Best Electricians in Los Angeles, CA

I have contacted T&MElectric twice now. The first time was to put in a car charger in our garage, and to place an electrical box in our backyard for a hot tub. They completed both jobs in the same day. A few days later when the hot tub was placed in position, they came back to do the electrical connections of the hot tub to the newly installed outlet. They were prompt in communications, on time, did high quality work, and were cheaper than several other bids we got. I will be working with T&M Electrical for all my electrical needs going forward

I called about a breaker going bad and he walked me through the panel to check things out and we were able to fix the problem with out him even coming out Billy is the best!

Very professional and knowledgeable. We had them install 240 V plug for our EVSE. He was on time and came even on a Sunday. We were very impressed with this company. Workmanship looks good, and so far it's all working great.

Our electrical panel was failing and needed to upgraded from 100 to 200 amps.  We have a home warranty that is supposed to cover it.  After three other electricians, we were lucky enough to have Chris sent to our house.  We were going out of town and had to have it done immediately.  He re-arranged his schedule and dealt with the warranty service and Edison on our behalf.  He even followed up to make sure that the inspection was done AFTER we'd left town and had paid him.  Additionally, when the warranty company refused to pay the full amount we'd agreed upon, Chris chose not to charge us more.  He was totally professional throughout and a heck of a nice guy as well.  We have recommended him several times since December 2014 when we used him.

American Electric has become my go to electricians for all my home needs! Yarin, Chris, & George were the best group of electricians I have ever had. In the future I will DEFINITELY be giving them a call for my electric needs. I am happy to have found an honest, hard working, and qualified company

Over two months ago, I needed a ceiling fan installed and an outdoor motion sensor light fixed.  I reached out to electricians via Yelp. I heard back from Miguel from Mike Ramos Electric first.  He did not give me a quote right off the bat but he agreed to come on the day I needed. I heard back from other electricians and they quoted me $150.  I messaged Miguel who said his price would be $180.  I asked if he'd do the job for $150. He agreed.

His guys that showed up were very kind.  I had already put together most of the ceiling fan and had even already hung part of it.  They tried to upsell me and have a $100 part installed in the ceiling which would take another hour.  I declined.  They hung the ceiling fan but never ended up looking at the outdoor light.  I messaged Miguel afterwards and said I felt ripped off since they basically hung the ceiling fan for $150 (which was twice the price I even paid for it at Lowe's) and never looked at the outdoor light.  Miguel apologized and offered to send me a refund of $30.  I thought that was acceptable.

Now two months later....I still have no refund.  I sent him a message three days ago and still haven't heard from him.

This is not the way you do business. I do not recommend this company.  I'm very disappointed.

For the past few months, I've been looking for electrician to install a high ceiling light fixture for my parents. The majority of firms either didn't have the ladder or quoted an exorbitant price. I contacted P&W, and they scheduled an appointment for my parents to receive an estimate. The estimate was reasonable, and Patric scheduled the job right away. Professionalism and attention to detail!

I relocated my guitars tore in Pasadena in June and needed to get some electrical work done quick, nicely (showroom) and within a budget. I had a hard time to meet all my expectations and then John arrived:
- he was on time for the first appointment (in L.A. and with a tight schedule, is really good);
- he worked out a solution within my budget and had very good inputs to meet my needs (professional showroom and back store-room);
- he managed to have the work done at a very short notice and within a short time frame.

I'm very happy with the work performed and after 3 months have nothing to complain about. John tried to work with the existing electrical system in the back, including existing neon , and when these started to act funky, he offered to come back and work on them as a warranty, at no charge!

I will recommend him to my friends and fellow local businesses anytime! And will certainly work with him for some electrical work in my house.

I am changing Craig's rating as he has appologized. He is obviosly
a 5 star electrician, and person, as the other ratings indicate.

I was looking for someone to do some electrical work in my condo. I called a lot of places, not only did they make it so difficult to talk to a tech, their prices were VERY high! I was beginning to lose hope and just walk into homedepot until I came across USA Repairs Electrical. They were so fast. A very nice, professional and knowledgable person by the name of Bobby spoke to me on the phone asked me some questions and quoted me a Great price. He came over to my place within 30 min and took care of the issue. Bobby showed me exactly what he was doing and gave me a peace of mind having a professional in my place. Thank you Bobby for your help and professionalism.. you are an asset to USA Repairs! I will be calling soon on the suggestion you made about the LED Lights! It was a pleasure to meet you Bobby!

Chris at CJ was nothing less than the best.  When the city of Whittier inspector says that he has never seen a new panel replacement as good as the one that was done on my house in his years that he has been doing inspections for the city of Whittier you know you cant go wrong with CJ Electric on any other future projects.  Anything other than CJ would be making a mistake.  The price he gave me for the panel replacement was more than fair and actually less than I expected.   Too many construction/contractor companies are thinking about how much $$ they can make in that one job and not thinking about the power of word of mouth.  I have been in business for about 15 years and know how important the word from a previous customer can be to the future of my business.   I would be more than happy to prove that I am a legit reviewer and not a friend or a family member of CJ if you message me.  Cant really trust any 5-star reviews and personally like reading only 4 stars and below but would not be truthful if it was anything less then 5 stars.

Awesome experience with Chris who upgraded our house electrical panel, fixed some exterior outlets and added an outlet above our fireplace for our TV to be mounted.

Another electrician tried to price gouge this job and we knew better. Do your homework peeps and start with M & I Electric.

I needed to exchange my previous EV charger (for a Chevy Volt) with a Tesla charger. I reached out to several companies but Electric Connection took the time to ask me questions and request pictures of the panel and the existing charger in order to give me an accurate price quote. They came the next day and replaced the charger quickly and charged me exactly what they had quoted. No upcharges or surprises. I will definitely reach out to them again for future electrician needs.

I will never use another electrician. Ron is as good as advertised.  He was on time, knowledgeable, and is a great electrician.  He was honest about what I needed, and made some smaller improvements to the property that were extremely helpful.  I would have no problem recommending Ron to anybody and I wish more tradesmen were like him.  

Trust me. Stop searching, and use Ron Mulvey.

Excellent work.  They charged me $125 an hour to move an exterior outlet and to modify a closed box to an outlet.  So I'm saying a fan because the work by Daniel was fine, but I will not be using them again since I believe the hourly rate is excessively high.  I wish I had focused on it before I wrote the check.  This work was 2.5 hours.    

Brian of Bryden also came to review a generator with me and was very knowledgeable and up front about all challenges.

Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.
