Alex got back to me immediately and was understanding when I described the electrical problem I was dealing with. Vlad came by the next day and was also wonderfully kind and efficient. I don't think I would ever call any other electrician! What a relief to find folks you can depend on and trust.

I found Sean and David to be very personable. Clearly competent in electrical work and light installation. On time, accurate with measurements (super important for someone like me!) and finished the job in the exact amount of time I was told at consultation. Great people to work with. Highly recommend!

Spoke to Roman Monday and made appointment on a Thursday to fixed an outdoor outlet that powered my automatic sprinklers. He gave me estimate. He called me with an opening same day Tuesday. He fixed the faulty outdoor outlet and connected my low voltage outdoor lights. Only charged me the same estimate Price. Thank you so much.

Tedi and Art came over to repair some electrical outlets to white ones today and they did an excellent job and they were very fast and nice guys. I recommend them for any electrician needs. The Price I paid them was a great deal. I will hire them again for my next needs maybe for the dedicated line. We discussed it today for the future. I just need to save some money until next job I hire them. thanks guys!

I've used Madison on two big jobs recently, and they do great work. Always professional, upfront and the price is around the same as other places I called (first job, when I was still searching). His guys do good work, clean up, keep you informed of what they're doing. We have an old house with awkward ceilings and no attic space and they tackled the recessed lighting with no problem. Very little patching had to be done after (which I appreciated since I was the one doing it). Highly recommend.

Need to replace and rewire 11 smoke detectors with high ceilings.  1.  Supper easy to Schedule and comes on time.  2.  Paid exactly how much he quoted.  Very reasonable and fair price.  Some electrician were asking for a lot more.  He will not jackup the price because you have a big house or your house is in Brentwood.  3.  Clean, detailed and very experienced.  4.  Even check out an GFCI outlet that I had issue with for free.  Had to call him again the following week due to a defective breaker that needs replacement.  He will be the Electrican for my house now.  Thank you for your help.

Called AP Electrics about a possible electronic panel upgrade on Sunday and got a call back in the morning on Monday from Jose. He discussed my options and came that same day to look at the electric panel. He was punctual, honest, and trustworthy. He stated that there was no need to upgrade the panel and the best course of action was to place the AC unit on its own circuit breaker. They went back to their truck, got their material, and finished the project within the hour. They also tightened up all the electric wires on the panel and recommended a surge protector to combat any lingering issues I had. When you are looking to do any electric work - AP Electrics is the way to go. Highly recommended.

One of the best electric people there are they know what they doing and they are able to fix any problems they got a good experienced and they will give you a free estimate and there is no problems with doing appointments i recommend them to anyone

We had a small project in our attic and acquired estimates from three electricians.  Penna Electric was not the cheapest but by far the most professional and courteous during the estimate visit on.  We signed the estimate proposal on October 14th and received a nice 'Thank You For Choosing Us' email on October 21st from Denise acknowledging receipt and a comment from her that We will be scheduling your job soon.  That was the last communication received until today a month later.  

During that 4 weeks I sent two emails requesting an update on where we were with scheduling.  Then a third email yesterday again requesting an update and commenting that I hadn't heard word one from them in the past month and that if I didn't hear back that I won't contact or bother them again.  

Received a text today that said, Unfortunately our free estimates don't get automatically scheduled the same week or same day.  Due to shortage of staff and health concerns we cannot schedule electricians.  We have to refer customers to YELP at this time.  Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Our project was not urgent and never did I demand to be scheduled quickly.  What I asked of them was to let me know where in the scheduling process we were.  I am far less annoyed about the lack of scheduling and much more annoyed at the complete ghosting for a month and then a 'thanks but no thanks' text.  I don't typically spend much time on YELP, but since they suggested that is where I should go....well here I am.  I can't comment on their work, only their communication, or lack thereof.  Maybe our project was too small.  One star for actually showing up to give us the estimate, one star for a really nice site visit, after that nothing really.

Professional, courteous and exceptional customer service. They replaced an old gfci outlet and were reasonably priced. They were also very flexible and fast. No upselling or nonsense. Will be using them again in the future!

B&K was great.  Everyone was friendly on the phone and in person, service was prompt and price was very reasonable.  The tech fixed our landscape lighting, installed an outdoor plug and light fixture, and lowered our ceiling fan.  Very very happy with everyone at B&K.

The worker driving the work van was doing over 80 on the 90 highway. When crossing into the lane they threw a glass bottle out to the cars behind them hitting my car. Do not get your Business from reckless people and a business that hires people that have no problem endangering others. I've tried calling several times and get sent to voicemail.

I requested some help on a Saturday evening. Celso came out early on a Sunday and fixed my problem on time and at the low end of the estimated cost (below budget). Fantastic job, nice guy, very highly recommended.

Highly recommend! (I should mention I've been on Yelp for a while and this is my first ever review.) Hector, Oscar, and their team are professional, polite, and responsive. After Oscar and a colleague arrived and were working on an estimate for part of the request, I had to reschedule due to a family emergency and they were very gracious. Hector called the next day to reschedule and Oscar came out yesterday to complete the smaller job (upgrading an ungrounded outlet to a grounded one). I'll definitely call them in the future!

We purchased a new dishwasher and when it was delivered and about to be installed, we discovered that the old one was hardwired and the new one needed a plug outlet.  The delivery company for Best Buy could not do the work so I searched Yelp and found Yuri.  Called him on Monday, he arrived promptly on time Tuesday for our appointment. He helped me remove the old dishwasher and within an hour he had installed the plug. His price was completely fair and reasonable (less than another company I called). He was pleasant and professional. He is everything you expect in a tradesman --on time, does what he says he will do, charges you fairly.  Totally recommend this man--no hesitation to use him again.

Amazing install by the team!  Great prices and quick install. It looks great, now just waiting for my car to arrive. Only reason it's not five stars was there was a scheduling snafu when I was expecting him to arrive at 930, after taking care of the appointment issue, he arrived at 1230 to do the install!
