Steve Gold is the best electrician I've found in Los Angeles. We have lived in two multi-unit buildings, served on the HOA of one, and I wish we had known about All Electrical Solutions back then. I wanted an owner/operator, licensed, professional, clean, courteous electrician who wouldn't try to oversell me and also took pride in a job well done. That's Steve! I usually handle all the house repairs since its easier for me to take time off work than my husband, and I'm always fighting the battle of the male contractor versus the 'lady of the house' talking-down drama, but Steve treated me with nothing but respect. I've managed multiple renovations, both small and large scale, so I know a few things but I still ask questions so I'm clear about what's going on with the job, no matter how small. Steve is a great communicator and does excellent work. We moved into a 1926 house with old two prong outlets. He replaced every outlet fairly quickly, without leaving a mess behind him. Before he removed even one outlet cover he said, I'll do my best not to chip this paint but just in case, do you have extra paint for touch ups? I knew he cared about the work he was doing and he didn't chip a thing. I also did not feel the need to watch over him which was a giant stress relief, he always let me know what he was doing/was going to do before he did it - and that was so very appreciated. He also inspected the electrical panel and any visible wiring. I had a few concerns about some old damage (a burned garage door opener, random wires hanging loose, an old electrical panel, a timer with wild wires, etc) and he inspected every one, explained what they were/had been used for, and made sure nothing was live/dangerous. He even labeled the new electrical panel outside that had been left blank by the previous electrician, informed me which outlets were on which circuit, and that it would most likely trip the breaker if I ran a vacuum and a hair dryer at once (I have yet to perfect that multi-tasking trick). He was well-spoken, educated, polite, professional in demeanor and appearance, and overall awesome. He even emails, which is great because I don't always have time to take a phone call at work, and I was able to send photos of the outlets needing to be replaced (he brought the new outlet covers and I paid for the supplies). I highly recommend his services and would hire him again. Even though mine was a relatively small job, I felt like a number one customer.

Green Star Electric was great! I had them come out to upgrade my electric panel from 100amps to 200amps. They were very attentive to detail, making sure that the work would be done correctly. When the electric company in my area gave me contradictory information about proper placement of the panel, Green Star made sure to follow through and find out the correct information so the work would be done correctly and at the best price. Unfortunately, it took quite a long time to get a permit for the work, but that was an issue with the city, NOT the company and Green Star was fantastic throughout the process. Jorge kept in touch with me constantly about what stage the permit process was in, and did all the hard lifting of acquiring the permit for me. I never once had to worry that they had forgotten about me or my project, as Jorge checked in with me consistently and regularly to let me know the status, even when there was nothing to update other than an assurance that he was continuing to check in with the city about the status of the permit. With patience, we got it done! Everyone I encountered at the company was easy to talk to, helpful, kind, honest and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

I called Shok when I lost power in the garage, David came out right away and saved the day! Super professional and friendly. I can't recommend them enough!

It's always a point of vulnerability when a simple homeowner needs to hire a professional electrician or a professional plumber.

Most other electrical companies have a charming estimator - but - on the workday - a group of strangers show up.

Not with Fast Electric.  Nick is the charming estimator. Nick is the skillful worker. Nick is the owner. Nick is the employee. Nick is the sole representative of Fast Electric!

And Nick wants you to be satisfied.   Because any complaints go to Nick!  Then Nick will talk to Nick. And Nick will make sure that Nick does a good job.  That way Nick can keep working for Nick!  :)

So you will not be misled by an estimator and then bamboozled by strangers who show up to do the work.

You can also leave Nick alone in your house. He is respectful of cats and dogs and iguanas.

Regarding price of an electrician. Well, there is the super low price, the super high price and the right price.  The super high price is a rip off because the super high price is there to pay for the charming estimator. And The super low price is also a rip off - because they will cut corners and their skill level is often sub par.

The right price is not always the cheapest price. Nick charges the right price. But that does not mean he is expensive. He is a fair price - a good price!

We had our pool re-plastered by a contractor with a new pool pump. Turns out, our contractor who installed the pump, didn't install a GFI nor did he connect the wires like he said he did. Our poolman said the pump was not working. We called our Contractor who was ignoring us. I had to move on and called Go Pro Electric. He went out and had the pump going within a few hours after calling him. He will now be my go-to electrician from now on!!!

These guys are simply the best. Friendly, professional, affordable, hard working, Polite, they do a great job, and are very trustworthy. I recommend fully!

Arvin did a nice job installing an EV charger in my garage. He also found wiring issues with the security system and advised how to fix it. He is timely and responsive.

Edwin's service is excellent! He had me send him pictures of my breakers... showed up same day 2 hours later and had the problem fixed within an hour.  He is fee was great and completely worth it for the great job he does. I would completely reccomend him to anyone.

Very easy and professional. Received an estimate in a timely manner. Peter came to our retail store to fix our wires before our inspection. He did a clean job and was on time which we really appreciated. Highly recommended.

Mario Castilo was referred to us to install a 240 volt 30 amp electric vehicle charger. He came over with no estimate fee, (2 other contractors I reached out to wanted $100 just to give me an estimate). Very prompt, professional and has competitive rates.
He went under the house, safely wired the connection with heavier gauge wire that was needed. Then, he wired that connection into the breaker box. He matchet my new EV charger perfectly with a permanent secure mount in the garage. He went on to thoroughly clean up everything when he finished.
Mario definitely over delivered. If you want a no noise, electrical contractor that carries his own liability insurance, bond, workers comp and does a great job, call Mario.

Vasilii was good with communication and he let me know that he was running late. Reasonable pricing. Very professional. Replaced 3 recessed lights in the kitchen and installed 2 outdoor light fixtures. He also put up my house number plate for free. I highly recommend VS Electrical.

After work crews kept kicking our kitchen breaker off and sparks started to fly out of our outlets we were sure we were going to have a huge problem on our hands that might mean destroying our new kitchen walls.  I saw Steve's great yelp ratings so I decided to give him a call.  He quickly returned my call and was over within an an hour .  He explained what was causing the sparks and kicking the breaker and fixed the problem, he explained why that was happening and what we could have done if we chose to alleviate the problem.  He gave us the chance to think over our options and weigh the cost, and was never pushy or trying to upswell us.  We will definitely be calling him for our future electrical issues .

Edgar and crew were very professional and efficient installing a new fan and duct in my bathroom. Edgar really took the time to understand what I wanted and what my options were. They were late and made my day more stressful, else 5 stars!

Val was very helpful and professional. He came on time and his pricing estimates were clear and on point.  He was efficient, diagnosed and fixed a breaker within 2 hours, including picking up a part.  We would definitely call Val again for future electrical needs!

Really bad experience with this company. The lone serviceman was nice enough, but was not able to figure out how to properly install camera doorbells. Kept having to come back and every time was a service charge. Finally wrote a letter to the owner complaining and the receptionist called me   saying the owner wants to make it right. So the same tech comes over and half-fixes it (really not) and then the owner has the cajones to bill be yet again. I spent close to $500 for a job that many consider DIY. Horrible experience and recommend everyone to stay away.

Simply the best. Top rate work, reliable and fast. Rick is a superb electrician and a great person. We used him for both minor and major jobs. The latest -- our old main breaker literally melted and blew up, leaving us without power, and very worried. Rick came by in just a few hours and fixed everything for a lot less than we were expecting. The best of all, Rick is very friendly and is very nice to our little dog. His two assistants are equally excellent and professional.
