I've found my go to neighborhood electrician! Jesse was able to come restore my breaker box, fix a short, and install a new patio light which was installed incorrectly by the previous owner. He and Michael were thorough, polite, and gave me options to solve my issue. I will definitely be calling Ready Electric in the future!

We called at 7:30p on a Sat night and he was her at 10:30am and helped fix our issue plus double checked our dimmers and fixtures we had installed ourselves. Really friendly and fair price.

Manny was quick to respond (within a couple hours), friendly and had someone at our home the next morning. We needed the ballast on some CFL downlights reworked for some LED lamps. Great work at a great price in great time. Highly recommend.

Wow! I had an excellent experience with Dr. Electric! He came out quickly to my house, called when he was able to come over even earlier then he had originally anticipated and then he was so helpful. He really wanted to educate me on what he thought the problem might be. He was able to determine that in fact it was an issue with my exterior power lines (LAWP) issue. But he actively looked at a variety of other potential issues and took me step by step through his process. I will definitely be using Dr. Electric again in the future!

Steve and his crew did a wonderful job upgrading the electrical panel in our new home. They were prompt, professional and did exactly what they promised to do at a reasonable price. We're very satisfied!

I found this company online and scheduled an appointment to have somebody help me install a dimmer switch and figure out some circuit breaker issues. The dimmer switch Andre installed somehow cut off power to another light switch which was supposed to be fixed at a later date. Along with the additional power issues, the second appointment was going to be covering a second dimmer switch but after being told I would be contacted for scheduling,  It was a very bizarre interaction, see pictures posted. Jorge asked me if I had picked up the equipment yet but I had clearly texted saying I'm not sure exactly what I needed to buy and asked advice when someone came by to look at it and let me know. He said he would contact me the next day regarding what time somebody could come by in the afternoon and I didn't hear from him again until the following Monday. I told him we were supposed to have scheduled an appointment on Friday to which he only replied, ok. Which was bizarre. Then I sent him a screenshot of the conversation to which he also replied, ok'. It was extremely unprofessional and I can't figure out why this went from an okay service to no communications and then simply, ok. This company is not reliable and installing one switch pulled power from another set of lights so in the end, I'm actually glad I didn't hear back so I can find somewhere else.​

Shok Electric is our go-to company for electrical work! David is extremely skilled and does really high-quality work. And, he also takes the time to clearly explain everything that he is doing and why. Gloria is very friendly and responsive in all scheduling communication. All in all, we're very glad to have found David and Shok Electric. We'll definitely be using them for all our electrical needs in the future and are happy to highly recommend them!

Peter is the best electrician I've dealt with, and exactly what I would want from an electrician.  Because electrical work involves safety and can be expensive (ex. knocking holes in walls), I want my electrician to be knowledgeable & careful as well as honest.  Peter has these attributes in spades.

He's a wealth of knowledge.  I've dealt with many electricians, and he's easily the most technical and knowledgeable.  Whereas others seem to just have enough superficial knowledge to make money and sell you high-margin services, Peter seems to have the deep knowledge that comes from being intellectually curious and from genuinely caring about your work.

He also carefully inspects everything, whereas most electricians I've dealt with merely glance (maybe because they already know what they want to sell you, so why bother inspecting?).  He actually takes the time to open up outlets, test, shine a flashlight, etc.

I really appreciate these attributes because electricity can be scary!  Yet Peter's knowledge, expertise, and carefulness makes me comfortable with him working on my electrical system.

What I also really appreciate is how impressively honest and straightforward Peter was.  Peter actually took the time to listen to my goals and situation, and in fact urged me to be *cautious* about doing a full re-wire, because it might not make sense if we are selling in the next few years.  He even said that before I take action (action that would earn him a lot of money!), I should talk to a realtor to make sure it made financial sense.

Contrast that to other contractors, who were not only all too happy to encourage a full re-wire / re-plumb, even if it was against my interests, but then tried to *upsell* me to do even *more*!

With other contractors, I feel like they have their agenda, which is to get as big a contract as possible, and nothing I say about my goals and situation will budge them from that agenda.  With Peter, it actually feels like he *listens*, and then brings his prodigious knowledge to bear to figure out what would be the best solution for *you*.

Given how scary and expensive electrical work can be, I'm glad to have found an electrician as knowledgeable, careful, and honest as Peter.

Mario Castillo was able to send a tech at end of the day.  He was on time, friendly, & masked.  It was our best experience with an electrician!

Vasilii was good with communication and he let me know that he was running late. Reasonable pricing. Very professional. Replaced 3 recessed lights in the kitchen and installed 2 outdoor light fixtures. He also put up my house number plate for free. I highly recommend VS Electrical.
