Excellent electrician!  I've hired many electricians to work on various electrical issues in my house and Steve is by far the best I've seen.  I highly recommend him.

He responded quickly to my first voice mail and set up a time to visit.  Instead of the usual 4 hour window, he gave a 1-hour window and then, an hour before arriving, called to say he was on his way and would be 15 minutes early.  Good start!  

I had five things for him to look at and he started by telling me that he could do the first item, but that it would be cheaper for me to buy a $10 buck-screw-in product at Home Depot and it would do the same job.  Hmmm... Early AND trying to save me money?!  Very unusual.  

He then quickly did the rest of the jobs (replaced a ceiling light's transformer, and two GFCi outlets), cleaned up after himself and charged me a highly reasonable fee.  I have finally found my go-to electrician.  Oh, and he's a really nice, friendly guy as well.

They never gave up on the inexplicable electrical behavior of the lights that occurred in our home, and they sincerely investigated the cause and fixed it!

Nick, the owner, just left after replacing an outlet and circuit breakers for the main curcuit in out townhouse complex.  Nick did a superb job and his price was extremely reasonable. Nick came over and diagnosed the problems, we agreed on the price and he came back the next day and took care of everything. He is extremely knowledgable and shares his expertise and love for his craft. He is also a very nice person, explains everything in laymen's terms and doesn't sugar coat anything. As president of ou homeowner's association I will use Nick again for any electrical needs for both our complex and personally.  I have also recommended Nick to all the other homeowners in our complex. Being in business for 35 years and his nice personality made this a no-brainer decision.

Omer Came prepared with all the right equipment and things to get the job done. He change the chandelier two ring floodlights and installed a bunch of Recessed lights in my house. He came with a mask tools and everything he needed was in and out within an hour. He was super nice and very understanding and explained everything. Will definitely be using GoPro electric on my next job.

These guys were great. I called at 8 in the morning for an emergency because two of our rooms didn't have power. They were here by 12:30 to fix two breakers for us. Very friendly and great service!

I just bought a home and wanted some remodeling done on my home . I spoke to Alex regarding to a few troubleshoot for my electricity. He was very nice, & very helpful. He gave me an estimate on my recess lights & checked my panel. He told me exactly in detail what I need & suggested what I should get done. Their estimate and price was fair and low. I'm absolutely happy with the job they've done on my house. If I ever need other electrical work on my house again, I would only contact spark masters!

From the initial contact, it was a pleasure working with Mario Castillo Electric. They got back to me right away and provided a detailed estimate of the work I wanted done. They are consummate professionals. Sergio, the electrician was beyond punctual. A text was sent when he was on the way, and he showed up exactly at the appointment time and followed current Covid precautions. Vasilii was good with communication and he let me know that he was running late. Reasonable pricing. Very professional. Replaced 3 recessed lights in the kitchen and installed 2 outdoor light fixtures. He also put up my house number plate for free. I highly recommend VS Electrical.

Half of our house has no power in the morning and I need it fixed right away. Steve sent his associate and his diagnosis was we don't have half of the electric is not coming to the house. He called the DWP with me and explained the situation to them. In the evening, DWP came to my home to fix the problem. He called me, later on,​ to check everything was doing fine. I never met such a nice electrician and friendy.

Very impressed by my experience.  Immediately got the permits for an EV wall charger wiring and install. Installation was quick and well done. Responsiveness by the owner and by the install staff was prompt, friendly and helpful.  I am incredibly  happy with my experience with them.

Edgar was very courteous and helpful from the moment we spoke on the phone. He went above and beyond in helping us with our electrical needs and even gave recommendations for the next time we purchased lighting and gave us some safety tips. Not just because he's professional and detail-orientated to evaluate the Tesla charger installation work precisely, but also he's very honest on what you really need. Zareh will not 'add' unnecessary work unless it's absolutely required. He will explain all the options with pros and cons, then give his professional recommendation for your decision making. The price quote from Zareh is also very reasonable compared with other service providers. I highly recommend Zareh for Tesla and any other electrical service needs.

Very unprofessional. Paid $500 for a hand drawn diagram of the wiring for ev charging. If I knew it was going to be that quality I would have drawn it myself while they were speaking to me, or asked a 10 yr old to draw it. We told them it would take us time to schedule the work, they kept sending emails asking us for an update. But conveniently stopped responding to emails and request for refunds once they realized that our HOA only wants ladwp to do to the work and we weren't going ahead with them. Lady on the phone realizes that this situation may warrant a refund, tells me that they may be able to offer a partial refund, but emails that her boss vetoed her decision because he gave us A diagram. So you call her for each thing you need, she needs to talk to the manager/owner and emails the response. But never follows up to my responses. I need to call again, sometimes twice because they forget/ignore. Never been treated this way by any business before. Very disappointing.

Rick was a great help with the troubleshooting of my LED strip light installation.  I will certainly work with him again.

Curteous, thoughtful and professional service. I had two security cameras installed and Nshan came out twice. For the consultation visit we discussed optimal placement and during our discussion he recommended a different device than what I had. I'm glad he did and I am very pleased with the alternative. The install was completed quickly and Nshan helped me test and set up my cameras. I had many questions and he took the time to make sure that I was clear on everything and ready to go. I will absolutely call East West again for my next project.
