Best Electricians in Los Angeles, CA

Was able to get a quote via texts/photos. Easy breezy! Unfortunately, I live too far and are out of their service area. Sam was very informative and even gave me a more local electrician's number.

I bought a Tesla Home Charger for my Tesla Model Y. He did a wonderful job installing it. He is very knowledgeable and prices are best in town from everything I quoted from. He finished the job very quick and the installation is very clean. Thank you again !! I will recommend him for other Tesla Owners and uses premium electrical wires

So we initially loved Jesus.  I thought I had found my forever electrician. We had a great experience the first and second time when he did work for us in our condo.  I really liked working with him because he's on time, clean and includes any patchwork in his pricing.  Within about 5 weeks, we used his services 3 times.  Booking was always easy and they communicated in my preferred message. An assistant named Allen took care of all of the scheduling and notifying me of pricing.

I continued to inquire about pricing and scheduling with his assistant, Allen.  Allen scheduled all 3 of my service appointments and gave me price quotes ahead of time.  Scheduling the services continued to be very easy.

By the 3rd visit, I was texting Allen about patchwork and I didn't get a response.  Jesus was at my home and told me he'd call Allen.  Jesus confirmed that Allen would come by in 2 days to complete the patchwork, no problem.  I still didn't get a text back from Allen but everyone has been very reliable and on-time with their services.

The night before Allen was scheduled to do patchwork, he texted me from a new number to confirm my appointment and let me know I had to pay $120 for the work. I questioned him about this new fee and he claimed that Jesus was supposed to tell me about it. This was very confusing to me since Allen had always given me the details on pricing.  After more questioning, Allen told me that he and Jesus had parted ways. (Weird since he said they parted ways 2 weeks ago and I booked my appointment with Allen a week ago.). Allen says that his company (Nacho's Painting) has been very busy and most of their clientele in now in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. I don't know how any of that is remotely relevant but that was his story and rationale for the additional fee.

I contacted Jesus to verify this new and never before heard of policy on patchwork.  Jesus told me that I needed to pay Allen.

The lack of communication was a big deal to me. The number one reason for having Jecor do my electrical work is the fact that patching was always included. It was one less thing I needed to worry about with my busy scheduling. Because my time is valuable, I paid the $120 and have decided to part ways with both companies. I need companies to be upfront with me.

Update-Some new woman called me a couple days after this review went live and explained how sorry they were for the misunderstanding and they wanted to reimburse me. She called from the number I used to text to make appointments. I initially missed the call so I responded by text. It seems like the number is no longer monitored again. I haven't heard back after nearly 2 weeks. No reimbursement. I'm cutting my losses.

Matt Trout and his team are outstanding! They answer the phone when you call. They schedule everything including city inspectors. The show up on time. Their work is impeccable. And the whole team of electricians and administrators are warm, kind, and knowledgeable. Rare qualities for a tradesman team in So. Cal. From initial contact to the end of the job, Gal provided top notch service.
We had some lingering electrical issues, switches not working, light fixtures that needed some attention, etc.
All work done in a professional manner and at a reasonable price.

I called Rick based on excellent Yelp reviews and I'm glad I did. They arrived the next morning and mounted my 55 TV above my fireplace quickly and efficiently. They also concealed the cords behind my wall. I live in an old house and the studs over the fireplace weren't uniform/ were non-existent and they somehow managed to mount it and still keep it centered. Rick was very nice and professional and responded quickly by call or text. I also paid way less than I would have through Best Buy which I first considered. I would definitely use their services again.

After calling several electricians here in the valley and not one return phone call, Jason was the only one who called back.  He put a new meter panel in at our house, could not have asked for a better job.  Very professional and arrived when he said he would...Nice guy too!!  Thanks Jason!!

Five star service every time. They are perfectionists in their work. Very clean and respectful of clients and property. I felt safe having them working inside my home. Very honest and they couldn't have done a better job. Not the cheapest but definitely the best. They fixed problems that have existed in our house for over 50 years without us even having to tell them about the problem! They went the extra mile every time. We will not use another company for anything electrical ever again. And we get a discount with their service contract. Couldn't be happier with their work!

I'm so thankful to William for helping me out.   I sent a Yelp request at close to 11pm for what I thought was a blown circuit.    William responded right away and asked me to call him so he could help me diagnose the problem.    Meanwhile, some other quote responses said they could fix it for $280 flat price.  
William spent time with me on the phone to see if I could fix it on my own or if I truly needed somebody to come out.  It turns out I just needed to put a little more effort into switching the breakers and the power came back on.   I was seriously stressing about not being able to work from home tomorrow with the internet out.   I am so grateful to him for the help and his time.    He didn't ask to be compensated in any way.   I offered, he refused.   Who does that?!  William does!  
I will definitely go to William for any electrical needs in the future.  He has proven to me that he is trustworthy and kind and I'd be very glad to work with him.

Changing to 4 stars based on them taking the time to explain where we misunderstood each other. They are truly professional and care enough to take the time and explain even to the most confused person.

I cannot express how satisfied we are with Omega Electric. Oscar Sr and Oscar Jr are a great time and we felt at ease the 1st interaction! I cannot wait to refer them to more family and friends because of their professionalism and cleanliness of their work. We had led recessed lightings throughout our home, bedroom ceiling fans installed and a new chandelier in the entry way. They were able to start the job right away! We can't wait to work with them soon for future projects. Any project big or small go with a trustworthy certified Electrician! And Omega is by far the best all around!

I called for a simple quote and a woman answered the phone hello.  She was annoyed when I asked if this was AM&G Electric.  She had tons of noise in the background so she was screaming her responses to me.  I explained that I'm in escrow and looking for quotes on specific work but she tried to sell me on a $400 inspection that I don't need.  I explained again what I wanted and she tried to sell me on an amperage test (I already said we haven't closed on the house yet).  We finally agreed to have someone out and give us a quote but she was SO UNPROFESSIONAL, rushed, and just plain unfriendly.  I tried to give her the address and she got annoyed, telling me to just text her my info.  Nope, not bringing her and her bad juju to my new home. Wish I had gotten Marcus or Jason on the phone instead - their reviews are amazing.
