These guys were awesome with me! I bought a NEST thermostat and installed it and found out that I needed some additional wiring to make it work. My system is a bit old.
So I call and describe the problem. Well they walk me through the issue and BAMMO! it's working.
The next time I need HVAC work I am calling these guys. If I ever need to recommend HVAC, yep, these guys will be my go to!
Very professional and very trustworthy! Call these guys! They're it!

Freddy did a great job with fixing our kitchen sink issue promptly. Will hire again. Solved the problem.

Seriously. As good as it gets. Our sump pump exploded and soaked the basement. Even though Jorge had a full day of jobs already lined up, he rushed over, and had even picked up a new sump pump on his way over! He was honest, explained all the work and had awesome advice. He fixed our sump pump in no time and even fixed a pesky toilet problem that had been puzzling us for 10 months. Superman. Highly recommend.

Lauren Carbo Carbonell came to my rescue on relatively short notice when my SF Mission apartment Edwardian toilet from 1982 decided to leak, overflow, and begin quickly and then slowly flooding my apartment. Lauren helped me get the water valve off and address the emergency. Then, in the next 48 hours after figuring out what was necessary to replace the toilet, came over, COVID safe (N95) and replaced my toilet with something cost effective and water efficient. Lauren explained everything in detail and fixed the toilet and sealed it within a number of hours while I was out and about. Lauren worked with my schedule and even coordinated with my landlord for payment. After all that, my water heater was leaking, and I knew just the plumber for the job. Prompt, professional, and highly knowledgeable Lauren was exceptional.
What impressed me most about Lauren's work was how prompt and professional they were without charging me an arm and a leg. Usually you can pay an arm and a leg for prompt service that you have to beg for. Or you have to beg and you pay a decent price and it takes weeks to months for these things to culminate. Here, I got both.
We Can Do It! Plumbing is my #1 go to from here on our and I am excited to see their business grow. Lauren is really charming, sweet, and a highly skilled tradesperson. Cannot recommend them enough.

Our toilet needed resealing. The plumber from Friendly Plumbing , Alex, was indeed friendly, he arrived as scheduled and completed the work promptly. The quote I had received on the phone was the actual cost. 5 stars seems appropriate.

I had a leaky shower door, so I called them to come fix it. The workmen showed up on time and proceeded to remove the old caulk and re-caulk it. They left, and a few hours later I took a look at the shower door to see huge gaps between it and the tub. I called them back, and spoke to Eric Bustos. For some unfathomable reason he kept going on and on about how to re-caulk a shower, and what his guys had to do. All I kept asking for was a shower that didn't leak. Eventually he sent the guys back to finish the job, and they seemed to do so.
2 days later it started leaking again. We called back and they said they'd call and send someone over between 8 and noon the next day. I waited until 11:30 and when I didn't hear from them I called them for an update and was told that the appointment hadn't been scheduled. The nice lady on the phone called me back to let me know that she'd spoken with Eric Bustos (company president) and since they'd been there twice already there's nothing they can do to fix it so they're not going to come out and patch the small bit that's still leaking. This after they told us yesterday that they would.
If a company doesn't feel capable of performing a job, they shouldn't do it and then tell the customer why it was done badly and refuse to fix it.

Robbery prices! $485 to snake a bathtub drain!! When have people started making almost $500 for 20 minutes?? Wow.
Oakland, CA
Toilet clogged. Used a toilet snake to clear the clog as always.
Unfortunately the toilet snake latched onto something and got stuck. Couldn't pull it out. Tried it for half a day.
Called J&K plumbing based on a friend's reference.
Joe came in an hour. Looked at it. Tried his hand and removed the stuck toilet snake.
Asked him how much should I pay for it? He just said all good and didn't charge me a penny. Left with a smile. Such a good person.
Would recommend him anytime.
Thanks Joe.

Wayne did some drainage work for me in July. He has always been incredibly responsive, answering and returning my calls. He goes way above and beyond regular customer service--it is more than exceptional. His team is coming out to do some additional work at no charge! The place was left spotless at the end of each day. He is as honest and as good as it gets. I am surprised at the review by Michael D. My experience could not have been more different. I highly recommend Wayne. Several of my neighbors have used Wayne, and all have been as delighted in the service and work from his team as I have.

Rafael came in minutes when I punctured my water main and resolved it quickly and with craft. Would recommend to anyone.

What a fantastic place! We had an issue with a loud whining noise coming from our pipes whenever the water in the basement was turned on, and other very respected plumbing companies could not figure out the problem. Mauro came out and first thought the issues was due to our pressure regulator that was broken. But when after replacing that the issue was not fixed, they kept investigating and in the end found that something was stuck in some old pipe in the basement. They fixed it and charged surprisingly little for the amount of time they had to put in.
For our future plumbing needs I will immediately call Mauro and not bother with any other company.

Excellent service! I worked with Jose and Carlos on my disgusting sewage problem. They gave me good advice and once the city approved the permit, the work got started quickly. Have you ever had a construction project that cane under budget? I had my first experience of that, and probably my last, with TrenchFree! Whoop!!!

Stefano was prompt and corrected all of our plumbing issues in a timely manner.
He fixed a leaking toilet, replaced a kitchen cartridge and even found and fixed two little leaks under the sink. He also installed a new filtered water fixture. Stefano helped to troubleshoot and replace a cartridge in my bathroom tub filler which is great now that it doesn't have black particles in the water now.
Stefano is a nice guy and we're very happy with his work. Would definitely recommend.

the most unprofessional service i have ever received, to the point that i now question the veracity of his other yelp reviews. i rarely use yelp but wanted to help inform others who are considering using his services. would not commit to a time to meet and vague about whether he was willing to work on the issue the same day. after arriving, he was unable to identify a simple leak in a sink, and promised to give estimates for other work to be done.
the estimate never came, and when i followed up on it he said he did not have time and to ask again. when i called again, he again did not have an estimate and said he was 'busy', but again promised to give an estimate. throughout the whole ordeal, he was completely unapologetic and made excuses.
in the end, we never got an estimate, and my husband who has NO plumbing knowledge whatsoever was able to identify and fix the leak.

Yep, Jon was perfect: He answered his phone, was able to come out soon, was efficient and friendly and knowledgeable and talked *to* me not at/down to me...all around awesome. I was actually just thinking: What else can he come help me with...oooh, my sump pump! Gonna call him now...

Without forgetting to mention an affordable price!

We hired Patrick's company to perform sewer lateral work on our home in the Oakland Hills. We had interviewed two other companies for the job and, of the three, Patrick's bid was the lowest. He was also recommended to us.
We were very disappointed in the work as the job was not done on time. The work area was left extremely dirty. Damage was done to our newly painted support columns. The ceiling of our breezeway also had significant dirt left on it which stood out against the new paint job.
The dirt was a minor issue compared to his upping the bill midway through the job. He stated that his bid was for sewer work from the sidewalk to the city's connection in the street. The other two companies' bids covered sewer work from the house to the city's street connection. He saw the others bids. The code requires that the work be done from the house to the street. How could Patrick think that a bid from the sidewalk to the street would work? Was this his first sewer lateral job?
When his new costs were factored in, he came in at par with the other bids,
His work crew broke one of our outside light fixtures. He could not find a proper replacement for the fixture and because the fixture had a matching pair on the opposite wall, Patrick bought two new light fixtures. His replacement fixtures were significantly cheaper than the original ones.
When I spoke with Patrick at the end of the job, he stated that the only thing left at the jobsite was a metal covering plate in the street. When I visited my home, imagine my surprise to find two wooden boards and an orange cone in my driveway! That does not make a good impression on potential buyers.
To leave a place in that condition and think that it was acceptable showed how sloppy he is and how low his standards are.
To add insult to injury, we got his email stating that everything was clean at my home.
All of this was brought to his attention and he stated he would adjust the bill. He took a long time in doing this and then never sent us a revised bill. When he finally did, he sent an email to our agent selling our home and stated that the balance was overdue. It was overdue because of the length of time it took him to revise the bill and because he did not deal directly with us.
This company is a joke and I am out $6,390. Do NOT use Precision Sewers. The name does not reflect the quality of the work.
