Madison Electric exceeded my expectations: I called Nathan hoping to set up an appointment for the next week, since I know a lot of business are backed up-- I was lucky enough to get an appointment same day within a couple of hours of my call! The men who installed my small chandelier were friendly and quick, and when I went to check if they needed anything, they were already done and we moving my furniture back into place (which I didn't expect them to do because I moved the furniture myself before they got there). Great company, great service, and great price-- I may have to buy more chandeliers for the other rooms, since the installation was so painless. Thank you Nathan and Madison Electric!

I'm reviewing a service call that is now 4 years old, but I just ran across the invoice in my files and recalled how pricey this was for a simple fix. All I needed was the installation of a timer for my porch light. It took maybe 10 minutes and George charged me 358.00.

these guys were fantastic.  I needed a ceiling fan installed in my 1927 laurel canyon cottage with a tiny attic space, and a dead outlet and switch rewired. the estimate was reasonable, the workers were friendly, knowledgable, and cleaned up afterwards.  immediately after they left, I added J Powers to my contact list under electrician, and I am sure I will use them again.

I phoned them about loss of power to the loft of our house in the Hollywood Hills, they said they would be over in about 1/2 hour, and they were here in less time than that.  Checked various potential problems, and found an outside GFI plug had been wired incorrectly and water had tripped it, shutting off power to the entire loft area!  Good detective work!!  They rewired this, problem fixed, minimal charge.  I am VERY happy.  Polite, courteous and professional.  I will use them again as required, and highly recommend them.

What else can I say besides TOP NOTCH! We had a need to install a new 220V circuit for our Air Conditioning. Super fast response, and appointment was on time with no delays. After assessing what needed to be done, a clear picture was presented with all of the obstacles that would need to be overcome. No sugar coating, no deceiving trickery. Heny is reliable and honest. He doesn't just fix electrical problem but also guarantees his work. I have had other electricians (no names) and they misdiagnosed the issue. I had a dish washer malfunction issue but turned out that the machine just needs a hard reset. The other company that misdiagnosed the problem even charged me and recommended to either replace my dishwasher or replace the mother board. GUESS WHAT? None of those are necessary. So by going with Heny or HDJ, I saved $400 - $500 in replacement fees.

Can't wait to have HDJ work on my lighting fixtures and upgrading my home.

I was blown away by Seven Electric's responsiveness today. They were able to correctly identify a problem that others misdiagnosed and solve it quickly. Will absolutely be coming back for any other electrical issues we have!
