I called this company thinking he could schedule me for sometime later in the week...he showed up THE SAME DAY I CALLED!  Mike was super mellow and did a great job with a great attitude.  And the price for his service call was very fair.  I will be calling them again if I need an electrician.

Mike was prompt and reasonable.  I called him early in the morning for my tenant's issues. He showed up within the next hour.  He did a thorough inspection of the problem. I would highly recommend his services.

I choose them because they had a 5 star yelp review. I paid to have an electrical problem fixed and a week later the problem came back.   They did return and wanted to charge me $500 to diagnose. They also told me after diagnosing the problem, they will tell me how much it will cost to repair. So the amount of $500 is just the beginning. They charged me $125 to change a GFI wall switch. I asked the company if they would apply the amount of $125 that I already paid  since the GFI did not fix the problem. They said no.

Up Date:  I received a call from them and they claimed they misunderstood about the amount  of my prior bill being applied towards the diagnosing.  They were happy to do that for me.

Great service overall! Super responsive!
Had a panel upgrade and nema14-30 installation completed.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Angel came out with his assistant Sergio the same day I called him. Angel had my problem solved within minutes. He was on time, professional, personable (Sergio, as well) and very reasonable. Give Angel a call...you will be happy you did... seriously!!

Amir and his team are solid and responded fast. We used him first for an inspection when buying a house. He was thorough and very communicative writing a nice report. After buying the home we've discovered problems with the sellers work that were in the walls. Amir sent someone out right away and is helping us. Didn't want to leave us without power. He's helped to point out the the shady things the seller's contractor did after our inspection. I'm so grateful someone is making my home safe. The city didn't! Thank you so much Amir and Lou!

I didn't end up using The Electrician but in providing an estimate virtually he was very thorough and asked good questions. He was also responsive with my questions and provided some good tips as well.

Next time I have a project for an electrician I know where to start no need for all the flurry of quotes that come when you start a project on Yelp.

After my long time family friend / electrician left the state of CA I had to find a new licensed, professional, and reliable Electrician .... I ended up finding  TWO with Paul and Erick at Meza Electric.

They are both very smart and knowledgeable in the electrical field. They first came to give me a quote, I mentioned lots of other work I needed done and they listened but were very professional and consultative. They have handled several mini projects for me now and all have been fast, efficient, to code, and with no hiccups.

One thing that really stood out to me was while getting a final inspection the inspector gave me a correction for prior work done to my panel. I was not able to afford any more financial burden as it has been 2 years of multiple projects around the house. Called them and told them the situation, they explained their request was not valid and even offered to reach out to the inspector. Long story short the inspector removed the correction and they ended up saving me time and money!

When I bought my first house in 2004, I needed a handyman to do a couple of little things around the house. I called Rich, and he was super accommodating with my schedule, and showed up when he said he would.  When he got to the house, he had everything he needed for the jobs and all of his supplies were top quality. Rich's work is top quality.  He does it right the first time. Also, if it's a job that's beyond his scope, he has awesome referrals! I've been working with Rich exclusively for nearly 10 years and have no intention of calling anyone else for my handyman needs. I actually have a handful of things I need done in my new house & will be calling him soon.

Highly recommend JIMZ Electric for electrical work. We needed a sliding gate motor installed, Victor arrived on time and gave us a thorough estimate of the time, materials and work that would be required to get the job done. His cost was reasonable compared to others we had called. He returned another day with the materials he needed and kept us updated on the work. He speaks Spanish, which helped facilitate conversing with parents when I wasn't available to be on site. The install was done to our satisfaction and he guaranteed his work. We are very happy with the install and would gladly call Victor again next time we need any electrical work. We appreciate his professionalism and great work ethic!

Eric has done many jobs for us at our home from simple fixture installations to complex electrical panel installations and challenging troubleshooting jobs.  Eric has time and time again, proven to be reliable,  professional,  very competent, resourceful and fair. Pete went above and beyond for us! We bought and older home that had the original electrical panel along with a cluster of old wires and pipes protruding 6-8 inches away from the house. Pete came out and gave us a fair bid. He explained the entire process clearly and answered all of our questions. Pete was on time, clean and professional. We were doing some other remodeling at the same time and Pete was able to work with us and the other contractors to get everything completed on time. We will definitely call Pete when we're ready for the next phase of remodeling and need an amazing electrician!

All is well that ends well. I got back from my trip and Alejandro and the crew showed up and finished the job in time for the inspection. Maybe he was really busy during the parts where I had a hard time getting a hold of him.

EL Electric got me same day service for lighting in an art studio. After a completely reasonable mistake, they came back at a discount and were able to fix a number of smaller electric issues in short order.

The owner of this company was delightful to talk to and I believe he saved me a service call by simply telling me what I needed to do over the phone!!  Now who does that anymore??  

Thank you for helping me over the phone instead of coming out to my home and charging me for something I was able to do on my own!!

Nick and crew are very professional and honest.  

Spoke to Nick on the phone he gave me a very fair estimate for the installation.  He came on time to complete the job.  It took longer than anticipated due to our fixtures needing extra work but he took his time to make sure the job was done right.  They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything worked as promised.

I would definitely recommend him for all projects.  Will be using him on future projects.
