For 38 years, clogged drains, ehh! Honey, drain is cloggged. Easy, he get's out his tools, if it is too complex, hubby pays for a plumber.

Fast forward, I'm 55, hubby caught a horrible case of mid-life crisis, and let's just say, left for younger prettier drains to unclog. I know nothing about plumbing, who can I trust, will they rip me off? Now what!

I called The Drain Guys! Chivon answered my desperate call that my toilet was clogged. It was around 3 pm, yet when she found out I only had one bathroom and would have to stay somewhere else, she pulled some strings and within a half hour, Eddie was knocking on my door. Imagine how I felt, she squeezed me so I wouldn't have to get a hotel. Wow!

But then I thought, oh wow how much more is this going to cost me now! When Eddie told me the price, I was expecting him to say, and then I have to add this and that...I couldn't believe the price, I can afford that!

Eddie was so friendly, so so professional, respectful, I felt safe and at ease with just his personality. He was so quick, clean, and efficient! He informed me beforehand of everything he was going to do and sooo very pleasant!

I have years experience as a mystery shopper and found many people with great customer service. This was way beyond just great traditional standards, this was genuine, this was a warm and caring human experience. I was not just a clogged toilet job.

I started this out as a humorous review, but putting all joking aside, I live paycheck to paycheck, have a 30-year mortage at 55! There are so many mechanics and repairmen out there that take advantage of women. Thank you, Drain Guys, Chivon (I hope I spelled it right) and Eddie, you are beyond amazing....

Had a main line blockage and the first guys my home warranty sent snaked it the full 100 feet that they had. No dice, still clogged.

After I finished and informed the home warranty company, they sent The Drain Guys. Sam even came that very same night and gave me the rundown. I told him that I wanted to consider the work first and we'd connect the next day. Next morning he came with his supervisor and another guy. They diagnosed the problem real fast: roots. Home warranty threw their hands up at that point and The Drain Guys hydrojetted and were done in no time. Very professional and a pleasure to chat with while they worked. I'll definitely keep them in mind when these Lakewood tree roots ruin another new homeowner's main lines. Thanks guys!

Ty got to my house less than two hours after I called the office to fix a leak and clog in my kitchen sink. He had a great attitude and personality that was such a relief in these stressful situations. He was very professional and respectful to my eldery mother as well. I had the dreaded Sunday emergency today. I called several places and got a call back from these clowns. Super nice gal said someone would come here between 1-130. Great! Phew! only 39$surcharge for Sunday. This is when the voice in my head screamed too good to be true
Long story short...Aholes never called, never showed up and when I called them at 230, They said we have one technician and he is running late They assured me he was coming here next oh and my favorite don't worry

So very odd.. after reading the other reviews we must have had another version of this company or their weakest link -- wait, I was advised their weakest link was actually their best technician? Go figure..... Here's our experience..

Our home insurance provider arranged for this Los Angeles plumbing contractor to resolve a simple drain clog in our bathroom sink. We advised the plumber that previous repairs were resolved by snaking but with a bit of care to break up the clog. Well after several attempts we advised he couldn't repair as such and recommended several options including a power flush, re-piping, or at the least cut the pipe where he thought the clog was and replace that section only with PVC. He left stating 'he'd return after finishing some other jobs' but we never heard back. That is until we received an invoice from our home warranty for the $65 service fee when they never provided any service except to recommend another fix, left the place in a mess and frustration to top things off. We contacted another local plumber, Schneider Plumbing. Gary was incredible - clean, courteous, prompt and fixed the drain within 12 minutes - with a SNAKE, the same exact method we recommended to the Drain Guys. Pricing was incredibly reasonable and if you need any plumbing repairs in the South Bay you should call Gary 310-984-0513! The Drain Guys? well I'd hate to imagine what they'd do for something more complex than a clogged drain... But again, Gary Schneider was AMAZING!!1

Had them come out over a week ago as my bathtub was clogged. Kid came in looked around said he went under my house. Came back said there was a hole in pipe (showed me a picture on his phone. Could have been a picture of anyone's pipe). Tild me $4,000 to replace sink and bathtub pipes, and to laundry room as washer was draining under my house. Friend came today and uncliogged it. Hair in the u joint. The kid never brought anything/ tool in my home. Saved myself $4,000. Not today Drain Guys. Not gonnabdraun my pockets. And no hole in my pipe either.

We have used The Drain Guys four times over the past 3 years and are completely 100% satisfied with their work. The Drain Guys team are very hard working, efficient and professional and have great prices, not to mention they are very easy to work with! We just had The Drain Guys replace the original VERY OLD main line for our house. They did the replacement for VERY reasonable price using all new technology that completed the job in a fraction of the time! Previous to the main line replacement we used them to hydrojet our main line on two different occasions to clean and clear debris and root branches that had grown into the line. We have also used them to replace an old leaking pipe under the house. Each time, their estimates were reasonable and the work was exceptional, which is always a win win! These guys are the BEST in the business. I called with what I thought was a simple snaking of the bathtub pipes. Turned out my old original pipes were done. What I ended up with was an honest estimate of the work needing to be done, a fair price, totally amazing work and a beautiful end product. Kevin was a great help. I had a problem with washing machine water valve. His knowledge allowed him to fixed it very quickly and also helped me install/hook-up my new washing machine. He went far beyond his required responsibilities to help me out. He was very timely with the help of Yolanda actually taking our call. We tried three other businesses that did not even answer or respond. The pricing was very reasonable and surprisingly so for it is a Saturday morning and short notice. I am the secretary of a small HOA and had a drain that backs up in one of our units every ten years, or so I used Yelp to find this plumber to deal with the situation because my more regular plumber had some family issues to deal with. (No problem)
On the first visit, it was discovered that the problem was much more extensive and had created problems for many years but always just patched and never dealt with properly.
Upon the second visit, the plumbers went into the crawl space, how I will never know, and did a significant amount of work in replacing some pipes from 1953. Since this repair a week or two ago, I have already noticed a tremendous difference in the building's overall system.
Every person I worked with directly or over the phone was polite and upfront, something I genuinely appreciate. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future for personal and small business needs.

Eddie came out right away to assess a gas leak under our house. Eddie, working with another professional and courteous employee, crawled under the house, pressure tested the line and found a leak that we didn't even know we had. Eddie was upfront about the pricing and options, explaining exactly what he was doing. We have used the Drain Guys in the past and again are using them right now to have our pipes redone. Michael and Edwin have been incredible! They were here working inside and outside for the entire day yesterday. Michael came back today to finish up, saying that he knew we were a priority. Both days we received a phone call telling us when they'd arrive and they did a thorough clean up afterward. Michael has been outside in the cold rain for almost 3 hours. They also took extra precautions keeping the doors closed so our inside cats didn't get out. They are both nice young men and we appreciate their personality and professionalism!

After just owning my new home for less than 4 months, I had a water leak coming from underneath my kitchen sink. I called our home warranty company and they sent out the Drain Guys. I met with the technician Eddie who was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He scoped our lines with a camera that revealed we had a broken water pipe. He explained that we needed to replace the pipe at our expense (warranty did not cover repair since it was outside the foundation of our home), but that it wasn't an immediate repair. He advised us to have it repaired within 1 year which gave us time to save up. He did suggest adding clean outs to our home to avoid any future water damage resulting from back ups. Eddie was courteous, honest, and thoroughly explained what we were watching on the camera. He answered all of our questions. We did pay for the clean outs at a very reasonable price. I never felt that he was trying to take advantage of us or sell us a repair we didn't need. I have nothing but positive things to say about the Drain Guys and the customer service they provide. As a new owner, I have peace of mind knowing that I have an honest plumber I can trust. 5 stars all the way!!!

The single star is for the receptionist. Otherwise, if I could give 0 stars, I would. The receptionist answered the phone quickly and scheduled quickly.

I called on Monday 2/20 to schedule an appointment because our neighbors used this plumber and were complaining about a shared wall that was leaking. The receptionist quickly got me an appointment for the following day between 10-12. The plumber never showed. I called again and the receptionist apologized and rescheduled for today 2/23 as his first stop between 8 and 10am. He called me in the middle of a meeting so I was not able to answer, but I texted him back immediately (see picture attached). 30 minutes go by, my meeting ends and he's still not here. So I called him back and he said he was not coming because I did not call him back. I informed him that I couldn't because I was in a meeting, but I did text him back right away. He then tells me he didn't get it.

I decided not to use his service as I felt he wasted my time twice and that was unprofessional.

Very professional, fast and courteous. Had a small leak, that turned into a big one, under the house. Called on a Sunday, and scheduled for someone to come out Monday at the first available opening. Received a call to let us know that he was on his way, and not even 15 min after, he was here. Fixed the problem in about an hour, and the charges for the repair were very reasonable. We had been having weird water issues on our first floor for a couple months -- dishwasher, washing machine, disposal, etc. We tried appliance repair people and 2 local plumbers -- all with no luck. 'Eddie' from Drain Guys came here today, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. He looked over EVERYTHING, and gave me his best guess on what leaks would likely be caused by what... and how best to proceed. He really knew his sh*t (pardon the pun). While he was here, he asked to take a look at the upstairs plumbing (which wasn't even on my radar). Finding issues with our stall shower drain, he snaked it... and pulled out a hair plug the size of a giant rat! That shower now drains beautifully.

Anyways, the price was extremely reasonable and the service was great. I won't hesitate to call them again for any and plumbing problems. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

I want to thank Avi and Eddie for troubleshooting and fixing my drain issue. Before this, I had tried all the conventional snaking methods, but to no avail. The plumbers from Drain Guys showed me that the horizontal cast iron pipe before the p-trap was completely clogged with rust and had to be replaced with an ABS plastic. The quote for the repair work was fair for the amount of work and was completed within a day. Yolanda, who coordinates the scheduling was very friendly and on- top-of-things as well. Highly recommended!

The plumber arrived and examined the diverter valve. He said that he would need the right part but I didn't have the documentation. Rather than recommend replacement, he suggested that I work with the original contractor on the repair. I would use them again.

I live in a vintage home that is cute and charming and has all the character of the era when it was built. The downside, is that the plumbing is less that wonderful and every few months I am privy to the wonderful experience of having broccoli come up in my bathtub. The line between the kitchen and bathroom becomes clogged with built up hair and tree roots and everything becomes a huge mess. You can't bathe, wash dishes or cook. Everything shuts down and I just want to scream.
Yesterday I was a wit's end and searched Yelp for a plumber who was efficient and budget friendly. I made the right choice. My bathtub was backed up so I found The Drain Guys on Yelp. You can get a quote through Yelp which goes straight to them. Received a response within 30 minutes or so. This review is way overdue! We used the Drain guys when our water line from the city connection to our house ruptured on July 4th weekend!! Eddie came and saved the day...with an incredible crew. We couldn't find any plumbers and saw their review on yelp. We contacted them and they came straight away and fixed the problem!! We couldn't be more grateful - we had some other plumbing issues and they fixed those during the same work order. I've been burnt for money as a tech at this company. I had 4 problems all about my money. My Last check was like ..$ I received some type of paper copy showing 99$ then at the bottom it showed zero, no taxes were deducted. I was stiffed for $ twice then it was blamed on the dispatch guy, we have to look into it I was told.... the outcome.... I never heard anything else about it. How sad for a company to do such thing/s not only to me but others, then u get asked... Do u feel like I'm stiffing you, do u think I'm a fair man...Crazy rite. I could go on and on. After 18 years of faithful service, my garbage disposal finally chewed up its last meal and died!

Subsequently, I reached out to The Drain Guys. My first contact was with Yolanda, who answered the phone. Based on her positive and friendly attitude, I knew I was off to a great start!! We set up a service appointment for the following morning (today).

The technician, Kevin, was assigned the repair and arrived as promised. Kevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.

Not only was he able to quickly replace the disposal itself, but also identified some unrelated potential plumbing issues that could easily be repaired. To me, he simply went above and beyond to make sure that the repair and the service exceeded my expectations. He was certainly correct!

It is evident by the terrific attitudes of the employees at the Drain Guys, that they are happy and enjoy their profession. Kudos to the owners, Kevin and Yolanda for an excellent job well done. Happy employees are indicative of great management leadership.

Called Drain Guys when our kitchen sink drain backed up. Kyle was there within an hour of my call. He was professional and cleaned up after he was done. Also the price was extremely reasonable. With the invoice, he sent a photo of what he pulled out of the drain for us to
demonstrate to our landlord that this was a long term issue not something we did. Hopefully won't need them again, but if we do we will call the Drain Guys again!

Edwin came to our home and did four jobs for us. Two leaky P traps (one under the kitchen sink and the other in our laundry room), a broken faucet, and replacing a bidet. He fixed the leaky p traps fairly quickly. The broken faucet ended up being a complicated job that required a lot of time. Edwin and his supervisor were very professional and let us know every step of the way about what needed to be done. Job looks well done and so far no problems. Steven and Edwin were flexible with the price, which I really appreciated.

Definitely will call them again for future plumbing needs.

The Drain Guys were available the same day to get our main pipes cleaned out and they were very helpful in explaining every step on what they were doing and showing you with the camera that they put down in the drain. They used the hydra jet to clear the pipe of all the roots that were growing inside. Great job and very courteous!

So our water heater decided to die at 830pm on a Sunday (ugh). We checked Yelp for local plumbers and called for quotes. The Drain Guys were about $200 less than their competitors and the person we spoke with on the phone was very helpful and courteous. We were able to get a new water heater installed (along with a new pipe connection - double ugh!) the next morning.

We were very impressed with the customer service and knowledgeable staff. The plumber (Danny) arrived on time, was super friendly and worked quick and efficiently. We paid via CC and was mailed a receipt a couple days after. Most importantly, we don't feel as if we got ripped off (which is usually the case with emergency repairs such as this).

Great service all around! We will definitely use The Drain Guys next time (though we hope it won't be for a long, long while!).

Plumbing stoppage called the drain guys and a plumber named SAM came over saying that I needed a new sewer clean line. He proceeded to put it in wrong and
it still backed up, next day he came out saying I needed a new sewer pipe, more money. I called in another plumber that found out he did it wrong and Broke my sewer pipe! Please do not use this company or at least this plumber.
UPDATE! the Drain guys is refunding part of the money for the work they did, at least the company understands that due diligence was not completed on the work they did in my case.

Last Saturday I called a Rescue Rooter to clear some roots out of my sewer line. Their guy showed up, ran a camera down the line, spotted the root ball, ran a rooter down the line and said he could not remove the root ball. Instead, he advised, he could clear the line by using a hydrojet. The cost was $900.00! If i did not follow his advice the line would plug up again. I said no and paid him his fee! The next day the sewer line plugged up again.

The following Monday I called The Drain Guys. The Drain Guys sent out Eddie Jones who promptly sent a camera down the sewer line and found a root ball. Then Mr. Jones sent his rooter with short blades attached and quickly tore the root ball up and removed 75% of the ball. Then he sent the camera back down the sewer line and pushed the remaining portion of the root ball down into the main line below street level. Good job, good man!

The Drain Guys are top notch. Kyle and Ricardo were very professional and actually friendly! They installed my new tankless water heater at my new business and now I am good to go! Not only did they do that job, but they also caught some plumbing issues that would probably end up costing me a ton of money and possibly shut down my business for a short time in the future. For that alone, I am super appreciative! Would I use them again? ABSOLUTELY. As a matter of fact, I am planning on it. Waiting on an estimate to stop that future problem from occurring!

This review is sooo late but we had to contact The Drain Guys for a leak on the side of the house. David came out on Saturday April 7th and took care of business. He was timely, professional, and got the job done. He kept us informed on what he was doing, he kept the area he was working in clean and together meaning dirt wasnt all over the place when he had to dig a hole. We even got a surprise visit by the owner who stopped by to bring David a tool and made sure that everything was ok. We will be using The Drain Guys again for any future plumbing needs.

Thanks for the fast response on such short notice.
As new homeowners we were upset we had to replace all galvanized plumbing so quickly (6 months) but Sam came out and helped us understand how important it was to change to something new.
He gave us 2 options; Copper and Pex. We chose Pex and so far so good!
We received Polite, professional service and we appreciated that he took the time to assess the entire issue.
All in all the entire team did a fantastic job getting us water back in JUST ONE DAY!

We found out there was a leak under the house. We called here first and that same day they sent someone out. Robert checked under the house and let us know there was a lot more damage than we thought. He gave us an estimate, we agreed to it. A couple days later Robert, Ricardo, and Edwin got to work. They updated us on what was going on and what they were working on that day which I appreciated. They were super friendly (especially with my kids saying hi to them repeatedly), respectful and kept everything clean. They came back the day after they finished to make sure there weren't any issues and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this company. I'm so glad I called them first. Exceptional service from Tyler today. He called fifteen minutes before arriving which was right in the middle of my 8-10 appointment window. The issue turned out to be very minor and really my oversight. He showed me what was causing the problem and broke it to me gently so I didn't feel like a total goofball. Called their office because of a leak somewhere around one of the restrooms. Eddie answered and rearranged his schedule to come out. He arrived on time. Man is this guy good-- he listened to everything I said, asked really smart questions, and then systematically eliminated all the possibilities until he found the problem, which was a leaky toilet seal. He fixed it quickly and left the area super clean. While he was here, I noticed water coming from the water heater. He found that the hot water inlet was corroded. I was able to run down to Home Depot for a replacement hose, which he attached for me after fixing the toilet. If this is the kind of service The Drain Guys give every day, then I know who I'll be calling next time. Thanks Eddie and Drain Guys.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR FAST AND PROFESSIONAL PLUMBING SERVICE! Our kitchen sink was not draining so we called THE DRAIN GUYS. The customer service representative was really friendly and helpful. She immediately dispatched a plumber to come to my house and within 20 minutes Avi arrived to assess the situation. Avi was very friendly and did an amazing job clearing the drain. He also educated my husband and I on how to keep our drains from clogging in the future and how to remove the rust from our garbage disposal. The service we received was excellent and at a reasonable price...especially for same day service. I will call them again for all our plumbing needs!

In order to sell our house, the water heater had to be strapped in to Code. Not so easy in its tiny outhouse. David Martin came promptly on time (on a Sunday!) and got to work. He communicated via iPad with office (also open on Sunday) to calculate a reasonable price to flush out, uncouple, haul out, install straps, reinstall WH, add copper safety pipe ( per Code) and get'er up and running.
-Office support staff open on a Sunday
-Had everything he needed on his truck.
-Calm, friendly and knowledgeable (esp about local Code)
-Done in around two hours. Hot shower
- A week later, WH still giving us hot water like it should.

Quick service and reasonable prices. I ended up having a collapsed sewer pipe and they fixed it in a few days AND got the City involved to repair the main connection at the street AND repaired the driveway where the broken pipe had caused it to sink and crack. Best of these types of service providers I've ever used.

So thankful for this business and it's prompt emergency service at 8:30 pm. The technician was Eddie and he was fantastic. He made sure the drain was opened and cleared out all the tree roots. All this just having a flashlight! Eddie is amazing. I am definitely going to keep all the info for this business so I will have a round the clock plumber. I highly recommend this company for drain problems and stoppages. They were very reasonably priced and fair.

I just realized I hadn't submitted the following review for service last Feb '19. Better late than never

I highly recommend The Drain Guys! We had a blockage in our main sewer drain. David, the technician, called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time (in the pouring rain!). He thoroughly explained everything, cleared the blockage and charged exactly what was quoted. Should we have other plumbing issues, we will definitely call The Drain Guys again.

The drain guys were sent to my house to assess my plumbing nightmare through my home warranty company. Kevin showed up and he provided great service. After getting an ridiculously over priced quote from Rescue Rooter, I called Drain Guys to give me a ball park price over the phone, based on the diagnosis given by Rescue Rooters. Rate was at the fare rate, which was 1/3 of Rescue Rooters. Sam from Drain Guys came out but left behind a needed part, and offered me a little price break and returned next day early and fixed our plumbing issues. Sam and crew were professional and courteous.

We had a late night clog in our main line drain due to a puncture from tree roots. Eddie was able to come over first thing the next morning to clear the pipe and start replacing the main pipe that day (included cutting the cement in the driveway and replacing after installation). Don't let rooter in the name fool you - these guys do full service plumbing work as well as simple drain clean-outs. They did a full re-pipe of my house and replaced the entire drain under the house and in the back-yard as well. We got a few quotes - they were a little higher than the lowest bid, but their service / professionalism was much better than the lowest bidder. Eddie and his team were great - we would definitely use them again!

I called and made an appointment with Yolanda to solely have an estimate written up for me, their plumber came out and before I knew it I was out of $25 for the replacement of a tub drain that when I went online at Lowe's found that it was $13 and I still never got my estimate which was the only reason I ask for their assistance in the first place... felt ripped off!

The dental floss on the edge of the sink spilled right down the toilet in mid-flush. After that, we tried several things on our own which I don't recommend. After breaking a plunger and scratching the bowl with a snake, I called Eddie.
Found a coupon in Valpak for $59 special for unclogging service. His tech William came out was clean, courteous and professional.
He tried to vacuum it out and then brought in the auger and VOILA! We had out toilet back. No costly replacement.

Great service. I called at 9:30 pm after our drains backed up and flooded all sinks with water. I was impressed that someone answered my call so late in the evening. They had someone out the next morning. Eddie did a great job. He covered his shoes with booties to keep floors clean while working. He snaked the drains all the way to main sewer junction where the clog was and he resealed P trap that was leaking under sink at no extra charge. $99 for everything which is significantly cheaper than last business I used for a similar job. A+ will use again in the future.

The best costumer service ever. The plumber was very nice and it literally took him 15 minutes to fix my toilet. My daughter threw something down the toilet which caused it to clog up and nothing would go down. I called around 3 places wanted to charge way to much. I spoke to Renee on the phone and she was awesome and told me I will definitely not be paying over a hundred. They saved me a lot of money I highly recommend them. Great prices and great service!!

The safety the guys practice when they come into your home is unmatched. We called them out because we were having issues with our sink, they let us know what the problem could be and gave us solutions. My home warranty sent The Drain Guys to help me with a leak. I had a leak in the drain pipe of my upstairs shower. Sam the tech showed up on time and assessed the repairs that would be needed. I needed a new P trap, WYE connector and shower pan connector. He then contacted my insurance and was told that my policy does not cover shower pans. As part of my warranty, emergency service is provided at $65. The rest of the repairs would be an additional cost to me directly.

The quote that Sam provided was for 2 hrs of labor plus parts. Total $2600 plus the $65 service fee which I would have to pay regardless. I figured there was at the most $50 worth of parts, the connectors, piping, trap, and even the glue that would be needed. That said, I am looking at $2550 for 2 hrs of labor. I don't know about you, but i think that $1275 per hour is a little pricey for plumbing labor.

I called another plumber, and got a quote that was for P trap, WYE connector and shower pan connector, and 2 hrs of labor, identical to The Drain Guys quote, except for the total price. $400.

I sent both of the quotes to my home warranty and they said, yes of course this is covered, it is not the shower pan it is the connectors and the p trap.

I am sure the work would have been fine, but i just can't pay that much to someone for that work. That said I am seriously considering becoming a plumber if i can make $1000 per hour or more.

We had a major plumbing emergency this morning, both bathrooms were completely clogged, showers, sinks, and the toilets. I started looking through Yelp for a plumber close by and chose The drain guys based on all the 5 star reviews, I wasn't disappointed. I called them at 10:30a.m. And was told they would be out between 11:00 and 1:00 p.m., I was called at 12:50 and was told he would be there in 5 minutes. The techs name is Eddie and is the consummate professional. Eddie quickly assessed the problem and got to work on what proved to be a very stubborn blockage,he didn't stop until the drain was cleared. Having dealt with many drain issues, Eddie and the Drain guys were the best I've ever used, they will definitely get my future business.

New to the whole yelp review world, but these guys definitely deserve my next review.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, and after making a couple calls to different plumbers, my husband and I decided to go with the drain guys. My husband called them around noon, and they were able to schedule us that same day between 6pm and 7pm.

Sam (plumber) was at our door exactly at 6pm; this is a plus, specially being used to guys that say they will be there at a certain time, and show up an hour or two later. He was very courteous and professional and was in and out within half an hour. During this time, he made sure the water was running fine, explained what he had done, and answered any questions I had. The other thing I really noticed, was that what ever little messed he made, he made sure to clean up when he was done with the job... its the little things, you know :).

Overall, great service, reasonable price, and I would't hesitate to call them back for any future plumbing jobs.

His professionalism and expertise was much appreciated and he really took the time to walk me through the issue and how he would solve the situation. As a former plumber for this company I do not regret to leave this company and comment. The personal was ok but their greed and need to screw over customers was not fair. The whole time I felt like I was obligated to overcharge people for the problems they didn't have PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY AS A PROFESSIONAL AND FORMER EMPLOYEE I WILL ALWAYS WARN ANYBODY WHO DEALS WITH THIS COMPANY.. Really bad at following through with their appointments. The Landloard that we rent through are using them as a vendor. Every appointment that we have had they end up having to reschedule the morning of for some reason. After I rearrange my schedule to accommodate, it's communicated the morning of or night before. It's a joke. When I have to tell the rest of the family they rescheduled, they literally laugh. This is after they cut a pipe too which caused us to not have laundry for 3 weeks which wasn't the initial problem. Very frustrating to work with if you want things fixed when originally scheduled. One time, I can understand, but every time you have scheduled something with us is unacceptable. I wouldn't hire them if it was my choice.

We had a whole house backup, and Roberto and his team ended up with a job that kept getting bigger. This was also bad news for us, as the expense also kept growing. Roberto was very good about showing us, with a camera, exactly what the problem was and giving us options. His team took photos under the house so he could show us exactly what was happening. Our kitchen drain line stopped up and after we called, The Drain Guys immediately responded and diagnosed the problem: our ancient kitchen and main waste lines had rusted out and collapsed. They quickly showed us pictures of the failed lines and gave us a written cost estimate, which was very reasonable. Senior plumber Steve started the repairs immediately, and now we have a completely new waste system. The Drain Guys perform good work and are very responsive. However, the prices are exorbitant and overkill. They tried to sell me everything under the sun with extremely drastic measures, most of which were unnecessary. For quick projects, I would use them but I recommend checking others first.
