i called today with an electric emergency- half the electricity in the house was out! Igal made it a priority to get to me within hours and to let me know his exact timing. The work was completed swiftly and everything is working great. He even took the time to explain to me what had happened and then was kind enough to help with a few minor electrical questions as well. I will definitely use Dr. Electric for all my electrical needs. Highly recommended!

This is my 2nd experience with Steve and I couldn't be more impressed. First he installed a pendant light in my kitchen, and today he re-wired and swapped some faulty light switches in my master bathroom. He returns phone calls promptly, arrives on time, is courteous, respectful and friendly, and of course - does great work. Greenstar did a very good job this week. Their work ethic and organization made a week long job turn to a 3 day job. I highly recommend Greenstar Electric to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team, no job is either too big nor too small! Will definitely be calling them to upgrade my main panel sometime this summer.

Fast is right! I called Nic at 7 am when half of my house went dark. He not only answered his phone, he was at my house by 8 am. Had it up and running with new breakers very quickly and even helped me to write new labels for the box.

We were selling our house and needed a couple of small repairs done. The electrician who was supposed to do the job was a no-show, and now we were facing a tight deadline. Peter came out to assess the situation in the morning, and was actually able to do the work later the same day. He and Alex were prompt, polite, friendly, and efficient. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely call them again.

After one of our recessed ceiling lights broke causing the fluorescent bulb to stick out too far, and look bad, we knew we needed to call an electrician. I searched Yelp, and decided to call Mr. Castillo for an assessment and estimate to fix the bad light. He explained that the fluorescent bulbs were no longer the proper choice due to environmental impacts, etc., and he recommended replacing it with a more energy efficient LED light. Long story short, his reasoning made sense and his price and timing were reasonable, so we decided to change out all 21 lights in our condo to the LED lights. Hector and his assistant did a great job, and Mario even came by to inspect the job at the end to make sure everything was done properly, and to make sure that there were no smudges and fingerprints left behind on the ceiling from the work that had been done. We are very pleased with the results. All staff that I communicated with spoke (or texted) in a friendly, professional manner, and took responsibility to deal with any issues and questions that I had regarding the job.

Vasilii was good with communication and he let me know that he was running late. Reasonable pricing. Very professional. Replaced 3 recessed lights in the kitchen and installed 2 outdoor light fixtures. He also put up my house number plate for free. I highly recommend VS Electrical.

Had an issue with 220 V which powers our house A/C. Called Steve based on a lot of positive reviews and he did not disappoint. We agreed on a fair price and not only he showed me where the problem is so that i can fix it if it ever happens again, he also showed me how the electrical lines coming in and how they are patched as 220 (basic understanding on how 220 V ). in addition, he also took the time to go with me to obtain the correct part at a local hardware store,

I'm leaving this review on behalf of my husband, who hired Zareh to do some electrical work for our home. He was kind, professional and efficient. My husband has now given him repeat business, and another family member hired him and was very pleased. The men, did a great job, they professionally installed my Tesla charger. Very clean team, didn't leave any extra holes in walls. The price was great, I had a quote from 3 different companies, they bet them that's why I decided to go with them. If will have any other electrical issues will definitely contact them.

THE INCIDENT
So, I had an unusual problem. A circuit breaker died in my breaker box. I had had problems before on the kitchen's circuit with running a toaster and George Foreman at the same time. This was a different circuit.

When I was away from home, my fiance was heating up leftovers in the microwave, watching TV and running the washer. All were on the same circuit. Bam! All of a sudden everything went out. Darkness in half the house.

Over the phone, I had her check a few things. The circuit breaker wouldn't reset or turn back on. It was four switches with the center two tied together in a 2-20 configuration. I checked around on the Internet but since I didn't have any experience with breaker boxes, I decided to call an electrician and have it done right.

THE SEARCH
I checked online for an electrician. Angie's List angieslist.com required a paid subscription. YellowBook yellowbook.com was just pages of names and phone numbers without useful info. Bing bing.com was better. It linked me to Yelp reviews which I appreciated.

First, I contacted Powell Electric and was greeted by a call intake person who knew nothing about electrical work. They said flatly, $99 to come out applied to the job if you use us. Yelp told me that they could be 2-3x what other companies charged. No dice.

Next, I called West LA Electric. $95 to come out. I don't like that model. What if I don't feel comfortable with them. Still, an almost $100 hit!

Finally, I called Intelectric. Lorraine answered the phone. I told her that I was a small potatoes home owner who most likely needed a circuit breaker replaced. She was bright and cheery. Offered help right away. Then, she offered to let me speak to the Service Manager before scheduling my call to take in more info! Really? Awesome! That's the way it should be.

Rob the Service Manager was very helpful. He guided me on how to find the manufacturer, amp rating and location of the bad circuit breaker. This is FRIDAY AFTERNOON and he still managed to schedule a tech to come out by 5PM!

SERVICE CALL
Robert the Electrician came out. He was dressed professionally, wore boot booties and carried all of the necessary tools to get the job done. He had to bring a substitute circuit breaker (different manufacturer) because the matching one was on order from their same-day supplier. Intelectric wanted to get me up and running ASAP!

Within about 20 minutes, Robert disconnected the wires, tested the circuit, replaced the bad circuit breaker and hooked everything up again. He tested the circuit several times with a voltmeter. A-OK. He also checked my other circuit breakers to make sure the gauge of the wire matched the amps of the circuit breaker (very important!) All-in-all, it took about 1/2HR and I was up and running again!

Robert told me to contact Intelectric on Monday to find out when the matching circuit breaker would be arrive. He had me get on the phone with Rob to verify that there wouldn't be an additional charge to quickly swap out the circuit breaker. All good.

FOLLOW-UP
On Monday mid-day I got a call from Chris who said they were still waiting on the part but would let me know when they received it.

On Tuesday morning, I received a call from Lorraine that the matching circuit breaker had arrived and they would try to schedule Robert to return based on the timing at his first job. I received several more informative calls. They offered a service window of 12-2PM.

Robert arrived on-time and swapped the circuit breaker. He was done in about five minutes. I wrote a check for the circuit breaker, wished him well and ended the service call.

CONCLUSION
I'm writing this review right after Robert left. He's a big Lakers fan judging by his ever-present cap. Intelectric's service was, in my opinion, a slam dunk! My fiance and I are all set now with the matching circuit breaker, consistent electricity and functional knowledge of our breaker box.

I found Rick through yelp.  We needed to install a second SCE meter to feed our electric car charger.  I really liked Rick's estimate.  Even though the Los Angeles County and SCE did not see eye to eye on the proper method of second meter installation, Rick managed to get them to agree.  He and his crew came out on the day he promised and did a great job.  They made really good suggestions to keep the esthetics of the house even though the ground wire needed to be ran to the front of the house.  He kept in constant communication with me and I was always up-to-date with everything that was going on.

I definitely plan to use Rick for other jobs.  I was extremely happy with his work, quote, and overall approach to customer service.

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Nashan from East-West Electric! He is truly the epitome of professionalism. He rescued me on a Saturday by fitting me into his already booked schedule to fix a sparking, mini flame shooting electrical outlet within a few hours of my seeking help. In addition to being a genuinely nice guy who really wants the best for his customers, let me detail the other reasons he deserved a 5-star review.

1. He arrived right on time and adhered to Covid precautions (mask, shoe covers, cleansing wipes, etc).
2. He diagnosed and explained the cause of my problem by visually pointing out the areas of damage.
3. After installing new parts, he thoroughly cleaned the wall and flooring where he worked. He also removed the dust bunnies that have evaded my cleaning routine (haha).
4. He went above and beyond by helping me with some minor non-electrical assembly work to make my life a bit easier.
4. All this he did in under an hour.

I am so pleased with his service that I plan to have him back soon to install home security cameras.
