Update: After my initial post on 3/30/19, I was contacted by the Quality Manger, Danny Jimenez. After a very long conversation on the 1 star post, it was determined by Danny that it may have been a training issue. He agreed that I should not have been charged the initial fee of $189, since the source of the leak was undetermined. Also, it was a bad judgment call for the fee to be a flat rate of $999. It should have been ~$350. Danny said he would credit me the full amount and asked if I would take down the 1 star post. My immediate response was no, but told him I would revise the post when credited. I have followed up with Danny on numerous phone calls, since I have not seen any reimbursed credit on my account. The excuses have been he has to follow-up with the department that handles reimbursements, bad connection can't hear you, just leaving Kaiser now can't talk, or straight to voicemail. The times we did talk, he always says he will follow-up with a phone call, but never did. It's been 3 months now since the conversation, I guess he changed his mind when I said I would not take down the post. I chose this company for the 4.5 star reviews. But I wonder, is this why they are rated 4.5 stars. The bad ones are taken down?
