I called Mike at 7 pm on a Saturday night - earlier in the day I lost power to part of my house and after being ripped off by another electrician, Mike came out and fixed the simple problem in a couple of minutes.  He was professional, knowledgable and definitely worth your business,  I know he'll get mine in the future!

I hired Mike to ground and install 10+ wall outlets in my new condo (two-prong to three-prong), replace switches, and install GFCI outlets in my kitchen and bathrooms.  He showed up for a quote on a Saturday and after we agreed upon the price he actually started work right away!   Mike finished the entire job in about 5 hours time (over two days) and did it in a professional and friendly manner.  The price was quite reasonable and I would recommend his services to anyone in the area, especially near Pasadena and the SGV.  Thanks again Mike!

Pro referral from Home Depot for a sub panel update. I wish I had gone with the other guy. I have no words. Or too many words actually. They said patching up dry wall isn't our job and that most people have a someone they prefer like a handy man. Ludicrous.

i mean where do i start, these guys are amazing. i just purchased a tesla and one of the big factors was having the convenience of a charger at home. i was refered to this contractor through a family friend, gave one call and did a job walk the next day. price was very good for the labor considering the work that needed to be done! they finished in the agreed upon time and im more than satisfied with the quality of work that was done! Jay (main guy) was very communicative and always kept me in the loop of things! definitely recommend for any electrical needs!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Angel came out with his assistant Sergio the same day I called him. Angel had my problem solved within minutes. Amir and his team are solid and responded fast. We used him first for an inspection when buying a house. He was thorough and very communicative writing a nice report. After buying the home we've discovered problems with the sellers work that were in the walls. Amir sent someone out right away and is helping us. Didn't want to leave us without power. He's helped to point out the the shady things the seller's contractor did after our inspection. I'm so grateful someone is making my home safe. The city didn't! Thank you so much Amir and Lou!

I didn't end up using The Electrician but in providing an estimate virtually he was very thorough and asked good questions. He was also responsive with my questions and provided some good tips as well.

Next time I have a project for an electrician I know where to start no need for all the flurry of quotes that come when you start a project on Yelp.

Called these guys on a security system installation job. Paul came and quoted me a great price and got everything installed in a single day. Everything went smooth as silk and Paul took great care in showing us how everything worked.

Needed a garbage disposal replaced and called a couple of places. Rich was as efficient as he was responsive - the latter of which should be held in as high of importance as other criteria when getting bids. He holds multiple licenses so his quotes are justified. My experience with him proved the notion that's it's best to get it right the first time.

A day later I noticed my water heater leaking. I skipped calling the vendor listed on the water heater and texted Rich a photo instead. He immediately responded, checked my warranty status and called around for stock- all on Christmas Eve day. Long story short, the exact equipment needed was not readily available on Christmas Eve but Rich worked to get it as soon as physically possible and had our unit replaced and had hot water running in no time.

Would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Despite stating that they do free estimates, I was told it would be $120 to troubleshoot the issue.  We already have an estimate and know the issue and it's strange since we're the homeowner with a large job that they won't honor doing the estimate for free.

Eric has done many jobs for us at our home from simple fixture installations to complex electrical panel installations and challenging troubleshooting jobs.  Eric has time and time again, proven to be reliable,  professional,  very competent, resourceful and fair. This review is long overdue but I had multiple contractors come out and quote a main panel replacement and Pete's bid came in the most competitive and he seemed the most straightforward.   He was extremely flexible with schedule and did an excellent job with the project.  Thank you for the help!

I was having issues with my electrical panel so i reached out to Steve based on the great recommendations he's received. We apparently had a short in one of our outlets which he was able to locate and fix.  Steve was responsive and got the job done. I will definitely use him again.

All is well that ends well. I got back from my trip and Alejandro and the crew showed up and finished the job in time for the inspection. Maybe he was really busy during the parts where I had a hard time getting a hold of him.

Juan and George from EL Electric were fantastic. They installed new outlets in our living room for our wall mounted TV, were so professional and did great work.

Holy heck, Roland is a genius!  We had a recurring electrical problem in our kitchen that didn't respond to obvious troubleshooting.  Our fridge occasionally shut down, plus several adjacent outlets.  Roland was kind to come after hours.  He sleuthed out the problem in 1-1/2 hrs.  He's the electrician that can't sleep at night thinking about electrical mysteries!  In addition to fixing our issue, he noticed an outlet in our living room that didn't look quite right to him.  Sure enough, it was broken.  He sat on the floor an within five minutes had opened it, repaired a few wires and screwed it back into the wall.  Done and done!  We're glad we called Star Electric.  It's a good feeling to know that you have an electrician!  He's our guy from now on.

I highly recommend New Quest Electric.  Nick who is one of the owners of this company was very prompt and came out to my home within an hour of my phone call.  I explained the issues I had with several outlets, the bathroom vent fan, flickering lights and concerns with the electrical panel.  I also had a new Ring security light that needed to be installed.  Nick and his partner completed the work in about 2 hours.  He took the time to set up the Ring security light for me and patiently explained its settings and features.  Everything works fine and I am completely satisfied with the electrical services I received.  I plan to call Nick again in the future for all my electrical needs.
