Best Electricians in Los Angeles, CA

I turned to Yelp once again in search of an electrician. Most electricians, and other contractors, don't work on weekends, let alone Sunday, but William responded immediately said he could come in 15 minutes. And while many of the others said they would charge me for just coming to give me an estimate/troubleshooting, William said it was no charge for the estimate. He arrived promptly as he said he would and immediately started diagnosing the problem. Lo and behold, during that troubleshooting process, he fixed the problem.
So.... I went ahead and asked him to repair several other broken outlets around my kitchen. He fixed everything and his prices were absolutely reasonable and fair, he took his time, and he didn't try to rush anything! He is honest, efficient, and again, I can't say enough about his fair prices!
Didn't try to overcharge me or anything like that at all! And... the absolutely bonus in my opinion is that he is respectful of my home/space. Growing up Asian, I don't do shoes in the house and I have a sign at my door that clearly says - please remove your shoes. I've had other contractors who simply ignore my sign and when I ask them to take off their shoes or wear shoe covers, they get upset. But when William arrived, I said nothing to him and before he even stepped foot into my home, he already had his shoe covers on, no questions asked.
These little customer service things matter and I truly appreciated this entire experience! I highly recommend William for your all of your electrical needs!!!! I will definitely be calling William as my go to electrician going forward.

Peter came out to us in a Sunday, and it was a holiday weekend too! Wanted to thank you for your service again! He came out to us to help with a kitchen fixture, about 2 months ago I believe. He always shows up with a great attitude and a smile. I was there helping my mom translate regarding the service as I assumed he did not speak Spanish. To our surprise he answered my moms question in Spanish! Dude your customer service is amazing! /Users/John/Desktop/Back Garden.jpg   In October, Chris (a local electrician) performed a lot of small indoor & outdoor jobs for us.  He showed up on time, provided a detailed e-estimate, responded to all cellphone contacts in a timely manner, and suggested some great ideas.  Chris swapped in an LED fixture for each halogen canister light throughout the house, and we noticed a BIG reduction in our first power bill afterwards.  Also, we had a complicated problem with a receptacle next to the backyard spa.  The first fix didn't work (breaker tripped).  We called Chris, and he came out a few days later with a creative work-around.  Now everything works fine.  He's a great guy and we recommend his work to all our friends.

Quick, professional and accommodating electric company with transparent pricing and a strong ability to communicate effectively. My electrician was extremely thorough and experienced regarding the connecting of the wiring in my new home. Masterfully managed and executed by American Electric Services!

Over two months ago, I needed a ceiling fan installed and an outdoor motion sensor light fixed.  I reached out to electricians via Yelp. I heard back from Miguel from Mike Ramos Electric first.  He did not give me a quote right off the bat but he agreed to come on the day I needed. I heard back from other electricians and they quoted me $150.  I messaged Miguel who said his price would be $180.  I asked if he'd do the job for $150. He agreed.

His guys that showed up were very kind.  I had already put together most of the ceiling fan and had even already hung part of it.  They tried to upsell me and have a $100 part installed in the ceiling which would take another hour.  I declined.  They hung the ceiling fan but never ended up looking at the outdoor light.  I messaged Miguel afterwards and said I felt ripped off since they basically hung the ceiling fan for $150 (which was twice the price I even paid for it at Lowe's) and never looked at the outdoor light.  Miguel apologized and offered to send me a refund of $30.  I thought that was acceptable.

Now two months later....I still have no refund.  I sent him a message three days ago and still haven't heard from him.

This is not the way you do business. I do not recommend this company.  I'm very disappointed.

Patrick is a fantastic electrician who walked me through every step of the process of installing
electrical outlets in our garage as well as a 240V outlet for an electric car charger outside the
garage. He was on time and provided excellent service and communication. He followed up on
my original query, obtaining city permits, and having his work inspected by the city. Patrick took
care of all of my concerns along the road. Everything is running fine, and I would definitely use him again in the future.

Used John twice and perfect.  

He did something for me that two other electricians wanted 3x the price for and wanted to make it complicated.  John goes for simple, but safe.  He's a clean worker too.

Have used Craig to work on issues at my house and business several times. He has always been efficient and very fair priced. In each scenario, he has been in and out in a few hours or less and had everything working as good as new. On top of that he is a friendly guy and was telling about all of the community efforts he does as well near my place of business. I would recommend him highly!

I needed the easiest, most basic work done: uninstall four fixtures in my loft (that was going to be gutted). I contacted a few places for quotes and either got nothing but an appointment to look at what we had, or a really high quote from one individual. USA gave me a quote over the phone that was relatively reasonable, then showed up when I wanted and got the work done fast. Bobby was fantastic. I will likely call them for installation in my new place, once I move in.

Chris helped me out with my rental. He was quick to respond and knows his stuff.  He did an excellent job at a fair price. I will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend him. Thanks Chris!

I called Chris to install 2 fans in bedrooms where none existed. When he came over I changed the plan on him and had him install one and replace an existing one instead. Additionally I decided to throw 5 more light fixture replacements at him at the same time and he did all of that for me perfectly. Had extra bulbs when I didn't have any. Fixed another non working fixture and fixed a dimmer switch because my recessed lights weren't dimming in the kitchen. He was the absolute best. Writing this review now because I'm about to call him for another new chandelier install and forgot to write this review last time! He's professional, on time, the absolute best.

It was simply the best decision to go with the Electric Connection to get my Tesla charger installed in my home.  

This company knows what they are doing and everyone in their team (from the manager, dispatcher, electrician, accountant, etc.) work efficiently and effectively from the very first moment you make an inquiry to the very end when my EV charger is installed and ready to be used.  Bob answered all of my questions when I first made an inquiry.  Not every electrician out there is capable to do the job in multi-dwelling units when the building has HOA involved.  When Jose, the electrician, came by to do a site inspection, I was able to tell he has done many of these installations and I was able to put my trust in handling this project.  Jose measured everything, took pictures, gave me ideas and outlined how he wanted to set up the installation.

I also had the company pull the permit, and although it took over a month for the county of LA to process and approve due to the pandemic, my communication with the company along the way was very smooth. Bob, Fabio and Danielle are the three people I spoke to, and they were all great!

Jose was punctual, thorough, respectful and overall competent and professional.  He explained everything to me again, and he made sure the subpanel and the circuits involved were installed discreetly and neatly to the walls in my communal garage. The job was done beautifully and I have no complaints.

I wasted my time initially on researching about the EV charging installation process and looking for a competent electrician to do this project.  One company quoted me more than double the cost, and when their electrician actually came for a site inspection, I doubted his capability because communication was poor and he didn't care to review the electric panel or take measurements.

Look no further, do yourself a favor in saving your time and go with the Electric Connection!  I can't speak highly enough of them.

SUCH a nice guy, that Ron! He is a bit hard to get a hold of, but persistence (and texting instead of calling) paid off. I'm a personal assistant and called on behalf of my boss. He showed up exactly when he said he would and got to work. He made great suggestions to my boss, was efficient and articulate, and was just a nice guy to have around. Not that I paid the bill, but rumor is that his hourly rate was very competitive. Once we order those new fixtures he suggested, we'll be calling him back. Thanks Ron!

I was in need of Backyard trail lighting repair for about 24 lights. Walter was wonderful very professional, quick helpful and did a great job. The company worked with me so well and I would highly recommend this company for electrician services and I will be using them for any of our future home needs.

Victor is great to work with. Reasonable prices and quality work. He has installed 2 - 240 V outlets and a generator interrupt switch and outlet, so I'm all set for the next blackout. We were without electricity for 26 hours only 3 weeks ago, so this will help with peace of mind for any future blackouts. All service was fast, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend enerBg.

I had a crazy electrical issue this past weekend.   Bryden came out and after hours of hunting for the problem, they were able to repair it.
They crew was wonderful, easy to talk to and a pleasure to deal with.
Although they seem to be a bit higher in their hourly rate, they did a fine job.  I was in a pinch and really had to have someone come out.  I chose to pay the higher hourly rate, but was happy with their service.
I would certainly use them again!

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Bill and his two assistants replaced track lighting in two room with new ceiling fixtures, installed a ceiling light/fan in a room with 12' ceiling, changed out broken outlet, replaced old light bulbs with LED's in 8 very high-up ceiling fixtures. All in 4 hours and for a great price. He even suggested a better, less expensive way to install the ceiling fan than what we thought would have to be done. Plus he always returned phone calls promptly.
