This year we've decided to do a couple renovations inside and outside of the house and one of them was getting our landscape lights installed in the front of the house after seeing a couple videos online, and thought hey that's pretty neat! Got a bunch of quotes from electricians but not a lot of them knew what I was talking about, that's until we found Tom with T&M! He is very skilled at what he does and works diligently, asked us a lot of important questions that we needed to figure out as well!

There is no doubt there are still decent and honorable people with ethical business practices in SCAL. Thank you Billy at Conejo Valley Electric for you rapid help troubleshooting my electrical issue this afternoon. I was feeling frantic as a portion of our kitchen lost electricity and having just had an SCE outage a few days ago was feeling SO over it. This time it was not SCE and Billy was able to troubleshoot the issue via phone. It was AMAZING! Look no further than this family owned company for all of your electrical needs. Peter helped me repair an unsafe electrical outlet in my laundry area. I had previously hired another electrician to make some repairs after I bought my new home and I wish I had known about Peter at that time, as I was disappointed in some of their work and lack of professionalism. Peter was knowledgeable, professional, and went the extra mile to change out some additional wiring upon realizing there was a safety issue w/ the wiring and didn't charge extra beyond his original estimate (which was very reasonable). I will definitely call Peter again for any electrical problems that arise in the future.

Gary is exceptional.  Always talking through the problem and providing realistic quotes.  He is timely and has always completed on the time he estimated.  He is willing to talk through situations and provide feedback on different options.  I only trust a certain few on contractors and he is one of them.  Recommend him for any electrical needs as he is our go to and he also has provided contacts when I needed patch and paint.

Chris was easy to schedule and fast to fix an incorrectly installed GFI.  Plus even suggested some changes from CFL's in kitchen to LED's that would put out more light and save $'s on electricity.  I will be rescheduling to do the switch out soon.

Francisco changed out all of our old flush mount fixtures with ballasts in our hallway and garage and installed new LEDs in our condominium complex today and we are all over the moon with how great of a job he did. He was very kind, personable, reliable and did the job in a timely manner. Also, the cost of replacing all of the lights was very reasonable and not expensive like most of the other quotes we got from other electricians. It took us about two months to find a company like American Electric Service, but it was well worth the wait to get the job done right. There are so kind and wonderful over the phone. The other competitors in the LA area were NOT - AT ALL and I called twelve different companies. We will work with American Electric Service for all of our electrician needs in the future. You guys get an A+++ from our HOA board. We're also looking forward to saving money on our electric bill! Thank you for everything! If you're reading this, I'll save you some time - look no further. Mike did a job for me 1 year ago and he did it well. Last month when I had a problem I called  Mike and he was very helpful. He told me what the problem was and that I needed to call Edison to have it resolved. Mike was so honest he even told me he was saving me the 65.00 service call. He may not have made any money from me that day, but he definitely gained a lifelong customer.

Our house has very ancient wiring and we've experienced problems with particular outlets being out on a regular basis. We've had sceral electricans come to fix it, but today Patrick came to fix it and he patiently described the problem to us in a waythat we could finally grasp. We valued his knowledge, ideas and recommendations for the future and we just had a nicest time with him.

Left him a voice message and within 2 hours he returned my call and we made appt for free estimate at Mom's house.   He fixed a wire issue on outlet receptacle within 45 minutes!!!!!  excellent customer service.  Very knowledgeable and friendly.  Price was great!

Last weekend when we were having such a hot weekend I realized I had an electrical problem when the power went out in some rooms during the night.  I reset some breakers and it solved the problem.

It happened again Saturday night and resetting the breakers got it going again.  Come Sunday morning it happened again and there was a smell of burning the breakers were hot. It was difficult finding an electrician on Sunday.  The power was obviously out for some time during the evening and we had a lot of food in a freezer and the frig that was starting to defrost.

I reached USA repairs and Bobby came out in an hour.  He assessed the situation a bad breaker and a burning and pitted bus bar.  Bobby suggested a solution to get us going without replacing the breaker box, which could not be done on Sunday.  

He quoted me a price, I could not compare against others but even if it was higher than normal, it was Sunday and an emergency call.  Bobby did the work, explained what he did, was pleasant, diligent and completed the work.  I'm satisfied with the service the professionalism and  believe the cost was appropriate.  

I'm sure I'll call them again should the need arise.

Very professional and extremely fair price. Chris had to adapt a part because our panel was old and necessary part unavailable. Came back next day and completed the job. He does that extra step without charging you for every little thing! Very happy with him and his work and highly recommend him!

Just got off the phone with a rep name Bob.  If you are looking to speak with the most unhelpful and rude rep, this is the company to call.  When I let him know that I couldn't get to the main electrical panel for a photo they required , he went on to say when your husband comes back from the mountain hike, have him take a picture of the electrical panel.  I'm a single woman and there was no mention about a husband anywhere in the prior conversation.  This man thought it was funny to make such comment.

Ron is an expert at what he does and happy to walk you through the ins and outs of the best way to diagnose and solve your electrical issues. Our house was built in the 50's and has probably been worked on by a number of electricians, but as long as we're here Ron will be our first call .

Excellent workmanship. He went the extra mile to discover the issues. Prompt, good communication, polite knowledgeable and very, reasonably priced for the difficult work we had done. Highly recommend!

Victor helped me with the EV charger installation in my new house. Everything was done professionaly in a timely manner.

Bryden reigns supreme. Two quick stories.

First, a couple years ago, we needed to install some new outlets in the kitchen and change out an electrical panel. Two electricians told us we needed to break open walls and basically rewire then entire house at a cost of more than $10K. Brian from Bryden came in, carefully looked around and saw we could do what we needed for around $2K. Everything was installed safely and quickly and we haven't had an issue in two years.

Story #2. This summer, we installed ceiling fans and track lighting. Price was very competitive and we didn't have to wait more than a day to get the job done. The Bryden electrician installed a light switch in the kitchen that we later discovered bumped against a pantry door when it was fully opened with the drawers rolled out. Bryden acknowledged that it was an installation error and scheduled us as the first appointment in the morning to fix the job. Positioning the new switch was a more involved project than we expected. It took the technician over an hour and would have cost us several hundred dollars but Bryden gracefully ate the cost and didn't charge us a cent.

Always fair, always clear, always prompt, always communicative, and always calling them!

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

Bill is a great electrician!  I am so glad my family used him. He is quick to respond, does superior work, and is priced fairly.  We appreciated his honesty and expertise during the design process prior to starting our construction - if we could do it over again, we wouldn't have bid the job, as Bill was the clear favorite and we could have started work earlier.  He is also a Westchester resident and takes great pride in our community.  I highly recommend Bill for your next electrical needs!
