I dropped an earring down my sink, but Todd was able to get it out for me! It goes to show that Grizzly Bear can show up for any plumbing problem big or small :)

Had a sink back up on me and I tried everything on my own. My own snake which most likely wasn't long enough to reach the clogged pipe. They came exactly at the time they said they would right in the morning and fixed the problem and made sure everything was ok before they left! Highly recommend these guys as they were friendly and easy to approach with questions and recommendations to avoid future problems. Thank you for the awesome and timely service.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service and very helpful information provided by plumber Buck Court at Harry Clark Plumbing & Heating. My washing machine leaked a ton of water. After seeing many positive reviews on Nextdoor, I called Harry Clark Plumbing on Friday morning to arrange a service call, was told the earliest available was Tuesday morning, so I made an appointment for Tuesday morning. While working on cleaning up the mess an hour or so later, I received a call informing me that a plumber was unexpectedly available and could come in a half hour. Buck arrived, fixed the problem in no time, fixed a secondary small issue with a toilet, gave me lots of helpful advice on cleaning up the mess to avoid mold, and was all-around a nice guy (as was the woman on the phone).

We had one of the flex pipes between our water heater and the water lines leaking. We originally had another plumber come out and try to replace it, but the water line had rusted solidly to the water heater. So we had no choice but to replace the whole water heater, they said. That would have been a $1,600 cost for a $15 dollar water line, so I tried to get it losened myself the rest of the day. The next day I had to give up and called the plumber back. Since they could not come come out to put a new water heater in that day, they suggested Ace Plumbing & Rotor.
They had one of their guys (Fidel) out aboout 2 hours later to make a quote. Rather than taking the suggested path of replacing the whole water heater, Fidel asked if I minded he took another shot at the corroded lines. He hand some out-of-the-box ideas he wante dto try.
Luckily for us Fidel was able to losen the line and save us a whole water heater replacement. During teh whole process he was very clear in what he was planning to do and what he hoped to realize. Needless to say this kind man is my plumbing hero now.
Kudos Fidel!

If you are looking for a handyman that does great work, call Rudy Ramirez at Rudy's General Handyman. I contacted him on Wednesday and he was able to come to my home and did the following:
1. Replace Kitchen Faucet with touchless Faucet
2. Replace Entire Toilet Flush Valve, Tank Lever etc which required him to remove the tank.
3. Recaulked my shower
4. Repaired a toilet that was loose, recaulked around the base
He and his partner did a great job. He was at my home from 8am sharp to 11:45pm. They were working the entire time. His rates are very affordable and he does a fantastic job.
I will definitely call him again for other repairs and fixes in my home.

Eddie and his team did a great job replacing my tank water heater with a Noritz 157k btu tankless. There was nothing wrong with my tank, but I simply wanted the extra space and on-demand endless hot water with a tankless. While Eddie gave me suggestions on the latest tankless models out there (e.g. Rinnai, Navien, Rheem), he didn't try to upsell me. He listened to my needs and went with something that was practical for what I wanted. More specifically, I didn't need a larger Rinnai 199K BTU tankless with recirculating that services a 4 bathroom house. I only have two showers and maybe a dishwasher. Other estimates I received were pushing a sale on the more expensive models. Eddie didn't do this. I appreciate that Eddie listened to what I needed. Also, during the install, he was accommodating with how I wanted the venting and piping runs. This was installed in my garage and I'm very particular with aesthetics and didn't want a 3 inch pipe dangling across the middle of my garage. He found a way to run the pipes in a way that either kept them hidden or followed the lines in the garage so that everything looked nice. Eddie and his team were all super polite and humble. I was very impressed with their texting system where they kept me informed when the plumber was scheduled and enroute! I wasn't expecting this level of communication. Lastly, their rates were reasonable and I would highly recommend.

I have relied on Drigo and Quality plumbing for many years. I have a 100 year old home and Drigo has taken care of many things for me; clearing and repairing drains, fitting new toilets and bathroom fixtures, installing new kitchen faucets and replacing water heaters (I have 2). Drigo has always been responsive, timely, knowledgeable and professional. I have never had to question his approach or pricing. On top of all this Drigo is friendly and very generous with advice and suggestions. I would highly recommend Quality Plumbing for any plumbing jobs you may have.

Our water heater started leaking, I called Jeff and he came within the hour at 10am on a Sunday. Gave me an explanation of what need to be done, and the pricing, not expensive at all. Did not try to up sell me. Later that day within the time frame he gave me,showed up and go to work. Him and his wife did a great job(removed, replaced, and hauled old one away) and in a timely manner. The new one works great and we have our hot water back. All in one day! Thank you guys. Definitely recommend to everyone

I had a Clogged toilet. I called Winston's Plumbing at 9:00 AM. I got a call back shortly after. Set up an appointment for later in the day. I got a call around 1:00 and was told that Winston would arrive between 2 and 2:30. He was on time, snaked the toilet and found a gold loop earring that was causing the clog. He was pleasant, courteous and efficient. Happy day.

I messaged Luis Saturday night when I discovered a broken water pipe under my house. I shut off the main water line and sent messages to four different companies. Luis from Echo Plumbing and Rooter responded within an hour and said he could come out tomorrow as requested. The other companies did not reply until the next day.
Luis and his brother Miguel arrived on time and were dressed professionally and wore their masks. After looking at the problem, Luis gave me an estimate to repair the broken pipe. He also educated me on the importance of installing a water shut-off valve in case of an emergency. His price was reasonable, especially for a Sunday service.
Luis and Miguel were so efficient, they had my house operating again in less than two hours. The work is also warranted for a year.
Thank you Luis and Miguel for saving my Sunday. I will definitely call you again in the future if I need a plumber.

I've had Ed come out to work on my house twice. Both times he was professional, timely, fast and efficient. He went above and beyond to get the job done. In order to move a gas line, he had to dig a trench under my house to crawl into. Months later when I called him to see if he wanted to take on another large job, he rolled up his sleeves and did the job right then and there! It's difficult to find a quality plumber sometimes. After my experiences with him, Ed is the only plumber I will ever call.

I called Alligator to quote a plumbing job for our room additions. Jason responded quickly, viewed the work and provided an estimate very quickly. He estimated it would take about 2 days to complete the work.
Today Jason and his crew arrived to do the work. Nasty weather did not slow them down, and they completed all of the work in one day. I am very happy with the work and even happier I selected Alligator Plumbing.
Great work, super nice people, highly recommend.
Thanks Jason and crew!!

Oliver responded to my requirement quickly, after sending a mass Yelp Help to Plumbers. Out of all that responded Oliver was more personal and not business like. For example others were asking things about plumbing ummm hello I don't know plumbing and don't know your plumber language and reason I have contacted because I don't know. Also they offered to come like the next day. Oliver on the other hand said he could come the same day after he finish eating his lunch. Which I think it's personal information and kinda liked it because he didn't have to tell me he was eating. That just shows me he is personable. Oliver is very respectable, during the pandemic situation that we are going through he wore a face mask during the time he was in my home. Oliver did a fantastic job. Really got me out of a hole, literally!!!! My kitchen sink pipe had a hole in it and it was leaking into the walls. My drain was also draining slowly, after removal of the pipes Oliver showed me how clogged they were.. eeewww. Like an artery full of plaque and heart attack waiting to happen. He explained in simple detail work required and completed the task neatly and efficiently with friendly service. We will definitely use his services again. Thank you Oliver!!

Jose was fantastic to work with. He responded in a timely manner, and came out to give me an estimate the next day. His crew was professional, friendly, and polite. They did great work at a reasonable price. They showed me pictures and video of the work they completed in the crawl space under part of the house. I recommend them and am thinking of using them for another project we have.

Our clothes washer appeared to have sprung a leak last night. Our first call was George Salet based on our great experience with them in the past. David came the next day and suggested that he check the washer drain. Sure enough, after running a quick test, he confirmed that there was nothing wrong with our washing machine; that it was simply a clogged drain where the washer flowed into. After doing a deep snake a couple of times, the drain was cleared. David then tested the washer for a couple of cycles and confirmed no water was backing up any longer. On top of that, David cleaned all the old lint and dirt off the floor and everything was good as new!

Well, not so satisfied, overall. Got referred by another fellow so I didn't really have chance to research this outfit ahead of time. Seemed to be a little bit of a fast talker, but OK, we take a chance.
First sign: he wanted to move up appointment time because he was ahead of schedule -- it was inconvenient for me but I said I'd be there in 15 minutes. Had quoted $125 over the phone and again in person though did not specify what was included in that price. I explained what I needed and eventually he agreed to get started. I warned him that there might be water in the line and indeed there was. I procured a garbage can so there'd not be a mess. A good 30 or 40 gallons emptied into the can. Then he started to snake his camera in. It went in maybe 17 ft and hit an obstruction. He then used his magnetic device to try to locate it but we ended up locating it by him rattling the thing and me listening. He offered to cut the pipe at the obstruction for another 495. When I balked because I had an open job with another plumber and it did not make sense to change in mid job and it became clear it wouldn't be a big payout day, he informed me that this clearing operation wouldn't be covered by that original 125 and that it would be 250 altogether (never mind that he didn't actually clear the obstruction -- just told me it was there -- helpful info to be sure -- but...). That means I paid a guy 125 to empty a pipe into a trash can and attach a hose and pump to the trash can so we would not have to carry it. And 125 to not succeed at actually videoing the pipe.
