I am so thrilled that I found Steve.  He promptly returned my email and helped me figure out what my options were by phone and email.  Once we decided to schedule an appointment, he came out the next day with Jordan.  Both were on time and prepared to do the work.  They explained things to me so I could understand.  Steve stayed longer to look at a few other electrical issues I had questions about and could not be nicer.  I highly recommend Steve and Jordan and will definitely call them again to do the electrical when we redo our kitchen or anything else that comes up.

Great introduction to Greenstar. We are new to the area and had two switches/outlets not working. Spoke with Jorge Monday, Chris and Juan were here this morning and in an hour the job was complete, area left clean, I was kept informed, and prices reasonable. Will be calling again!

The customer service is EXCELLENT. I called and immediately got to speak with a real person without having to leave a message. Claudia was super helpful and knowledgeable about electrical work. She was able to help me figure out what might be going on and then scheduled a technician to come out in less than 24 hours.

The next day David came to help with an electrical outlet that wasn't resetting. It was attached to my garbage disposal and I didn't know that the switch needed to be engaged in order to reset it.

David reset it and didn't even charge me. Really, really appreciate it and they will DEFINITELY be my first call from here on out.

My grandma's doorbell is broken and Edwin came out the next day. Turns out it was missing a part, so the trip was a waste for him, but he was so kind and didnt seem bothered at all. Once the part arrives he will return to install it for me. Such a nice guy.

We bought a home built over 60 years ago, after moving into LA from a different state. Steve was the third electrician we brought in during our inspection process, and the first we were really happy to work with. He explained all his findings thoroughly and gave us a really reasonable quote. After we decided to buy the home and have him in to do the work, he was responsive and quick to schedule! As he completes the work he explains every step. He has identified other issues with the home as he has worked and helped us fix them beyond what we could expect. In short, they do careful, clean and good work at a fair price. I did not say cheap, but I did not say expensive either.  They untangled a set of electrical connections that were half working and half not working due the previous owner's screwed up wiring between two apartment units.  It was time consuming. Their technician was an ace, and very patient.  I had a billing issue with them which was resolved to my satisfaction.  Just ask upfront what if any fees come with the repair visit, estimate, or follow-up repair work.

Rick and his crew are the best.  They rewired our entire home, added some lights and changed various switches to make them more convenient.  They did a great job, came in on time and on budget, and handled a grumpy inspector with ease.  Rick explained everything they were doing in layman's terms.  He gave us several options on each project and never pressured us to take the most expensive route.  His crew is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.  They truly deserve all of their great yelp reviews.

Contacted East West Electric for an estimate to add an outlet in my kitchen. The crew came out the same day, reviewed the steps they'd need to take and provided a reasonable estimate. I proceeded with the job and would definitely contact them again.
