We needed the smoke detectors in our house replaced and also wanted a few other electrical jobs completed, including checking our doorbell wiring and replacing an outdoor motion light. Bear Electric was highly recommended by a friend and I now completely understand why. From the day I called Sam for an estimate to a few days later when he came to do the work, I appreciated his patience and communication. He and his assistant took the time to give detailed, clear explanations of their work and they answered all of our questions. I will definitely call Bear Electric for all future electrical repairs due to their professionalism and efficiency.

Awarded Alex 5 stars because he was reliable, honest, capable and creative with our project. He was referred by another service professional whom we trust. We received multiple bids on our complex electrical installation project,  Alex was the only one who figured out a viable, cost effective solution! He explained why his rate seemed high at first and it turned out his pricing was quite fair. And well worth the price it turned out.
He was courteous throughout, customer focused and took pride in his work. Highly recommended!

I called all the top Yelp electricians in my area. The business owner is friendly. I felt comfortable letting them work in my home with my girlfriend home alone. I couldn't say the same for other electrician companies.
It's been a few months since they installed outlets & everything is working well so far.

It was our first time dealing with Trout Electric and specifically Noah came to our house.  He was prompt, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable.  He gave us advice, recommendations and quickly fixed our electrical issue with one of our outlets.  We have a immune compromised member of our family in the house which the secretary noted. Noah came with mask on and booties over his shoes for us and that sort of respect for our request is priceless.  Thank you thank you thank you!  We will be using Trout Electric again for a much larger job we need done soon. Can't recommend them enough!

Erick and Danny were efficient, courteous and clean. They mounted my 65 OLED on my living room wall and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. These guys wore booties before entering my home, vacuumed up while working and once the TV was up they connected my cable box, Apple TV and XBOX. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone, the best and very reasonably priced TV Mounting service in Los Angeles!

I had Jason install a 240V 30 amp breaker, run conduit, and hardwire power directly to my sauna. I couldn't be more pleased the the quote and quality of work he provided. We discussed the work I was looking for over a phone call/texts and he provided a great quote. Other electricians in the area were much slower to respond and were hesitant on giving me a hard quote. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and price.

I was given good advice without condescension, and a price quote less than expected.

Contacted him via Yelp EARLY (6:30 am) on a Sunday morning because we had sparks coming out of an electrical outlet.   William was here within an hour and charged what I felt was a very reasonable price for an emergency call out on a Sunday morning. Thanks so much! Definitely will be using him in the future

Horrible. Bait and switch. I have a basic old rental house needing a new electrical panel. ADI is offering a $1,399 big deal electrical panel upgrade. Took several days (almost a week) for them to come out. Ariel quoted me $4000 grand and it would have been $6000 grand without the big deal. Here is the fun part. I got 6 quotes total all in the $1,650 to $2000 range for the same identical job done with city permits by licensed electricians. Even at $4,000 grand this was the biggest bait and switch I have had in a long time and I was not expecting this from an Angies List member - maybe from Craigslist but not from Angies. At $6,000 grand which is their normal price is basically legal robbery. Wasted a good day when they could have given me an idea over Angie's email since I sent them all of the pictures they requested. Nothing new was derived in person than from what the pictures show to go from $1,399 to 4,000.00 grand. I hate bait and switch.

We had a room where the electric was going in and out randomly after we hired another electrician to install a light. Oscar was very prompt in returning my calls, scheduling a diagnostic, and arrived on the early side of the set window of time. They got to work right away and figured out and fixed all the issues. He kept me informed the whole time and really explained the technical side of the issues. The cost for their well done work was fairly priced. He even told me that our breaker was going to need to be replaced in another year or so, but didn't pressure me to have it done now. He gave me an estimate for the breaker and said that since it's would be such significant cost it would be a good idea to start saving money for it now.  Great customer service! Really felt like they cared about doing the job right and taking care of our home!

Decided to get recessed lighting installed and found this company on yelp. I needed work done ASAP since we were getting our floors redone in the same room. I called them, they were available and they started the same day. 2 guys game, works masks and gloves and done a great job. Very happy with the work.

We had a power issues over the weekend and called him on Labor Day and he said he would be out in a couple hours.  George arrived and within five minutes of looking things over he believed he had the problem identified.  He did the repair and it did fix our issue.  His pricing was also very fair as well.  Can recommend.
