Originally contacted Alex in a panic with an urgent need to cap some outside wires before the weekend rain started. He was responsive, kind, and was able to squeeze us in ahead of his next appointment. I appreciated his honesty, and practical recommendations. He did great work for us and was very reasonable for the quality and fast service. Will absolutely contact him in the future if we have another electrical need!

These techs are the best!  They installed a staircase chandelier for my parents.  They were fast, clean, and efficient - and even took two minutes to rehang a picture for my mom that was obscured by the new fixture.

We used Madison electric to move a few outlets, install ceiling fans, and change over to LED cans. They were very responsive and were able to meet our schedule. While the work was completed timely, they left a huge mess both inside of and outside of our new condo. Garbage was left everywhere including coffee cups, boxes, and broken or used materials. In addition, there was footprints and dust everywhere and a trail down the exterior common hallway of our building - which we've had neighbors complain about. Moreover, some of the work was not done to even to the owner's satisfaction. Certain outlets were left without proper face plates and covering, and some of the LED cans were not installed flush with the wall. The owner mentioned it was a difficult install and should've been more expensive than quoted, but it seemed like an excuse to us. While the owner did offer to have folks come and clean afterwards, it was too little too late. All this being said, definitely use caution when hiring Madison electric and be prepared to clean and have a lot of trash.

Answered fast, came out fast, fixed fast. Price felt fair. had another issue the next day, didnt even charge me.

Called AP Electrics about a possible electronic panel upgrade on Sunday and got a call back in the morning on Monday from Jose. He discussed my options and came that same day to look at the electric panel. He was punctual, honest, and trustworthy. He stated that there was no need to upgrade the panel and the best course of action was to place the AC unit on its own circuit breaker. They went back to their truck, got their material, and finished the project within the hour. They also tightened up all the electric wires on the panel and recommended a surge protector to combat any lingering issues I had. When you are looking to do any electric work - AP Electrics is the way to go. Highly recommended.

Called this electrician with a problem.  He spent the time to talk me through the issue in detail.  Very friendly and helpful!  I am keeping his number for the next time I have an issue.  Awesome customer service.  Highly recommended.

BK did a great job on inspecting and repairing the electric in our commercial unit after a fire.  They were there on time, knowledgeable, worked meticulously and at a reasonable price with good communications and no surprises.  Thanks BK!

Scott is a licensed electrical contractor and definitely knows what he's doing when it comes to all things electricity. He is also very professional and seems very genuine.

He does charge a minimum / service call fee, so there wasn't really a free estimate, but sometimes that's the way it is I think when you don't know exactly what's wrong -- he has to start working to figure out what's going on. It does include the first hour, though, and it could be that's all he needs. After that it's an hourly rate.

So, if you definitely know what needs to be done and it's very minor, you might be able to manage yourself or use a handyman. But if you have a more complicated issue, or don't know exactly what's wrong, or just want to make sure everything will be done properly and to code -- and who doesn't when it comes to electricity? -- call Scott first.

I had a couple of things that weren't working and we didn't know the cause, whether it was the sockets, switches, wiring, etc.). I was also considering installing a new CO/smoke alarm myself, but then figured it was worth it to just have a professional do everything at once. Scott worked with me by showing up bright and early in the morning and managed to get everything done in 1.5 hrs so I still made it to work only a little later than usual. My bathroom fan/heater turned out to be broken, but Scott check to make sure the power going to the unit was working and then even showed me how I could order a replacement part and install it myself. So I saved a little money AND got to feel all handy! Great guy!!

Nshan helped me install a NEMA 14_50 outlet in my garage in preparation for the delivery of my car! He was really Quick at responding to my message and gave a fair estimate. He came to take a look at my house And everything!like two days later he was able To fit me into his schedule earlier because of a cancellation. The installation was done well and took about 30 minutes! And  he kept the Work area clean , which was greatly appreciated. Thanks Nshan!

Todd and his team have a great attitude and do an excellent job. We needed several 3-way dimmers installed, and he came out to size up the job two days before Thanksgiving (when we had a big party scheduled). While he was as it, he fixed the one switch I had messed up on my own, no charge.

While it seemed like we would have to wait for an opening after Thanksgiving, he called when he had an unexpected hole in his schedule the next day, picked up the parts from his wholesaler, and came out to do the work immediately. Incredible service from a terrific team--their dimmer installation made our Thanksgiving party a lot more special. AND he gave us a 10% Yelp discount on service!

Eduardo was very professional and responsive to all my inquiries.  He showed up on time and did a great job on installing a wall charger for our Rivian truck.  He also arranged the patchwork on the wall too.  Highly recommend!

This review is way over due. Celso and his brother did some electrical work for us a few months ago. I was very clear on the list of work that needed to be done and was quoted a price for the complete list. However, all but one of the tasks got completed. Thus me giving them this rating of 4 out of 5 stars. Despite the miscommunication, overall they did a great job on the tasks they did accomplish. Part of that list included adding 4 additional outside outlets to my house, adding an additional circuit breaker connection to my kitchen to the main circuit breaker and installing a video flood light over my garage. Had the  complete list of tasks been completed I would have given them a 5 out of 5.

Came out to work on some exterior lights. Had same-day availability, which is uncommon with all the building going on. Worked hard and solved the problem. Recommended!

I highly recommend Yuri. He is the best!

We had asked our usual handyman to fix an electrical problem  in our den --  our lights were flickering and our TV was constantly turning off and back on again. After trying a couple different things, our handyman claimed it was fixed... But it wasn't!

My husband found Yuri on Yelp and was able to quickly set up an appointment with him. He came by and figured out the problem almost immediately. He had the necessary replacement part in his car and was done in less than an hour.  He even explained to me exactly what the issue was.

It has been a month since Yuri fixed our electrical problem, and of course everything is still working properly. Thanks, Yuri! :-)
