ED was super nice guy and professional I did hire him for the replacement of a toilet I did collect three more quotes but the lowest with same day installation just got from Safety Plumbing that really works safe and safe the life of our plumbing equipment. I did really appreciate there clean work and honesty . I recommend to all.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink and a faulty faucet. They came the same day, fixed the problem and installed the new faucet, quickly, efficiently and they were very professional and courteous. Fabulous work by Mesbah & team! We had a leak in our kitchen sink which could potentially cause water damage to our kitchen floors & cabinets. The team here responded quickly. They diagnosed the problem - a broken sink, broken drain pipe & a leaky kitchen faucet. They replaced the drain pipe & faucet then applied glue to the sink to repair the issue. They went to Home Depot to get the faucet & communicated great! Sending pictures to select from. They also guaranteed the work saying they'll do a free repair if the leak occurs again.

Our neighbor downstairs was complaining that water was leaking to his garage while we were using the shower upstairs. It's a tricky issue, as we did not see any leak in our bathroom, but we thought something was wrong, maybe the pipes burst inside the wall ?! We called around couple places, and Right Plumbing was the most responsive and came with the most reasonable quote to investigate into the problem.

Ed first came and had to cut open a small area of the garage ceiling of our neighbor, and confirmed the shower in our upstairs unit was causing the leak. As we did not see any leak in the bathroom, he suggested ways to fix the problem by cutting open the wall behind the bathroom so he could see the pipes and fix the problem from the back. This was before the Christmas holidays, and we told Ed we would call him back in the New Year to fix the problem as we would be away for the holidays.

When we contacted Ed in the New Year, he remembered us and the exact issue, and we were able to set up an appointment the very next day. He did cut open a hole in the wall from the back of the shower, which is actually the wall inside the closet in the bedroom. But the problem was trickier than we thought. The pipes were in good condition and showed no leak, and Ed patiently traced the source and finally figured out there are multiple areas of the leak, from the shower spout and the shower head, as well as the shower wall where the caulking had worn off. He then went to Home Depot to get the new parts, and also re-do the caulking around the tub, and confirmed there's no more leak. All these took the entire afternoon, but Ed still charged us the initial estimate despite the problem being more complicated than initially thought, and he also had to buy additional parts.

And he asked us to wait till the caulking dry out the next day before using the shower, and to double check for leaks before asking him to return to patch the wall. And thankfully we don't see any more leaks, but there are some water dripping from the spout when we used the shower head. Ed came with the tools and materials to patch up the wall, he kept saying he's only an expert in plumbing but not the wall repair, but we think he did an excellent job. As this is the wall inside the closet, we did not bother to re-paint it. Ed also fixed the dripping from the spout problem for us.

We will definitely be using Ed for any future plumbing needs, hard to find anyone who's so friendly as well as thorough in the work.

Eddie responded very quickly. He came to save us on an emergency leaking. Highly recommended!

After my water heater went out, I called my warranty and they arranged a service call with Right plumbing . Had a technician in my house within a days and a replacement water heater within couple of hours. I can't say how grateful I am. With the cold weather approaching, no more cold showers. Technicians were very professional and quick. The whole process was extremely fast from start to finish and very convenient. Definitely made The right decision to give the business to right plumbing.

They came on time and fixed the main water leaks outside of my house. The rate was reasonable and very fair than any other plumbing services. I definitely call them again.

I called Eddie to see if he could help with a broken shower knob, he was really helpful and informative.  I sent him pictures of my issue and he knew right away the name of the part and gave me a quote.  After giving him a little more info, he informed me I can pick up the part I'm looking for from a local store.  Long story short, I got a replacement part and problem fixed.  Really appreciate just the conversation with Eddie and his guidance!

I called very late after regular typical business hours not expecting my call to be answered. To my surprise, they picked up and listened to me explain that my current water heater was leaking and without hot water. He asked for the basic info of what tank I had currently and gave me a negotiable quote with and appointment for the next morning. That was a win already. The crew showed up as promised, got to work, and finished timely. They answered all questions, gave their word to stand by their work, and very responsive throughout the experience.

Not sure how these 5 stars review come from! Worse than substandard service. Dangerous incompetent service is what it is.

The guy installed a water heater, and it kept being  automatically shut down. They  refused to tender any services and follow-ups. We had to find a manufacture recommended contractor to check the unit.  It turns out the water heater WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED. Because of the improper installation, the water heater keeps shutting down to protect us from the carbon monoxide leaking due to the bad installation.
The company was named Safety Plumbing and now changed name to Right Plumbing. Either way, the company was neither safe nor right for you.
We now have to spend another thousand of dollar to have the false installation corrected. Not to mention the risks we had been exposed to.
The terribly incompetent service was done in January of 2022.

Had a leaked in my water line and in desperate situation on a Sunday. Most of the plumbers needs a few days to stop but Ed and his partner is at my hse within 40 mins. They are responsive, professional and the cost was very reasonable.

The service is great. Did a excellent job in fixing our shower valve and toilet base leaking issues.

Just moved into a house and this was our first plumbing service. Taunted by the price I actually did my homework before requesting service for the toilet tank leakage. Edris, from Right pluming came right away and he had the part with him that needed replacement. He actually gave some tips for some common issues that I can I fix without having a professional Plummer which was really really nice :-) Overall, I am happy with the service and the price was not expansive.

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

We are remodeling our restroom and ran into a few issues installing a new toilet etc. We were able to secure an appointment right away. Communication was quick and easy. Why can't there be 6 stars. Eddie of Right Plumbing did an amazing job! He4 showed up within 25 minutes around 7PM. We had a major clog due to flushing of baby wipes. Eddie was so knowledgable and worked with us to figure out how to solve the problem.. Turns out our drains are in strange configurations due to poor job by remodeling contractors. However, Eddie figured it out and got everything cleared. He was patient and he was determined to stay until he finished the job. Eddie is outstanding! Thank you!

My guy Eddie showed up at my house at 11 pm , My father was stressing cause he usually the one who fix stuff around the house , but he called quits on this one . Called Eddie and he latterly showed up in 20 min . I highly appreciate his service .

We run into sudden and very complicated failures with toilet water running due to a broken part, incoming water switch for toilet not working and the main water switch not working that were just identified after the running water. We called Right Plumbing Services and Eddie answered the call right away and promised to be on site within 30 mins. Eddie came in time and fixed all issues. We are happy with Eddie's job and would use Right Plumbing Services again for future issue.

I had plumbing issues with a clogged drain about two weeks ago. I called Right plumbing services and they came out even though it was on a weekend. They fixed the clogged drain, cleaned up everything and were very helpful.
Today I had another clogged drain issue and they were able to come this evening and fix the drain. They were very professional, explaining the process and what needed to be done. They were very neat, cleaning the area and they were quick to analyze the problem and fix it. I was very happy with the outcome and with their work.
