The Optimum Electrical team members, including the owner, arrived on site just before the expected arrival time, which was great for me. The team displayed excellent customer service by first listening to my electrical inquiry, reviewing and analyzing the situation, identifying the fix, and providing me a cost for service and recommendations. I was also impressed by the quick fix in replacing broken and old breakers that caused my lack of power within certain wall outlets. Excellent clean job performed, respectful to my electrical needs, on time to the job site, and provided a detailed explanation of the electrical issue and resolution.

Tedi and Artin installed a 50 Amp breaker and outlet for our electric car charger. They were on time, organized and professional. We will definitely contact them again once we need electric services.

Promptly answered phone and came over quickly even though it was a weekend.  Turned out I didn't properly check the breakers and they assessed it as a simple problem that didn't need an expensive repair.

My wife and I bought a condo and the dining room light was weirdly placed and a weird design, so we wanted it centered and move. My wife had no problem getting ahold of Jose and even did a short FaceTime to see what needed to be done and estimate the work. After looking around, Joses's price seemed very reasonable for the work for licensed work. He should up early, was easy to talk to, did the work efficiently, and produced really clean work. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and we most likely will.

Stuart is just the best.   I wanted to replace some switches, and since he was too busy to come down to Santa Monica, he walked me through the process over the phone and via text.  It worked, and I have him to thank--not just for teaching me how to do it over the phone, but for his patience with several follow-up questions that I needed.   Not only that, but now I feel that I was able to learn something new--thanks to Stuart.

Wanted to change out my ceiling lights to can lights and BL Electric was amazing. Turns out the space between the floor above and the ceiling I wanted to install the lights was too shallow so they were able to customize the can to fit the ceiling. Amazing job and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend, sweetest people.

I emailed around 5pm on a Wednesday night regarding a problem with our bathroom light.  Scott set up the call with one of his guys for 9am Thursday.  By 10am Thursday, everything was fixed (plus an additional problem that I'd been putting off).  Great service, quick response, and fair pricing.  Great job!

I am extremely happy with my service from Penna Electric. I got a very fair estimate from Todd, the owner, which was followed up with excellent work by German and Guillermo. They did the installation of my 240v outlet in the cleanest way possible, which I hadn't even considered, and Todd came by to make sure the work was done properly. I am using them again for a family member's house.

I highly recommend this great company. I chose to go with them because the communication was clear. The other companies were throwing me high estimates before coming out to assess the problem. One even said they would change our smog detectors. LOL. Our smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night. We tried changing the batteries and re setting but they continued to chirp. The father and son team came out and determined that one was defective setting off the others. That was replaced as well as the carbon monoxide detector closest to the kitchen by a smoke and carbon monoxide detector which was good advice. All the work was done at an extremely reasonable price and they thoroughly vacuumed up the work area.

Very disappointed. Leland seems a great guy. Came out and had a solution to a complex problem and sent quote which I accepted. Then ghosted with family problems the reason. Absolutely no reply to any calls or texts.
Feel badly for his situation but wonder why he simply disappeared.
Wondering why he answered a similar complaint on Yelp with same excuse.

We had an electrical problem over the weekend and we were extremely lucky to find Eduardo of Blueprint Electric.  He's very respectful and has good manners.  He was very punctual, arrived on time, came prepared and went directly to work (on a Sunday no less).

He was very thorough and was able to find a way to work around our faulty electrical wiring from previous kitchen remodeling.  We had encountered a similar problem back in May 2021 and the other electrician did not resolve our problem at the time, and instead, wanted to charges us again for the same problem that they failed to address/fix and wouldn't even consider coming out during the weekend.  

Eduardo is knowledgeable and skillful.  I am glad to have found my reliable, trustworthy electrician going forward.

Celso did an amazing job on our condo. He installed LED lights, replaced the panel, did new outlets, set up power for our AC and put in a fan. He's really affordable and does quality work!

We had a few recessed lights in our home that stopped working. I contacted 3 businesses and Got Light gave the best quote. They were very responsive (we used Yelp for messaging) and easy to schedule with. The man who came to our house showed up on time and did a good job. Would definitely recommend this business.

Yuri provides a quote online based on the description of my needs and to my surprise and delight he actually kept to the quote upon seeing the project in person and did not try to bloat the cost with additional unforeseen charges. His price was fair and honest and I will absolutely be using Belco Electric again in the future.

I called these guys because an outlet stopped working. The quote was $150 for a service call/2hrs of work. They came quite quickly and identified the problem and resolved it in 35 mins. I then asked the electrician to fix or diagnose another issue in our living room where some decorative low wattage lights stopped working. The electrician said he couldn't work on it and I needed an additional custom quote. I wAited 2 weeks for the follow up quote. According to my watch, I still had 1 hrs  & 25 mins worth of time that I had yet to use. These guys didn't want to give me the quote nor fulfill the un used time unless I paid them the $150 first. I eventually paid the $150 de  Stouts getting the short end of the stick because they threatened to report it to collections, despite having an unhappy customer. It's too bad, because I would have loved to have worked with them. Stay away from this company and use another more reputable operation.
