Got a new Tesla and needed to install a wall charger. Chose William because of the upfront pricing and good reviews. William did a great job, took only little more than an hour. Installation was done exactly how I wanted - with wires hidden inside the wall. Was nice to see a set of good quality tools for all situations. Overall very please with the service and would recommend .

Called on the day after Christmas and Billy gladly took the job while providing ETA along the way.

Very professional and knowledgable about everything electric obviously, Billy ended up fixing a previously problem related to my 3 way switch and installed a wifi dimmable switch for me.

Last but not the least Billy is great person to chat with who even offered to provide free coaching on anything electric related.

We were having issues with our electrical outlets tripping and we found Peter had raving reviews on Yelp so decided to give him a call. Yes he was quick to respond and yes he did try to walk us through some problem solving before coming out which I definitely appreciated. We end up having to have him come out eventually after a few days. I thought he could have been more organized, his tool bag was a mess and had to scramble and dump out half of his bag out to find tools he needed.  He ended up changing a couple of the breakers but had said at the end i'm not sure how much i actually helped you here and unfortunately the price has gone up from $40 to $80 for the service plus the price of the breakers cost $50. I almost felt like it was a switch and bate when he said that. He left us wondering if he had really fixed the problem especially with that comment. If i'm paying you $130, i want to know that it fixed the problem not i'm not sure how much I've helped you here. In conclusion, we have not had the breaker trip since he's changed it so i guess it fixed our problem right? I just wished he was more sure of his work and was more organized.  The words he used when asking for the higher labor cost could have been  presented in a more professional manner. He could have explained the reason for the higher charge instead of saying unfortunately the price has gone up  Im OK to pay a higher labor price as long as the problem is fixed and a clear explanation is given.  He just kind of left me with a so so feeling of wondering if he really did fix the problem or not. I have mixed feelings about it but at the end of the day he did fix our problem so therefore i gave a neutral 3 star review.

Chris and his crew are amazing! Always professional, respectful and do their job well done. I had them work at my house installing lights, fans and even our outdoor festoon lightings. Having them felt like having family over who helps out with remodeling projects

I've had 2 jobs done with American Electric Service,  and I can tell you they really have a terrible process for quoting projects. On all occasions they come out with a quote that is ridiculously high prices for the job, they then usually wait for you to gawk at the price and then start to negotiate to the actual price. For example I was quoted $1925 to install a tesla outlet, they then told me they would take $600 off, and after i shopped the job around to other vendors they then took $525 off.  I've found the only way to actually get to a fair price is to spend quite a bit of effort researching competitive pricing and even at that point, they are priced higher than most electricians in the valley. A word of advice for the management of this company, try offering a fair price from the beginning vs putting the work on the customer to negotiate and find your actual price. Most customers don't have time to not get screwed by your pricing, you might want consider prioritizing retaining customers.

We had a very dangerous situation with our outlets so I called to have someone come out to fix it. It was very late in the evening and it was raining but I got a response right away and got it fixed

John did a fantastic job of installing a ceiling fan and relocating a light fixture. Very friendly and clearly explained everything. His quote was also very reasonable. We will be calling him again for our electrical needs!

Really great guy to deal with. I had a circuit breaker problem a couple of months ago that he fixed promptly and for a reasonable rate.

I started to have issues with my home electrical panel and it seemed like a major issue, so I called a couple of electricians to come out to look at the issue and get a quote, of course they made it into such a big deal and told me I have to change my entire panel and it would cost me thousands!! I was ready to go with one of the companies until one of my friends referred me to these guys to get a third quote and opinion. I called them and they came by the same day, I dealt with bobby and steve, I explained the issues I was having and what the other two electricians said and that I had to change my panel. They found out the issues right away and it turned out that I only had to change couple of breakers!! they changed the breakers and fixed all the issues in less than 15 minuets. The other companies were gonna charge me thousands to make something out of nothing, basically lie to me to make more money. I can't thank bobby and Steve enough for their honesty! It's hard to come across people like these guys now days, they were very kind, professional, genuine and honest people to do business with. I would highly recommend them. Wow! What can I say? I received the most incredible customer service from Ron. He was so personable and took the initial call personally. I called a ton of electricians and they all said sorry, they are in the field and can't call you but you can set up a consult and you can pay $$ but not have the chance to chat with someone first. So, I kept looking and so glad I did. Ron was so awesome and really new his stuff. He was so patient and really explained things to me. He had me send him photos so he could really assess it by phone as best he could. He helped educate me so I was not concerned about having an electrical fire. I was worried and the fire dept. had to come out twice in one day. Ron had pretty much diagnosed it almost perfectly by phone which was crazy. It does not get better than that. I was thrilled and would definitely call him again! You can not go wrong calling Ron! It will be the best customer service you get!

I was in need of Backyard trail lighting repair for about 24 lights. Walter was wonderful very professional, quick helpful and did a great job. We found this company further down in the google search results because, if you don't already know, the bulk of the top listings are just fake companies that refer you out and earn a commission doing so.  This is A REAL COMPANY.  That employs actual electricians. Professionals.  That know what they're talking about and doing.  They found that we had water damage from a unit above that shorted some AFCI breakers.  Came in and replaced them quickly and everything was back to normal.  Fantastic service, will use them again in the future.  Bookmark this fantastic company.  They will treat you right.  Don't get fooled by those fake companies that do nothing but refer you out and collect a fee.  Call these guys, they are professionals that get the job done.  Thank you Bryden Electrical!

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.
