I called to ask advice regarding 110 vs. 220.  I forgot to ask the man's name that I spoke with but he was awesome!  He gave me the advice I needed and when I asked him if he thought he should come look at it (great opportunity to make money here), he said he didn't need to!   He was honest.  I told him I will definitely use him in the future if we ever need anything electrical done!  Well done!

My electrical box was arcing.  It was pretty startling and I called and they came right away to check it out and made sure it was safe.  They neatly installed a new box and in the process fixed other issues I was having with the electric on one wall.  They worked with me and my landlord for payment.  I will be recommending them to my neighborhood!

Excellent experience with Big Ben Mounts. Professional, friendly and efficient. Great job mounting an 85 inch out of the box and moving a 75 inch to a different room. You could tell by the way they operate they are pros, experienced and detail oriented.  They even pointed out some issues with the previous install. Shlomi is also a licensed electrician and installed an outlet behind one TV as you're supposed to per code. Some companies out there (including the previous one I used) will simply run the power cord behind the wall and connect to an extension cord inside the wall - a huge no no. Highly recommend Big Ben.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Angel came out with his assistant Sergio the same day I called him. Angel had my problem solved within minutes. Amir is the best.  A friend recommended his work when I mentioned that I wanted a  speaker system installed throughout my condo.  Amir came and showed me my options.  A few days later, he and his team installed the system and wiring throughout my place, with minimal mess to the walls/ceilings.  I'm now the proud owner of a beautiful, top-of-the-line sound system, accessible in any room, with not a single wire visible anywhere!

One thing I really appreciate is that Amir listened carefully to my specific needs, and tailored my sound system to what I wanted.  For example, I use Spotify for most of my music, and Amir set it up so that I can play an online playlist from the desktop computer in my office, but I can easily in plug my cellphone into a jack in my bedroom if I decide I want to listen to a different track when I'm in bed.  Amir also set up the system to interface with my TV in the den.

When something went wrong with my tuner only a couple months after the system was installed, all I had to do was call Amir.  He personally came and picked up my tuner, took it to the manufacturer for repair (it was covered by warranty), then delivered it back to me and reconnected it, all free of charge.

This is the real deal, folks.  Powerhouse Electric may not be the cheapest guy in town, but you get what you pay for when it comes to electrical installation and repairs.  Why pay for a quality appliance and then skimp on a slipshod (or potentially unsafe) installation?  Trust me.  Don't waste your time with anyone else.

I didn't end up using The Electrician but in providing an estimate virtually he was very thorough and asked good questions. He was also responsive with my questions and provided some good tips as well.

Next time I have a project for an electrician I know where to start no need for all the flurry of quotes that come when you start a project on Yelp.

Called these guys on a security system installation job. Paul came and quoted me a great price and got everything installed in a single day. Everything went smooth as silk and Paul took great care in showing us how everything worked.

We just moved into a new home in Chatsworth and was looking for a jack of all trades to assist us with a laundry list of upgrades and repairs. After scouring Yelp for options, I came across Rich and he came right out to meet us/quote us on some of the repairs.

I cannot recommend him enough. He is fast, efficient, and goes the extra mile to make sure things are fixed/installed professionally and neatly. For example, I needed a shelf installed over our refrigerator. Without asking, he added extra bracing to the shelf to secure it better and even went as far as staining the bracing to match the surrounding cabinetry. We also had some electrical re-routing to do. He fixed that right up and went as far as neatening up the switch plates with new, clean covers. We don't have to ask him to go the extra mile, he just does it - it's such a huge relief after dealing with others who are late, unprofessional, and do shoddy jobs.

You call him, he's there. His services are such a wonderful addition to our new home - we couldn't have moved in and got settled without him.

Started smelling a burnt smell in my house coming from the heater vents.  Called Victor late in the evening, he came the next morning.  Victor determined right away that it was not the heater.  He was very thorough it checking each outlet until he found the culprit.  Our house could have literally burned down due to faulty wiring.  Victor explained what needed to be corrected immediately, and gave recommendations for some issues that should be corrected when we are ready.  Price was fair, invoices are detailed, and so are his verbal explanations.

Eric has done many jobs for us at our home from simple fixture installations to complex electrical panel installations and challenging troubleshooting jobs.  Eric has time and time again, proven to be reliable,  professional,  very competent, resourceful and fair. Pete is wonderful! The Circuit breaker that feeds the garbage disposal and dishwasher was melted... He fixed it in a short period of time and returned power.   He was quick, efficient, pleasant and I would recommend him heartily to anyone who needs an electrician...He will be the person that I call for any electrical problem...We had procrastinated for months, because we didn't know who to call... We do now.

Alejandro provided us with really good service. He texted me over the holiday to schedule the appointment.  He provided a time window for his arrival and though he missed it due to heavy traffic he did provide me an update to let me know. I was pleased with the work he did replacing a dryer outlet and the dryer power cord. He provided a detailed review of the work and what he did.  I felt good that he identified a ground wire that was not sufficient for the outlet and addressed it. I definitely would use Alejandro again. I am pleased with the job and his pricing was fair.

Juan and George from EL Electric were fantastic. They installed new outlets in our living room for our wall mounted TV, were so professional and did great work.
We are looking forward to having them back to update our electrical panel very soon!

Holy heck, Roland is a genius!  We had a recurring electrical problem in our kitchen that didn't respond to obvious troubleshooting.  Our fridge occasionally shut down, plus several adjacent outlets.  Roland was kind to come after hours.  He sleuthed out the problem in 1-1/2 hrs.  He's the electrician that can't sleep at night thinking about electrical mysteries!  In addition to fixing our issue, he noticed an outlet in our living room that didn't look quite right to him.  Sure enough, it was broken.  He sat on the floor an within five minutes had opened it, repaired a few wires and screwed it back into the wall.  Done and done!  We're glad we called Star Electric.  It's a good feeling to know that you have an electrician!  He's our guy from now on.

Nick was referred by a friend and I was very impressed by his quick response times. He's punctual, polite, and I don't feel like he's trying to take my money. He installed an electrical outlet in a closet and changed out four light fixtures in my kitchen. He was very considerate about being neat and tidy, which I appreciated. For example, he placed large drop cloths over the areas where he was working. He also made recommendations on light bulbs to make the fixtures look better as well. Additionally, he made suggestions on ways to improve the lighting on my home since I complained it was too dark. He's very knowledgeable about his field. He did a very good job and cleaned up when he was done.  I can't recommend him enough. I have him scheduled to do more work next week and I'm planning on more jobs after that.
