Had the pleasure having Tom over from T&M take a look at my circuit breaker down in the basement. Speaking to him he is very kind and straightforward which I enjoyed, definitely a breathe of fresh air after talking to a bunch of electricians who all beat around the bush. He told me all the details of what was happening and how he was going to fix it, so brownie points for teaching me something. Great customer service! He got the circuit breaker fixed within the scheduled time and told me that he can do electrical maintenance check ups whenever we want to make sure everything is working great. Thanks again

Billy sent Guillermo to our house an hour after I called to accommodate my schedule. I had a number of small problems which he handled masterfully and he cheerfully answered all my questions. Great work at a fair price!

Peter responded quickly and arrived the next day even though this was not an emergency. Peter quickly diagnosed a breaker that was causing lights to flicker and our tv to shut off without warning. He also replaced several outlets that were not working. Very happy to have found a reliable electrician. Highly recommended.

Walteria sent an electrician to our home during the pandemic to take a look at our outdoor lighting situation.   When the electrician arrived. We noticed he was not wearing a mask.  He entered our home and we kindly asked him to wear a mask and offered him a new disposable mask.  He simply refused and said they do not believe in masks and that if he was required to wear one he would simply go home.    He claimed he could not find the problem and left without helping the situation at all.  We specifically scheduled and waited for him to arrive to help us which we were surprised was quite the opposite.    You should be aware that this company does not believe in preventative measures during covid19

What can I say... P&W Best Electricians has exceeded my expectations. Patrick came out and offered us a quotation, and after consulting with a couple of other electricians, we decided they were the best fit for our job. They assisted us with upgrading our panel from 90 to 200 amps, installing an electric vehicle charger in the garage, rewiring our kitchen, and adding more recessed lighting in the living room. They've been the kindest and most easy-going contractors to work with, and I can't say enough excellent things about Patrick and his crew. They'll only have to wait for the final inspection and then they'll get everything fixed!

I started to have issues with my home electrical panel and it seemed like a major issue, so I called a couple of electricians to come out to look at the issue and get a quote, of course they made it into such a big deal and told me I have to change my entire panel and it would cost me thousands!! I was ready to go with one of the companies until one of my friends referred me to these guys to get a third quote and opinion. I called them and they came by the same day, I dealt with bobby and steve, I explained the issues I was having and what the other two electricians said and that I had to change my panel. They found out the issues right away and it turned out that I only had to change couple of breakers!! they changed the breakers and fixed all the issues in less than 15 minuets. The other companies were gonna charge me thousands to make something out of nothing, basically lie to me to make more money. I can't thank bobby and Steve enough for their honesty! It's hard to come across people like these guys now days, they were very kind, professional, genuine and honest people to do business with. I would highly recommend them. Chris Guzman is a one-man show and he likes it that way. He does all
his own work. My home is close to 70 years old, as are most homes in Norwalk, and electrical stuff often needs updating, replacing and what have you. I've had Chris do a couple of jobs for me.  He's soft spoken and very level-headed. He really knows the electrical biz, all codes and what's right to do in every application.

Over these two jobs, we've spoken about a number of things. Come to find out. he's a devoted family guy, grew up right here in Norwalk and lives in the city. You can't help but like the guy. He does excellent, top-notch work that is 2nd to no one. Chris is young (I'm not!) but very mature for his age. I appreciate that.  Bottom line here is that I doubt you'd be able to find a better electrician in the greater Norwalk area. Guzman Electric gets a solid two Thumbs-Up!

With the soon to be addition of an electric vehicle, I called M&I Electric to discuss my options for charging at home. Chris was extremely helpful on the phone and let me know what type of plug I should go with and even gave me an estimate for the install. The appointment was set up and three days later, I now have somewhere to plug in my vehicle!  I cannot thank Chris enough. If/when I need anything electrical done to my house, he will be my first and only phone call.

Ron was really helpful. He came on the same day I called as it could have been urgent. Assessed the situation and tried his best to resolve it late in the evening. He made sure that everything was safe, said we should wait a few days and see if there is a recurrence. If there it happened again he would come and look for everything through a method of elimination. He is awesome, explained everything to us, showed us a burnt wire and the best part is he takes credit cards online. I would highly recommend Ron. He is a professional and a gentleman.

I was in need of Backyard trail lighting repair for about 24 lights. Walter was wonderful very professional, quick helpful and did a great job. The company worked with me so well and I would highly recommend this company for electrician services and I will be using them for any of our future home needs.

I rarely write reviews but enerbg has blown me away with their responsiveness and problem solving. We had a few electricians come in and try to fix a switch I had in my kitchen and despite multiple attempts it was never resolved. I reached out to Victor this week from enerbg and he was able to get it done right away. Now my security system camera and kitchen light can be operated simultaneously without offsetting each other. Thank you Victor!

Bryden reigns supreme. Two quick stories.

First, a couple years ago, we needed to install some new outlets in the kitchen and change out an electrical panel. Two electricians told us we needed to break open walls and basically rewire then entire house at a cost of more than $10K. Brian from Bryden came in, carefully looked around and saw we could do what we needed for around $2K. Everything was installed safely and quickly and we haven't had an issue in two years.

Story #2. This summer, we installed ceiling fans and track lighting. Price was very competitive and we didn't have to wait more than a day to get the job done. The Bryden electrician installed a light switch in the kitchen that we later discovered bumped against a pantry door when it was fully opened with the drawers rolled out. Bryden acknowledged that it was an installation error and scheduled us as the first appointment in the morning to fix the job. Positioning the new switch was a more involved project than we expected. It took the technician over an hour and would have cost us several hundred dollars but Bryden gracefully ate the cost and didn't charge us a cent.

Always fair, always clear, always prompt, always communicative, and always calling them!

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

I've had Bill do several projects, some times after a handie man messed it up. Incredibly knowledgeable, quality work at a reasonable price. I trust him to do quality work and do what is right.
