I have worked with Alex & Alex multiple times on both small and large complicated projects over the past few months. Smaller projects included changing outlets, switches, and replacing chandeliers. Larger projects included rewiring a kitchen, removing outlets from backsplash, and installing outlet strips and track lighting under kitchen cabinets.

They are detail-oriented and clearly communicate what work is being completed, and are the most responsive team in the trades I have ever worked with.  When needed, they have even shifted their busy schedule to accommodate time-sensitive requests.  They deliver quality work. Every time.  

What I am most impressed with is Alex's genuine curiosity to tackle problems and find innovative solutions. His enthusiasm is contagious. It is equally as refreshing as it is inspiring experiencing someone that takes such pride in their work.

Great experience all around. Excellent customer service and generally super friendly, fast turnaround and able to get the job done in one visit, competitive price, etc. Highly recommend and will absolutely use for any future needs.

Roman and his crew are fantastic! I hired them to install an EV charging unit. This required rewiring of the panel, running electrical wire under the house and installing a wall charger. I'm amazed at how efficiently the crew did its work and how clean the jobsite looked upon completion. I will absolutely hire Brentwood Electrical Experts again and would recommend others to do the same.

I had Zenith Electric put in 12 smart switches in my home.  They were extremely professional, on-time, pleasant and oh, so competent!  What a change from some of my prior experience.  Their prices were very reasonable and Artin was extremely good at solving unconventional dilemmas and thinking outside the box.  I will be asking Arvin to come back to install the rest of the switches in the house as I LOVE my smart home.

Recently bought a condo in Playa Del Rey and hired Madison Electric at the suggestion of a trusted contractor.
We had to install all the electrical in the ceiling (previously popcorn, with no recessed lighting).  Nathan and his guys, Mike especially, replaced all the outlets, re-labled our fuse box, and put new switches throughout (dimmers on everything).  They used high quality materials, did exactly what we asked and what they said they'd do.

Additionally, there were a few things that slipped through the cracks and they gladly came out a few months after the reno was over to fix those things.

I felt I was treated fairly and the work was very solid.

Jose and his team were great. They did the work other contractors couldn't do in a full day in about 5 minutes. Super friendly, responsive and pleased with the work they did. Definitely recommend.

I'm not sure who all these people with 5 star reviews got as their technician, but I got Jesus and it was one of the most baffling experiences working with him. I called the company and told them I had a hardwired dishwasher I needed disconnected and I needed an electric outlet made in the connections place for a new dishwasher. The lady on the phone assured me that Jesus was an excellent technician. Given I had told them that it was for a dishwasher, you would think they would send someone who's work on one before. First off, he was supposed to show up at 8am, but he didn't come until 10am. And there was no call ahead of time to let us know there would be a delay. We had to just twiddle our thumbs and wait. Next, Imagine my surprise when Jesus couldn't take apart the pipes to disconnect the dishwasher, and didn't even know how to properly turn off the water. We had to assist him with all of that. Ok, so he's an electrician not a plumber you say? Well, he after disconnecting the wires to my old dishwasher, he then proceeds to try to install an EXTERNAL outlet behind where the dishwasher would be. We had to tell him that would not work, because that would stick out of the wall about 2-3 inches and so we wouldn't be able to push the dishwasher in all the way, and it would no longer be flush with the counters. I couldn't believe we had to explain that to him. He then proceeds to cut into the drywall instead and try to install the outlet there, but then realizes halfway that the wires wouldn't work there, and so he needed to install the outlet under the sink instead...so now I get two new holes in my wall. He finally managed to complete the job but it took over the course of two hours and we had to do part of the work ourselves. The company was fully aware of what job i was asking them to do, why would they send someone with no experience in that department? I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. And for the price they charged ($350) I would at least expect a competent technician for the job.

I searched for an electrician to upgrade our lighting and I sent a request to another vendor.  Yelp asked do you want to send to multiple vendors? And BK was one of them

They quickly responded, have good reviews, and they could do an in person estimate quickly, accommodating my schedule. They were professional and had face masks in today's pandemic environment.

The prices were competitive, and they had near term availability so we went with them.

They installed/ upgraded our lighting quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and we're on time on our 2 day job.  Day 1 they started on time and worked a full day.  Second day was to complete job (plus some change orders we made while they were working).  

Note: they don't do drywall repair or paint.  That is OK as I knew this going in!

All in all - I've got future jobs and will go with them again for sure .

I scheduled the apt on Wed and Eric came on Friday right on time.  He was great and worked hard the entire time.  He fixed my problem, cleaned up after himself and was very professional.  I plan on putting in some indoor and outdoor lighting and will definitely hire West LA Electric again.

I had a great experience -- they were on time, efficient, smart and hard working. I had a job that took 4-5 hours and I was impressed at how focused they were the whole time. The price was exactly as agreed upon and the work looks great and was done ahead of schedule. I will definitely call every time I need electrical work. They are pros. Highly recommend!!

They installed brand new recessed led lights in the house and every room looks beautiful!!! They have great electricians, because we had all kinds of electrical issues in the house, and they fixed all of that too. Prior to this amazing upgrade, there were no lights in our bedroom and living room ceilings.  And there were cheap ugly 1980's lights in the bathrooms, hallway, and living room.  They removed all that, patched all the holes, added new lights and it's great. Thanks guys!

Professional, courteous and exceptional customer service. They replaced an old gfci outlet and were reasonably priced. They were also very flexible and fast. No upselling or nonsense. Will be using them again in the future!

Our HOA recommended them so we called but he told us to text them to schedule. We did and he did not respond... we pinged again and all he responded was Tomorrow PM ... we requested specific time and he never responded nor showed up nor followed up.
We reported to HOA and will be scheduling with someone else. Terrible experience before the actual service. Being non-responsive is the easiest and they screwed up on that one. I don't trust them.

Eduardo Is fantastic!  I was leaving the country the next day. I had a noise in the inside wall in my bedroom. I thought it might be an electrical problem. I called him for the first time. He took time away from his busy schedule to come to my house. Within an hour. We did some testing. It turns out it's not an electrical problem.

He was professional. Friendly and understanding. Which is so rare today in any of the craft services.

His charge to me was very reasonable. In fact I ended up giving him more money than he asked for. Showing my appreciation.

I'm sure he's good at his job, but needs to know how to schedule an appointment with his customer. He came by without telling me when... and he's really angry about it? Communication is very important and professionalism, not taking things so personally, is very important.

I would highly recommend Got Light Electric for all electrical needs.  

I has a few electrical projects.  I found Got Electric on YELP.  Hector came to my house promptly and gave a very reasonable price for installing a new 200A breaker box, some outside lighting fixtures, new indoor and outdoor outlets/switches and a security system.  All projects were completed to my satisfaction.  The crew consulted with me at every step to confirm where I wanted each item located.

Hector gets extra credit for customer service.  First, during the project, we had some project creep (additional requests).  Hector gave very reasonable quotes for the additional work.  Second, some connectors were covered with tape to protect the connectors during the wiring installation.   When I took the tape off, there was gunk all over my CAT5 connectors.  I called Hector and the next morning he arrived with some solvents to correct the problem.  When the solvent wasn't working effectively, he offered to change all of the connectors.  That's super service.  I'll call Hector  at Got Light for now on whenever I need an electrician.

The job was to take care of quite a few random things to get our house in Reseda up to par to pass inspection and finalize permits for work that was done well before we even bought the place. A breaker box in the garage was the wrong kind, none of our outlets were GFI protected, the main panel to the house had exposed wires etc. Yuri came in and told me what I needed to do and, most importantly, how we can satisfy the inspectors without spending too much money.

A good cost-of-service is always something people look for, and the price was great for the work he did; however, that wasn't the most meaningful part of hiring Belco. BOTH times I had him out here, I ended up double-booking myself (I work freelance) and basically let him in, paid him his money and left the house for the day. He cleaned up after himself and locked the door behind him on his way out both times... how many electricians can you trust like that?

Lastly, it was nice that he bothered to educate me a little bit on proper wiring. I used to be pretty savvy with this stuff, and it all started coming back when he decided to take the time to show me some interesting details about the way my house was done.

Cesar and his team are top notch! Not only did Cesar respond quickly to messages and questions he gave thoughtful and informed answers. Workmanship was excellent and thorough.
