Rick came out to the house on the same day called. It was a simple fix, he charged reasonably for the call.  Definitely would recommend to others in the area.

One night, I noticed some electric outlets in the house weren't working.  Checked the circuit board and saw two breakers that tripped.  So, I flipped them, but suprisingly, experienced a huge spark and flame which set me back. The panel door slammed shut, and behind it, I heard something crackling and then a pop!  Oh boy...

Called a few friends, but no one had a good electrician they could recommend...(only bad ones!)  The reviews for East West Electric were excellent and now, I know why!

I called a few others, but some had voicemail, others weren't available, but East West asked me my location and got me on their schedule as soon as possible.   I was happy to see two electricians arrive, because it's easier and faster to do repairs when at least two people work together.

They quickly diagnosed the issue, (which had to do with water, after all this rain) and made solid repairs....no quick fixes...they did GOOD job which left me very confident in their workmanship.  They were professional, caring and very attentive to the work area, making sure it was always safe and neat.  They were even kind enought to do an extra small side repair that I hadn't originally mentioned, which they had no obligation to do - proof of their quality customer service and satisfaction!

There is a fee for them to come out to diagnose the problem, but after all, what business is going to take the time to come to your home for free nowadays?  However, in the end, the overall fee was very reasonable ....especially for the time and care they took to fix the problem.

I highly recommend this company for any electrical needs and will definitely use them again.

Primo electric was top notch. Three qualified folks showed up on time and with a great work ethic. While I mostly stayed out of their way as they worked I could hear their conversations. This company is run like family - everyone did their part and everyone treated each other with respect. I have a small child at home and not once did I hear them drop an F-bomb or talk about anything inappropriate. They played music in the room they were working on the project. I enjoyed the fact it was a mix of oldies and classic rock. Jesse was my point of contact on the job, he made it too easy. They installed a new ceiling fan after relocating the existing electrical box and even patched (no paint per my request) the ceiling. I will definitely call on them again for future projects!

We hired HD electric to install an electric charger for my parents new electric Audi.

They replied quickly, came to do a site inspection and installed the charger the following day.

When my parents noticed that the plug had been installed the wrong way, they came back out the same day to fix it.

I would like to note that almost everyone else I messaged for a quote was requesting a picture of the electrical panel and wanted to know the distance from panel to charger. This was hard to obtain from my immigrant elderly parents - and so I was very thankful that HD electric came out to do a site visit to gather all this information themselves.

I will be taking delivery of an electric vehicle this weekend and needed to have my home ready for charging.  I scoured the internet to find the best Electrician for the best value.  You wouldn't believe some of the quotes I was getting and often based off of pictures I took and sent to them.  Isaac was one of two electricians that actually offered to come out and look at my electrical panel and give me a truly reliable quote.  

I initially made contact with Electric Brothers via the yelp app with requesting a quote.  Isaac responded and offered to come out the next day to review my current electrical load and provided his recommendations and quotes.  My electric company (SCE) offered great low-rates for EV charging if we installed a separate meter to monitor the EV usage.  This added request was complicated to explain to many of the electricians and honestly some of them just told me it was near impossible because SCE is a complicated company to work with and that they would make the electrician redo the work.  Isaac made no such comment, and even called SCE to verify the work that needed to be done. Isaac also went to my city hall and handled all necessary permits.

On the day of installation, Isaac arrived at 7am (right on the dot) and began work immediately.  He advised that it would be completed around 1pm.  He was able to keep some electricity in my house while he was doing the work, which was nice because I was able to get work done around the house.  At noon, it was all complete!  

I'm very satisfied with the EV charger installation/separate meter installation! I would definitely recommend Electric Brothers to anyone looking into an electric vehicle or have any general electrical work done.

Recently finished a significant project with CW Electric on our house. Curt was a pleasure to work with. We kept good communication, he was prompt with his appointments and completion date. His prices are reasonable and he explains in detail if something will cost extra from the agreed price. His work is clean and of great quality. After completion we went step by step of the list of repairs and everything was done as agreed. One can tell that Curt takes great pride in his work and has a lot of experience. We will use him in future repairs down the road, he is highly recommended.

Manuel came out and gave me a reasonable quote to fix a 220v line that a previous electrician installed incorrectly. I hired him and he came over in the morning with another worker to get the job done. He also fixed a power cable to an outdoor light fixture that had been out for quite a while. They did a great job I will hire them again for my next project.

Jeff came and retrofit a light fixture. He was fast, professional, and knowledgable. He even gave me a discount! I would highly recommend him and I plan on using him for any future electrical services. Thanks Jeff!

I came across Eric's work on IG ('65handyman'). It's hard to find the words to describe his talents and craftsmanship. But when he told me he went to a college in Europe for 3 years to get a degree in 'construction and everything handyman' it made sense. He has done EVERYTHING for us. Installed a toilet and a sink. Installed lights in walls where there were no lights before. Built a gate. And a fence. Installed skylights. Painted ceilings. Put up new walls. Put up wallpaper. Put down floorboards. Built an entire laundry outside. Transformed entire rooms. Whatever we have needed. He can do everything. But more than that, he is an artist. Everything he does is freaking unbelievably beautiful. And he isn't super expensive. There are handymen on Yelp who charge so much more and honestly have no idea what they're doing, it's like they just thought they could make money pretending to be handymen on Yelp. They could do with a three year degree in Europe.

I had I around to get estimates and this company took the time to come and to provide the estimate. After receiving prices from other companies without seeing my home, I hired independent electric to complete a panel upgrade after having some electrical problems. They also installed under cabinet lights in my kitchen. Communication was clear from the beginning. Workers arrived on time and cleaned up when the job was done. I will hire them again when I need any electrical work done

It was finally time to switch my house over to the underground feed provided by the City of Pasadena off of the old overhead wires.  Aram came recommended by one of my fellow Disney Imagineers.  We met at the house and I realized that Aram and I could work together on a mutually agreeable scope to achieve the under-grounding, upgrade the old panel and still preserve the circuiting to keep my X10 system working.  Aram's price was quiet fair.  My contribution to the deal was to make sure I was as clear as possible on the scope and understand that measurable change in scope deserves financial consideration.

I must say Aram's team does top quality work.  Very clean, very professional, very neat and complete.  As an Electrical Engineer, I appreciate the attention to detail.  Aram held to his price and the job was completed on schedule and within the time promised.  The switchover to the better part of a day, and they prepared me for that, so no surprises.  Again, I must say a very clean and professional job.

Finally, I want to say that communication with Aram was great.  He is very good about responding to text messages and emails (as well as phone calls).  We discussed options and appreciate his willingness to entertain and accommodate some of my technical preferences.

I have no hesitation in recommending him and I am confident that will be using him in the future of upgrades and rewires that I have on my to-do list.

Gil is GREAT!  Had an emergency electrical problem yesterday and found Gil through Yelp.  His reviews did not lie.  He was easy to get ahold of, called me back, kept me updated on his arrival time and was completely affordable.  They even cleaned up after themselves when they were done - I'm talking got paper towels with soap and water to clean handprints off the wall!  I was highly impressed with their professionalism.  Gil will now be my go-to electrician.

Wayne of Burbank Electric is an excellent electrician.  His work is neat and up to code.  He also is up on not only current fixtures and bulbs but knows what is in the works for the future.  At our condominium complex he has assisted me in making good choices as how to accomplish good lighting at the same time as saving money.  Through his assistance the electric bill for our Home Owners Association was lowered by $150 per month.  Besides his good work he is also honest, polite and good natured.  I highly recommend him.

i cannot express how happy i am with the service. so honest fair and reliable! and a real life saver! needed last minute fixes and he got them done for me with such great quality and very fair priced!!!i highly recommend for anything you need done!

Terrible experience with Intelectric.  We hired them to do several things around our new house.  They sent three people to get the work done. Two were actually working, albeit at a glacial pace. The third was there just to hang out, as far as I could tell.  After three whole days of slow progress, they announced they were done, except for five lightbulbs that still needed to be changed. These were on a high ceiling, and they said they needed a special ladder.  So then two guys showed up on a different day, and took three hours to change these lightbulbs.  Much of the time was spent with these two looking up at the ceiling, doing absolutely nothing --they seemed to have no clue how to go about changing lightbulbs on a high ceiling.  I assumed that this work was already included in their $6,000 bill, particularly because one of the lightbulbs had been changed by them before, and they had used the wrong kind, so they were fixing their mistake.  But, no, they sent us another bill for over $800.  For changing five lightbulbs.  When I called to complain, they took $200 off the bill - basically acknowledging that they had double billed us for their own mistake as to the one light bulb.  There was no price adjustment for the fact that they sent us people who had never done this before and had to reinvent the wheel while charging us over $200 an hour.  Do not hire!
