Arvin is fantastic. Honest and reliable. Today I couldn't figure out why my Tesla charger wasn't getting power. He called me and quickly helped me figure it out, turns out it was a simple breaker issue.
He COULD have just charged me to come out but instead took time out of his day to help me out for free. What a guy!

I'd an issue with a couple of breakers in my subpanel that kept tripping. I reached out to USAmerican Electrical Services and heard back from Arvin. He was very responsive and showed up within a couple of hours from first contacting him. Given his past experience, he was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He replaced the breakers and the issue was solved! I was really happy with the service. Good transparent communication and good pricing. I strongly recommend!
I needed a ceiling fixture installed. Arvin answered the phone immediately and gave me an estimate, which other companies wouldn't do over the phone without an on-site visit. He was right on time and installed the fixture in minutes. I threw him a curveball and asked for a couple dimmers to be installed. His quote was more than reasonable and he knocked it out. All in all, I was incredibly happy with my experience and couldn't recommend Arvin enough.

I have two outlets in my room but one of them has not worked for years. I assumed it was due to a short caused by a leaky pipe. I was way wrong.
I reached out and they responded within the hour. Shortly afterwards, we set up a time for them to arrive and install new outlets that I bought. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and the quality shows in their work.
It turns out the old outlet was just broken from years of use. These new outlets work perfectly.

I needed an outlet repaired. The work was great and I received a recommendation on further improvements.
We had a bit of an emergency electrical situation on a weekend and called USAmerican Electrical Services and they were able to come out very quickly. Arvin was extremely communicative and responsive and able to get us in. He was also very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. He fixed our circuit breaker wires and made some other helpful suggestions. I would absolutely recommend Arvin- will definitely be calling him for future jobs.

I reached out to some electricians on Yelp because one of my bathroom light fixtures didn't work. We didn't know if it was the fixture or the dimmer. When Arvin called, he never disclosed a service fee of $189, nor did he disclose the service would be considered an emergency because it was a Sunday. My request did not state it was an emergency.
Having said this, after he did the trouble shooting he came to the conclusion that two dimmer switches needed to be replaced as they had blew. His estimate was $489 to trouble shoot, and replace two dimmer switches - which was a very high estimate. I'm basing this opinion on 20+ years in real estate, and investing.
Had Arvin disclosed his $189 trouble shooting fee, I could be better informed on whether or not he would be the right electrician for what I was looking for. After explaining that to him, he quickly said nobody provides customer service - and he's right. But that wasn't the issue. I was not looking for charity or customer service ..... just transparency.
If you decide to use this company, please ask for all their fees upfront.
I'd give him 10 stars if I could... I'm a Home Maintenance Tech (Handyman+) and was in dire need of a great electrician for a job at my favorite client's house. I needed a very complicated outdoor box tapped into to rewire a timer and a new pump into a really nice, old backyard fountain that hadn't worked for over a year. I called 3 companies on the Westside, Arvin returned my call almost immediately (the other 2 never even called back), was incredibly nice, and made arrangements to come out the next morning despite being busy.
He showed up on time and did a bang-up job untangling the wires in the box and wiring a new waterproof outlet box with a timer right on the face of the larger electrical box. 10 days later the timer stopped working (it was defective and NOT his fault) and, although he couldn't come himself because he was sick with Covid, he talked me through replacing it, it now works perfectly, and the client could not be happier!!!
I can do basic stuff like installing/replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, etc, but I now have my go-to Electrician for the jobs I cannot do. I will use him for every one of them. YOU SHOULD, TOO!!
Arvin did a nice job installing an EV charger in my garage. He also found wiring issues with the security system and advised how to fix it. He is timely and responsive.

Need reliable & affordable electrician, give them a call! I called them for a new fixture installation, Oscar came at perfect time just like we discussed. He checked out everything throughout the house and gave me the price on spot, i discussed with my husband because I wasn't familiar with prices, and he also said its a great deal, i called them the next day and they scheduled my installation the next day. They also did very good job, everything looked amazing!

Arvin did a great job on installing my lights, a new outlet, and a dishwasher outlet. He was responsive, came the day after I requested an appointment, and he put in the time needed to get the project done right. He even spent extra time removing the dishwasher, which wasn't planned for. I highly recommend him for your next project.
Arvin came out to our home on a Sunday morning and was simply the best. Informative, kind, and very helpful. Wasn't technically an emergency, but felt much better after he had replaced all of our outlets and labeled our electrical panel. Will definitely be having Arvin back for any future electrical needs. Cannot recommend USAmerican Electrical Services more.
I booked an appointment for today between 8:30 am. and 10:00 for this electrician to come and assess an issue that we are having with a bathroom light. We confirmed the appointment and he was supposed to call on his way to the property. No call, no electrician. They just blew off the appointment.
Excellent and efficient service! I had 15 ungrounded, two-prong outlets that needed to be grounded and converted to three-prong. Not only did Arvin do a GREAT job of explaining to me the work he was doing to make those updates, he and Oscar finished everything in lightning speed. On top of that, USAmerican is competitively priced.

I talked to Arvin on the phone. He sounded like a nice guy. I told him that I needed a light switch repaired and something else in one of the bedrooms. He did say the job seemed kind of small. We set a date and time when he'll be coming to fix it. He told me to text him my info to him. I did but I didn't get a reply back. Usually you want to get a reply back just to make sure they received the text. So the day before the appointment date, I called him to confirm. No reply, no answer. I called and texted. He did finally reply but it took a long time. Now I was starting to wonder if he would show up the next day. Well, the day came. He was suppose to be here between 10am-12pm. He didn't show. I called and texted him. He was a no show.
I had an issue with a new dual fuel range I purchased. I had no idea it required 40 amps and was 240v instead of the usual 110v. I called US American Electrical as well as 3 other electricians. US was the only one who could come the next day. Arvin arrived earlier than the 11am to 1pm range and quickly surmised the situation which required a new dedicated line that would connect to the range. I got an estimate and time to complete but I wanted to think about it before doing the work. Arvin was very accomodating and did not charge me for coming in even though gas prices are high. Needless to say, I ended up calling him back to do the work! I will post on that work later on but I would not hesitate to contact US American Electrical Services as they are honest and fair.
Arvin is honest and reliable . He was patient in answering my questions and went the extra mile in helping look for a hvac provider when we identified the issue not being an electrical one. Highly recommend using Arvin!
I messaged US American Electrical Services and set up a time to meet and get a bid on a project for a condo building that I manage. They messaged me through Yelp at 3 am saying that they had an emergency and couldn't meet. I wrote back and said that I understood and rescheduled for today (2 weeks later). They gave me a window of 8-10 am. I don't live in the building so I had to drive there and wait. They never called or wrote or messaged or anything. They just didn't show up. I finally reached the owner and he again said Sorry there was an emergency. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and believe that there were two emergencies on the two days I scheduled with him. What I do not believe is that it was impossible for him to call or write to apologize and reschedule. I would never use this company. If they can't be professional in this small regard, what faith do I have that they will do a good job with electrical work?

Spoke to Arvin and made an appointment for him to come out to my moms and do some electrical work. Picked up phone right away and made a appointment.
Arvin then came out to my moms and did the installation of a lighting fixture to the upstairs bathroom. I wanted a professional to come out and do this because Since this is an older house the wiring is old and needed to be updated. Arvin made sure everything was safe and updated with that section and put the fixture in place which looked great.

Arvin was able to accommodate our time frame. Arvin quickly responded and scheduled the time to come out. Once he arrived he got straight to work testing our main electrical panel. As I stood back a safe distance to view the work, Arvin was able to find the issue which were 8 very very loose breakers. These breakers were so loose once he touched them, they fell off. Arvin removed each breaker to ensure there was no arching on the panel and to verify that the panel was safe and undamaged. He then replaced all 8 breakers which were damaged and loose do to age. The work was fully completed within an hour. Definitely calling him again for any other issues we may have. I greatly appreciate Arvin coming out quick and getting the job done.

Arvin is reliable and prompt with communication. I requested a quote to have my Tesla Wall Charger (Gen 3) installed at our clinic in Los Angeles. Arvin thoroughly assessed the electrical panel and educated me on safety hazards and what to do to prevent any complications from arising.

Really nice guys, knew what they were doing. I had hired another electrician for the same problem before and Arvin explained that they basically put a band-aid on it.
I was experiencing intermittent power outages in specific parts of the house, and the other electrician just switched out the breaker. The other electrician also told me if that didn't fix it, we would have to call DWP to shut down all the power to the house in order to safely fix it. Then Arvin came, identified the problem as the breaker bars, and gave me two quotes: 1) to change out the entire box and main breaker mechanism to make it all look nice, or 2) to change just the breaker bars, the main breaker and the breaker mechanism for $800 less. I chose the cheaper remedy, which fixed the problem. They even figured out a way to make the old panel cover fit over the new breakers for safety. Two weeks later and the power goes to my whole house, I haven't had to touch the breakers once. I really appreciate Arvin being so up front about the cost and working with me to make sure the problem is fixed and affordable. They were clean, wore masks, and cleaned up the space afterwards. Thanks so much to you both!

I needed some outlets fixed in my backyard to get ready for a party so needed someone to come out right away. Arrvin was able to come the very next day and get the problem fixed in about an hour.
I really appreciated how he explained everything to me so I would understand what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. He presented several options from the most cost-effective to the most involved. Sometimes you just can't afford to fix everything all at once, so I appreciated that he explained what should be done soon and what could wait.
He also noticed a problem with my system that if left unchecked could've been dangerous. Very grateful for his help and have already recommended him to friends! Great experience.

Arvin responded quickly to our request for service which was nice. He came over the next day and upon entering the house - without wearing booties over his shoes (Arvin, please consider shoe coverings for hygienic reasons) - announced his fee before ascertaining the scope of work. He was very pricey but maybe that's the going rate for an electrician? We had to get our electrical fixed and he was the only one available on such short notice. A few wires in various locations around the house had shorted out - this we knew but it took them a while to figure it out. Anyway the assistant/apprentice got the job done and all is well.

Very professional. They came in with their masks on, checked the issue with the breaker, and fixed it quickly and efficiently. The payment is easy and Covid-safe through Venmo. Arvin and his brother came by my house today after a scare with an wall outlet which started smoking and the breaker did not get triggered which was another bad sign living in an old 1930's house with very old wiring etc.
He was able to come out 2 hours later and address the wall outlet and breaker issues. He fixed the breaker/ exchanged the old and damaged ones and advised me about some concerns I had reg. adding more breakers power box to handle it all safer etc. in the future if needed.
Both were very friendly and talked me through everything, explained it well too :-) Pricing seems fair as well.
Have them come back tomorrow for some more electric issues to check on, I forgot to mention today.

Had an emergency electrical situation and this young man answered the call right away. He can right out to my home in less then an hour and replaced a blown fuse within 5 mins. He was nice, very professional and offered me a flat rate which was great.
If you have any electrical need this place is right for the job. I will be recommending him to all my family and friends.
This young man has an old wonderful soul which is demonstrated when you meet him. He was warm, engaging and most of all proficient at his craft. He checked my issues and gave me options. He tried to fix a outside lighting canister and then advised that it was not worth the money it would cost to fix since it was a light I rarely used.
Rarely I meet one of my tribe... he is!

These guys were so responsive, transparent, and did a great job addressing our electrical issue. Highly recommend!
The lights in my living room and dining room began flickering and my television would also turn off and back on. I concluded that I either had a ghost in my home or I needed an electrician.
I called US American and left a message. I received a callback on the same day (a Sunday) and was able to schedule an appointment within two days.
Arvin came to my home and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem, gave me an immediate quote for labor and the replacement part (a panel in my electrical box), installed the panel, and even asked me for a broom so that he could clean up some debris on the floor. He was incredibly professional and very nice to my curious tabby cat.

Fast straightforward Economical quotation
Needed to swap out the light fixture in my Bathroom. Job was completed in one hour from the time I accepted The quotation.

Arvin is a knowledgeable electrician as well as a nice guy. I would highly recommend him. His price may be a little higher if than the other quotes but he is worth it. He promptly came to my place same day and solved my electrical issues that I've been trying to figure out for a month. A lot of hours + a few shocks later, I am glad I called him. I will be referring this man and calling him myself in the future.

I just had an amazing experience working with Arvin on replacing my doorbell. He had a super fast response time, and showed up on time!
He is incredibly knowledgeable on all things electric! I wasn't sure where my doorbell transformer is located, so he took me on a tour of all the regular hiding spots. All the while giving me a run down on how a house is normally wired up.
We will 100% be calling him again for future projects! I'm so glad we found him on here.

I was having major electrical problems at my house. I had two electricians give me a quote. Their pricing was higher than I felt I should pay. So I went ahead on Yelp and found Usamerican . Arvin stopped by and gave me a very reasonable quote and started the job the next day 9 am as promised. I am very happy with the service and I do recommend them if you have issues as well. I blew out a circuit breaker using a second space heater in a guest bedroom. I could not reset the breaker and contacted and electrician who was too busy to handle my situation and referred me to Arvin at USAmerican Electrical. Arvin answered the phone and made an we made an appointment for Saturday morning. He showed up on time, explained to me the possible reasons for the problem. After checking out the panel he determined that 2 of the breakers were just too old and broken and needed to be replaced. He had the parts in his truck and took care of the replacement in 10 minutes. He showed me the old breakers and explained why the no longer worked. He also gave me some advice on a flickering light problem I have been having. He was prompt, professional, quickly solved me problem and his price was fair.

I was having an issue with an outlet and as anyone would I got paranoid something bad would happen so I started Yelping for electricians ASAP. Having my kitchen remodeled and ran into a snag. Had to have an outlet added for the new range hood. Contacted Arvin and he was able to come out the next day. Communication was GREAT! Told me what time he would be here and also texted me to let me know when he was on his way. I hate not knowing when someone is going to show up so I really appreciated that. I sent him pictures of what needed to be done, he was able to give me a quote and there were no surprises for either of us. Got here when he said that he would, fixed the problem and now my project is back on schedule. Thanks!!

Arvin was very professional. He came to replace 3 light switches at my place. One of the switches had a short which caused the breaker to go out. Instead of having me go through an extensive repair process, he found another solution to work around it. He did this all at a reasonable price and in a timely matter. As he installed, he walked through the exact issues and ensured everything was put together safely. I would highly recommend Arvin for any electrical work.

Great service! Outlets went out on a Saturday in the middle of a heat wave. I contacted Arvin for a price quote through Yelp. He was fast to respond and came out the same day! He fixed the problem and though I know nothing about prices for these things, his price seemed reasonable to me, especially to have it taken care of. I will definitely call Arvin first if I have another electrical problem and I'll recommend him as well.

100% recommended! Arvin was quick to not only get back to me through messaging here on Yelp, but also for an in-person inspection and quote. We hired him on the spot and he was able to finish the work the same day even though he had to drive across town and back to fulfill an existing appointment.
Arvin was amazing. He was able to come fix my issue this weekend with short notice - talk about coming to my rescue! What initially looked like a simple problem ended up being a bit more complex but he was so thorough and made sure everything was taken care of before signing off on the job. Amazing service ! I requested a quote and was contacted less than 10 minutes later. They asked a few questions told me how their service works. I asked for an in home evaluation they showed up within the hour. They explained in detail what the problem seemed to be and did testing. Once they had the proper supplies they began working on the issues. They took care of the problem even stayed around to test everything. Both Arvin and Rene were very professional and polite. The issues were assessed and handled properly and adequately same day. I am very pleased with the work these two gentleman did today. These guys did a great job during our home renovation project! They showed up promptly and listened carefully to all the things we needed work on. They were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look for in between the walls and attic to make sure all the lights would would be connected the right way. They gave us upfront pricing and a finish date that ended up being accurate. We were pleased to have chosen them for the job and will call them again for other electrical stuff in the future.
Marvin did really good on all the jobs we need in our condo, including the heater and GFI outlet. Nice job!

Arvin was awesome! He was knowledgeable, quick with was turned out to be a reasonable estimate, and did quality work. He also explained everything clearly and gave good options. His troubleshooting was excellent, too, as I had purchased the wrong dimmer switch to go with the new model LED recessed lights, which he figured out quickly but took the time and did the research to be 100% certain, which I greatly appreciated. Top notch!
I needed help with a kitchen wall plug, contacted USAmerican Electrical Services amongst others, they were the few first to respond with excellent reviews and were very accommodating to my schedule. Arvin was upfront and honest of the issues and potential costs. I ended up not only fixing the wall plug but adding a new line since my old house wires are not competitive with multiple electrical devices on at the same time. The job was done efficiently, they cleaned up after themselves and now everything works great. Happy customer.

Arvin and his brother did an amazing job for me. I had requested for a sub panel because I ran out of circuit breaker space. After reviewing the job requirements Arvin thought it best to install double breakers instead. I saved a lot of money and the job was done very quickly. US Electrical Services will be my electrical contractor for all my electrical needs.

So basically I lost power to have my shop and found this company online which provided great service as said. My power was back and going within the next 2 hours including arrival time , was very satisfied and would always keep this company for further needs

Arvin is a very skilled technician and is incredibly easy to work with. He is solid at what he does and was able to connect our light switches and install new lighting inside our house on multiple occasions. Along the way he also explains in layman's terms what exactly he is doing and what alternatives may or may not exist such as cheaper routes, more ideal switch positioning, less drywall opening solutions, etc. He is also very responsive on the phone and schedules us fairly quickly. Finding a reliable, honest, skilled and reasonably priced electrician can be a challenge. After finding USamerican electrical on Google and reading their positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to call them for a quote on a problem I was having with my electrical panel. They came out to look at the problem and gave me a fair price to do the repairs. Work was done in a timely and professional manner at a reasonable price. Very happy with my experience.

Power in my garage and backyard went out. I was referred to Arvin by another electrician since that electrician was booked. Called Arvin who responded immediately.
