I had a problem with the sign not lighting up at my business so i reached out to these guys at 6:00pm on a monday and they responded so quickly. They were willing to show up next day at 8:00am. They were super professional and they diagnosed the problem so quickly, i was impressed. They provided a solution that was perfect for what i needed, and they were professional from start to finish, showing me exactly what had been done and how they did it. It was fast, efficient, and the price was very good. I will definitely work with them in the future and recommend them to anyone with electrical problems.

My daughter was having issues with her power. Lights blinking and so on.   Had power company come and check.  They said the breaker box was going bad.  Sure enough it was in bad shape.  Rick came and fixed it the same day.  Was very affordable and did really good work. Also fixed two outlets while he was here.  I highly recommend him.

Very disrespectful. My father inquired this company for a project and the person he reached out to was very disrespectful. My father is hearing impaired and instead of providing proper and ethical service he mocked him for his disability. I do not believe this company is capable of running a proper business.

I have contacted HD Electric twice now. The first time was to put in a car charger in our garage, and to place an electrical box in our backyard for a hot tub. They completed both jobs in the same day. A few days later when the hot tub was placed in position, they came back to do the electrical connections of the hot tub to the newly installed outlet.

They were prompt in communications, on time, did high quality work, and were cheaper than several other bids we got. I will be working with HD Electrical for all my electrical needs going forward.

I Reached out to EB for an estimate to add electrical outlet through Email. They called me and we set up appt. to go over work I need to be done. They came to my house at agreed time, electrician was very friendly and explained to me what needed to be done. They emailed me my estimate which I thought was reasonable. We scheduled date to complete work they came at scheduled time & found them very friendly worked clean left no mess.
Electric Brothers is excellent Company I would use them again, this project went very well and price of work done was fair.

CW Electric (Owner Curt) has been my and my mother's must call electrician for several years.  Curt is reliable, does great work and always resolves our issues.  If it weren't' for Curt, I probably would not have closed escrow in time - he really came through when I had to do last minute repairs to seal the deal.  I highly recommend CW Electric.  He is the type of person you will feel comfortable having come to your home.

I wanted to split a set of ceiling lights and put them on separate switches. A previous electrician told me it couldn't be done. A-First Electrician accomplished the task. Plus fixed and installed other lights and cleaned up nicely.. I'll be calling them for more projects.

Jeff Moore and his crew just installed a 200 amp service in our 60's house in Torrance. He came out on Sunday morning to see what needed to be done and his bid and communication process was well organized and easy to understand.  He did the job fast, clean and to bid. I live out of state and was here to get my elderly Mother-in-law's home ready to rent to cover her boarding care costs. Needless to say this really helps things go smooth. Clean job, great communicator and always in touch. I highly recommend Jeff, Carlos and Angel, A five star Job.

I had a couple outlets that seemed to have a short or at least about to. Every time I plug my George Forman grill it'll spark and would only work if it was half way plugged out. So I got on my handy dandy phone to look for an electrician before I hurt myself doing what I have no idea what to do. Mark gave me a quote, sent his crew, then wham-bam there I was grilling chicken breasts without the fear of burning down my house.  Although I hope I don't have any electrical problems again, I will definitely be referring them to anyone who does.

The power to my refrigerator went out suddenly & I had no idea why. I called Voltech because of the good reviews they received on yelp, & I wasn't disappointed.  Aram was ontime, he determined that the cause was a burned out socket. He replaced the socket & didn't charge me (even though I really wanted to pay) because he said it was no big deal. I am not handy at all, so every repair is a big deal to me! I really appreciated Aram's service & kindness!  Highly recommended!

Yes, Chris is as good as it gets.  He came to my home this weekend & stayed until he accomplished all that I asked.  I had a small list of electrical needs.  He was on time, neat, knowledgeable and even helped with an issue I had with another small task.  Chris is professional & I highly recommend him to install your outlets, outside fixtures, all electronic wiring.

I have used Gil from Amor Electric on numerous occasions. He is fantastic !! Not only are his prices reasonable but he does quality work. Plus he really does his best to get in and service you as quickly as he can. I recommend Gil to everyone who needs any electrical assistance.

Wayne was beyond helpful and a really nice guy! He came over to install a lighting fixture and when he realized it wasn't safe to install he went above and beyond to make it work. He gave me a quote in a quick and timely fashion and didn't make me feel bad about the worthless trip. Would definitely work with him on the reg.

Very reliable and they know what they are doing. I had a door wall cracked and contacted them to fix it and they were here on time and fixed it with efficiency... 10/10 job. My new handyman if i ever need anything done !!! Thank you again

THE INCIDENT
So, I had an unusual problem. A circuit breaker died in my breaker box. I had had problems before on the kitchen's circuit with running a toaster and George Foreman at the same time. This was a different circuit.

When I was away from home, my fiance was heating up leftovers in the microwave, watching TV and running the washer. All were on the same circuit. Bam! All of a sudden everything went out. Darkness in half the house.

Over the phone, I had her check a few things. The circuit breaker wouldn't reset or turn back on. It was four switches with the center two tied together in a 2-20 configuration. I checked around on the Internet but since I didn't have any experience with breaker boxes, I decided to call an electrician and have it done right.

THE SEARCH
I checked online for an electrician. Angie's List angieslist.com required a paid subscription. YellowBook yellowbook.com was just pages of names and phone numbers without useful info. Bing bing.com was better. It linked me to Yelp reviews which I appreciated.

First, I contacted Powell Electric and was greeted by a call intake person who knew nothing about electrical work. They said flatly, $99 to come out applied to the job if you use us. Yelp told me that they could be 2-3x what other companies charged. No dice.

Next, I called West LA Electric. $95 to come out. I don't like that model. What if I don't feel comfortable with them. Still, an almost $100 hit!

Finally, I called Intelectric. Lorraine answered the phone. I told her that I was a small potatoes home owner who most likely needed a circuit breaker replaced. She was bright and cheery. Offered help right away. Then, she offered to let me speak to the Service Manager before scheduling my call to take in more info! Really? Awesome! That's the way it should be.

Rob the Service Manager was very helpful. He guided me on how to find the manufacturer, amp rating and location of the bad circuit breaker. This is FRIDAY AFTERNOON and he still managed to schedule a tech to come out by 5PM!

SERVICE CALL
Robert the Electrician came out. He was dressed professionally, wore boot booties and carried all of the necessary tools to get the job done. He had to bring a substitute circuit breaker (different manufacturer) because the matching one was on order from their same-day supplier. Intelectric wanted to get me up and running ASAP!

Within about 20 minutes, Robert disconnected the wires, tested the circuit, replaced the bad circuit breaker and hooked everything up again. He tested the circuit several times with a voltmeter. A-OK. He also checked my other circuit breakers to make sure the gauge of the wire matched the amps of the circuit breaker (very important!) All-in-all, it took about 1/2HR and I was up and running again!

Robert told me to contact Intelectric on Monday to find out when the matching circuit breaker would be arrive. He had me get on the phone with Rob to verify that there wouldn't be an additional charge to quickly swap out the circuit breaker. All good.

FOLLOW-UP
On Monday mid-day I got a call from Chris who said they were still waiting on the part but would let me know when they received it.

On Tuesday morning, I received a call from Lorraine that the matching circuit breaker had arrived and they would try to schedule Robert to return based on the timing at his first job. I received several more informative calls. They offered a service window of 12-2PM.

Robert arrived on-time and swapped the circuit breaker. He was done in about five minutes. I wrote a check for the circuit breaker, wished him well and ended the service call.

CONCLUSION
I'm writing this review right after Robert left. He's a big Lakers fan judging by his ever-present cap. Intelectric's service was, in my opinion, a slam dunk! My fiance and I are all set now with the matching circuit breaker, consistent electricity and functional knowledge of our breaker box.
