I had Jason install a 240V 30 amp breaker, run conduit, and hardwire power directly to my sauna. I couldn't be more pleased the the quote and quality of work he provided. Holy customer service! I am so glad I chose this company! My initial inquiry with Ms. Cristal Diaz was very reassuring. She was so patient even thought I asked her a bunch of questions. I expressed all my concerns and what I was looking for and she made it happen! WOW! WOW! WOW! I know I'm not the easiest to work with especially since I talked to the owner, Charles, too just as extra insurance. He was just as awesome! I wish I had more houses just to hirer Charles' company!! I called around for quotes to do my 200 amp upgrade, most quoting 2500 +/- a few hundred. Then I contacted William, he asked a lot of questions in regard to my upgrade as to give me the most accurate quote possible. After speaking with him for 20-25 min. Or so I was pleased with his quote and time frame. He performed the work as expected and on time. I couldn't be happier with his work, very clean and thorough. Roughly a week later I noticed a few outlets in my garage were not working, being the only change was the upgrade I called William and talked to him about the issue. He immediately said he would come and take a look at it but was confident his work was done correctly. He then gave me over the phone advice what to look for and any possible issues (still thinking it was the panel) I described what the breaker was doing and he put me right on the problem. I had an old garage outlet was bad causing the breaker to trip. Fixed it myself and saved some money. William is a knowledgeable electrical technician, he saves you money from those cookie cutter companies by eliminating the middle man. I would feel 100% confident recommending William to anyone.

I made my first contact with ADI Electrical when I was installing a home charger for an EV.  They were the first to respond to QMerit, and Ariel came out to assess the best charger and installation point.  He was courteous, professional and patient since there was much miscommunication with QMerit and its new program.

After assessing our situation, he recommended a hard wire installation outside our garage since the charging would be outside.  I was introduced to Cindy who was a fantastic coordinator and helped to straighten out the ambiguities and uncertainties with the QMerit program.  This was critical because I was taking delivery on the EV and needed to have a way to charge it up.

Cindy was able to arrange the delivery of the proper ChargePoint charger as well as properly activate the QMerit program since the payment was to be through the dealer and QMerit.

What I appreciated most was the kindness, efficiency and great communication with Ariel and Cindy who made sure she tracked the charging unit and delivery and coordinated the installation.  The installation team called ahead as a courtesy, and they installed the charger in a very short amount of time.  They did excellent work.

We will certainly be using ADI Electrical for any future electrical needs.  They have a skilled, reliable and excellent team.

They were extremely friendly & helpful from the first part of communication until the final invoice was processed.

We reached out to them this morning around 11am and heard back within minutes. They asked very thorough questions to help ensure they were able to provide a well calculated estimate and even caught a measuring error on my part which in the ended saved everyone time and money!

The team was able to send two technicians out on the same day and their techs arrived 30 min early which was wonderful! Their techs were also very friendly and worked efficiently to get the job done in approximately 3.5 hours which was consistent with what we were quoted.

Before the technicians left they walked us through & explained all that they did and confirmed everything worked properly .

Again AM & G (aka George and his team) come through! I called because due to my mother passing away I had inherited some furniture that I wanted in my home ASAP! But I was not able to make that happen as one of our electrical outlets had been messed up by a handy man (that handy man tried for NINE HOURS to fix one outlet and then ended up killing two other working one and not even fixing what he was trying to fix, just a horrible mess) that was hired by the last person to live at the home. I desperately needed that outlet to rearrange furniture, and while I had them out I also wanted to add an outlet to make the area more functional. Jovanny and Norberto showed up to my home within 30-50 min from my initial call. They were not only super friendly and professional, but they took less than 45 minutes to fix what that handy man messed up and made me a beautiful and functional new outlet. I am as always so grateful for this company. They are fair in price and honest. AM & G will be my electrician for life! Whatever you do, do not hire some handy man to do a electrician's job. We ended up with a mess that could had been dangerous. Thank goodness Jovanny and Norberto were able to help me during this horrid loss and made it at least just a little easier since I am able to keep my Mother's furniture in the house now and everything fits nicely! Good electricians are hard to find! Make sure to call AM & G you will not be sorry!
