Aaron was super professional and gave us a prompt quote that was very fair, we immediately agreed and they installed it on the spot. So happy that the Tesla charger was installed and looks great!

They worked for us over a period of a year and they can't find our file? We called about 6 times and left messages by recording and in person so the fact that you can't find our number Is just bs.
The fact is that they agreed to come back before our final inspection and bc they were going to get paid to do the follow up work they agreed to do they just IGNORED us.
Do yourself a favor. Get several bids and compare prices. See for yourself that their prices are too expensive AND they don't stand behind their work.

I had some new electrical work done, including installation of a Level 2 car charger. The service was excellent and Bobby did a very responsible job of keeping his mask on and following safety protocols.

Answered my late evening text right away, & was able to come out the next day as requested. I needed GFCI outlets installed & there was some tricky wiring but the technician took care of everything without a problem. In situations where you need someone quick I appreciated the service offered & would recommend them again.

I made an appointment for William to come out and replace a flood light/motion detector I broke while trying to clean it.  He noticed he was going to run a few minutes later than the scheduled appointment and promptly phoned me to tell me so.  Wow!  Professionalism!  I so appreciated that.    He still arrived at the right time and did a great job replacing the light.  He is both professional and personable.  I wish every contractor I have to deal with could be as efficient and pleasant as William!  I highly recommend his work if you have electrical needs.  Thanks, William, I shall definitely call you should we have another electrical issue!

Ariel was extremely professional and efficient. He advised me on which generator to get with what accessories, even had one of his workers wait for the delivery to make sure it was correct, then installed my 16KW Generac in two days. On top of all that ADI came in THOUSANDS of dollars cheaper than almost all the other quotes I received and they had higher ratings than the competitors. I also have a great service warranty with them so I will post about how that goes down the road. Highly recommend!

Oscar from Omega Electric is as good as it gets. I have a rental property that had a 50 year old electrical panel that was arching. Tenants were very concerned.  I called Oscar late afternoon and he agreed to go that evening at 8:00p.m. to assess the problem.  He called later that evening with the bad news.  A new panel was needed. He was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. Many steps needed to be taken before work could be done.  Edison needed to be contacted location of new box had to be approved and also a permit from the city.  Oscar walked me through the whole process and even shared a tip that saved me $600.00.  Work was performed on time an beautifully.   Great communication with tenants which saved me a lot of time and grief. I highly recommend Oscar and his company.  Top notch all the way.

Their communication skills are horrible. They are supposed to be the professionals in what you need, they don't try to problem solve. They don't like to communicate with LADWP, and trying to work thru them and LADWP is like a double exegesis sword. They live excuses.

George came out promptly. I was having minor issues but was not sure if it was an actual problem. He came out anyway and reassured me there were no problems. He was so kind  and answered all questions.
