Val was very helpful and professional. He came on time and his pricing estimates were clear and on point.  He was efficient, diagnosed and fixed a breaker within 2 hours, including picking up a part.  We would definitely call Val again for future electrical needs!

Working with Rick was great. I had a strange and frustrating wiring issue that made absolutely no sense but Rick and Brandon were able to chase down the cause and correct it for me. They were on time to my house and also very fair and honest. When the job was done they also put everything back and vacuumed up the mess. Overall great experience A+ would recommend.

We needed to replace our ceiling fan in our spare bedroom as soon as possible. We contacted Primo Electric and arranged for a service call to install a new fan. The communication with David (the owner) was excellent. He communicated with us on every aspect (pricing, scheduling and miscellaneous concerns).

On the day of service, Gabe our technician was very prompt, polite and started working immediately. Gabe assembled, installed our new fan and cleaned the work area in little to no time.

We are very happy with the finished project and will be calling Primo again for future projects!

William from HD was super responsive and came out same day. He uses quality materials and had code compliant suggestions on how to solve my issue with moving an outlet during a remodel. I had him do an estimate for some Alliance landscape lighting and his prices were very competitive. Most importantly, he is punctual and follows up. I had him do the landscape lights and they work great. I would definitely hire him again.

I searched for an electrician here on Yelp, and I am happy I did so!  Curt does one heck of a job and I am very happy to have him work at my place.  I moved into my place about a month ago and needed some cleanup work done and some code violations cleaned up.  Curt took the time and explained to me what needed to be done and would give me regular status updates on where we were with regards to the work.  The price was within reason and done timely.  Highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work in West Los Angeles!

Manuel and his team did a great job upgrading our electric panel and putting in new outlets in our house. They responded quickly and their rates were fair. Will definitely use them in the future for any electric needs.

Jeff has been my go-to electrician for several years now, having worked on both rental and personal properties. He's very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, punctual, and does a thorough job all the time at an affordable price. He's also very honest and doesn't try to upsell you on unnecessary work. Erik has done two jobs for me, and for each job he's done a really good job. He painted a bedroom for me this time. He worked nonstop and finished in a day. He patched up the walls and smoothed out areas that were a bit rough, painted the walls, painted the trim work and baseboard, and painted inside the closet. The walls were originally a weird green color so it needed a couple of coats for it to stop showing through the new lighter paint, and he did all this in a day and at a reasonable price. Thank you Erik. The room looks great. I appreciate your hard work.

Christmas lights!

Christmas Lights!  December 2016!  Mark and Eric certainly helped a mom in an air-cast out today and figured out our beloved exterior Christmas lights. They re-jiggered my crazy system, upgraded us to a couple GFI waterproof timers and voila! Here's what makes perfect economic & time management sense for busy people: 1. An answer to my Yelp email within 60 minutes. 2. House call to my home on the same day, rare, yes but it was my lucky day. 3. They identified what 'might' be the problem without stacking the deck with false-hope. 4. They laddered up and did an assessment and made the agreed upon improvements. 5. Fair price, done in an hour and I paid digitally through PayPal. Boom.

This is going to be my electrical company from now on! I had called SDS Electric to get a quote for some outlets that were not working and they quoted me $250 just to troubleshoot! That didn't mean it was going to be fixed either! So I decided to give Voltech a call after reading their great reviews (plus they are practically next door). Boy, am I glad I did!!!! They fixed the broken switch in less than ten minutes and didn't even charge for the job. Who does that these days? Voltech does. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them for the job. In fact, I have another job that I'm going to call them for. Thanks Voltech, you rock!!!!

Had a bad GFCI and needed to be trouble shot.   Chris called me qualified my situation and made a appointment to diagnose problem.     Showed up on time was friendly and professional.     Found out the problem quickly and fixed it for the right price.    I would recommend Chris to anyone.      THANK YOU CHRIS.

Like anyone I'm sensitive about who I bring into my home for service work. I'm glad to say I had a great experience with Gil. He arrived on time was professional, knowledgable and worked quickly. He also provided great advice for dealing with all the different lighting fixtures built into our unit including inexpensive resources for parts. Would work with his company again.

Wayne was quick to respond, on-time to all appts, and super friendly. I wanted to add level 2 charging to my garage which already had a sub-panel at 40Amps. Ideally, I wanted to get 50Amps into the sub-panel to make the most of the charger. He immediately checked the gauge of the wire coming in and stated it shouldn't be a problem to update the main panel breaker to 50 and go from there. Saved me serious $$ in trying to rewire from the main panel with a 1 min check. He gave me some other pointers and explained some of the permit process so I was able to apply for that myself. Work was completed within an hour a couple weeks later from the estimate and passed inspections without a hitch.

I needed a propane tank strapped to a cinder block wall to prevent it from falling in the event of an earthquake.  Zilvanas did a great job at a very reasonable price.  I will use him for all my handyman work!

If I could give 0 stars I would (believe me, I tried for 5 min to unclick that 1 star). Not only did they want waaaaaay too much for work on my new condo at the time in Culver City, they asked for a $250 deposit to inspect the premises, even though I already had an inspection done by the city. But I naively thought, whatever, and like an idiot I paid it, by check no less! If I had done credit, I could have have contested it. They do take credit, so use that in case you read this and still use them.

When they came out, they quoted me for a bunch of stuff that I didn't need (including $125 for troubleshooting balcony light switch; the balcony lights are controlled by the building, not by me), citing that the city of Los Angeles requires these things. The condo was in CULVER CITY and had no such requirements. So unless these guys had magic re-zoning abilities, I was having none of it. When I told them I wanted/needed only certain items on their total quote, they were insistent that I take the full quote of over $3500, holding my deposit hostage if I did not use them. Apparently, their quote constitutes a contract, (one I never signed, by the way), and according to them my deposit is tied up into this contract. They did respond to my attempts to compromise, but they continued to be unreasonable about the services they wanted to charge me for, bottoming out at over $1000 of unnecessary services.

In the end, I forfeited my deposit out of principle, and ended up using another electrician who charged me half the price for the same services I had requested without the pushy salesman tactics. I'll admit, I was a fool and they took advantage, so in essence, they earned their money. Call it tuition for a life lesson.
