Dr. Electric is the only electric repair company I use for my company. He is reliable and offers a fair price.  He also does installations and has some really creative ways to save you money on repairs on future electricity costs. We will only use his services.

Steve gave me a one-hour window for the day after I called him, and then actually called the morning of to see if he could come a few hours early.

He repaired a light fixture and replaced some old wiring, while explaining what was he doing throughout the process. He showed me the old wiring and explained the problem, and at the end, his fee was very reasonable and he is able to take credit/debit cards via Square.

He also insisted on doing the cleanup himself, even though I offered to take care of it.

He is punctual and professional and I will definitely give him a call any time I need an electrician in the future.

The customer service is EXCELLENT. I called and immediately got to speak with a real person without having to leave a message. Claudia was super helpful and knowledgeable about electrical work. She was able to help me figure out what might be going on and then scheduled a technician to come out in less than 24 hours.

The next day David came to help with an electrical outlet that wasn't resetting. It was attached to my garbage disposal and I didn't know that the switch needed to be engaged in order to reset it.

David reset it and didn't even charge me. Really, really appreciate it and they will DEFINITELY be my first call from here on out.

My tenant called after one of the outlets sparked and was no longer working.  Fast Electric (Nick) quoted me $130 to replace the outlet.  He came to the unit and discovered it was just an electric short circuit - he turned the switch back on, it was working fine.  Then, he demanded I pay him $120 for the service saying he could've easily lied but didn't.  After arguing for more than 10 mins, I ended up paying him $40 for troubleshooting.

I understand things like this could happen in this business, but the way he demanded the absurd service charge was just unacceptable.  I would never recommend his service to anyone.

I had an outdoor GFC outlet burnout and Omer quickly and accurately analyzed what happened.  I appreciate how he took the time to explain the components he was replacing and the reasoning behind the decision, rather than just rush a repair.   Also, the business is in my neighborhood, so I was able to shop local!

Marvin was prompt.  He saw my outlet he told me there was nothing he could do for me because it was beyond repair.  He then took my $50 as a consulting fee and said he would send me an estimate to rewire my entire house.  I called another electrician, who promptly FIXED the outlet that Marvin said was beyond repair.  So, even though Marvin was prompt and nice, I felt cheated by him since he not only failed to fix my problem, but he also took my money and made me feel like I would need him for a bigger job in my home.  All in all, it felt kind of snaky.

Arvin is reliable and prompt with communication. I requested a quote to have my Tesla Wall Charger (Gen 3) installed at our clinic in Los Angeles. Arvin thoroughly assessed the electrical panel and educated me on safety hazards and what to do to prevent any complications from arising.

Edwin is honest, clean, fast, and smart. He solved our electrical head-scratcher puzzle quickly, and at a reasonable price. I will be calling him again whenever we need electrical service at our home. You won't be disappointed.

Steve is a fantastic electrician. He knew what was wrong with my ceiling fan/light almost immediately. He has a very easy, kind demeanor, and I will definitely use him again. It's a relief finding someone with his caliber of knowledge and professionalism -- plus he arrived promptly and only needed 20 minutes for the entire visit! Great knowing that when my old house needs electrical repairs, I can call Steve!

Very impressed by my experience.  Immediately got the permits for an EV wall charger wiring and install. Installation was quick and well done. Responsiveness by the owner and by the install staff was prompt, friendly and helpful.  I am incredibly  happy with my experience with them.

Edgar was very courteous and helpful from the moment we spoke on the phone. He went above and beyond in helping us with our electrical needs and even gave recommendations for the next time we purchased lighting and gave us some safety tips. Z responded very quickly to my request for quote, asked for pictures and information to confirm the quote he was giving and responded with something very fair. Then he was at my house within an hour. The job require putting in a new electrical outlet for a dryer and involved crawling under the house and working with the circuit breaker. He did all of this very efficiently and cleanly and was prepared with an invoice. Thoroughly terrific guy and great work. Thanks Z!

Val responded to my inquiry for an electrician through Yelp, and he showed up promptly on a Saturday morning to remove an old bathroom exhaust fan with heater and replace it with a new model. The work was professionally done, and his price for the work was very reasonable as well!

I called Intelectric for an immediate service to fix an electrical problem in my house. The electrician was on time and correctly identified the problem in  as a short circuit. Unfortunately he spent more time trying to convince me that the problem was with the old wires in my house rather than finding the problem and fixing it. The whole process took a little over an hour and cost me $95. To his credit he did fix the problem by sealing off outlets (that I wanted and needed) and he told me the only way to truly fix it (and get my sealed outlet back) was to rewire the house which would cost between $3000-$4500 for 2-3 days of work at $1500 a day.

Even though I felt that was being hard sold a service, and felt he did the best he could and I did believe his rewiring recommendation. I live in a 60 year old house and things are bound to break down. So, as a responsible consumer, I contacted another electrician to get another bid.

This is when my opinion of Intelectric turned south. The other electrician came in and actually found the short and fixed my original problem and unsealed my outlets that I needed.... All in about 20 minutes. He also explained to me the difficulties of rewiring an old house and that rewiring should only be done room by room when needed. He laughed at the idea that my whole house could be rewired in 2-3 days and that my house would look like a bomb exploded because of all the holes they would have to punch in my walls.

At this point my opinion wasn't completely negative. However, a day or so later I got a call from a sales person at Intelectric asking me if I was still interested in replacing my power box outside. I explained to him that my outside box was new and that the electrician told me that I needed to rewire my house. He then asked me if I was interested in rewiring.... I politely declined.

Perhaps they do very good work on rewiring or other electrical projects, but they are a bit dishonest I would not hire them for a troubleshooting job. I feel like I paid them $95 to find other things wrong with my house and give me a sales pitch. I am very disappointed and I would not hire or recommend them for any work.

Good guy! Rick's rate was fair. He came and fixed some electrical problems and installed a microwave. Will use him again if I have any other electrical problems.

We needed to have our hardwired Google Nest fire alarms installed and Nshan gave a quote within seconds that evening and scheduled to come the next day. His price was very fair and he completed the work quickly. He knew what he was doing and was also very professional. He cleaned up afterward and I can't tell anything's different than before, besides I now have two perfectly working smoke alarms! Thank you!!!
