I called this company thinking he could schedule me for sometime later in the week...he showed up THE SAME DAY I CALLED!  Mike was super mellow and did a great job with a great attitude.  And the price for his service call was very fair.  I will be calling them again if I need an electrician.

While I had what seemed to be a small problem -- a light switch went out -- I was unable to find the correct breaker and thought, to save my skin, I'd find a local electrician here on Yelp. Mike, and his son Robert, were fantastic at how quickly they responded to my inquiry, gave me a quote, and scheduled an appointment for the first thing the next morning. All on this site. Robert called just before he arrived and was absolutely on time. We all appreciate prompt and courteous contractors, right? Our home was hand built in 1936 and the wiring, which Robert told me was knob and tube is quite quirky. It took a bit of time to check out all the possibilities and, as happens with using top professionals, I learned quite a lot through the process. Robert also showed me how this type of wiring is susceptible to rats chewing through the aging tubes of cloth which cover the bare copper. He gave me valuable information about other reasons to consider re-wiring our home to update it sometime in the future. Yet, he also checked out everything to let me know our electrical system was currently safe. There is nothing more important, so that was a relief. Robert gave me his card, and it is now in my contact list should the need arise. I will not hesitate to call again with any electrical problems and, certainly, Mike's Electric comes with my highest recommendation should you need electrical work.

Carlos and Mike were personable, friendly, and professional. They efficiently installed a new fan for my restroom.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Angel came out with his assistant Sergio the same day I called him. Angel had my problem solved within minutes. Amir and his team are solid and responded fast. We used him first for an inspection when buying a house. He was thorough and very communicative writing a nice report. After buying the home we've discovered problems with the sellers work that were in the walls. Amir sent someone out right away and is helping us. Didn't want to leave us without power. He's helped to point out the the shady things the seller's contractor did after our inspection. I'm so grateful someone is making my home safe. The city didn't! Thank you so much Amir and Lou!

I didn't end up using The Electrician but in providing an estimate virtually he was very thorough and asked good questions. He was also responsive with my questions and provided some good tips as well.

Next time I have a project for an electrician I know where to start no need for all the flurry of quotes that come when you start a project on Yelp.

I've had the pleasure of working with Paul over the past five or six years...he's great at what he does. LICENSED and always a good/fair price. Viktor installed a couple LED panels for my restaurant. He was quick with the installation and informative about the damage that had disabled them in the first place. Really good rates and very professional. Would definitely recommend him for all electrical needs.

In a word - WOW!  I did a pretty major make over of my home and worked with several contractors and Pete was the best. Our electrical needs ran the gamut from fairly complicated down to some that were pretty simple - we changed all of the light and electrical sockets to white, we also removed soffits and installed 20 recessed lights in rooms that had no prior electrical in the ceiling. Pete was always on time (usually early), super high quality work, and very fair pricing.  
Impeccable attention to detail - after he installed the recessed lights he left the covers off for us so they wouldn't get paint on them and came back out when the paint was finished to put the covers on.
Dont waste your time or money on any one else - Pete's the best!

I just needed a few small things fixed around my apartment. I had 3 lights that I needed an electrician to look at. 1 in my closet with a door switch that turns the light on and off, 1 was just to change out the current fixture for a new one and last, I wanted to turn my washer dryer closet light to a manual switch instead of the door switch that was currently installed. I was having a difficult time getting an electrician to call me back. When I finally got a hold of somebody and made an appointment, the guy canceled on me the same day messing up my schedule. After reading some reviews for electricians in my area on Yelp, I stumbled upon Larchmont Electricians. I figured I would give them a shot.

I'm not tech savvy so when I called them, the technician was very pleasant and easy to talk to. They made it easy to schedule an appointment especially around my busy work schedule. The technician had even called a few days prior to confirm our appointment.

After fixing all of my issues (way sooner than I expected might I add), the technician noticed a fire hazard in my bedroom closet door switch. I was unable to get that fixed right then and there yet he still took the time to educate me on other options. He was then so kind as to install a different type of circuit breaker for my closet lights as a temporary fix so if it short circuits and sparks it would cut off the power.

I'm no technician, but I know great service when I get it. I highly recommend them.

All is well that ends well. I got back from my trip and Alejandro and the crew showed up and finished the job in time for the inspection. Maybe he was really busy during the parts where I had a hard time getting a hold of him.

You WILL NOT find a better electrician anywhere.  Fast, Reliable, Courteous, Priced Right and 100% customer service oriented!   I manage a 35 unit apartment building in Sherman Oaks and have had the pleasure of working with Joshua/EL Electric for several years now.   Our vendor roster has other electricians on it but after they way they have ALWAYS taken care of our electrical needs,   I cannot imagine calling anyone else.

We recently moved into a small place in Palm Springs and needed to convert a closet into my workspace. I called 3 electricans, Star Electric wsa the only one to respond promptly. One of them said he'd arrive around 11am to 1pm, but didn't even call until 3pm, saying he was on the way. Star Electric was the only responsive, punctual one. Pricing was fair, all estimates were within 10-15% of each other.

With it being an older Palm Springs house, Star Electric Energy was able to address issues that arose during the work, and cut the drywall and put it back on so that all I had to do was slap on some mud and sand it down and put on fresh paint. I now have a nice lil' workspace that makes efficient use of the area. Star Electric was always friendly, punctual, and informative, definitely the electrician I'll always recommend in the area. Picture is the closet workspace after we installed everything else, the 8 plug outlet Star Electric was perfect for my needs.

I called New Quest Electric to help with an electrical problem at our home based upon their stellar reviews.  Nick responded and was there within a couple of hours and didn't disappoint.  He expertly diagnosed the problem, gave a very reasonable quote, and was very thorough, professional, friendly, and personable in resolving the problem.  He even went beyond the basic issue to make sure to upgrade the wiring in the areas we had the problem and to walk me through how to do the same with other outlets throughout the house.  Additionally, he was very sensitive to making sure he was neat, kept the area and the walls clean, and that all debris was picked up after the job.  In fact, he also offered to take off his shoes when he couldn't find booties in his truck to make sure he didn't dirty our light colored carpet.  We will definitely use New Quest Electric again for our electrical needs!  Thank you, Nick!!!!
