I'm in West Hollywood so located the nearest electrician to put an outdoor outlet to my patio.  Steve responded very quickly, sent him some pics.  He quoted me a price and showed up as agreed and was extremely considerate and polite as he installed the outlet and then took time to review his work.  His actual work was less than the quote which was very nice. Good experience overall.

Spoke with Jorge to book and he is super nice, professional and communicative. These are all characteristics a customer wants and needs for any home improvement project as this builds some trust. Fortunately I was able to book today and they came within a few hours (on time!) and the guys were kind, professional and did a great job! Jorge kept me aware of their arrival along the way.  We have other electrical projects we need done and will call Jorge again to book soon. Thank you Green Star Electric, keep up the great work :-)

Shok Electric is our go-to company for electrical work! David is extremely skilled and does really high-quality work. And, he also takes the time to clearly explain everything that he is doing and why. Gloria is very friendly and responsive in all scheduling communication. All in all, we're very glad to have found David and Shok Electric. We'll definitely be using them for all our electrical needs in the future and are happy to highly recommend them!

Nick arrived in a timely manner at the schedule appointment and was very cooperative and did an excellent job. Quirky personality but got the job done.

I had an outdoor GFC outlet burnout and Omer quickly and accurately analyzed what happened.  I appreciate how he took the time to explain the components he was replacing and the reasoning behind the decision, rather than just rush a repair.   Also, the business is in my neighborhood, so I was able to shop local!

I called him early this afternoon and he was able to come within 45 minutes!  Already off to a great start.  Super friendly and professional.

He knows his job inside out, cares about the customer, is quality checking his work and that of his team and does a great job explaining options to the customer.

I thought he would have to assess the situation and then come out on a separate trip, but he had all the tools and solutions in his truck so I was able to have a working chandelier on the spot.

This is the second time I have used USAmerican Electrical Services, and it's definitely not gonna be the last time. They installed several new outlets and breakers for me this time around. Upgraded our old Zinsco electrical panel to a new 200amp panel. Edwin is a professional through and through and provides top quality work. He works hard and gets the job done right and in a timely manner. I will be contacting E4 Electrical for all of my future electrical needs.

Peter and his team did an amazing job on our home project. They were all very professional, courteous, and provided great customer service.  I was able to make an advanced reservation with Spark Masters and we discussed our project/quote in advanced.  Upon arrival, we again reviewed the project and he confirmed the terms/expectations.  I was quoted by other electricians and Spark Masters was competitive, fair, and I went with them based on their service.  

Peter and his team were also very respectful of our property.  Prior to starting, his team prepped floor paper and plastic wrap to prevent dust/expedited clean up.  They even wore shoe covers and masks (during COVID-19).  Huge thanks to Peter and his team.  I would hire them again and refer them to any of our friends/family.

We contracted the folks at Mario Castillo Electric to upgrade our aging home electrical panel, bumping up from 100A to 200A service, and added a 240 line for an EV charger. They were able to answer all my initial questions, and provided a detailed itemized quote before starting the work. The level of detail and the competitive price led me to chose them over other companies I got quotes from. They were very communicative and helpful in scheduling the work, and the technicians that performed the install were friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Vasilii was good with communication and he let me know that he was running late. Reasonable pricing. Very professional. Replaced 3 recessed lights in the kitchen and installed 2 outdoor light fixtures. He also put up my house number plate for free. I highly recommend VS Electrical.

Requested a quote from several electricians to look into a few issues on the house we just moved into a week ago. Turn was among the first to respond and also offered to have an electrician come check things out for free (most wanted to charge just to see what we needed done). Steve, the electrician, was super friendly and knowledgeable and really took his time explaining the things we needed to get done. He wore a mask the whole time without being having to be asked and despite the fact that he was already fully vaccinated. The price for the work was reasonable, and he didn't charge any extra for all the time he spent investigating for us. Really solid performance on all fronts. Happy to recommend them!

My wife and I needed an license electrician, to rewire our home with smoke detectors, gfci's because we were getting new windows from the City of Inglewood Insulation Department. Everything had to be up to codes. Mike and his guys came in and corrected everything another so called contractor had missed up.

We highly recommends Nation Electric & Construction, Inc . Mike will keep you updated, and will arrive 30 to 45 minutes ahead of scheduled time to make sure everything is ready. Mike will be early to meet with the inspector.

Half of my house suddenly didn't have power. They came on the same day and fixed the problem quickly and I have to admit that the price was the best compared to other companies. Will be using this company for any electrical issue. Thanks!

THE INCIDENT
So, I had an unusual problem. A circuit breaker died in my breaker box. I had had problems before on the kitchen's circuit with running a toaster and George Foreman at the same time. This was a different circuit.

When I was away from home, my fiance was heating up leftovers in the microwave, watching TV and running the washer. All were on the same circuit. Bam! All of a sudden everything went out. Darkness in half the house.

Over the phone, I had her check a few things. The circuit breaker wouldn't reset or turn back on. It was four switches with the center two tied together in a 2-20 configuration. I checked around on the Internet but since I didn't have any experience with breaker boxes, I decided to call an electrician and have it done right.

THE SEARCH
I checked online for an electrician. Angie's List angieslist.com required a paid subscription. YellowBook yellowbook.com was just pages of names and phone numbers without useful info. Bing bing.com was better. It linked me to Yelp reviews which I appreciated.

First, I contacted Powell Electric and was greeted by a call intake person who knew nothing about electrical work. They said flatly, $99 to come out applied to the job if you use us. Yelp told me that they could be 2-3x what other companies charged. No dice.

Next, I called West LA Electric. $95 to come out. I don't like that model. What if I don't feel comfortable with them. Still, an almost $100 hit!

Finally, I called Intelectric. Lorraine answered the phone. I told her that I was a small potatoes home owner who most likely needed a circuit breaker replaced. She was bright and cheery. Offered help right away. Then, she offered to let me speak to the Service Manager before scheduling my call to take in more info! Really? Awesome! That's the way it should be.

Rob the Service Manager was very helpful. He guided me on how to find the manufacturer, amp rating and location of the bad circuit breaker. This is FRIDAY AFTERNOON and he still managed to schedule a tech to come out by 5PM!

SERVICE CALL
Robert the Electrician came out. He was dressed professionally, wore boot booties and carried all of the necessary tools to get the job done. He had to bring a substitute circuit breaker (different manufacturer) because the matching one was on order from their same-day supplier. Intelectric wanted to get me up and running ASAP!

Within about 20 minutes, Robert disconnected the wires, tested the circuit, replaced the bad circuit breaker and hooked everything up again. He tested the circuit several times with a voltmeter. A-OK. He also checked my other circuit breakers to make sure the gauge of the wire matched the amps of the circuit breaker (very important!) All-in-all, it took about 1/2HR and I was up and running again!

Robert told me to contact Intelectric on Monday to find out when the matching circuit breaker would be arrive. He had me get on the phone with Rob to verify that there wouldn't be an additional charge to quickly swap out the circuit breaker. All good.

FOLLOW-UP
On Monday mid-day I got a call from Chris who said they were still waiting on the part but would let me know when they received it.

On Tuesday morning, I received a call from Lorraine that the matching circuit breaker had arrived and they would try to schedule Robert to return based on the timing at his first job. I received several more informative calls. They offered a service window of 12-2PM.

Robert arrived on-time and swapped the circuit breaker. He was done in about five minutes. I wrote a check for the circuit breaker, wished him well and ended the service call.

CONCLUSION
I'm writing this review right after Robert left. He's a big Lakers fan judging by his ever-present cap. Intelectric's service was, in my opinion, a slam dunk! My fiance and I are all set now with the matching circuit breaker, consistent electricity and functional knowledge of our breaker box.

Rick is so nice.  He's very easy going, he'll fix something small and not charge you.  I was going to change out a light fixture today and he just changed the bulb and showed me how much of a difference that makes so I don't need to change it out anymore.  He gave me an estimate on some other work and was not pushy.

I sent a request for a quote during after hours hoping East West would respond first thing the next morning.  I was wrong.....they responded less than 5 minutes after I submitted my request!  Nshan came out the following day, gave me a reasonable quote and set up an appointment. The day of the appointment they were running just a bit late (not a big deal to me). Nshan called to say they were running late, apologized and gave me a new arrival time (less than 30 minute delay).   Nshan and partner arrived and went straight to work. He reviewed job expectations with me before beginning the work. Job was completed to my satisfaction and work area left neat an clean.  I will definitely use them again in the future.
