i called today with an electric emergency- half the electricity in the house was out! Igal made it a priority to get to me within hours and to let me know his exact timing. The work was completed swiftly and everything is working great. He even took the time to explain to me what had happened and then was kind enough to help with a few minor electrical questions as well. I will definitely use Dr. Electric for all my electrical needs. Highly recommended!

Excellent electrician!  I've hired many electricians to work on various electrical issues in my house and Steve is by far the best I've seen.  I highly recommend him.

He responded quickly to my first voice mail and set up a time to visit.  Instead of the usual 4 hour window, he gave a 1-hour window and then, an hour before arriving, called to say he was on his way and would be 15 minutes early.  Good start!  

I had five things for him to look at and he started by telling me that he could do the first item, but that it would be cheaper for me to buy a $10 buck-screw-in product at Home Depot and it would do the same job.  Hmmm... Early AND trying to save me money?!  Very unusual.  

He then quickly did the rest of the jobs (replaced a ceiling light's transformer, and two GFCi outlets), cleaned up after himself and charged me a highly reasonable fee.  I have finally found my go-to electrician.  Oh, and he's a really nice, friendly guy as well.

I found this company online and scheduled an appointment to have somebody help me install a dimmer switch and figure out some circuit breaker issues. The dimmer switch Andre installed somehow cut off power to another light switch which was supposed to be fixed at a later date. Along with the additional power issues, the second appointment was going to be covering a second dimmer switch but after being told I would be contacted for scheduling,  It was a very bizarre interaction, see pictures posted. Jorge asked me if I had picked up the equipment yet but I had clearly texted saying I'm not sure exactly what I needed to buy and asked advice when someone came by to look at it and let me know. He said he would contact me the next day regarding what time somebody could come by in the afternoon and I didn't hear from him again until the following Monday. I told him we were supposed to have scheduled an appointment on Friday to which he only replied, ok. Which was bizarre. Then I sent him a screenshot of the conversation to which he also replied, ok'. It was extremely unprofessional and I can't figure out why this went from an okay service to no communications and then simply, ok. This company is not reliable and installing one switch pulled power from another set of lights so in the end, I'm actually glad I didn't hear back so I can find somewhere else.​

I've contracted Shok for several jobs around my place -- everything from a failing outlet to faulty outdoor lights and larger tasks. Aside from David's flawless work, the Shok Electric team responds quickly and communicates clearly, which I find to be invaluable. They're our go to for any sort of electrical problem.

Nick and crew have 5 stars for a reason! They came to us quickly and did an amazing job on a laundry list of electrical needs that we had. Nick is a great problem solver and made complicated jobs seem very easy. Nick is quick with communication and they (shout out to Andrew!) were very tidy and respectful of our home. We'll have them back when we need work in the future!

Visiting from out of town, and 50 amp receptacle that we use to plug in our RV at our in laws showed a missing ground wire.  Contacted GoPro via Yelp and got a response within minutes, even though it was after 10:00pm.  Contacted Omer the following morning and he asked for a few pics.  Few minutes after sending he said he would arrive in 30 minutes.  Got the receptacle properly grounded and now we can plug in our RV to run the ACs and other stuff.  Highly, highly, highly recommend.

I am a landlord and have used this company several times for both my properties.  Because I usually can't be on site when maintenance issues arise, it is important for me to have vendors on whom I can rely to attend to my tenants' needs.  Eddie and Marvin have always provided excellent service, solved every problem at a reasonable cost and they are very quick to respond. I highly recommend them!

After speaking to a few electricians and receiving empty promises with unreal estimates I was fortunate enough to stumble onto USAmerican Electrical Services' website. I spoke with Arvin over the phone, and he was able to inspect my home within an hour of our conversation. It was refreshing to work with a professional who was not only true to his word, but was extremely fair in his service fees, without sacrificing the quality of his work. Judging him by his work and business ethics, it was obvious that Arvin took great pride in the job and gave my family the peace of mind in knowing that our safety was no longer in question. Edwin from E4 Electric just completed a panel upgrade and grounded outlets in my home, and did a great job.  Work and inspection was a success.  It was a pleasure doing business with them.  I found E4 Electric on Yelp, and chose them based on others' reviews describing Edwin as honest and easy to work with.  These are two traits I look for in Contractors when seeking work to be done in my home.  Edwin didn't disappoint.  He showed up when he said he was going to, completed the work in the time span promised, and gave me the heads up on some safety issues that need tending to, without trying to upsell me.  If you are looking for an honest and reliable electrician, give E4 Electric a call. He will be my go-to Electrician for any future projects.

Peter went above and beyond what we hire him to do, which was install a new tesla charger in the garage... he also resolved an issue with my backyard light and didnt even try to rip me off. He and his assistant both wore mask and were super considerate of these weird covid times. I'd definitely use him again for an electrical work.

This is the second time I've used them.  They are great, always professional, and punctual.  I highly recommend them.

Now if I could only find a plumber as good as them!

Vasilii was good with communication and he let me know that he was running late. Reasonable pricing. Very professional. Replaced 3 recessed lights in the kitchen and installed 2 outdoor light fixtures. He also put up my house number plate for free. I highly recommend VS Electrical.

We recently hired Turn Electric as we had an outdoor power outlet that stopped working. Steve came over and easily diagnosed the problem and discovered that the GFI unit had failed. Steve tested the wiring and that there was power to the outlet. He then changed out the GFI unit with a new one. All is good. I definitely recommend Turn Electric. Reasonable and reliable.

Terrible experience with Intelectric.  We hired them to do several things around our new house.  They sent three people to get the work done. Two were actually working, albeit at a glacial pace. The third was there just to hang out, as far as I could tell.  After three whole days of slow progress, they announced they were done, except for five lightbulbs that still needed to be changed. These were on a high ceiling, and they said they needed a special ladder.  So then two guys showed up on a different day, and took three hours to change these lightbulbs.  Much of the time was spent with these two looking up at the ceiling, doing absolutely nothing --they seemed to have no clue how to go about changing lightbulbs on a high ceiling.  I assumed that this work was already included in their $6,000 bill, particularly because one of the lightbulbs had been changed by them before, and they had used the wrong kind, so they were fixing their mistake.  But, no, they sent us another bill for over $800.  For changing five lightbulbs.  When I called to complain, they took $200 off the bill - basically acknowledging that they had double billed us for their own mistake as to the one light bulb.  There was no price adjustment for the fact that they sent us people who had never done this before and had to reinvent the wheel while charging us over $200 an hour.  Do not hire!

We've worked with Rick for several years, first in one home, and then the next. He switched over all of the recessed lights to LED fixtures and helped guide us through converting everything to a smart home. He replaced all our switches with smart switches, and he's installed every light fixture we've ever gotten. He's also just incredibly kind and helpful. For example: one day, while he was over to install a light, my closet door came off its hinges in the other room, and even though it was not at ALL his responsibility, he helped me fix it. A true gentleman. Highly recommended!

These guys are the best. Installed a new panel for me. Worked hard, well, and efficiently. They went out of their way to work out a tricky permit situation. I highly recommend. I am planning on using for all my electrical needs in the future.
