I called Alex & Alex on a Saturday morning. I had a dead garbage disposal and was blaming the outlet. Alex spent a good ten or fifteen minutes with me on the phone troubleshooting the problem and ruling out a few possibilities. When the problem wasn't solved, he said he would come out and told me how much it would cost.

He showed up around noon that same day. He checked the wiring and the problem turned out to be the garbage disposal so there was nothing for him to do. I replaced the disposal the next day and all was well.

Communication and effort were both excellent. I'll recommend Alex & Alex to my friends.

Spoke to Roman Monday and made appointment on a Thursday to fixed an outdoor outlet that powered my automatic sprinklers. He gave me estimate. He called me with an opening same day Tuesday. He fixed the faulty outdoor outlet and connected my low voltage outdoor lights. Only charged me the same estimate Price. Thank you so much.

They came out and did an install of an EV charger in our garage. Also replaced the bathroom fans and installed a ceiling outlet. They even returned to help me complete paperwork to receive a state rebate. They did a great job at a fair price. Excellent service. I'd use them again. Thank you!

I hired Madison Electric to come out and do an EV Charger installation for me. I reached out to over 10 electricians in the area to get bids and I chose Madison Electric as their pricing was by far the most competitive and because they had such great reviews on yelp. Other electricians were slow to respond or quoted figures without even asking for the details around the installation - in some cases ranging up to four times what Nathan from ME quoted me for the same job.

The crew of two was GREAT to work with. They were efficient, professional, clean, and explained everything they were doing throughout the day. As a new homeowner, I've gotten to work with a lot of contractors from various trades over the last few months and have seen it all - Madison Electric was truly pleasurable to work with.

I will be using Madison Electric for all my future electrician needs going forward.

Marat gave me a quote to do all the electrical in my kitchen renovation. His quote was below a few other reputable companies and he could start 2 days later. He came with a nice crew of workers and knocked a big job out in only half a day. Everything was clean and looked great. He even came back and installed some dimmers for me the next day. The existing electrical in our garage wasn't working, and was frankly pretty suspicious looking anyway. Jose and his team pulled us a new feed (and even fixed one of our previously-broken sprinkler heads that was on their trench path), tested the existing garage wiring for safety, and replaced everything that wasn't trustworthy. His proposal was transparent and he communicated clearly throughout the job. He and his crew were all super friendly and respectful! I'm thrilled to be able to safely use our garage space now, and also thrilled to have found an electrician that I can call on for my and my clients' homes.

I cold called Alexis hoping to get a better idea of how much a big project would cost on a house still in escrow, and she was more than happy to help me and give me a better idea of what the project would cost. She seemed very knowledgeable and took the time out of her day to talk to me.

Truly a pleasure working with Gabriel from West LA Electric again! He came back out today to hardwire a few new motion lights and replace a pendant in my kitchen. To put the exterior motion lights up, he had to go through an outlet in my room that had become problematic (chargers would fall out of the socket..) As a courtesy he replaced the socket in my room with a brand new one!

After completing everything he had come to do today, Gabriel noticed that an existing old outdoor fixture was not up to code! The junction box and outlet were not rated for outdoor use, also far too many connections were coming out of the box. My cousin who is a handyman, and was here today as well, explained to me in layman's terms that Gabriel had caught a ticking electrical time bomb, and for that I am eternally grateful.

As it turns out, after discussing today's events with my father, I learned that the previous owner of the house was an old-time DIY electrician. We have several switches in the house that we don't understand and that don't seem to work.

Gabriel will be back again on Monday to bring this old house up to code -- whether I will be here or not, I trust that Gabriel will get everything done in a focused, timely, and professional manner.

Before he left, Gabriel thoroughly swept his workspaces (which he had also tarped off) in the kitchen and my bedroom. When I say thoroughly I mean thoroughly, he even got the cookie crumbs under my bed!

All the work requested were completed satisfactorily.  He was very reliable, exceptionally knowledgeable and very trustworthy.  I would give this company 5+++ for job well done.  I would use them again.

I had a problem with a ceiling light that was going on and off, I did not know if the problem was the fan, or an electrical problem.  Although I really thought the problem was electrical, Todd advised that I purchase a replacement fan in case the fan was the problem.  Sure enough, it was the fan, I am glad he suggested the purchase before the appointment, gave me time to find the right one I wanted, and not scrambling to find one at the last minute during the repair.

Even though I was given a window of time for the appointment, they arrived just minutes within the beginning of the time frame.  The gentleman was friendly and knowledgeable, and even helped me verify something I asked him about another ceiling fan in another room, and he took the time to open it up to verify for me, and gave me suggestions on what I can do if I don't want to replace the entire fan.  Some people would just not care, or charge you more, so I appreciate the little extra help that took him only a few minutes to help me with.

Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend and use them again if or when I have another electrical problem.

I recently got a plug-in hybrid vehicle and wanted to install an EV charger in my garage and a 240 volt outlet in my tenant's garage. I contacted this company and Eduardo responded immediately. He told me that I needed to contact the DWP to have an inspector come by and take a look at my electric panel and provide a sketch of where the separate EV panel needed to go, and once I took care of that, I sent it to him. The following day he came over and checked everything out and provided me with an estimate. Because the job involved running cables from the bldg to the garages, it would involve breaking through the concrete patio next to the house and digging a trench across the backyard. As a result, the estimate was pricier than I expected. I explained that to Eduardo and he came up with some options that would make it less expensive for me. We ended up doing the job in stages, and he and his team were always there on time and really good about cleaning up after they were done for the day. He took care of getting all the necessary permits and dealing with the inspectors and always keeping me informed of their progress. He and his guys were always professional and polite, and I'm very pleased with their work. Highly recommended!

I has a few electrical projects.  I found Got Electric on YELP.  Hector came to my house promptly and gave a very reasonable price for installing a new 200A breaker box, some outside lighting fixtures, new indoor and outdoor outlets/switches and a security system.  All projects were completed to my satisfaction.  The crew consulted with me at every step to confirm where I wanted each item located.

Hector gets extra credit for customer service.  First, during the project, we had some project creep (additional requests).  Hector gave very reasonable quotes for the additional work.  Second, some connectors were covered with tape to protect the connectors during the wiring installation.   When I took the tape off, there was gunk all over my CAT5 connectors.  I called Hector and the next morning he arrived with some solvents to correct the problem.  When the solvent wasn't working effectively, he offered to change all of the connectors.  That's super service.  I'll call Hector  at Got Light for now on whenever I need an electrician.

Yuri was absolutely great.  I couldnt open my electric gate to get off the property on a recent Sat. morning.  I looked up reviews for my area on Yelp since I am new to the area and picked him due to the great reviews - glad I did.  He could tell I was stressed out from this and was over in less than an hour.  He figured out what was wrong on a large property in less than an hour.  I would definitely use him again for a problem!!!!!!!!!!!

Cesar was great to work with to set up our EV wall charger in our garage! From the initial consultation, to the installation, and reasonable prices, I'm glad we chose EV Guys. He was very knowledgeable and friendly in his communications.
