Best Electricians in Los Angeles, CA

This is the second electrician I tried based upon Yelp reviews.  The first didn't call back, so I went to this one.  I can't explain the reason for my bad luck, but after leaving two voice messages within one week, I have yet to receive a call back.  From either company actually.  This might be part of the reason contractors have a generally bad reputation.  Anyway, this has been my only exposure to Yelp and it has been underwhelming.  I created an account just to be able to put in my 2 cents.  Bottom line, I hope I have been an exception.  Based on all the other reviews I feel I must be, but nonetheless, it happened and I can only provide the lowest possible rating as a result.  This Yelp experience has wasted 2 weeks as I patiently waited for calls that never came.  I have since gone with a company selected outside of Yelp and it has been what a paying customer would expect.  Prompt call back, appointment made, appointment kept, etc.

Had electrical problem in our house called Mikes electric and they were out in less than  hour and a half. It was a difficult problem to diagnose but Mike and Robert were able to fix the problem   it was gratifying to see Mike and Robert work in harmony to diagnose and correct the problem. The charges were fair and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend Mike's electric

Accurate is the BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, DILIGENT and COMPETENT contracting service for air conditioning and electrical that I have ever used in the 40 years that I have owned a house.
They recently (Aug. '18) installed a new 200 amp service panel and two new air conditioners and furnace units.  Additionally all new supply and return air ducting was installed.  One of these units was a new installation in the attic so it meant power and gas had to be run.  All in all a major job.
The whole experience was reassuring and I am extremely satisfied.
Before I agreed to this job, at least 6 hours was pent by 2 different Accurate personnel assessing the situation and what had to be accomplished.  Pictures were taken of return air ducting in the crawlspace as well as  the attic.  When I asked what the charge was for this thorough review, they said that there is no additional charge.
Also, when I requested them to change out a electrical plug or something minor, they did not nickel and dime me with every little thing--they just did it.
Now for their cleanliness: 1) they put down runners everywhere they walked and took them away daily, 2) at day's end all trash was removed from the premises, 3) any dust and dirt was vacuumed up almost immediately-not just at the day's end.
Level of detail: I am a retired engineer who wants and expects things done right.  I was impressed with the work in all respects-- electrical and refrigerant lines were run straight, panels were mounted level and sealants were applied neatly.
Personnel involved: Eric was great and kept me informed regularly.  His crew of Rick, Paul, Raymond, Mike, Joe and Dan were courteous and always asked before cutting power, etc. so as to not inconvenience us anymore than necessary.  Perhaps most importantly I gained a healthy respect for them professionally and personally.  No swear words or f bombs when obstacles were presented--they just worked through them.
Sheri in the office always let me know their schedules and when we should expect them.  Never any surprises.
As you can tell from the length of this review I am exceedingly happy with Accurate as a company and with their personnel.  Top notch.  You should feel reassured if you select them for your AC, electrical or plumbing needs.

Great overall service, I was looking to make some electrical upgrades at my new house (new perimeter lighting, ring camera installation, new outlet for the backyard) and it literally seemed like no job was too big for these guys! Everything was done in the agreed upon time and I am more than satisfied with the work that was done! Definitely will be making a call to these guys when im ready to install my EV charger in the coming months!

Big Ben Mounts was fantastic!! The job was challenging and they did an amazing job. Other mounters wouldn't even take the job but BBM was confident they could do it and totally delivered! I can't recommend highly enough!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Angel came out with his assistant Sergio the same day I called him. Angel had my problem solved within minutes. He was on time, professional, personable (Sergio, as well) and very reasonable. Give Angel a call...you will be happy you did... seriously!!

Amir at Powerhouse is phenomenal. Being a real estate agent, I call upon him constantly to assess and inspect electrical systems for my client's homes. He is professional, honest, reasonable priced, and he stands behind his work.

I didn't end up using The Electrician but in providing an estimate virtually he was very thorough and asked good questions. He was also responsive with my questions and provided some good tips as well.

Next time I have a project for an electrician I know where to start no need for all the flurry of quotes that come when you start a project on Yelp.

I was having issues with my electrical panel so i reached out to Steve based on the great recommendations he's received. We apparently had a short in one of our outlets which he was able to locate and fix.  Steve was responsive and got the job done. I will definitely use him again.

Alejandro was very prompt and quick. Got a free consultation with him and he arrived on time (even earlier) to see what I wanted done. Couple days later he came back (on time again) and got the job done within a couple hours. Would definitely recommend!

I needed emergency work done in my restaurant over the weekend and EL Electric really saved me and my business that day. I gave them a call late in the day and Joshua still came out to help me within the hour. I was completely stuck and probably would have had to shut down for the rest of the day if this issue wasn't sorted but luckily enough he knew how to fix it and within minutes of him being here I was up and running again. The price was very reasonable and they didn't harass me for payment like everyone else. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest electrician.

I hired Nick (New Quest Electric) to work on a few projects in my house: Rewiring and adding new lighting in the garage, adding new outlets/lights in the house, and tv mounting (4 rooms). He and his team are professionals and very skilled. Nick is a great communicator, polite, and fair. He didn't try to overcharge and his prices are very reasonable. I will definitely hire New Quest Electric again for future projects!
