i called today with an electric emergency- half the electricity in the house was out! Igal made it a priority to get to me within hours and to let me know his exact timing. The work was completed swiftly and everything is working great. He even took the time to explain to me what had happened and then was kind enough to help with a few minor electrical questions as well. I will definitely use Dr. Electric for all my electrical needs. Highly recommended!

Tried them based on the positive Yelp reviews and wasn't disappointed. Steve was great - really nice guy who showed up exactly when promised, got the work done promptly and at a fair price. I'll definitely be using them again in the future as the need arises.

Wow! Talk about a rapid response team! First contact at 3:30 pm, problem resolved by 4:45 pm. Jorge was quick, professional, and sympathetic to our plight. Was able to get someone out within an hour (and apologized for not having someone more immediate!). Would definitely recommend Green Star Electric to anyone who asked. And they are now in my book of professionals to call when I have issues/projects in the future.

I had a problem with my kitchen outlets, and within 2 hours I had the problem completely resolved and at incredibly fair price. I will be calling them again for my electrical needs.

Nick and crew have 5 stars for a reason! They came to us quickly and did an amazing job on a laundry list of electrical needs that we had. Nick is a great problem solver and made complicated jobs seem very easy. Nick is quick with communication and they (shout out to Andrew!) were very tidy and respectful of our home. We'll have them back when we need work in the future!

Omer was wonderful.  He is so knowledgable including regarding proper codes. He was quickly responsive, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. I will use him in the future and recommend him, without reservation.

I did not have a good experience with Marvin. He came to my apartment before the holiday to consult with me for $80 down, and to look at what I needed done.

The biggest job involved attaching a new ceiling heater in the bathroom--I wanted the job priced, but Marvin came and tested the electrical on it, which I already knew worked (he never asked me if it worked--I could have told him that it did). I asked him what it would cost if I bought the heater and let him do the job, and he wouldn't tell me, kept avoiding giving me an answer, said he would get back to me.

Then I asked him what it would take to plug my fire alarm back in (which I could do myself, but since he was there...) and also for help with this one light that was burned out (Marvin got on his ladder, put his instrument in the socket to tweak it, and he put the bulb in in two seconds). So basically, he checked one thing that I could have told him about, tweaked a light bulb fixture, and advised me on my fire alarm for $80.

As he was on his way out the door, I asked again, How much to put in the heater? As I gave you $80, would it be like $40 more? (because the $80 was said to be a down payment for any other work), and he said, Well, noooo, it would be much more, cause I just did this other work! I thought, Hmm, but you barely did anything, and now I've given you $80. Ok, how much? I asked. I'll let you know, he said, then was gone, and almost a month later, I still haven't heard from him.

I really felt like Marvin glad-handed me--That it was all about the instant money, and that he didn't want to tell me how much more installing the heater would be in person, so that he could just grab my money and go, then have distance between us when he would then inform me via text that it would be like $300 more, or something ridiculous. Bad businessman! And, I felt, dishonest, as he was so un-forthcoming in the moment, but happy to say, Oh, nooooo! It's going to be soooo much more! I questioned whether it was perhaps cause he just wanted to overcharge me on a heater, as well? Was it just not worth his time otherwise? Consult a bad idea, folks. Find someone who'll build trust with you (Marvin, are you listening? This is what you failed to do).

Really insulting, dude. You did precious little for 15 minutes, took my money, wouldn't give me an answer, then didn't get back to me. Wtf.

Phoned for estimate and appointment. Oscar showed up on time the next day. He was fast and efficient, explained alternatives and prices and did a great job at a competitive price. He will be my family electrician from now on. Would recommend to neighbors.

Edwin did a great job helping me change out a couple of outlets. He was really nice and pleasant. I would definitely use him again in the future!

Based on the many positive reviews online, we had full confidence and peace of mind going with Spark Masters and they still exceeded expectations.  The team consistently demonstrated a high level of knowledge, skill, and expertise which enabled them to execute tasks efficiently and troubleshoot any issues that arose with creative solutions to get the desired results.  Furthermore, they were always prompt, courteous, and communicated well, taking the time to explain things and provide status updates as needed.  The whole process was designed to minimize disruptions, which we appreciated being in the house all day, and to top it off they were very reasonably priced and able to fit us into their busy schedule earlier than expected.

Vasilii was good with communication and he let me know that he was running late. Reasonable pricing. Very professional. Replaced 3 recessed lights in the kitchen and installed 2 outdoor light fixtures. He also put up my house number plate for free. I highly recommend VS Electrical.

Zareh was very professional.  You have to hire him for your next job.

I have an electrical forklift charger.  We moved from our old warehouse to our new warehouse.  The new location needed to have new electrical connections.  He installed a new 3p breaker and plug.

I have heavy equipment that needs to be moved around and am on a deadline to do so.  Prior to Zareh, I called 4 electricians, 3 of whom have worked at my previous location and the last one works for my current landlord. They all showed for initial appointment, but then flaked on getting back to me with a quote, much less finish the job.

Found Zareh on Yelp.  He is:

* Excellent listener.  I had an immediate goal to restore power to forklift.  He gave me that solution.  He asked long term situation.  I told him we did not need long term solution for 3 months as we are waiting for city permits.  Upon leaving, he gave me a quote also for the long term solution and told me to call after the city gives condition list.

Most people are horrible listeners and would have given me an option that works best for THEM.

I was beyond pleased that an interim solution was even possible as I had a strict deadline and was cost-conscious at this step.

Very unprofessional. Paid $500 for a hand drawn diagram of the wiring for ev charging. If I knew it was going to be that quality I would have drawn it myself while they were speaking to me, or asked a 10 yr old to draw it. We told them it would take us time to schedule the work, they kept sending emails asking us for an update. But conveniently stopped responding to emails and request for refunds once they realized that our HOA only wants ladwp to do to the work and we weren't going ahead with them. Lady on the phone realizes that this situation may warrant a refund, tells me that they may be able to offer a partial refund, but emails that her boss vetoed her decision because he gave us A diagram. So you call her for each thing you need, she needs to talk to the manager/owner and emails the response. But never follows up to my responses. I need to call again, sometimes twice because they forget/ignore. Never been treated this way by any business before. Very disappointing.

Recently during heavy rain, an exposed outdoor 120v outlet shorted and almost burned down the house.  I called a number of people.   Rick's stood out from the rest.  Responsive, friendly, easy, with decades of experience.   Rick came as soon as it stopped raining the next day.  Took care of the issue and took a look at another two outdoor outlets, found another one melted.  He replaced those as well.  Super nice guy, easy, deep experience, and reasonably priced  - what more can you ask for?   Thanks Rick!
