Best Electricians in Los Angeles, CA

I turned to Yelp once again in search of an electrician. Most electricians, and other contractors, don't work on weekends, let alone Sunday, but William responded immediately said he could come in 15 minutes. And while many of the others said they would charge me for just coming to give me an estimate/troubleshooting, William said it was no charge for the estimate. He arrived promptly as he said he would and immediately started diagnosing the problem. Lo and behold, during that troubleshooting process, he fixed the problem.
So.... I went ahead and asked him to repair several other broken outlets around my kitchen. He fixed everything and his prices were absolutely reasonable and fair, he took his time, and he didn't try to rush anything! He is honest, efficient, and again, I can't say enough about his fair prices!
Didn't try to overcharge me or anything like that at all! And... the absolutely bonus in my opinion is that he is respectful of my home/space. Growing up Asian, I don't do shoes in the house and I have a sign at my door that clearly says - please remove your shoes. I've had other contractors who simply ignore my sign and when I ask them to take off their shoes or wear shoe covers, they get upset. But when William arrived, I said nothing to him and before he even stepped foot into my home, he already had his shoe covers on, no questions asked.
These little customer service things matter and I truly appreciated this entire experience! I highly recommend William for your all of your electrical needs!!!! I will definitely be calling William as my go to electrician going forward.

Billy was extremely helpful to me today without even having to come out to my house. I called in a panic because my electricity blew a circuit (or so I thought Because it had done this before) when I ran my hair dryer while my window A/C was on. I know better but I wasn't thinking. So when the power went out, I looked at the circuit breaker and one was not turning off : it was just stuck halfway between on and off. I looked on Yelp for best electricians near me and called this number. Billy had me FaceTime him and show him the circuit breaker. He told me to really push the stuck one to off and it worked!! I am immensely grateful to him on this hot day. Thank you!

The work went great. He fixed the outlet less than in 10 mins. However the payment was the problem. I paid through zelle because peter told me that it works. I used his phone number to send him money. It should show up right away on his app that he got money but he was keep saying that he didn't so I just gave him other $80 in cash. I called the bank next day to see what happened and they told me that it takes 3-5 days so I waited for a while week. I contact with peter again and he still hasn't gotten the money he said so I went to the bank and also called the costumer service. They both told me that money went through already. However they told me that I should never sent money through zelle who you don't really know because many people say that they haven't received money even though they might have gotten it. Bank told me there is nothing you can do. If he really didn't receive the money that is because he hasn't updated his new phone number and the new account he might opened up. So I just paid him $80 cash and lost $80 that will never get me back. However I shouldn't have done it and I'm not saying that peter is lying or whatever. Just this was a Hassle experience. I had to call the bank twice and They usually take at least half an hour to pick up the call and had to text with peter for a whole week. It was just too much for me. There for I'm giving only two stars. Please BE CAREFUL paying with ZELLE!

It was horrible with the bathroom vents that they just left it in the attic and didn't connect the bathroom vents so all the steam just goes into attic. Horrendous work.

Our electrical panel was failing and needed to upgraded from 100 to 200 amps.  We have a home warranty that is supposed to cover it.  After three other electricians, we were lucky enough to have Chris sent to our house.  We were going out of town and had to have it done immediately.  He re-arranged his schedule and dealt with the warranty service and Edison on our behalf.  He even followed up to make sure that the inspection was done AFTER we'd left town and had paid him.  Additionally, when the warranty company refused to pay the full amount we'd agreed upon, Chris chose not to charge us more.  He was totally professional throughout and a heck of a nice guy as well.  We have recommended him several times since December 2014 when we used him.

I needed a 14-50 NEMA outlet installed with a new dedicated line from my panel. My panel is over 100 ft in the back of the house from where the outdoor outlet would be installed. The 2 man crew had to go under the house to run the #6/3 wires & conduits. The outlet has a lockable weatherproof cover. George & his helper were professional & the job was done to my complete satisfaction.  George even installed my EV Charger, which was not part of the quote. These guys aren't cheap; but, fair.  I received come on lowball bids from other companies before they came out to see the job! I'm certain the price would have changed. I highly recommend American Electric Service, Inc.

Miguel was phenomenal.  He let me know he was gonna be a couple minutes late. He was very informative and was good about explaining the job.  He was honest informative.

Our house has very ancient wiring and we've experienced problems with particular outlets being out on a regular basis. We've had sceral electricans come to fix it, but today Patrick came to fix it and he patiently described the problem to us in a waythat we could finally grasp. We valued his knowledge, ideas and recommendations for the future and we just had a nicest time with him.

Crown Electric did a great job installing  a new electric outlet. It was done in a quick and professional manner.  Why not 5 stars?  Well its kinda of a nitpick that they don't fix holes made during the job. They told me this but other competitors charge more for the convenience.

Craig did an excellent job.  He came in, fixed the issue that I had with my track lighting and was done within 30 minutes.

I used this company for electrical installation and boy am I pleased. The professionalism, quality, and customer service of the job was tremendous. Bobby was an excellent technician and I would highly recommend him and his company again. Please give that man a raise! Thank you Bobby!

Chris was Great! Spoke to him over the phone he was on time and took care of putting a fan in the bathroom.  Helped me out greatly.  Would recommend for all projects.  Did a great job and charged 100% fair price.  I will be calling him back for any future work.

This guy is amazing. He first came in and fixed the problems we had in our condo. In the beginning, I thought we had a water leak problem and was informed him the possibilities that we may need to open up the wall to fix the wires (other people told me i need to open walls). This could potentially costs a lot of money. This guy is so honest. Although he knows I knew nothing about electricity, he did not up sell us anything, and told us the problem as it is: no need to open the wall.  After the work is done at my condo, he then drove to our house to fix other electric problems because it is still within the 2 hr min. He again fixed some of our outlets problems, which our handyman and contractor failed to fix. Not to mention, after multiple price comparisons, his rate is very reasonable. We will definitely hire him again, and will recommend him to friends. very pleased.

Just had my NEMA plug installed for my Tesla to charge.  These guys were on time, did great work (in the rain!) and finished the job with a 65' cable under my house in 2 1/2 hours.  HIGHLY RECCOMEND if you are putting in a plug for your car.

Bryden reigns supreme. Two quick stories.

First, a couple years ago, we needed to install some new outlets in the kitchen and change out an electrical panel. Two electricians told us we needed to break open walls and basically rewire then entire house at a cost of more than $10K. Brian from Bryden came in, carefully looked around and saw we could do what we needed for around $2K. Everything was installed safely and quickly and we haven't had an issue in two years.

Story #2. This summer, we installed ceiling fans and track lighting. Price was very competitive and we didn't have to wait more than a day to get the job done. The Bryden electrician installed a light switch in the kitchen that we later discovered bumped against a pantry door when it was fully opened with the drawers rolled out. Bryden acknowledged that it was an installation error and scheduled us as the first appointment in the morning to fix the job. Positioning the new switch was a more involved project than we expected. It took the technician over an hour and would have cost us several hundred dollars but Bryden gracefully ate the cost and didn't charge us a cent.

Always fair, always clear, always prompt, always communicative, and always calling them!

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

We needed two light fixtures fixed. Both seemed to have shorts and replacement may have been needed. Left a message and was finally called the next day by a woman who seemed skeptical that we  knew what the problems were. She said she would have Bill call us but said she did not think he would fix lights! Bill never called. Now we are searching for another electrician. We are really missing our old electrician - who retired.
