Called on a Saturday and talked to Mike.  Very pleasant on the phone and was able to get him to come out to check out my fuse box.  Fixed the issue in a matter of minutes and was able to advise me on future solutions if the problems occurs again.  Will definitely remember his service and call back if I need to

We used Mikes several years ago, great service and friendly.  July 1, 2015 called Mikes, he called and asked if they could come earlier then appointment time which worked out great for us.  His son is now working with him, both were friendly and professional and knew what they were doing, very pleased with their service.

I do not usually write reviews but I was really pleased with this company so I took the time to write this.

It was late afternoon on Friday and I needed electric help since my breaker was having fire spark. I talked to Paula and she quickly found Ray to come to my place to make sure things are okay. He explained what the issue was and gave me a price quote. He was not able to start the work at that time since it's a 4 hours work and it was late. He turned off the breakers and made sure I was safe for the night. He came back bright early the next morning and performed excellent work. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with his work.

There was a miscommunication on the invoice and I talked to Anna. She called back and straighten things up. I really like their customer service.

I also have heater issue and Paula scheduled Eric to come the next day. She also told me ahead of time that she will be off that day and who I will be talking to if I needed to call back. Eric came the next day. He climbed up to the roof and took the unit apart. He also took time to explain to me the quote options.

Overall, this company is very customer centric and very professional. They care about their customers and very knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience with this company. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

The air conditioner went out over the Labor Day weekend of all days.  Contacted Jay (electrician) first thing Tuesday morning 10am he responded instantly as if we were in a live chat room. morning.  I scheduled for 1pm same day.  He showed up, on time, clean-cut appearance.  Replaced circuit breakers and he even went out of his way to check why air conditioner wasn't turning on too when he could've simply said,

I have 4 dogs, 2 parrots, 2 birds so you can imagine the relief they felt when the house started cooling down.  WoWzaa!

I've never reviewed anything online before but feel compelled to share my great experience with Big Ben Mounts. From the time I called them to make an appointment until the job was finished, they were very attentive, thorough, and professional. There were a few problems with the job I needed done but they had an answer at every step along the way. Schlomi knew his stuff and even though they had to come back a few times because of various issues that all had to do with my TV and my space, they followed up quickly and made sure it got done properly and safely. They even called me twice to say they could get me in earlier than I had expected. It doesn't hurt that their prices are reasonable too. Schlomi and his team will always be the ones that I call. They make this kind of thing very simple.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Angel came out with his assistant Sergio the same day I called him. Angel had my problem solved within minutes. He was on time, professional, personable (Sergio, as well) and very reasonable. Give Angel a call...you will be happy you did... seriously!!

Just had them fix a bunch of minor problems found during purchase inspection they did.

They made a minor mistake during work that showed up later. Amir and Lou immediately came back and fixed and ran a complete test on everything again.

Human error but immediately fixed. That's great service.

I didn't end up using The Electrician but in providing an estimate virtually he was very thorough and asked good questions. He was also responsive with my questions and provided some good tips as well.

Next time I have a project for an electrician I know where to start no need for all the flurry of quotes that come when you start a project on Yelp.

Paul at Meza Electric was great.  He was quick and concise with responses to my questions.  He was communicative and right on time for our scheduled appointment.  He was very thorough in his investigation of my electrical problem.  He even offered assistance on another property I have that is over an hour away.  I highly recommend Paul and plan on reaching out to him with any future electrical needs

Rich is quick on eliminating problems, that could be time consuming, and then locating the problem, and fixing quickly.

Called JIMZ ELECTRIC to install battery charger for my lift truck, the job required hardwiring additional power line from panel so it's not an easy job. Victor complete it in 2 hours, he knows what he's doing, very honest and upfront about pricing, overall pretty positive experience with this guy, I will definitely call him again for future electrical issues.

Eric has helped us with whole house rewiring. The first time I met him I realized right away he has so many years of experience and he knows what he is doing. He was brimming with energy and enthusiasm working around the clock to deliver the project on time. His workmanship was one of the most clean and perfect house rewiring I have ever seen. We passed the city inspection on the first attempt. I highly recommend his work.

Pete has done all my electrical work for the past three years. From general wiring/troubleshooting issues to installing recessed lighting across my entire home, he does flawless work. He's responsive, appropriately priced, all the table stakes. But really - I trust him, so I use and recommend him. 5 stars indeed.

I had to share a wonderful experience. I was looking for an electrician in larchmont for an electrical repair job I needed for my parents house. I got larchmont electricians contact from a friend who warmly recommended their service.
I was told before that I need to upgrade and rewire the electricity.
Larchmont electricians were honest enough to show me that I only need to replace some parts and wires and the complete rewiring of the house is unnecessary. I saved a lot of money because of that and will always be grateful and recommend them to family and friends.  Thank you.

Excellent Service!!! Alejandro was very efficient and friendly and got the job done. I requested for an estimate and the price was reasonable and he came the next day and got the job done!!! It's hard to find someone that does excellent work. He added two outdoor outlets, very happy with the work and what recommend him to my family and anyone

The crew took advance that we do not have background knowledge about wiring and up charged us $500 more than their original quote. They also left foot prints all over the house that I need to mop afterwards. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

The owner of this company was delightful to talk to and I believe he saved me a service call by simply telling me what I needed to do over the phone!!  Now who does that anymore??

So glad I found Star Electric.  Roland was great ... personable, genuine, and informative.  Will be using them again for another project soon.  Oh and fair pricing!

Friendly communication and easy to make appointments to have technician sent out. However they canceled my appointment last minute after I took a day off to wait. Soonest reschedule day was 4/22, more than a week from now! Ridiculous!
