So this review is for an evening service call on Labor Day, of all days.
Just before prep'ing for dinner after a long, holiday weekend, we noticed a puddle of water in the kitchen in front of the sink.  Out comes the trouble light and I go into my amateur handyman mode.  We have a Grohe faucet, which some may submit, is a top notch faucet.  (My opinion is out on that one, but that is another review for another time.)

Lying on my back and looking at the sink fittings and drain trap I cannot for the life of me see exactly where the water is coming from.  So we quickly get online and call a plumber who can come out on the evening of a Holiday Weekend; Plumbing Care Inc.  (most of our other plumber calls roll over to voicemail).  They  answer the phone and agree to come out, and, incredibly, he is at our home within 45 minutes, near 7:00 PM
He is not only prompt, but very polite and professional and honest.  He brings in his tool kit and flashlight and quickly figures out the problem is the spray tip of our sink faucet has come loose and is allowing water to travel back up the gooseneck tubing and getting below the sink where it makes a drip loop onto the floor.  I would highly recommend his services.

Awais was very responsive and kept me updated about when he can arrive to my house. He was able to identify the problems I've been having with the water leaks right away and was able to get the parts and do the repairs pretty quickly! Thank you!

Great experience today with Luis from LC.  I called this morning at 8am to see if he had time to come unclog my main line as several showers and toilets were backed up.  Luis was pleasant to talk to, gave me his hourly rate and was able to schedule me that day with a 2hr window.  He arrived on time and texted when he was on his way.  He came to the door with a mask and wore protective foot coverings while inside my house.  Luis completed the job relatively quickly, cleaned up and presented the invoice.  No surprises with the cost and it was within the rage we discussed.  I highly recommend Luis and LC plumbing.  Thanks Luis!

I've known Rey for many years.  He tiled my bathroom and installed a new toilet.  I am still getting compliments on that job.
Recently, I asked him to replace the sewer pipe in my basement - big job, but he and his crew did it quickly and cleanly with no real disruption to me.  He also gave me hot and cold water for my washing machine, which I had never had, and hadn't thought of - all for the same price. Plus, he rerouted the gas line for my stove!
Rey  Lacayo and Amy Colt are great people and have a wonderful family.  He has a SF number and doesn't mind coming to SF.

I called Jazz to relocate a gas line. It was the first time I was doing this kind of work in the Bay Area, so I was not sure what to expect.

The back office was friendly and efficient. They were able to fit me quickly into their schedule. The plumber was very friendly and showed solid professional skills. The bill was what I expected (not as low as I wished, of course, but when is it?).

Where they really impressed me was in their customer care. Two days later, I had a problem that I assumed was related to the work that had been done, and that stopped us from being able to use any gas appliance. The back office was able to send someone the same day, and to take care of the problem right away (it took a couple of hours). I am now a convert. I think they are good people, and I see them as my long term HVAC contractors.

Quick response to inquiry for repairs of 2 doors. Did the job quickly and at a very fair price! Will be reaching out to him in order to work on different projects needed in my house. Highly recommended!!!

Needed a plumber on Sunday to fix leak from sink. Chose Plumbing Guys because they offered a free estimate and worked on SUNDAYS.
Work was well done within an hour.
No free estimate...but a $350 bill...no new parts.

(As I looked at other reviews, I now see that the negative ones are about not giving the estimates they offer, but charging high prices instead.)
When I emailed the company on their site, I received no response of any kind.
Perhaps someone at the company reads YELP! And will respond.

He fixed the kitchen sink and cleaned out the pipes, ensuring that nothing was left behind to stink up the house. WHEW! I was happy with the work he did and will be contacting him to do more work around the house.

Called them for a dishwasher leak and house water flow issues, and Robert came out quickly and addressed the water issue immediately, explaining what he was doing and why, and then stopped the dishwasher leak and carefully diagnosed the issue as something an appliance specialist would have to address. He also noticed that my kitchen sink faucet was very loose, which I've had several plumbers look at over the years and try to fix, but they all had failed at it (since it always quickly got loose again). Robert was the only one who noticed the real issue--that the hole the faucet goes into was too big, and the harness/nut that holds the faucet from underneath was too small for it, and faucet needed to be replaced, since it was a mismatch that couldn't be fixed. He had a perfect replacement for it in his truck (with a larger harness attachment), which he installed on the spot, and I'm really pleased with it and the whole experience, responsiveness, knowledge/expertise, and general helpfulness. Highly recommend.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

Nothing worse than discovering that my water heater was leaking on a Sunday morning. I called four different plumbing businesses & left messages with all of them. Todd from A.T. Weber was the first to call me back in the early afternoon and was ultimately the only one to call back on Sunday.

Todd responded to my house within the time period promised. He informed that he could replace my water heater with a new one within the afternoon. He removed the old water heater, installed a new one, cleaned-up and was done by 5:00. Todd was very personable and patient with explaining everything to me. My experience with A.T. Weber is Five Stars all the way!

He also went above and beyond looking for a specialty part in multiple stores, ordered it online, came back to finish up work... Fast and professional service! Having recently moved into a new place, I needed to get a sidewalk repair and certification done. I contacted a couple different places and Morris not only responded quickly, he provided an extremely fair quote. He was responsive to all emails and very patient in answering my many questions.

When it came time to schedule the work, he was able to do it within a couple days of signing the contract. They also did an excellent job repaving the sidewalk and leveling our driveway!

Best experience with a plumber ever. We had some repiping work done and a small bathroom remodel. Odi was a great to work with: very detail oriented, good communication, and reasonably priced.

Mike has come out twice to relight and inspect my water heater. He came right away and DID NOT CHARGE me! Just said it only took me a minute. i don't want to wish for plumbing problems in the future but if it happens, i will call Olsson. expecting to pay the next time.

the person answering the phone was also very nice and professional. she repeated the problem statement and asked if it was accurate. and asked if this is routine or an emergency. i've had messages garbled by dispatchers before so this is a great procedure to use

Save yourself a headache and money.  The estimate for a Bradford White water heater installed....was $500 higher than Barnett Plumbing who installed it the same day!  

This used to be my go to company.   Should a leak cost over $2,000 and numerous visits including leak detectors at $150 an hour?  Just wondering.  If you insist on going here....at least use Jonathan.
