Had the pleasure having Tom over from T&M take a look at my circuit breaker down in the basement. Speaking to him he is very kind and straightforward which I enjoyed, definitely a breathe of fresh air after talking to a bunch of electricians who all beat around the bush. He told me all the details of what was happening and how he was going to fix it, so brownie points for teaching me something. Great customer service! He got the circuit breaker fixed within the scheduled time and told me that he can do electrical maintenance check ups whenever we want to make sure everything is working great. Thanks again

Fast and efficient! Peter definitely knows how to repair and troubleshoot electrical panels and will do the job at a REASONABLE price! I requested a few quotes to install a Tesla outlet and he was quick about inspecting and providing me a walk thru of how the 240V outlet will be installed. I will be hiring him again for any future repairs or upgrades!

Gary came out and hung 4 lights for us. We had a lot​ of old wiring that he had to bring up to code. Everything turned out to our satisfaction. Great job!. Would highly recommend!

I called Chris because my outside electrical outlets were not working.  He came over on a Sunday morning a few minutes after I contacted him.  It turns out it was a gfi outlet that just needed to be reset in my garage.  Long story short he did not charge me at all and I offered to pay him and he refused. I will definitely use him again as he was extremely promt and professional and he's a classy guy.  That's not your typical electrician. I would definitely recommend him.

Yarin is the man. He is a master light technician, very knowledgeable and polite dude. Fixed all problems within an hour. went above and beyond but company pricing is quite high.

We needed an outlet replaced in a hurry. I called several companies with excellent reputations on Yelp, but all were unable to help us within a week.

I called Mike and was surprised when he answered the phone. He was working on another project, but said he could be here in a couple of hours. True to his word, a couple of hours later he stopped by and replaced the outlet very quickly.

Great service! Steve came out within a few hours of my call and went out of his way to get me taken care of.  He installed two outlets and connected a vent fan for me and then let me know what was missing for me to pass inspection.  Pricing was very reasonable and everything turned out great.  I will call again next time.

I needed a 240 plug installed for our electric vehicle, after going back and forth with another electrician I almost gave up.  Then I reached out to Electric Connection, got a quote over the phone immediately, walked me through everything they would do, and explained the process in a way I was able to understand without making me feel like an idiot. I was in need of Backyard trail lighting repair for about 24 lights. Walter was wonderful very professional, quick helpful and did a great job. I've been using Bryden Electrical for over 12 years, since I moved into my condo.   Found them on a random Google search when I first bought my place.  Brian Cohen, the owner, the person that has always answered my requests for estimates, and his team did a lot of work initially when I moved in, and then thereafter when small things needed repairing, and in some cases, not so small.  Recently, he added recessed lighting to my master bathroom and upgraded the wall switches to dimmers.

Not long after I moved into my condo, I texted his cell since I had it from a previous job.  It was on a Sunday, the day before Memorial Day, so I didn't expect him to reply so promptly. I explained that I noticed a flickering and crackling sound in a ceiling light in the hall bathroom, and I was obviously concerned, but especially because I had guests coming in from out of town with in a few days. I hoped he could come by and address that crackling light since I didn't want any emergencies or problems while I had guests in town. He offered to come the next day, on Memorial Day to fix the problem. I was astonished since a lot of people won't work on holiday. He was happy to come by.  As long as I was going to have him over, I asked if he could add a few more minor switches and conduits, and he said 'sure', so he brought a guy with him to ensure it was done promptly. I did not expect someone to come on a legal holiday to get a job done when I had a time crunch because of guests coming soon.  

On the recent job, I was really happy because I asked for the original quote which he emailed me, but of course, the morning of the job, I decided to upgrade it a little bit. They didn't bat an eyelash. They went to the store, got what they needed to upgrade the job, and did the same, professional, clean, finished job that I've come to expect from Bryden Electrical.  They're not the least expensive, and I wouldn't expect them to be for the level of work they do, and the fact that I can consistently rely on them to get my work done as promised.

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

Bill is a great electrician!  I am so glad my family used him. He is quick to respond, does superior work, and is priced fairly.  We appreciated his honesty and expertise during the design process prior to starting our construction - if we could do it over again, we wouldn't have bid the job, as Bill was the clear favorite and we could have started work earlier.  He is also a Westchester resident and takes great pride in our community.  I highly recommend Bill for your next electrical needs!
