Working with Rick was great. I had a strange and frustrating wiring issue that made absolutely no sense but Rick and Brandon were able to chase down the cause and correct it for me. They were on time to my house and also very fair and honest. When the job was done they also put everything back and vacuumed up the mess. Overall great experience A+ would recommend.

One night, I noticed some electric outlets in the house weren't working.  Checked the circuit board and saw two breakers that tripped.  So, I flipped them, but suprisingly, experienced a huge spark and flame which set me back. The panel door slammed shut, and behind it, I heard something crackling and then a pop!  Oh boy...

Called a few friends, but no one had a good electrician they could recommend...(only bad ones!)  The reviews for East West Electric were excellent and now, I know why!

I called a few others, but some had voicemail, others weren't available, but East West asked me my location and got me on their schedule as soon as possible.   I was happy to see two electricians arrive, because it's easier and faster to do repairs when at least two people work together.

They quickly diagnosed the issue, (which had to do with water, after all this rain) and made solid repairs....no quick fixes...they did GOOD job which left me very confident in their workmanship.  They were professional, caring and very attentive to the work area, making sure it was always safe and neat.  They were even kind enought to do an extra small side repair that I hadn't originally mentioned, which they had no obligation to do - proof of their quality customer service and satisfaction!

There is a fee for them to come out to diagnose the problem, but after all, what business is going to take the time to come to your home for free nowadays?  However, in the end, the overall fee was very reasonable ....especially for the time and care they took to fix the problem.

I highly recommend this company for any electrical needs and will definitely use them again.

Five stars for primo electric! They were quick to respond and provide a quote and quick to book an appointment. The completed work came out to exactly what the estimate was. Jesse showed up on time and finished replacing 3 ceiling electrical boxes, hung the fixtures all without a mess and did it pretty fast too. Highly recommend and would use again in a flash.

Amazing service! He came in time. Gave me an estimate and super reasonable. He started the work same day! He upgraded all of my outlets outside for a sauna and jacuzzi! Highly recommend.

I read great reviews online and I was pretty confident this company would be able to resolve my electrical issues, but that was not the case for me. Someone came over, looked at the job and said I would be provided with an estimate. I never heard from them again. Very disappointing. Fortunately I found someone very capable to do the job and did not get intimidated by the problems I was having.

We lost power on a few outlets in the morning. Curt was here in the afternoon. He restored power (really quickly) and left a great impression. We have a few small electrical projects coming up and will use Curt, no question. Thank you again!

Carlos and Angel came out on short notice, were on time, worked quickly and professionally, and solved our problem in under an hour. Our kitchen lights went out, and I called Voltech based on Yelp reviews.  Aram answered the phone.  We set an appointment for Saturday,, 7 a.m. (No I will be there between 8 and noon stuff!)  Aram was right on time, and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism.  After studying switches and wiring, from DWP to interior, he gave us an estimate. He told us to start with the essential:  we needed a new, bigger electrical panel and breaker replacement in the exterior panel. This wasn't a surprise.  Our 1960's house used to have a low voltage system with consistent problems, necessitating rewiring and patching over the years.  On top of that, a string of handymen/appliance installers had created a history of tripped circuits, making us a little nervous about our electrical infrastructure. Aram's quote was reasonable, and he recommended we take care of immediate problems first, and consider a phase two for later.      
    Aram arrived for the install date right on time, 7:45 a.m. He and an assistant worked 5 hours straight to resolve our electrical tangle.  Then Aram took the time to label all breakers and  to explain our wiring. He cleaned up thoroughly and asked whether I wanted a dry-waller to patch the cut-outs that had been necessary around the panel and lines. (He read my mind.) Aram called him for me; the man was on another job in the area and came out late afternoon the same day to do a first-rate job, inexpensively!  Day after next I get a phone call from Aram to be sure that I was happy with the work!
    I appreciated Aram's energy for his work, his integrity and thoughtfulness (he replaced the housing in a recessed light while he was here--at no extra charge--and contacted DWP to report corrosion around the powerline to our roof).  Yelp is spreading the good word about Voltech, with its mission to provide Old Fashion Service for the Modern World.   We trust that the money we spent on electrical work was a good investment in the house; next year, we'll call on him to  tackle phase two.  But Aram's reputation will travel fast, and I predict it's going to get a lot harder to schedule him.

I'm amazed with these guys! Chris, Mark and Adam are highly skilled and honest. They installed recessed lighting at my condo and make sure everything done PERFECT. They took time to make sure all lights are centered and they tried their best to fish the wire through my ceilings and walls without making holes.
They wore a shoe cover and wrapped my carpet to make sure all clean up, these guys even vacuumed my bedroom and left no marks.

I don't normally write reviews, but they have done a very amazing job and I believe people who read this must contact him for any electrical needs!
They offer a very reasonable price too.

I found Gil and Amor Electric here on Yelp, had never used before. Amor went above and beyond on the job of not only replacing the ugliest light fixture in LA but flawlessly replacing 80, yes 80!!! year old lighting in a building that once served as the Venice City Hall. The owner Gil and the amazing Fernando worked for an entire day and solved a problem that other LA electricians could not. Arrived on time, called half way through the day to check everything was going ok and exceeded all expectations.
In all they removed all the old fixtures and track lights and installed a stunning vintage brass chandelier after installing a entirely new J box, wired power from the new chandelier (Into the area above the ceiling! No holes at all) to a beam in the ceiling and installed all new LED Lithonia track lights. I am beyond impressed how they did this without leaving any holes or patch work, total geniuses to use the track to cover the tiny hole for all the new wiring to the new lights. On top of that they replaced 6 additional track lights with all LEDS in another part of the building. Took care of all trash and came beyond prepared with all the parts we didn't even know we would need after removing the old fixture. The great customer service, how quickly the work was done and the incredibly low price for such a hug job is why I felt the need to post this review. I will post a few pictures so you can see. Great electrician for any of your projects!

Wayne is professional, prompt and did a great job.  I got quotes from two other electricians - grim news with high price tags (upgrade of circuit breakers and possible rewire of house).  I initially called Wayne to run the two quotes by him which he was happy to do over the phone (he said they were fair prices for the work involved).  As we discussed the problem further, he said he would pop over on his lunch hour to take a look.  Wayne was able to immediately fix the problem for a few hundred bucks!  He said that would give me 5-10 years breathing space before I would have to undertake the upgrading/rewiring.  Thanks Wayne!

Totally recommend was quick to respond and quick to fix my garbage disposal. Totally professional and his prices are reasonable! Will definitely use again!

Really bad experience with this company. The lone serviceman was nice enough, but was not able to figure out how to properly install camera doorbells. Kept having to come back and every time was a service charge. Finally wrote a letter to the owner complaining and the receptionist called me   saying the owner wants to make it right. So the same tech comes over and half-fixes it (really not) and then the owner has the cajones to bill be yet again. I spent close to $500 for a job that many consider DIY. Horrible experience and recommend everyone to stay away.
