I just want to let you know that I contacted Aldo this weekend. He gave me a quote over the phone and was able to complete the work  same day after his ealier appointment.

Not only did he do great work but I ended paying less than his ealier estimate. I will definitely be calling him back for more work.

Plus a local Montebello business and resident. 5/5 stars.

Completely professional and great. Solved a complicated electrical problem as it dealt with old wiring and circuits. The two electricians who came were courteous, professional, never got impatient with my questions. Everything you want in a service such as this.

Marvin said he guaranteed his work. Once he got paid, he never sent a receipt. no warranty. now he doesn't want to provide it. Get it in writing first. Should have waited for other quotes. I'm getting quotes for 1/2 his price. He is way over priced and doesn't provide a warranty. how do you trust someone that doesn't stand by his word?

Great experience! The price was much better than some other guys around. They were very fast and efficient. Left the place clean. Easy payment. Definitely will recommend for EV chargers install.

Initially, I thought that this company was great, however, when I had my stove delivered it didn't work because it was a bad line.    Propower did come out to diagnose what went wrong and fix it.  Later I had some trouble changing out some outlets so I called them back and had them change them out and add a dedicated line to the laundry room.  Then we found our dishwasher wasn't getting power.  So they came back out and fixed it again.   So that was TWICE that they didn't connect things properly.  I had left to go out of the country and when I returned I found that my Jacuzzi wasn't running.  I called them as I figured that since they added the laundry line in the same slot as the Jacuzzi that it must have been them.   It turns out that it was the GFI that got tripped inside a closed outdoor electrical outlet.  This could have been tripped when they were working on it but there is no way to know.   It was a simple fix that took all of 2 minutes.   After all of the work we had them do and the problems that we've had because they didn't do the work correctly, they still charged me $200.00 for a service call.  Especially because it could have been them that tripped it.   I won't be using them anymore.  Frankly, I'm a little concerned about the work they did do considering they twice didn't connect things properly.

Ara is a excellent Electrician and great all around person.

He came out to my house to assess the work I was asking to be done. Upon evaluating the situation, he came up with ideas way better than what I had in mind.
The next day he e-mailed me an estimate, and the pricing was good.
I booked an appointment.

I was doing a remodel on my kitchen and needed additional outlets with GFCI/AFCI protection installed in a difficult position. I also needed to upgrade my oven from an old 30 amp circuit to a new 40 amp circuit, and needed a new 40 amp circuit for an induction cooktop. Needless to say, this was all something beyond the abilities of a DIYer.

Johnny Electric was able to answer all my questions regarding the National Electric Code, and installed all of the above at a reasonable price. They were professional and courteous, and even came back when two of the outlets weren't functioning as expected.

Honestly, I thought this would be like going to the dentist or a car dealership, but this was actually a good and smooth experience. If you're in the Irvine area, I highly recommend Johnny Electric.

First off Thank You Yelp for facilitating a request for quote.  That functionality is great and generates quick responses.   About Randy and Armor Electric.  Straight up a pleasure to work Randy - no up selling and genuinely wanted to help.   I needed a repair on my old house built in 1930 so providing a quote unseen is a challenge,  but Randy reassured that he felt comfortable that it could be done within my budget.   Armor's technician arrived on time as scheduled. Explained the problem in straight forward terms, and then made quick work.  #CleanFastProfessional, what else can you ask for.

We were looking to get an outdoor electric outlet installed.  We are glad that we found Eric from Jaco Electric in Yelp.    Eric went to our home at the agreed time for the initial consultation and estimate.  After the price quote, we agreed on a timeframe to do the install.  on install day, he called ahead and arrived on time , installed the outlet with connecting switch with no issues.  The work was efficient and the electrical materials that he used are good quality too.  He also installed an extra junction box when i mentioned that i was going to be needing future electrical work for air conditioner units.  Also he cleaned up after the install was a big plus.  

We will definitely call Eric again for our electrical needs because of his professionalism, punctuality, honesty, and quality work.

Gee, where to start?  They missed their three-hour window by almost two hours.  That means I sat around for five hours waiting for their AC techs to show up.  When they got to my house, they were rude, and acted like I was an idiot because the central air in the house that I pay rent in was broken and I didn't know why (that's why I called you, dudes).  

Then, they refilled the coolant in the unit that was already working but apparently leaking, without fixing the leak (which, by the way, is illegal), to the tune of $500.  I guess I should have researched what these things should normally cost before they came to do the repair, but that is an astonishingly high price.  And again, illegal.  

Then, when I was in the middle of trying to ask about why the other unit isn't working and what needs to be done to fix it, the tech waved me off and answered a phoned call and started walking off the property to go to the next job.  I was literally in mid-sentence.  So I waited politely for his phone call to finish, and asked what I could expect to pay for the repair.  He couldn't tell me, but he said to call the office.  Then, the office would call him, he would tell them what was needed, and then the office would get back to me with an estimate for the repair.  

Right.

So I did as instructed, but of course the office had no idea since they hadn't seen the unit and they said they'd get back to me later that same day.  Nope.  So I called the next day, still nothing.  The day after that?  Nothing.  It's been six days now.  Nobody here actually seems to be interested in fixing my air conditioner now that they have my $500.  Oh, and they still haven't cashed my check yet.  Thanks, dudes!!

EDIT:  It's been well over a week now and they still haven't cashed my check.

Our house had an entire wall knocked down between the kitchen and living room. Needed multiple outlets and switches to be rewired and new wiring for lighting and island hood mounted through the ceiling. Leo is the model of patience and professionalism. Not only was the work correctly and meticulously done, but he also explained every aspect of what he was doing and why. Even fixed pre-existing wiring that could have posed a threat that was incorrectly done from a previous company. Entered the crawl space and attic multiple times to make sure everything was done right and helped make sure everything was flawless. Only electrician I would ever work with, period.

Movses was punctual.   He quickly and helpfully installed our ceiling fan. there were problems with electricity and he tinkered for some extra time until we figured out that the problem was actually with the fan unit itself.  He went to his truck to get extra tools and got locked out of our courtyard and had to stand there for 15 minutes b/c I had my phone on silent, and he was very kind and patient about everything.  Great service, would recommend.

Let me copy the last reviewer by also saying if I could give 10 stars, I would!

Arin was 100000% the most honest and humble electrician I've ever serviced with. I had an issue where half my house wasn't getting power, but none of the switches was tripped. Odd.....

Prior to servicing my issue with Arin, I was in contact with 2 other Electric Service Companies that after one quick look at my breaker, told me that I would need to replace the entire panel because I had 3 dead switches. They were also very aggressive with getting me to sign their insanely high quotes. After a few checks on the panel, Arin confirmed that those 3 aforementioned switches were in fact FINE! Without going into too much detail, he was able to locate, diagnose, replace the one blown outlet that blocked power to the half of the house and BOOM...everything restored. (It was an empty fabreeze plug-in that I had plugged into the guest room for years without realizing. Sigh...be careful with those!)

Thank you for saving me from thousands of dollars on potentially replacing something that I didn't need to. Definitely saving your number for future projects and recommending to all of my friends and family in the LA area.

(Also apologies for my derpy German Shepherd that kept sneaking up and scaring you. Definitely not a good combo when handling eletrical work! haha!)

Ibrahim and his assistant did an excellent job completing the electrical work when my son bought an old house in Hollywood. He was honest about what needed to be done-- said some things that  other bidders had insisted on were okay as is. This was especially appreciated when there was so much overall to do in the house. . His price was good, and he did the work in one day. They were clean as they worked, and very nice. The experience of working with them was great!

Speedy to answer the phone and send someone out. Told it would be 2-3 days for an estimate, and received nothing. No email or call back at all.

We called Mike  in an emergency situation as we were having a party over the weekend and had two of the three lights out in our kitchen.He came in an expedient fashion and diagnosed the problem by eliminating what was working and pinpointing the problem areas with careful diagnosis. He was able to go through the attic to fix the problem rather than ripping out a wall. He is a certified electrician and works efficiently.
