I have used this company twice and have had great service. They answer calls immediately, send a technician out right away and continue to communicate thoughout the entire process. Very professional. Rick was extremely professional. It was a relatively small job and most of the companies would not come over (installing a light fixture). Definitely, we will use his services in the future.

We had a kitchen update going and needed a light fixture added when all was done, Nshan came out super quick, within 24 hours of me reaching out to help us light our kitchen up so we could cook tonight! Had our electrical panel upgraded to 200amp and added in 6 dedicated circuits and all new electrical receptacles. Had a very good experience with this company. Professional and reliable company. Mr Pablo does solid work and has installed multiple exterior lights for the house.  Called him again recently to install another and he is prompt to return calls, set up appointments and kind and helpful.  His rate are very fair and he is as honest as they come. He did work for another family friend, installing security cameras and electrical work, and she kindly shared his company with us.  He even brought his own broom to clean up after he completed his work.  Neat and professional doesn't come any better than that...  will be calling him again soon for future work.  Thank you !

I'm very pleased with Jeff and his team's  professionalism, efficiency, and knowledge. I needed to wire a kiln for ceramics and it doesn't seem like other electricians knew much about that. Jeff knew exactly what needed to be done because he's done a few kiln wiring. Him and his worker Carlos showed up with masks on ready to work. And I'd like to highlight that he has the most organized tool trailer I've ever seen! Explains why they were so efficient! Overall very happy and I definitely would recommend Jeff and his team!

Arrived on time. Assembled my Gazebo fast. Unfortunately home depot sent the wrong size. I had to take it back down the same day. Once I receive my new Gazebo I will request Eyo's services again.

We just had Aram come out and he was awesome. He came in and quickly looked at the issue and quoted us a very fair price. He fixed the issues fast and was done very quickly. Everything was fixed and in perfect order. If I have any future electrical needs I will be definitely calling them back. Definitely recommend them if you have an older house and if you don't want to be ripped off. Great service and very satisfied.

I scheduled an appointment with Burbank Electric for the first time today. Wayne was at my home when scheduled and did the job in a professional manner. He let me know what was required as he worked through the project. He was friendly and through, checking everything before leaving. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a competent Electrian.

These guys came out in the middle of a rainstorm on New Year's day to fix an outlet that was used for my water heater.  It was a small job but I obviously needed it fixed sooner than later.  The price was fair considering the day and the turnaround time.  They were very professional and worked quickly.

I called Intelectric for an immediate service to fix an electrical problem in my house. The electrician was on time and correctly identified the problem in  as a short circuit. Unfortunately he spent more time trying to convince me that the problem was with the old wires in my house rather than finding the problem and fixing it. The whole process took a little over an hour and cost me $95. To his credit he did fix the problem by sealing off outlets (that I wanted and needed) and he told me the only way to truly fix it (and get my sealed outlet back) was to rewire the house which would cost between $3000-$4500 for 2-3 days of work at $1500 a day.

Even though I felt that was being hard sold a service, and felt he did the best he could and I did believe his rewiring recommendation. I live in a 60 year old house and things are bound to break down. So, as a responsible consumer, I contacted another electrician to get another bid.

This is when my opinion of Intelectric turned south. The other electrician came in and actually found the short and fixed my original problem and unsealed my outlets that I needed.... All in about 20 minutes. He also explained to me the difficulties of rewiring an old house and that rewiring should only be done room by room when needed. He laughed at the idea that my whole house could be rewired in 2-3 days and that my house would look like a bomb exploded because of all the holes they would have to punch in my walls.

At this point my opinion wasn't completely negative. However, a day or so later I got a call from a sales person at Intelectric asking me if I was still interested in replacing my power box outside. I explained to him that my outside box was new and that the electrician told me that I needed to rewire my house. He then asked me if I was interested in rewiring.... I politely declined.

Perhaps they do very good work on rewiring or other electrical projects, but they are a bit dishonest I would not hire them for a troubleshooting job. I feel like I paid them $95 to find other things wrong with my house and give me a sales pitch. I am very disappointed and I would not hire or recommend them for any work.
