't affect their abilty to differentiate good from bad or matter when it comes to truth & transparency.? Such a shame a Christian entity would take advantage of new home owners.  Humanity, smh.

My Kitchen pipe suddenly burst and I had to turn off the water to my entire house. It was past 5pm and I called several plumbers but nobody picked up their phone except for Corey at the Leak Locator. After explaining the issue I was experiencing, he initially told me he would come to my house early the next morning. Once he realized my house would have no water he immediately left and arrived at my house within less than an hour. Not only was he professional and diligent in helping me fix my leak problem but he did not charge me an arm or leg knowing the dire emergency state I was in. I would definitely use the Leak Locator again for any future water issues and I would recommend others too!

Working with Dmitri was amazing he's very thorough make sure that everything is perfect and isn't afraid to go above and beyond to make sure you're happy as a client I haven't seen Someone work as hard as Dmitri does to make sure jobs done right and even correct people's jobs that were done in the past thank you Dmitri for all your work

We needed help with a plumbing issue at home. We called Triple P Plumbing today and they were able to come out to check on the issue. Alex was great and very helpful. We are so happy to of found a reliable plumbing company. Check them out whenever you need help with your plumbing!

Outstanding experience with Santa Margarita Plumbing! Randy fixed a pinhole leak in my copper pipe and replaced the hose bib with great professional and courteous service. Their competitive price was lower than the comps I received, he was on time and exceeded expectations.  I'll be a return customer!
