UGH I can't write enough to express my gratitude for Alex!! I ran into a snag during remodeling that was going to hold up the entire operation, but Alex was able to come out the next morning and totally saved the day. He was super knowledgeable and was able to give me guidance on several electrical issues that were stressing me out. Ultimately, I was able to proceed on schedule because of how quick, responsive, and professional Alex was. I will definitely be calling him back for any of my future electrical needs!

Sean just completed his work here, and I feel motivated to write my first Yelp review. What a delightful transaction. I needed to hide the power cord attached to my new digital art frame, and was sure I knew the perfect solution--swap a light switch for a recessed outlet. Turns out I was wrong, and that the best strategy, according to Sean, would cost about $200 less. So a medium-sized job turned into a really small one, and a big win for me. He's definitely the guy I'll call on for electrical work in the future.

Roman and Igor came back to install our large crystal Valle chandelier in the high staircase. Once again, I can't emphasize enough what a great job they did. They had to build a scaffold to give them access to the ceiling for installation. It took them almost 8 hours from building the scaffold to finally installing the chandelier, not to mention buying the materials beforehand. These guys are not just electricians- they care and love what they do. They made sure to not scratch our walls or damage anything. They put back everything the way it was. They are the ultimate professionals.

Arvin and Teddy from Zenith Electric are incredibly conscientious and professional electricians. The first time they came out to give an estimate, they called 30 minutes before arriving. We booked them for the job despite having other lower estimates (theirs was in the ballpark).
Every time they came they called 30 minutes in advance to let me know that they were on their way. Always arrived within the stated window for the appointment.
These electricians went above and beyond what the initial job required. When something was not to code or a wire looked worn they replaced it. If parts were needed they went out to find them for us and didn't charge for the time.
Just loved working with this company! I highly recommend their services.

Marat is straight forward and a very good communicator. In providing a bid, he demonstrated his experience and professionalism in that he was clear about his scope of work, his bid price and what is required by code. He showed up on time, we reviewed the details of the work, my preferences and he completed the work with a sense of urgency and thoughtfulness.

In the process he encounter some faulty electrical work by others and spent about an hour troubleshooting the issue and fixed the faulty work at no additional cost.

Jose and his team were great. They did the work other contractors couldn't do in a full day in about 5 minutes. Super friendly, responsive and pleased with the work they did. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT HIRE ALL-IN-ONE FOR ANY OF YOUR ELECTRICAL NEEDS.

They're overpriced, will attempt to rob you blind, and then cross their fingers that you won't notice.

Phil charged my elderly mother a whopping $2,500 to install new Ethernet wiring in her backyard. He insisted that the job would require a lot of work and initially provided only a vague, inadequately itemized invoice (please see attachments). Unfortunately, she believed and trusted him and paid this ludicrous amount to get the job done.

When she later realized she'd been bamboozled and contacted Phil to question his fees and request a more detailed invoice showing exactly what she had paid so much for, he got defensive, asking her whether being issued a $1,000 refund would make her happy, only later sending her another modified invoice (please see attachments).

What we noted at this point was the miscalculation of fees -- the $1,000 miscalculation of labor costs, to be exact. Again, my mother contacted Phil to point this out, and instead of offering an apology for an unmistakable and very careless and expensive error, he once again irritably asked my mother, If I refund you $1,000 will THAT make you happy?!

Um, it's not about making the customer happy in this case, Phil, it's about correcting a glaring, undeniable error you or your billing department made and trying to uphold your company's integrity and professionalism.

The fact that PhiI asked my mother the same arrogant question before sending her the second invoice showing the error in fees also makes me wonder whether he knew of the mistake but hoped my elderly mom just wouldn't notice or would become intimidated and back off. That's immeasurably shady.

I also have to question the fact that the All-in-One techs get paid $125/hr. My father spent much of his 50-plus-yearlong career as a Harvard-educated engineer working on highly classified government-funded projects for NASA and the US military, and even he didn't make $125/hr.

My mom had to learn to be less gullible the hard way, but I'm hoping this review will help prevent the same from happening to someone else.

Shame on you, Phil, and shame on All-in-One. Would you be okay if someone did this to your mother(s)? Times have been tough, but that's no excuse to conduct business unethically.

Alexis is awesome! Super helpful and very transparent on the call. She was super honest and answered all my questions in full detail. She didn't pressure me to buy anything, and I could tell she genuinely cares about making sure the customer gets what they truly need. Thanks Alexis for the A+ support!

Oh boy, they did it again!

Did what you ask?  They did it freakin' right!  Eric is hard-working, considerate, friendly but most importantly, he does NOT take short cuts.

If you are anal about how work gets done, these guys are your guys. Rarely do tradesmen take the time to make sure the job is done as perfect as it can be, and usually you have to bug them to do it. Not with West LA electric, these guys work on your stuff like they were working on their own house. That is the best you can ask for in a trade and for that, they get my business every time.

professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Vartan and his crew have worked for me twice recently. his work is always fairly priced and practical as well. would not hesitate to recommend East West for any electrical needs.

Found Penna on Yelp and Todd was over the next day to give an estimate. Vivian called within an hour after he left to schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. The guys came over this morning right on time, worked efficiently and did a great job. We are new to the area and we're not happy with the electrician who works with a contractor we used for some remodeling. I normally would ask a friend for a referral but i barely know anybody yet so I trusted the Yelp reviews. Glad I did. Penna will be our go-to next time we need an electrician.

Fast, efficient quality work at a reasonable price. First company to respond to a Yelp inquiry for a fixture replacement in a closet, and a wall switch replacement. Joel and assistant completed the work within 30 minutes. Super friendly, and professional team as well. Would rehire.

Very disappointed. Leland seems a great guy. Came out and had a solution to a complex problem and sent quote which I accepted. Then ghosted with family problems the reason. Absolutely no reply to any calls or texts.
Feel badly for his situation but wonder why he simply disappeared.
Wondering why he answered a similar complaint on Yelp with same excuse.

This company is awesome!!  My daughter recently bought a Tesla which required us to install a wall charger.  From the first phone call, Eduardo was responsive and very professional.  He came out to inspect the property and returned a few days later to install the charger. He came with two other workers whose name I did not get but they were all respectful, courteous and very professional.  They did an excellent job with the installation and we are truly pleased with the results.  I HIGHLY  recommend Blueprint Electric for your electrical needs and would hire them again.   Thanks guys on a job well done.

Best Electrcan in Los Angeles! He's really affordable and gets the job done. He worked all day Sunday just to make sure our project was finished. He really cares about taking care of his customers.

Just had service done by Yuri yesterday.  I went online the night before and found his site through Yelp and scheduled an appointment right there on the site.  This was much easier than the normal call 3 contractors and maybe they call you back routine that I am used to.  Anyway, mid morning the next day Yuri called me asking what time he can come by.  

A few hours later he showed up and quickly diagnosed my loose wire situation.  (The outlets stopped working after the space heater caused...something). This was a critical repair as it was the also the outlet that ll of my home office was plugged into.

He also diagnosed a ceiling fan that wasn't working while he was here.

Overall, great service and I will use again as I am sure the previous owners work will show up in the future.

BTW, he charged me $135 and it was about 70 min of work.

My experience was great overall. They responded fast, techs were very nice. I had them install a Nema14-50. Very clean work. Would highly recommend
