I called Ian on a Friday to request a quote to install two ceiling fans that required running wire and putting in the junction boxes and wall switches in two rooms. On Saturday, he gave me a quote with a breakdown of some things that might determine the final job costs, and was very clear and put it in writing. We set a time for Monday afternoon with a backup time for Wednesday just in case. His crew called on Monday afternoon and asked if they could come by a half hour early as they were ahead of schedule. I hired Mike to ground and install 10+ wall outlets in my new condo (two-prong to three-prong), replace switches, and install GFCI outlets in my kitchen and bathrooms.  He showed up for a quote on a Saturday and after we agreed upon the price he actually started work right away!   Mike finished the entire job in about 5 hours time (over two days) and did it in a professional and friendly manner.  The price was quite reasonable and I would recommend his services to anyone in the area, especially near Pasadena and the SGV.  Thanks again Mike!

Amazing service. Called one morning to have a 240v outlet put in to charge my new electric vehicle and they responded right away arriving at noon the same day. Asked them to check a few other supposedly small items, which revealed a major internal hazard/potential fire danger and they ended up spending the rest of the day strategizing and fixing the issues not leaving until 9pm that night. The final cost was very reasonable. Overall, highly recommended.

I looked all over the Internet for someone to install my home theater system and mount my TV. Most of the reviews were less than stellar. Big Ben's was rated highly and now I understand why.

1. The technicians were really helpful and friendly and nice. They don't just get in get out and leave you stranded.

2. The service was meticulous. All wires hidden. All holes spackled over. End result is a gorgeous job.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Angel came out with his assistant Sergio the same day I called him. Angel had my problem solved within minutes. We hired Victor to help fix our breaker for the A/C, he let us know that our electrical panel is very old and needs to be replaced (50+ year old panel). He taught us how to get Edison planning to come to approve the location and from there we were able to schedule a day to come and upgrade the panel from a 100 amp to 200 amp keep up with the electrical demands from all our electronics and appliances. Victor and his team (Efrain & Luis) are very professional and communicative. They completed the work in a timely manner given that it was super hot and very bad air quality due to the California fires.

Victor is very responsive via text or calling. He is knowledgeable and can easily articulate the problem in a way that is understandable. I learned a lot about electrical issues from him! Victor and his team are very trustworthy and honest. It is very hard to find trustworthy and honest people, but with Victor I could tell he was giving me competitive prices for the amount of work done. His team went above and beyond when it came to finishing and cleaning up. They did a through job checking to make sure everything was working before leaving.

Eric has helped us with whole house rewiring. The first time I met him I realized right away he has so many years of experience and he knows what he is doing. He was brimming with energy and enthusiasm working around the clock to deliver the project on time. His workmanship was one of the most clean and perfect house rewiring I have ever seen. We passed the city inspection on the first attempt. I highly recommend his work.

I needed a couple of ring flood lights installed and a couple of bad outlets fixed. He did the work for a very reasonable price and was done in a couple of hours. Two thumps up for a job well done.

Alejandro provided us with really good service. He texted me over the holiday to schedule the appointment.  He provided a time window for his arrival and though he missed it due to heavy traffic he did provide me an update to let me know. I was pleased with the work he did replacing a dryer outlet and the dryer power cord. He provided a detailed review of the work and what he did.  I felt good that he identified a ground wire that was not sufficient for the outlet and addressed it. I definitely would use Alejandro again. I am pleased with the job and his pricing was fair.

EL Electric got me same day service for lighting in an art studio. After a completely reasonable mistake, they came back at a discount and were able to fix a number of smaller electric issues in short order.

Having hired Star Electric Energy,
I  was amazed at the quality of work that was done!  I wanted electronics installed in my living room and two bedrooms. The owner came out and suggested more ways of installing instead of the  simple way I thought of.  The price was slightly more but still within my budget.  The whole work was much more attractive than I expected.  He even wired the living room TV through the wall into my kitchen so the cable box wouldn't show!  His price for the completed work was shocking.  It was so affordable, I have hired him to do more work next week.  Thank you Roland for a fantastic job !  You're the best!
