Igal fixed the problem quicker than it took him to get here. Hoping never to have another issue but glad to know if I do that Dr. Electric will be there no matter what.

I told Steve that I had a small mirror to be installed in my bathroom on the wall. I added more pertinent info about the mirror and the wall. During this first call I was surprised by the detail of electrical type questions he asked me. As if he wanted to know exactly what to bring and what not to bring. For example, he asked me about whether I needed a box? I thought to myself that if I knew all these answers I could probably install it myself. He wanted pictures of the wall area and my mirror. After getting off the phone I took pictures. I sent him a total six pictures with detailed notes about each pic. I had this mirror resting on my bathroom floor for weeks prior to finding him so I was excited about getting it put up. I had asked for first available. He gave me a service date two weeks out. After about five days he called me to schedule the service date. I called him back and replied that we had already scheduled one. I asked him if he received the pictures I sent him and he said that he did not. After explaining that I emailed them the day we spoke he finally found them. Five days before the big date I emailed him requesting his electrical license number because my husband wanted it. I heard nothing. About 4PM day before the big date I called to confirm the date, time, and get the license number. He told me that I was no longer scheduled because I did not respond to two phone message he left confirming the date. II told him I did not get any messages from him. I noticed that he sounded quite pleased in telling me I was no longer scheduled. I started to feel that I needed to defend myself and said, why would I have requested a copy of your license if I was not planning on having you do the job? He continued arguing and blaming me. At this point I wanted to get off the phone and as far away from as I could. After getting off the phone I thought to myself that he was a poor businessman and probably not very bright. Early on in the call why would he not have shifted into setting up another day. You know, damage control. How odd that he seemed pleased with himself and continued to say things which would naturally escalate a situation such as this. In the end, my experience with this company was one big waste of time.

Wow! Talk about a rapid response team! First contact at 3:30 pm, problem resolved by 4:45 pm. Jorge was quick, professional, and sympathetic to our plight. Was able to get someone out within an hour (and apologized for not having someone more immediate!). Would definitely recommend Green Star Electric to anyone who asked. And they are now in my book of professionals to call when I have issues/projects in the future.

The customer service is EXCELLENT. I called and immediately got to speak with a real person without having to leave a message. Claudia was super helpful and knowledgeable about electrical work. She was able to help me figure out what might be going on and then scheduled a technician to come out in less than 24 hours.

The next day David came to help with an electrical outlet that wasn't resetting. It was attached to my garbage disposal and I didn't know that the switch needed to be engaged in order to reset it.

David reset it and didn't even charge me. Really, really appreciate it and they will DEFINITELY be my first call from here on out.

Easy to work with Nick! He helped to resolve an issue I had with my Ring doorbell and insulated some exposed wires.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Go Pro Electric. I needed to add some exterior lighting,
2 Ring floodlight Cameras and few GFCI outlets at my house in Beverly hills. Omer and his crew arrived on time. They were very polite and professional.
I was sure it's going to be a straight forward installation, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Omer informed me that he recognized an issue with the existing wiring. This property was built in the 1970's and that he has to cut up the inside walls to resolve the issue. I had to tell them that cutting the wall is not an option since I just finished remodeling. Omer could've just said that this is the only way to resolve the issue. At first my suggestion was to install conduits to avoid opening up any walls, but eventually they solve the wiring issue without cutting or damaging even one wall. They use special electrician tools and they had to work much harder and longer just so they won't cut any walls.
I'm so impressed with the care and patience they were showing. I'm a very satisfied customer and I know that many will agree that nowadays it's very hard to find  a company that is not  just profit-driven. It was such a pleasure to deal with Go Pro Electric. It's so nice to see how they put customer satisfaction over profit. Now my back and front yard looks amazing  and very lighted. Thank you Go Pro Electric.

I needed some outlets fixed in my backyard to get ready for a party so needed someone to come out right away. Arrvin was able to come the very next day and get the problem fixed in about an hour.

I really appreciated how he explained everything to me so I would understand what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. He presented several options from the most cost-effective to the most involved. Sometimes you just can't afford to fix everything all at once, so I appreciated that he explained what should be done soon and what could wait.

He also noticed a problem with my system that if left unchecked could've been dangerous. Very grateful for his help and have already recommended him to friends! Great experience.

I sent multiple request for quotes on an issue I had with an outlet. Only a few responded . Edwins quote was reasonable for the services needed and his response was prompt and professional compared to the others . He also was able to fit me into his schedule in such a short notice . Hard to find honest people who can do the job right .

These guys were SO helpful. I called in the afternoon when I smelled a burning plastic smell in my house and couldn't figure out where it was from. I had already had the fire department out and they didn't find anything. I called Spark Masters to have them check my electrical. They were able to come by in an hour and a half which was terrific. They inspected the panel, checked the basement and attic and confirmed that there were no problems there. I was so relieved! (And if you're wondering, we learned the next day that the refrigerator had died when stuff in the freezer was starting to melt.)

I had a 1-1:30pm appointment today. No one showed up, no one called to say they are running late. I called them twice and it went to VM. After texting them multiple times I received a call at 2:45pm. I was told the order shows canceled but they didn't know why. I was told they could reschedule.... poor customer service. Not a good use of my time waiting at home and no one shows up.

Vasilii was good with communication and he let me know that he was running late. Reasonable pricing. Very professional. Replaced 3 recessed lights in the kitchen and installed 2 outdoor light fixtures. He also put up my house number plate for free. I highly recommend VS Electrical.

I have hired Steve twice for two different electrical issues. He is friendly, knowledgeable, fair, and rapidly responds when I contact him. I'm happy to have found a local electrician whom I can trust and who is so helpful and honest. I will continue to use Turn Electric when I have electrical needs in the future.

The disappointing:

I received the bill and found that I had been charged an additional $500 for troubleshooting. I had never been quoted this rate or given any indication I'd be charged a troubleshooting fee until I received the bill.

EM spent about four hours at our house and replaced 7 outlets for $345 plus a service fee of $59. That all felt very fair. The job was annoying and took some research to find out why the outlet were acting weird. I was happy to pay extra for the trouble -- but $500 without getting my approval is excessive. I complained and they lowered my bill by $200 (which I appreciated), but I hate having to be put in that position.

I do feel like they're good electricians, but make sure you get everything quoted ahead of time.

Zare came out to our place the same day we called him and moved a very tricky outlet with no problem at all. He was fast, professional, and all at a great price. Would highly recommend him.

I had a problem with the sign not lighting up at my business so i reached out to these guys at 6:00pm on a monday and they responded so quickly. They were willing to show up next day at 8:00am. They were super professional and they diagnosed the problem so quickly, i was impressed. They provided a solution that was perfect for what i needed, and they were professional from start to finish, showing me exactly what had been done and how they did it. I was very happy with how quickly they were able to come to our sight, and diagnose our issues.  The electricians were friendly, knowledgable, and professional.

Rick did a fantastic job at our place in Silverlake.  He installed 2 lighting fixtures, a ring security light/camera, and swapped out a bunch of our old track lighting for better bulbs.  He even refocused all of the track lights.  Ill absolutely call him again in the future.  Highly recommended.

Recently had Vartan come out to install a 14-50 nema outlet in my garage.  He did a fantastic job.  But in my opinion, even more importantly, he was great to work with.  Extremely professional, totally thorough and very easy to communicate with.  After talking to a few other electricians for quotes about my project, I found Vartan and East West Electric to be the one I felt most comfortable hiring to do the project.  Furthermore, I felt like I could genuinely trust the price he gave me and didn't have any worries about the fairness of the quote.  

I would absolutely recommend Vartan for any electrical work you need to do.
