Really great experience! Alex came by and installed 4 ceiling light fixtures and upgraded one of our switches to a smart switch. The kitchen pendants were flickering so he did everything to troubleshoot. Looked at the wiring too! Even changed the switch with one of his own that he had. He also had bulbs on hand which was helpful so he was super prepared (I think I was one bulb short). Even brought his own shoe covers which I super appreciated during this time (I've had a lot of ppl come by to fix things and they aren't  prepared). He definitely put in a lot of effort for a good price. My only suggestion is if he could provide his POV on how high the kitchen pendent lights should be based on his experience. I wasn't sure and they ended up being too short, but he went back and adjusted for me which was great. I'd recommend!

Sean knows what he's doing and was able to perfectly install my ceiling fan and the light switches wiring in short notice.  Very clean and professional work to full completion.  An added bonus was that no patching or painting needed after he was done with the project.

He also put in a new light switch at no extra charge.  Highly recommend.

Zenith Electric responded quickly to my request for a quote and scheduled a time for a free estimate (other businesses charge $125 for that).

Artin had a look at the space, gave me a quote, and scheduled the installation for two 240 volt outlets for the next business day, because my appliances were going to be delivered the day after.

So thankful, it worked out on time. The work was done beautifully. They covered the floor and the wall cabinets, to keep the dust to a minimum, patched up the holes nicely, and cleaned up at the end.

Also, both guys were friendly, no bullshit - finished the whole project in 5 hours.

Great attention to detail. I called Nate for some little adjustments I wanted to make around my business and as I was walking and talking, Nate was taking note of everything I wanted. He gave me some different choices and upon my decision, the work was done in a timely manner and everything looks just the way I pictured it in my head. Promptly answered phone and came over quickly even though it was a weekend.  Turned out I didn't properly check the breakers and they assessed it as a simple problem that didn't need an expensive repair.

My wife and I bought a condo and the dining room light was weirdly placed and a weird design, so we wanted it centered and move. My wife had no problem getting ahold of Jose and even did a short FaceTime to see what needed to be done and estimate the work. After looking around, Joses's price seemed very reasonable for the work for licensed work. He should up early, was easy to talk to, did the work efficiently, and produced really clean work. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and we most likely will.

What can I say that hasn't been said? Stuart is the best. Fixed the shorted circuits in my weird old electrical system on a Saturday morning without any drama. Will recommend.

Gustavo and Marcio probably literally saved my life! The wiring in my apartment was 95 years old. That's not an exaggeration, it's from 1922 and never updated beyond replacing fuses with breakers in 1995. I didn't know this of course until some mysterious electrical symptoms led me to ask the new owner of the property to try a new electrician, because the previous owner's handyman had never seemed to get results.

Check out the pictures for what they found! Wires melted in the walls, patched with electrical tape multiple times, sockets sparking inside the walls... Basically it's a miracle that nothing caught fire already. Everything was in such poor shape it disintegrated in the guys' hands as they pulled it out of the wall!

Gustavo and Marcio, along with a small crew, managed to complete a full rewire of the apartment and two attached garages in two days. It should have been more like a 4 day job but they knocked it out in two, staying until 9 pm the second day to make sure everything was done. They even found a sealed-over junction box in the living room ceiling and installed a new light & switch, making this the first time I've had overhead lighting in my living room since moving in!

These guys were BEAT after a 13 hour day but still carefully cleaned up and tested everything before leaving.

What a difference versus previous experiences with electrical work. I felt comfortable leaving my home all day knowing the guys would take the appropriate care while working, and I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted to. And, as a millennial I especially appreciate being able to text Gustavo when I'm away from home while he's working there.

I've asked my landlord to please use nobody else for electrical work ever! Not that I should need any more... I think everything is in good shape to last another 95 years now.

If you're like me living in an older home with mysterious is it haunted? electrical issues, do yourself a favor and get these guys to take a look. I had a huge fire hazard lurking in every room of my house and didn't even know. I'm still in shock!

And, bonus, they like dogs  very important in my household which is run with an iron paw by a very selfish Pomchi who has totally forgotten her humble beginnings as a street dog.

I have received the services of Scott and Co. on two separate occasions, spaced years apart.  I found the services to be very professional and safe.

I'm a tech nerd so the first thing I did after buying my house was have Scott wire up the closet in the guest bedroom and also add an outlet to the master bedroom wall.  I ran my servers in there for a while and all was well, but then I just didn't like that setup anymore (it was hard to ventilate) so I moved my servers to another place in my house with a more direct air current.  Not his fault, just me not thinking the problem through.  Either way, both outlets were done really nicely and I'm still using the outlet he did in the master bedroom.  This was quite a few years ago.  I think Scott was hesitant about the outlet in the guest bedroom closet and I think he mentioned something off hand about not wanting to wire up a closet if I were going to grow pot, ha ha ha.  I told him it was for many servers and he was cool with it.  I guess with electricity, there's always a risk.  Or it could be that he has morals.  I told my boss at work about this and he said his electrician said the same thing when he wanted his closet wired up (servers from an acquisition carry-over).  Either we both used the services of Scott, or it might be a common concern.  We thought it was funny.  No visible damage from either job.

The most recent job I asked Scott to do was more inclusive.  Now that I've lived in my house for several years, my wife and I were ready to add outlets in places where we needed them the most.  I asked him to add 1 outlet in the living room, one in the kitchen, one in a small cubby hole next to my fireplace (for 3D printing), one in the guest bedroom, and a really tricky one over the fireplace for a clean install of my TV.  They installed the outlet (because they are good at that), I installed the TV (because I'm good at that).  The outlet over the fireplace required some exploratory work, but no visible damage.  Not sure what they did on that one.  Also, while doing an inspection, he told me that I had two outlets outside that were not GFI and could kill me if I used them improperly.  To be fair, that's what the house inspector said, too.  So I basically said what the heck and got a large swath of all my electrical work and wishlist done at once.  It came in slightly under a thousand dollars.  Not bad for a two day job.

They did a terrific job.  I will always ask that Scott do my electrical work.  They seem pricey, but so do electricians in general.  High quality work.  Friendly people.

I contacted East West Electric to do some minor work at my mother's house.  They got back to me within an hour and came out the next day. Nshan came early and did everything that we asked of him in a timely manner and at a reasonable price! I will definitely be using them again!

Penna Electric was easy to work with.  Todd came on time and explained everything that needed to be done for the quote.  The work was very professional and they were the most competitive bid to install our 240v EV charger.  They also did it with the least amount of holes needed (even less than they initially anticipated).  Overall, very professional and highly recommend them!

If you are searching for a great electrician at a great price J Powers Electric is a very good choice.  Jay is a heck of a nice guy and extremely professional. His quotes for any electrical work needed are very competitive. He was always on time and called in advance to let me know what time he would be here. He is very up to date on the city electrical codes, uses top quality parts, and really does good work !!

If you're having power problems I feel bad for ya son, I got 99 problems, but a switch ain't one...
All pop references aside, B&K is great at what they do. They got to the bottom of my persistent outlet and breaker problems, and found solutions to ensure that the problems were a thing of the past.

The worker driving the work van was doing over 80 on the 90 highway. When crossing into the lane they threw a glass bottle out to the cars behind them hitting my car. Do not get your Business from reckless people and a business that hires people that have no problem endangering others. I've tried calling several times and get sent to voicemail.

We needed help with a small electrical repair at my home. Celso was quick to reply and arrived later that evening to complete the repair. He was prompt, got the job done and pricing was very fair. Would highly recommend.

I was in a pinch and gave it a shot based on Yelp ad. My regular electrician wasn't available. Hector showed up on time, explained the situation thoroughly and didn't push any unneeded work. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I needed some electrical work done -- specifically some rewiring and moving two junction boxes. Called three different top-rate electricians on Yelp to come and give an estimate.

First guy's quote was a bit higher than I felt was right, and he tried to upsell me on some extra work he suggested I do. He then said he would email me a detailed quote along with his schedule. I never heard from him again.

Second guy never showed up.

Third guy was Yuri. He arrived exactly when he said he would and he quoted me a much better price for the same work as the first guy. He understood exactly what i needed and didn't try to upsell me on anything else.

On the day of the job, Yuri and his partner arrived right on time and go to work. They were both very friendly and respectful of my home. The job was finished in the time frame Yuri stated and the price was exactly what Yuri quoted (no last minute surprises). In fact, when they finished they took some extra time to clean up the space they were working in and now the room looks cleaner than when they arrived.

Excellent service all around. Will definitely use again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
