I am so happy I found Alex & Alex!  I needed a new outlet, wire, and breaker for my new dryer.  Unfortunately, the Best Buy people failed to notice that I had the wrong outlet even though I brought pictures of the plugs from my old washer and dryer to the store.  I wasn't told that I had the wrong outlet until the first attempt at delivery of my new washer and dryer.  I was able to call Alex & Alex on Saturday and get an appointment for Monday morning.  (Such a relief because I set up a new delivery for Wednesday!)  The electricians were very nice, on time, and efficient.  They patched up the one hole they needed to make in my wall neatly and did not leave a mess at all.  My washer and dryer got delivered and are working without a problem.  Thank you Alex!

Spoke to Roman Monday and made appointment on a Thursday to fixed an outdoor outlet that powered my automatic sprinklers. He gave me estimate. He called me with an opening same day Tuesday. He fixed the faulty outdoor outlet and connected my low voltage outdoor lights. Only charged me the same estimate Price. Thank you so much.

I was looking for an electrician to help install a dimmer. I found Madison Electric on Yelp and they were very fast with replying to my online request via Yelp. Madison Electric gave me a quote and time frame immediately over  the  electronic communication without having to visit  my house, which was really convenient. Two electricians came and were able to install the dimmer. The two men were on time,  friendly and effective. It took less than 30 minutes as quoted. Highly recommend. Great quality. Expedient. Accurate.

Clearly intended to use the initial quote to try and rip us off.  We requested a visit, an electrician came out, we got a quote that focused mostly on work we said was ancillary to the job, when we pushed back on the price of the work we did want, since it was not in line with other quotes, they said no, then when we agreed to that price but asked them to confirm they would do the work we actually asked for and when they could start, we got a response back claiming that the ONE technician they'd have available would be unavailable for the unforseeable future so they could no longer do the work at all.  This was not a large job.  Don't bother.

Have you BK on a couple of different jobs and they were very professional and responsive. Aldo worked efficiently to restore my electric car charger and even brought me a couple extra fuses in case it happens again. Would highly recommend.

This company has been consistently good and professional for YEARS. With all the frustration of the various home repair outfits out there, it is such a great feeling when you have a good company. It's almost like you don't want others to know how good they are because they might get too busy.

Couldn't be happier! I needed a couple of small electrical repairs so I called around for estimates. East West Electric gave me a very reasonable quote after I sent over some photos of what I needed done. Martin & his technician were quick, skilled, communicative & tidy. They completed the work & were even able to install an outdoor light that was missing its wall bracket! Martin also took the time to answer all my questions. I felt at ease & comfortable. Both electricians were wearing face masks. I am saving their number for all my future electrical needs! Thank you again.

We just had a chandelier and bathroom light fixture installed by Penna Electric, and the work was great. Two electricians arrived for the job, they were prompt, polite and easy to work with. The job wasn't the easiest in the world as we have a vaulted ceiling with no existing wiring. Fortunately it was no problem for these guys, and they did a great job.

Joe answered all of my many questions throughout the entire process with great detail and information, and the work was professional, thorough, clean, and top-notch.  I could tell they put in a lot of work today making sure everything was done correctly, and I highly recommend J Powers Electric for your next electrical job!

Our HOA recommended them so we called but he told us to text them to schedule. We did and he did not respond... we pinged again and all he responded was Tomorrow PM ... we requested specific time and he never responded nor showed up nor followed up.
We reported to HOA and will be scheduling with someone else. Terrible experience before the actual service. Being non-responsive is the easiest and they screwed up on that one. I don't trust them.

I recently got a plug-in hybrid vehicle and wanted to install an EV charger in my garage and a 240 volt outlet in my tenant's garage. I contacted this company and Eduardo responded immediately. He told me that I needed to contact the DWP to have an inspector come by and take a look at my electric panel and provide a sketch of where the separate EV panel needed to go, and once I took care of that, I sent it to him. The following day he came over and checked everything out and provided me with an estimate. Because the job involved running cables from the bldg to the garages, it would involve breaking through the concrete patio next to the house and digging a trench across the backyard. As a result, the estimate was pricier than I expected. I explained that to Eduardo and he came up with some options that would make it less expensive for me. We ended up doing the job in stages, and he and his team were always there on time and really good about cleaning up after they were done for the day. He took care of getting all the necessary permits and dealing with the inspectors and always keeping me informed of their progress. He and his guys were always professional and polite, and I'm very pleased with their work. Highly recommended!

I bought a new electric car and needed a level 2 charger installed at my house so I could charge the car in a reasonable amount of time.  I called Yuri and he gave me a quote over the phone to install it.  A level 2 charger is 240 volts.  The installation was pretty straightforward since our power panel is right on the other side of of our garage where I wanted the charger.

When I got the charger (HomeDepot.com), I called Yuri and scheduled for him to come out the next day.  He was very prompt and completed the work in the estimated time.  He and his assistant were very competent and neat in their work, including cleaning up the job site.  The next day, Yuri emailed me an invoice for his work (since I needed an invoice for the federal tax credit next year).

I'd highly recommend Yuri.

These guy are freaking awesome..

We recently got a Model Y performance and wanted to upgrade our home charging options. My interaction with Oscar and team was fantastic. We ended up going with an updated breaker to fully support the 48 amp Tesla wall charger. We ran the cabling under the house and it looks really good. These gents came out on the weekend to accommodate my busy schedule and the installation only took a few hours. The price was very fair considering the work and I'd highly recommend them.
