Best Electricians in Los Angeles, CA

This year we've decided to do a couple renovations inside and outside of the house and one of them was getting our landscape lights installed in the front of the house after seeing a couple videos online, and thought hey that's pretty neat! Got a bunch of quotes from electricians but not a lot of them knew what I was talking about, that's until we found Tom with T&M! He is very skilled at what he does and works diligently, asked us a lot of important questions that we needed to figure out as well!

Chris - I have used Conjeo Valley Electric for over 5 years. Basically they have re-done all the major electrical issues that arose during our remodel. The harder the problem the more you need their technicians. I called them last minute today on a heating issue. They dropped what they were doing and came out this afternoon. After a complete diagnosis, they realized it was more of an heating unit issue. But after spending their valuable time, they found the problem, called the right person for the heating unit and didn't charge me a dime. Im always impressed by their service and their fairness.

Our electricity had been turning on and off in only random parts of the house for a couple months and it was becoming more frequent. It was becoming routine to take the blender into the living room to known functioning outlets. We'd go out and mess with the breakers which would only fix the problem sometimes... or the power would randomly come back on.

So we asked around for recommendations. A friends personal recommendation came out and charged me $50 for a consult to tell me the bus bar was melted, it would cost $2K to fix it, and they'd have to cut out the stucco of the house and such.

Second opinion was free. He told us the same thing, but for a little less. Then he messed with the breakers which turned off the power in the house again... and after I asked if he could fix that... he said no and left!!!! I couldn't open my garage anymore!!! The heater wouldn't turn on and it was hitting 40degrees at night!

Luckily I had Peter coming as my final quote. I had contacted him over Yelp and sent him a picture of my melted bus bar. He gave me a quote and had a better solution I thought than the other 2 guys.

He came and immediately switched things around on the board (pardon my lack of electrician jargon) that gave my house power again. He told me that would hold me over until he got the parts and I wouldn't have to worry about the power going out again.  He told me his plan of switching out the bus bar and going through the garage to unscrew it. It made way more sense to me than ripping out our wall and replacing the entire box.

2 days later he was back. He was excellent at communicating his ETA and when he ordered and received the pieces. He switched everything out quickly. He cut a couple little holes in the garage and patched it up so you couldn't even tell anything had been done. It was totally painless for what I consider a very reasonable price compared to what I was being quoted.

I felt he was very honest and wasn't out to up sell us, but actually recommended what we actually needed.  He obviously knows his stuff and I will be calling him for any other electrical needs!!

Fast reply on a rush job we had for ceiling lights.  Fair price and worked until 10pm to get it done for us in one day.   Hard to find good people who show up on time and do what they say...so call Gary when you need to get electrical work done

Chris was great! Working with him was easy and the end result was perfect. He worked quickly and professionally. Chris came and removed an ugly old fixture and made holes and installed boxes for two new fixtures. He then returned after the painters finished patching and painting to install the lights! Highly recommend!

Yarin and his team are extremely professional and had great installation experience. I hired them for light installation and adding an additional outlet. The outlet work is clean with minimum amount of dry wall holes at unnoticeable spots. They use  wall tape to seal the hole and do an amazing job cleaning up the drywall dust by placing plastic covering on my carpet. Yarin walking me through the electrical panel and explained the electrical code requirement and the installation procedures before he starts working.

On the light installation, I bought a light with 3 feet slack for a 13 feet ceiling. My wife facial expression is universal. Yarin ask her what is wrong. She said it is hanging too high up. YARIN teams took the light apart and inspect the configuration. He told me that home depot sell similar light cable that can help extend the cable length.

Here is the end result and his team helped my wife to try out different type of bulb during the installation.

I am very pleased by their work, their focus on details, and their fair pricing. I will definitely use them again for my next electrical project and highly recommend their craftsmanship.

We had a very dangerous situation with our outlets so I called to have someone come out to fix it. It was very late in the evening and it was raining but I got a response right away and got it fixed

Our house has very ancient wiring and we've experienced problems with particular outlets being out on a regular basis. We've had sceral electricans come to fix it, but today Patrick came to fix it and he patiently described the problem to us in a waythat we could finally grasp. We valued his knowledge, ideas and recommendations for the future and we just had a nicest time with him.

Installed all the lights in my condo including a pendent and even switched an electrical outlet for me to give the room a better look. Trust me - don't call anyone else! I contacted Guzman Electric through Yelp. Chris responded right away. We hired him to upgrade our electrical panel and are very satisfied with the work he did. He is professional, explained everything we needed and very reasonable price.

Christoper responded very quickly on Yelp.  He asked appropriate questions and I sent him photos and location information.  He suggested a phone call and requested my number.  He said he would call the next day.  Three days later I sent another message.  He said he would call the next day between 12 and 12:30.  I told him any time is good.  Never called. We hired another electrician.

Clearly just a communication problem.

No complaints. Communication was great. Price was good with no additional costs or surprises. The technician that came was friendly, on time and super fast. I will use them again if needed.

My experience with Ron is on par with Jennifer N's. I was so excited to write him a good review as soon as he left.

We had a mystery circuit in our home that stumped my contractor brother and father (they spent at least 6 hours trying to figure it out). It took Ron about 30 or so minutes to identify the problem and come up with a solution. He also fixed two dead outlets.
Knowing that my wife and I are recent first-time homeowners, he pointed out services that I wanted that would have been too costly to us. He also showed me how to install a bathroom ceiling fan myself, to save us additional money.
His rates are more than reasonable, and was very generous with his billing. He was even able to identify some inadequacies of the plumbers doing work at the same time!
