NG Rooter & Plumbing came out to do repiping for my mother in-law, and she was very satisfied.  Praises to Emerson and Juan who were nice, efficient and got the job done in a single day. Juan was very responsive when I called and was
able to come check out the problem. He recommended getting a new toilet instead of fixing it since it was 20 year old toilet. When I called him next time he came within the hour and installed the new toilet and made sure to check everything twice. Would highly recommend him for plumbing services.

We needed to replace a 15-yr-old kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and NG was recommended by our next-door neighbor. They didn't disappoint! They made an appointment within 24 hours and were right on time. The old piping was a jigsaw of twists and turns and Juan cleaned that all up to install the new disposal. Great guys, very responsive, very clean during the work and when finished! Will use them again soon for our water heater.

My sink has been clogged for over 3 weeks, and I tried a lot of things to fix this. Draino didn't do it, called another plumber and they companies snake broke in the pipes. I was so fed up with this situation, and luckily we found them through a referral. My goodness, they are punctual, polite, bilingual, and patient with everything, took there time to explain what the issue was and how they manage to fix it. I was floored with how fast they fixed the issue. Would use again and would gladly recommend them to everyone.

Our high pressure flush toilet stopped working and would not stop running water even with the water valve closed. NG Rooter & Plumbing was the first call we made after finding them on a local plumber search on Google Maps. The owner, Emerson, took my call on the first try and send his technician, Juan, the same day. He diagnosed it quickly and said it was a discontinued part and gave me several options. We decided to replace the entire toilet. Juan came back out next the morning with a new high pressure flush toilet and installed it in less than an hour. Our outdoor garden faucet pipe was leaking so I called NG Rooter & Plumbing.  Juan was recommended by my Aunt.  I called Juan & he asked me to text my residence address . Juan did a FANTASTIC job for my master bathroom toilet replacement. I have a small toilet not the standard size and he was able to find a replacement and finish the job in 1-hr. They also did a free repair check for me a month ago and repaired the bulb for free but advised me that I will need to have the toilet replaced soon since there are other problems. Which as they said did happen after a month and today I got it replaced :) I highly recommend this company for service, friendliness, positive attitude and price. They arrived on time and fit me in their schedule same day. We are blessed to have such a great plumbing service team right here in our city Hayward. Thank you again Juan!!

NG Rooter & Plumbing has been my go to since moving into my new Condo. The Condo itself is from the 80's and seems to need fixups here and there quite often in these beginning stages. Juan has been extremely helpful the multiple times he has been out to the property and always fixes the issues up quickly. he always has great knowledge and ability to do the work. I am very satisfied with the work that was done by this company on my home.  I needed the kitchen sink faucet replaced.  I called Emerson and texted him a copy of the existing faucet.  He arranged for a new one to be purchased and their employee showed up at the appointment time and removed the old faucet, installed the new one (which was of good quality), cleaned up and tested the new faucet.  A great job overall for a reasonable price!

Juan has done a spectacular job replacing my toilet and main water valve. They are my go to plumbing company. Ten stats.

We had issues with our back shower and front shower, every six months had some kind of back up.  We contacted NG and they assessed what needed to be done and they were on time, reliable and very upfront with what they were going to do.  We had to have 60 feet of old corrosive pipe replaced and their pricing was very fair and they got it done in one day!  They also replaced out toilet in our back shower.  Please give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

These guys are nice professional and keep their word which very nice. I highly recommend you giving them a call if need a plumber.

I've used this company twice (once to fix my leaking pipes in the crawl space and to troubleshoot water heater) and they are very responsive. Today, Juan came by and taught me how to troubleshoot my water heater as I wasn't receiving hot water. He was very nice and informative. I will use them again.

I had water coming out from underneath my toilet. I called a few places, but Juan answered right away and was at my house within an hour. He figured out the problem right away and his price was decent. He also gave me advice on preventative measures.

I will definitely be using him again and I will recommend him to everyone I know that has plumbing issues.

good, no parts replaced , I called them to clean water pipe because water low, $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Our only toilet water tank stopped filling up in the morning. I did a quick search and found
NG Rooter & Plumbing. I gave them a call and they were able to arrive the same day. Juan replaced the water tank valve, and soon my toilet was flushing like it was brand new! I appreciated him also fixing a hose Bibb outside the house.
Definitely took customer service a step further with that.

Everything I needed when my old hot water heater started leaking. Juan was exceptionally professional as he explained and discussed in detail what options- tankless vs. tank, costs, including additional piping and permits that might be required. He advised me without upsale as I live on SSDI. The price was fair and exact with no hidden fees. He used higher quality straps and a pan that hadn't existed before. I'm highly recommend this business.

Juan called me back right away, gave me the best quote, and showed up a few hours later. He was in and out, in less than an hour. I had a clogged main line, he used the pressure jet to not only clear the clog but cleaned out all of the piping. We used a camera to see that it was done correctly and that there were no other issues. Really great service, very satisfied customer. I'll be sure to refer my family and friends!
