Highly recommend Dr. Electric! The switch for my unit in the main breaker outside of my condo complex broke one day, and the power went out to my entire apartment. Of course, I wasn't home at the time--only my mother was. Dr. Electric was able to come to my building within 90 minutes, and he texted me updates along the way. He did a fantastic and quick job, and was very pleasant and kind, according to my mother. Best of all, his fee was very reasonable given that this was emergency service!

This guy Steve is great!  I needed him to install some lights in the ceiling of my living room. He gave me a quote over the phone and came out and did the work perfectly. I have since recommended him to our HOA and he has installed some lights at the property which look great. If you need a good electrician who will do what he says he will do, and for the price he says he will do it for, Steve is your guy.

Happy I got the chance to work with green star electric, I did my online research, getting estimates and finally reaching to green star electric because of how kind and professional Jorge was over the phone. Told them the problem with my light bulbs and how I went thru so many just to find out maybe it was an electrical problem. He said that was most likely the case. Green star electric sent out Chris who came to look at the problem and immediately knew what was the issue. They noticed the holder was completely depleted which made a lot of sense cause I've been in this house for 10 years and never really got my electrics replaced. Within 45 minutes I saw the change out and impressed with how the service went. Thank you yelp for helping me find this team!!!

Has no knowledge about electricity. Came my house to do a electrical job and he told me that this is air conditioning job. Lol i end up doing it with another electrical guy and i am so happy. Yes it was an electrical job lol.

My husband and I were looking for an electrician to install new outlets and and new j-box with ceiling fan. Omer responded right away and was able to come out on the weekend to install them. He and his team came by when scheduled and kept our house clean and communicated with us throughout the process. Great service and would definitely recommend.

Excellent, friendly service. Marvin and his team went above and beyond to help find a solution to our front gate lights. These lights have been without a cover - and I wasn't even sure they were working - for over four years. I couldn't find anyone who had the confidence and skill to get them back on. MC=e3 came through and got the lights covered and working. And they look great!

Had an emergency electrical situation and this young man answered the call right away.  He can right out to my home in less then an hour and replaced a blown fuse within 5 mins.  He was nice, very professional and offered me a flat rate which was great.

I lost power to the whole back of the house where the kitchen is. I tried to reset the breaker but it broke in my hand. I tried to get a family member to fix it for me but they wisely told me to get an electrician, so I tried asking for help through yelp messenger and Edwin was able to come out Monday morning since he is nearby. He was able to get a new breaker and fixed it immediately for a reasonable price. He was so kind and patient and answered all my questions and didn't try to upsell me. As a senior citizen on a limited income, I appreciated that. I would definitely hire him again or recommend him to friends and family!

We had a great experience with Spark Masters. We had a sudden outage and had gotten a kind of sketchy quote from another company who had done a quick fix, so I called Alex for a second opinion. He sent Peter over right away and they gave us a very frank assessment, explaining our situation in full and giving us several options at several price ranges. We opted to upgrade our service panel to a 200 amp unit, and they did a great job. They were quick and thorough and checked in to make sure that all was working well after the job was done. Peter is very knowledgeable, professional, and just a really pleasant guy (which counts for a lot when you're having to have someone working on your house for several days). I would recommend to all.

As a new homeowner I didn't know who to call for issues my home inspector pointed out. Referrals from family & friends were a letdown, so I put it off for a few months until I had no choice - the power went out in my kitchen/laundry. Went onto yelp and found Mario Castillo Electric with all the great reviews you've been reading, but admittedly was still skeptical after the previous referrals had fallen through.

After speaking with Flor (an all-around joy to speak with), Mario came out within a couple hours and let me know it was a SoCal Edison issue (wind+tree+power lines which they were able to fix same-day), while providing a quote for a panel upgrade and whole home rewiring. Mario was friendly and knowledgable, so I got the ball rolling on the panel upgrade & an EV charger installation - asking lots of questions along the way. Before that work was done I recommended them to my Father for an EV charger in the meantime, and he was very happy with the work done.

Today they came and upgraded my panel and added a charging outlet for my car, doing an all around excellent job. Looking forward to installing a hot tub and getting my house rewired with Mario Castillo Electric in the not too distant future. It's a good feeling knowing I have an electrician I can count on for any future jobs/issues.

Vasilii was good with communication and he let me know that he was running late. Reasonable pricing. Very professional. Replaced 3 recessed lights in the kitchen and installed 2 outdoor light fixtures. He also put up my house number plate for free. I highly recommend VS Electrical.

Edgar is highly reliable and extremely competent. I have used him 4 times now and each Edgar and his colleagues have done a great job at a fair price.  They are quick to respond and will work with your schedule.  They also work with the city to get their work permitted (if needed) for a fee.  Highly recommended!

Technician arrived early and took care of the job quickly and efficiently for a rate significantly less than a lot of other places. I was very happy with his work and he did not try to sell me anything else that I did not ask for which I appreciated

Terrible experience with Intelectric.  We hired them to do several things around our new house.  They sent three people to get the work done. Two were actually working, albeit at a glacial pace. The third was there just to hang out, as far as I could tell.  After three whole days of slow progress, they announced they were done, except for five lightbulbs that still needed to be changed. These were on a high ceiling, and they said they needed a special ladder.  So then two guys showed up on a different day, and took three hours to change these lightbulbs.  Much of the time was spent with these two looking up at the ceiling, doing absolutely nothing --they seemed to have no clue how to go about changing lightbulbs on a high ceiling.  I assumed that this work was already included in their $6,000 bill, particularly because one of the lightbulbs had been changed by them before, and they had used the wrong kind, so they were fixing their mistake.  But, no, they sent us another bill for over $800.  For changing five lightbulbs.  When I called to complain, they took $200 off the bill - basically acknowledging that they had double billed us for their own mistake as to the one light bulb.  There was no price adjustment for the fact that they sent us people who had never done this before and had to reinvent the wheel while charging us over $200 an hour.  Do not hire!

I had a very good experience with Rick. I had for some weeks a problem that I was dragging to take care of after a not great experience with a first electrician. I called Rick, he asked me pictures and came the following day. Took care of my issue and was gone. And that's it. No big drama. Straight to the point. Fair in his price. Thank you Rick for your quick help.

Contacted East West Electric for an estimate to add an outlet in my kitchen. The crew came out the same day, reviewed the steps they'd need to take and provided a reasonable estimate. I proceeded with the job and would definitely contact them again.
