I had an issue with my bathtub leaking, Luis was extremely kind and knowledgeable and was able to determine the damage with a reasonable price quote. I also had an issue with the valves connecting to the whole building so it wasn't an easy work to just turn one valve off. He had to turn off quite a few (6, I think). Luis worked hard to ensure he went all around the building to make sure the valves were on and off at a reasonable time. He did such great work! I highly recommend!

Luis installed a 50 gallon gas water heater for us to replace a smaller failing unit that was about 20 years old.

He replied within minutes of asking about a quote, and when others failed to make their times, he arrived right when he said he would, and even did diagnostics for us to see if we really needed a new one.

There was no pressure to take his services and he let us think about it. When we decided to go for it, Installation was flexible and he got the whole thing done in about 5 hours within 2 days of agreeing to move forward.

He took care of hauling the new unit to us and hauling away all old parts. He even showed is how to troubleshoot the new unit if needed to save un-needed trips by a plumber. Excellent service!

Our kitchen sink was backed up/flooding at 7 pm on Sunday night...Luis came right away during the two hour appointment window and fixed our VERY clogged sink (likely over 10 years of gunk in there as we have not had a plumber out once since we bought the house). He replaced one part and then unclogged the sink for us, at a very reasonable cost.

I had wasted thousands on a supposed fix for my drainage line but it turned out it wasn't quite fixed at all. Fed up, I decided to switch rooting companies and try LC.

Luis picked up and within minutes we had scheduled the work for the earliest time he could make the next day.

Within two hours after that, my line was clear and the nightmare that had lasted the past several months was finally put to rest for a fraction of the other prices I had paid.

Summary: Luis is excellent and was so sweet! He was quick on the response, evaluated, got to work; he was done in less than an hour. Price was also reasonable. A+

Background: The house was built in 1972. The main bathroom toilet was leaking more than acceptable *to me. As I attempted to shut off the valve to keep the toilet from running, the valve wasn't closing all the way. I guess that original 1972 valve was done. Initially, I thought, well, I could replace the toilet guts myself. Then the valve... absolutely NOT! I needed an expert. So Luis was first to respond on the project and was available to come right over. The whole thing was done in less than an hour. Couldn't be happier. And now I have a shiny, new toilet valve, too!

Pro Tip: If you have a project, don't use the yelp project feature. It will farm your details out to several companies. (That part wasn't an issue for me.) The problem I have is Yelp charges these local businesses a small fortune to be included in this feature. Instead, just call these folks directly. There's NO reason to eat into their bottom line... just call them.

You got this! Call Luis. You'll be glad you did.

We had a large leak on our water main line right past the meter that was pouring water out into the street. I was able to quickly shut off the main but needed a professional to fix the leak and get our water back on.

I am super happy we called Luis. We scheduled for the next day but when he found out we were without water he figured out a way to squeeze us in same day. It was super nice of him and we really appreciated it. He was actually there within a couple of hours and gave us a very reasonable quote.

He and his assistant fixed the problem in an hour and did a really nice job. Everything was extremely professional from the workmanship to the customer service. We will definitely be using Luis in the future, it was a really great experience.

We found a leak outside our house at night involving the main water line. Luis provided a prompt response and showed up first thing in the morning . He did a detailed analysis of my leak, suggested a more viable/robust fix, and provided a very reasonable quote for his services. Got garbage disposal fixed. Person was free and came on time. Sounded professional on phone. Only problem quote prices and was double the price and did not have tools to fix everything. Now calling someone else. When II talked to him after attitude changed. Work was still done and so far working. If you need something very basic he will do it just fine. Nothing complicated.

They had the earliest availability and were no more expensive than the other bids that I received (including companies that could only come M-F). I've used a lot of plumbers but haven't been loyal to any of them because they often can't come for a day or two or because you never know who you're going to get. Luis picked up his phone right away and was able to come same day. I had what turned out to be a blocked pipe that caused my kitchen sink to back up. Luis responded quickly to my call and came the same morning. I had called other plumbers and some couldn't come for more than a week, so I was very relieved to be able to have my problem taken care of right away. Great experience today with Luis from LC. I called this morning at 8am to see if he had time to come unclog my main line as several showers and toilets were backed up. Luis was pleasant to talk to, gave me his hourly rate and was able to schedule me that day with a 2hr window. He arrived on time and texted when he was on his way. I am so incredibly thankful that I called LC Real Rooter and Plumbing. Our plumbing was backed up and half our garage was flooded and none of our toilets worked. I had called a few other companies and even had one come out to quote and see what was wrong. That companies technician said there was no way to fix it from the pipes, that he had to go onto the roof and do water pressure and cameras etc.... They quoted $1650. LC Real Rooter and Plumbing came and fixed it from our pipes. He did not have to go on the roof and only charged $295. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest! I highly, highly recommend LC Real Rooter and Plumbing. If I could get him 100 stars, I would.

Called LC Real Rooter to help with a blocked sewer lateral. We had been waiting on homeowners warranty to fix the issue for about a week, with no success. We noticed a puddle/slow leak under our kitchen sink on Sunday evening and immediately reached out to a couple of plumbers. Luis was very quick to respond; he responded within a couple minutes and gave us a reasonable quote, and asked if I'd like to make an appointment for Monday morning.

On the day of, Luis texted us before he got here, showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and gave me a very fair quote to fix it up right away with a new sink part. The process was quick and Luis was very efficient and friendly. Also, most importantly especially during COVID-times, Luis wore booties the whole time (which I so appreciate) and had a mask on.

Before he left, I asked him about our water heater as well, which is getting up in age, and whether or not a fix or replacement would be better. He gave us a very fair quote on a water heater replacement, which we will likely be making an appointment with Luis to come back for after the holidays!

Our sink is looking great now, no more leaks. If anything changes, I'll be sure to update my review.

I'd definitely recommend Luis for your plumbing services - he's very cautious with COVID-precautions, very friendly, very efficient and good at what he does, and offers very fair prices.

We had a different company come out to our house to clear our main sewer line. They had a special deal which sounded too good to pass up. After spending a few minutes fishing their rooter down the pipe they quit and said it was too clogged to clear. They tried to sell us a hydro jet service for $1800.

The next day we hired Luis to clear the sewer line. He arrived on time and cleared the line in half an hour with his rooter. He charged us his regular fee for a simply drain clean-out. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing work.

It was 11pm on a dark rainy Sunday night. First our shower started to fill up. Then the toilets water level was rising, without being flushed. Then the toilet overflowed, spewing sewage, flowing from the bathroom to the kitchen. I started dialing 24 hour roto rooters, but nobody was picking up. Nearly midnight by then, I was getting worried. Finally The Real Rooter answered. My hero.
It was a nasty job, first tramping around an unlighted overgrown yard to find the cleanout. Then hauling a heavy machine up stairs and across the muddy yard to get at the roots. Finally finished in the wee hours. Priceless. Well, not cheap, but reasonable for a job like that.

Luis is a trustworthy person and very knowledgeable plumber. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs! The previous owner of our house had a recirculating hot water pump placed onto the hot water line. It was placed in the wrong direction and burned out because of the improper install. Luis saw it before I even had the chance to ask him about the poor hot water in the house. He gave me an estimate for replacing the pump and his installation fee. It was so worth the investment because I now have hot water within seconds to my respective sinks and am not wasting water. I'm going to have him fix a couple other items soon!
