Can't recommend Nick enough, he installed our new panel within days of us asking and was very informative during the whole process. He also fixed a few dimmers for us in the process.

Easy to work with Nick! He helped to resolve an issue I had with my Ring doorbell and insulated some exposed wires.

Nick and Andrew were excellent. I recently bought a house and some (what were originally deemed as minor) electrical issues came up on the House Inspection that I wanted to get fixed.

Nick and Andrew fixed everything on the inspection report at a very fair price AND pointed out a huge hazard with the garage not being grounded. They did a fantastic repair and now I have grounded and SAFE electricity going into the garage.

They were very fair in their pricing and their estimate matched the actual work done with no surprises. They were available basically immediately and finished all of the work same day and within a few hours.

Our outdoor fountain stopped working on New Years Eve after the heavy rain. I called several electricians in Glendale area and no one responded. I don't blame them. What can I say about this good guy Nick? Ive hired a couple of electricians in the past but none of them were as good, fast and efficient like Nick. The name of his company says it all. Nick showed up to my house a few times to fix an electrical issue in my house. Half the lights in my house were not working at all so Nick did his magic and diagnosed it right away. He fixed the problem for a reasonable price unlike other electricians would probably have charged more. He also changed my old circuit breakers about 8 of them since a few of them were burnt out as well as changing the very old ones to new ones. In the future, I will not call anybody else but this good man Nick. He is a very friendly guy and he won't overcharge you. Believe me you won't be disappointed. Hire this man and you will be satisfied.

After calling a bunch of lackadaisical electricians who seemed flaky and noncommittal I asked my regular handyman to install some ceiling fans. That was a nightmare and cost me a lot of money with no working fans at the end.

Nick is punctual, professional and positive to work with. He came right out to do the work within an hour of me calling him. He was able to easily fix the wiring problem my handyman had created. He installed 2 ceiling fans and a track light. He did a great job quickly and helped me set up the remotes and dimming exactly as I wanted them.

He charged a fair price compared to the crazy estimates I was getting from other electricians. I will definitely call Nick again for electrical repairs and installations.

Nick was fantastic!  We somehow tripped a fuse in our guest house, even though the circuit breaker was fine.  This all happened on a Saturday morning and Nick was here within an hour and almost immediately identified the issue.  Power restored and it was quick and easy.  If we ever have electrical needs in the future, I'd definitely call Nick again.

The five star reviews aren't an accident--Nick is indeed very fast and a master electrician. We'd been having problems with an outdoor outlet (it kept tripping the breaker) and our motorized gate (connected to said outlet) wasn't working anymore. Nick was working on our neighbor's house and was kind enough to fix our problem for us. He quickly added an additional outdoor outlet, which took care of the constantly tripping breaker, and carefully troubleshooted exactly what was going wrong with our gate, ultimately discovering that it was a bad wire. He patched it up quickly and efficiently, fixing mistakes/shoddy work that previous contractors had done. And, the whole time, he was friendly and carefully explained why he was doing things a certain way. I'd highly recommend him for all electrical tasks--he's our guy going forward!

Fast Electric- the name says it all. We had a heavy rain, which doesn't happen often in California and 3 of our breakers were having ground faults and wouldn't reset. After searching around trying to find an electrician to come out right away, our prayers were answered when Nick responded quickly that he could come immediately. He found that we had a leak in our electrical box. Dried and cleaned everything off and replaced the breakers. Looks like I have to cook dinner now that the stove is working again. Thank you for your amazing service.  We will definitely keep his information in our contact list.

Nick has 40 years experience with electrical work and he took care of the problem I was having with an outdoor light.  He traced the cause of the problem and made appropriate repairs in timely way.  Nick is honest and his pricing is more than fair.  He is personable and really knows his stuff.  I would recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done.

My tenant called after one of the outlets sparked and was no longer working.  Fast Electric (Nick) quoted me $130 to replace the outlet.  He came to the unit and discovered it was just an electric short circuit - he turned the switch back on, it was working fine.  Then, he demanded I pay him $120 for the service saying he could've easily lied but didn't.  After arguing for more than 10 mins, I ended up paying him $40 for troubleshooting.

I understand things like this could happen in this business, but the way he demanded the absurd service charge was just unacceptable.  I would never recommend his service to anyone.

Nick is wonderful.   For a ceiling fan, he had to run a line in the wall up to the ceiling - because there was no socket.  Done... in just a few hours!  His price was fair, plus he did a great job cleaning up the mess!   I would definitely hire Nick again.

Nick saved the 4th of July for me!! Half my home was out of power midday on the 4th and I was planning to have guests over later that day. I got Nicks number from my neighbor and he was at my house 30 mins after calling him. He was very straightforward about charging $120 for the service call even if he can't fix the problem if it's a city power issue. He found the problem right away and 30 mins later everything was back up! Super fair. Super friendly. Super Fast. I will definitely call him again anytime I need electrical help! July 4th was saved!

I can't say enough good things about Nick.  We are new home owners and of course there are a lot of things that come up with owning an old home.  Finding the right people to work with us on our hope has been a challenge.

We called Nick on a Saturday morning and he was able to come out on the same day, diagnose, and give us a reasonable quote.  He started the job the next day (on a Sunday) and took very good care of us.

I had messaged Fast Electric and Nick followed up immediately. Two days later we scheduled him to come out to fix my kitchen ceiling light.

I also wanted to install recessed lights in my bedroom but Nick was candid and honest saying that the patchwork may not be worth it given the patchwork that would be needed after.

He then fixed the lights in the bathroom that were not working. Only took one hour labor and took day to schedule. Very excellent and professional work.

Overall I would definitely refer Nick and would trust him for any electrical needs to provide honest and candid advice.

Fast is right! I called Nic at 7 am when half of my house went dark. He not only answered his phone, he was at my house by 8 am. Had it up and running with new breakers very quickly and even helped me to write new labels for the box.

Nick, the owner of Fast Electric Inc., has been good to our community. I'm the Board President of my condominium and our community needed our light timer box and 8 feet garage light ballast replaced. Nick came by, assessed the situation, agreed on a price much lower than the proposals I received from other electricians, and immediately got to work.

I was impressed with his professionalism and timeliness so I asked him to assess my unit's electrical issues. I was trying to replace my wall outlets with a USB wall outlet and failed. Ever since then, many areas of my unit's electricity stopped working. He assessed all the areas and the breaker, and discovered that multiple circuit breakers were not working. When he checked the breakers more thoroughly, they were blown and had white powder/crust over them. It could've started a fire. He said even though improper handling of wall outlet wiring can cause the breaker to trip and eventually blow, he felt the damages evident seemed to have started years ago and recommended that I replace the whole breaker due to the areas of the blown breakers. Again, we agreed on a price much lower than what I researched online and he came by the following morning to replace it.

It wasn't a simple job; it took 8 hours. One of the reason why it took this long was because he was trying his best to avoid further damage to the surrounding wall of the new breaker box. Even though he already disclosed to me verbally and in the proposal that he might have to cut open the dry wall further out to install it and that he can't be responsible to patch it, he took the extra time and effort to avoid that from happening. I appreciated that very much and the finished work also turned out excellent. I was very satisfied with the results and decided that I'll be contacting him again for future electrical work in my unit, 19 other units in my community, and the condominium complex.

I basically spent 2 whole days with Nick. To reflect on my experience with him, what sets Nick apart from other electricians other than the obvious great price is his personality. He's a nice guy and has good social skills. Any licensed electrician could've done the job described above, but can you trust them being in your home with your family and valuables for 8 hours?

I called Nick on a weekend after another electrician bailed in the middle of a job.  He answered the phone immediately and came to my house within an hour to look at the job.  It wasn't a major job,
just installing a few new outlets.  He said he'd write an estimate and email it to me soon.  Well, that was the last I ever heard from him and I never got an estimate.  In fact, the whole experience when he was at my house was pretty bizarre--all he focused on was asking about my solar panels and whether my electric bill is lower because of them--keep in mind my reason for hiring him had nothing to do with solar panels.  Anyway, I had hoped to have a better experience as it seems that most people rave about the work.  Perhaps my job was too small for him.  Who knows.

Nick was very responsive in preparing an initial quote and then made time in his schedule to start on the project very quickly.  We are very pleased with the results and would certainly call upon him again for additional work.

Woke up at 2am to the outlets  not working but the lights working. Called water and power to check if it was on their end or mine. Guy came by at 4am pulled the meter and checked the voltage and said it was my end. He plugged back the meter and locked it (I should had him leave it unlocked). Looked on Yelp and saw the great comments and gave him a try. Glad I did. Called Nick and he came by noon the same day. Determined it was my main breaker that was faulty. he would've been able to fix it right away but the water and power guy locked the meter so we couldn't cut the power. I then called water and power again so they could unlock it. Then called Nick again and he came back in the afternoon that same day to fix it. Nick did a great job and is super quick in showing up. Definitely would recommend!

And Nick wants you to be satisfied.   Because any complaints go to Nick!  Then Nick will talk to Nick. And Nick will make sure that Nick does a good job.  That way Nick can keep working for Nick!  :)

So you will not be misled by an estimator and then bamboozled by strangers who show up to do the work.

You can also leave Nick alone in your house. He is respectful of cats and dogs and iguanas.

Regarding price of an electrician. Well, there is the super low price, the super high price and the right price.  The super high price is a rip off because the super high price is there to pay for the charming estimator. And The super low price is also a rip off - because they will cut corners and their skill level is often sub par.

The right price is not always the cheapest price. Nick charges the right price. But that does not mean he is expensive. He is a fair price - a good price!

I called Nick early in the morning after my power connector on my house was sheared by an unfortunate wayward tree. He quickly came out to evaluate what was needed on my house and my neighbor, who was effected by the same tree. Throughout the day he checked in waiting for the tree to be removed so he could help get our power repaired and back on in the same day. Was very helpful and worked until the job was done. Would definitely recommend.

Nick was prompt, arriving when promised for both the estimate and and the actual work.  He was able to meet my schedule and do the work on a Sunday, which really helped a lot.

He did some clever rework on the old house wiring, making repairs possible on the branch circuit that was causing problems and limiting the need for rewiring. He also caught an issue with breaker box wiring that he fixed on the spot.  His prices were reasonable for the work performed and he made sure to clean up the area after the work was done.

I can highly recommend Fast Electric for household electrical repair.  Contractors who are on time, do the work promised, and identify any hazards are rare which made Nick's service well worth it.

I called two other places that were physically closer to my house.  One never returned the call and the other was honest and said he had too big of a workload to get to me until next week.  I called Nick, texted him my address, and he was here in 45 minutes and replaced a faulty outdoor receptacle in about 20 minutes.  Very nice man and a fair price.  Isolated the problem in a couple of minutes.  He Will be my first call in the future.

Has no knowledge about electricity. Came my house to do a electrical job and he told me that this is air conditioning job. Lol i end up doing it with another electrical guy and i am so happy. Yes it was an electrical job lol.

Nick, the owner, just left after replacing an outlet and circuit breakers for the main curcuit in out townhouse complex.  Nick did a superb job and his price was extremely reasonable. I can't say enough great things about Nick (Fast Electric). The power went out in half my house at 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't as simple as breaker. After calling a number of electricians I came across Nick on Yelp. I was relived I got a hold of an electrician on a Saturday afternoon. I was amazed when he said he would be at my house within 2 hours. Within the hour he showed up at my door and went right to work to trouble shoot the problem which turned out to be a problem with the neutral wire. Nick opened the plugs and light switches until he found the problem and corrected it. He showed me the burnt wires and explained the seriousness of the problem. When Nick was finished he put everything back he even changed a broken GFI. Nick was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and his price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Nick (Fast Electric) for all your electrical needs. I will definitely have him back to wire my garage.

I called this company to fix my light fixture at the office the ballast was burned out he came in and installed it within less than an hour my lights at my were back on thank you very honest guy great price.

Called yesterday at 6 at night. Nick picked up and said he could be there at 7:30. I thought 7:30am the next morning, but he corrected me and said tonight! He showed up right on time. We have a 100 year old house out here, and the wiring is a mess. I flipped on a light switch on Saturday and blew a fuse. I went back to the fuse box and replaced the fuse but it was still dead, so I called Nick. He got here in an hour, found the problem in the attic with the ancient wiring, and replaced it quickly and for a reasonable price. All the while he was nice and explained what he was doing. Would recommend!

The circuit breakers blew on New Year's Eve. We tried to fix the problem but no luck. The next morning I called Fast Electric and they were! Here in an hour, Found the problem, Checked everything and Didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I will use them again. Thanks, Nick.

Nick is the real deal-he came to our house, didn't BS and said that the problems required replacing fixtures and calling in an intercom specialist. We spoke on a Sunday, he was here in 24 hours, and his rate to trouble shoot was fair. We will call him for all our electrical needs

Nick came over today to check an outlet that didn't work, as well as a malfunctioning light switch. He did a very good job at finding and fixing both problems within 1 hour.

Found nick online,called him and told him how upset I was with the last joker that came here to FIX my electrical problem. We experienced an electrical outage in a portion of our home and could find the cause in the panel boxes etc.   An early afternoon desperate call to Nick at Fast Electric resulted in a commitment to come when he had finished another project....however late in the afternoon or evening.   Nick showed up as promised and worked diligently to find and correct the problem.
