i called today with an electric emergency- half the electricity in the house was out! Igal made it a priority to get to me within hours and to let me know his exact timing. The work was completed swiftly and everything is working great. He even took the time to explain to me what had happened and then was kind enough to help with a few minor electrical questions as well. I will definitely use Dr. Electric for all my electrical needs. Highly recommended!

my landlord would send questionable handymen so when i was experiencing electical problems, i called steve (he had done work for the company i was working for). my electricity had been randomly cutting out... he found the problem - the main breaker was 60 amp when it should not have been more than 40 (aluminum wiring) - he saved my building from burning down!

Wow, these guys are an efficient, no nonsense outfit, period. They found a faulty breaker in my main box, and replaced it with a higher quality breaker. I also need a hallway switch replaced with a switch with night light. Boom, done. Reasonable.

I chose them based on all the excellent reviews! I called for an older friend who is in their 70s and, after a recently surgery, has temporarily limited sight. So I searched for an electrician and called Shok Electric.

Claudia's voice and tone exude kindness and professionalism! So I connected her with my friend and they arranged the appointment for the estimate. David came the following day and was prompt and very personable. And, only two days after my initial call, the job is already completed to my friend's satisfaction! Nick was great. He replaced two ceiling lights in the kitchen and replaced the wiring in two old lamps at a reasonable price. And he was pleasant to have around. I highly recommend and would use him again.

Omer clearly knows what he's doing, but his pricing is not transparent and is significantly more expensive than competitors.

Called Marvin at 6 am in the morning after my Brother in law tried to install a new light. By 9am my power was restored and the light fixture installed. Really appreciated MC=e3 Electric getting everything resolved so quickly.

I have two outlets in my room but one of them has not worked for years. I assumed it was due to a short caused by a leaky pipe. I was way wrong.

I reached out and they responded within the hour. Shortly afterwards, we set up a time for them to arrive and install new outlets that I bought. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and the quality shows in their work.

It turns out the old outlet was just broken from years of use. These new outlets work perfectly.

First I will like to thank Edwin for responding ASAP through yelp messenger ! I was in a desperate need of a electrician for my new home .I ordered a new electric stove that was unable to be installed  since my new home did not have the correct outlet .I needed to have a 220 volt outlet installed for my new stove. Lucky I was able to find Edwin and he was able to give me a direct quote over the phone and was able to install the much needed outlet same day. Overall I am totally satisfied with Edwin customer service , he even helped me by moving my old stove and placing my new one in! He definitely did more than I ask for and I am so grateful!

We hired Alex and his team to install new track lighting in our kitchen today. They were very professional and reasonably priced. Also, before the installation, Alex was very responsive and answered any questions. My ac unit kept tripping the circuit breaker.  Steve arrived very quickly.  He is an honest and polite electrician who explains everything very clearly.  I will be recommending him to my friends and family!

Mehdi is a very bright individual, and extremely talented as an  electrician. I have worked with him on numerous projects. On my latest  project with him he did practically a new custom home for me. He did  everything from a new panel to recessed lights to GFI outlets to individual circuits. He always picks up his phone. He always answers text back. He will do whatever he has to do to make you happy. He always finds a way to send a crew out to you even when he's extremely busy. I just called him today and asked him several questions regarding solar and my electrical panel.

Really bad experience with this company. The lone serviceman was nice enough, but was not able to figure out how to properly install camera doorbells. Kept having to come back and every time was a service charge. Finally wrote a letter to the owner complaining and the receptionist called me   saying the owner wants to make it right. So the same tech comes over and half-fixes it (really not) and then the owner has the cajones to bill be yet again. I spent close to $500 for a job that many consider DIY. Horrible experience and recommend everyone to stay away.

If I can only give Rick 10 stars I would.  I was searching through Yelp last night for an electrician and he was one of them who responded immediately. He is usually off on Sundays but he emailed me a message that I find reasonable. He said, that he's booked all week and out of town after that. If he can fix this in a short amount of time I.e either a Gfi replacement or breaker replace then he will charge a minimal amount. If it's more complicated requiring lots of time he'll leave and no charge. True to his word, he charge me with the amount he said with no surprises, no visit or estimate fee. Rick diagnosed the problem meticulously, avoided a possible fire issue and did the job effectively. He is also funny, very friendly and a true expert plus he wears HOKA sneakers which is also my fav brand. Stop shopping around looking for the cheapest deal with a promised  amount then they add extra charges in the end. I'm impressed with Rick and will definitely call him again!!! He da man!!!

Nishan was professional and responsive. He showed up on the same day of my call and repaired several outlets that had stopped working in our guest house. The price was very reasonable and it was quick and painless!
