I had All-In-One stop by to take a look at a 280V outlet that wasn't receiving power any more. Scheduling an appointment was easy, the electrician arrived right on time and tracked down the problem without tearing up my place. They also didn't make the problem out to be larger that it was. Nshan went over and beyond installing our security cameras. Him and his worker came to install Nest security cameras we bought and created multiple outlets in our attic. We encountered wifi connection issues and Nshan helped us troubleshoot it and was completely patient. They were very careful with everything and made sure we were okay with the setup. Anytime you are getting electrical work done, it'll cost you..however their prices were more reasonable compared to other electricians on Yelp.

My experience of Penna Electric was pretty unusual. I had a friend helping me out to change the kitchen outlet to a double gfci outlet and he was stuck, not able to figure it out as simply as he thought. He left the house to get some fresh air and take a break before he tried it again. While going down the street my friend saw Todd had been working on another job and he approach him and asked him if he could be of assistance and tell him how to switch them out properly. Todd was friendly enough to pop over after he completed what he was doing. He explain what my friend was overlooking and what needed to be done. My friend still a little confused, Todd was generous enough to jump in and quickly switch them out while explaining the process of what he was doing. I really appreciated him taking his time out to do that and share not only his knowledge, his skill. I could tell by the way he was talking and his actions he took pride in his work and worked from a place of integrity. After he was complete my friend asked how much we owed him and he said don't worry about. In my experience this was a beautiful act of service.

Joel was fantastic. Really knows his shit! I had him swapping out some light fixtures but also decided to ask him some advice for some audio interference issues I was having in my new house (My husband produces music and we've been having major equipment issues stemming from electrical issues of an old Hollywood house). He talked about it with me and answered my many questions about it and how to fix it. I'm so appreciative of his help and will definitely be calling him whenever we need an electrical expert

Excellent service! Yuri came to my house within 24 hours of outreach and he spent well over an hour trying to identify the problem with my outlets, before giving a quote! These guys are great! My power came out on half of my house and I didn't know what to do or what to press or anything! This is my first home ever, just moved out of my parents and dont know anything about power outages. Then I called All Electric. They came by and made me feel at ease. They explained what exactly happened,and made stickers on my power surge highlighting what is what so now I know what is connected to my kitchen. They are honest, kind and fair. More than I could've ever wanted from my electrician. I would certainly call them again if I need any more help. Thank you! You rock!!!

Okay, so what makes these guys so good.  First of all, they actually answer their phone.  I spoke to Manny, told him that I had three electrical outlets no longer working and asked him what his minimum charge was.  Manny told me the lowest possible price, barring any other unforeseen issues.  The price was better than I expected and I told Manny to proceed.  Two of his staff arrived just two hours after my initial phone call, fixed the problem and charged me the exact same lowest possible price that Manny had quoted.  Am I satisfied with their service and recommend them highly.  NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT.
