After calling around and being turned down for my small job, I called AMI.
Johnny was more than happy to handle my door repair. He arrived the next day to make the repair on my rental unit. While there the tenant asked for an additional repair to which he completed with my approval. Johnny completed the repairs quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable price.  I will be calling Johnny for all future repairs on my rental units.  The work Johnny did was awesome.  I even referred my sister to him for some electrical work.

Last week I awoke to our toilet overflowing and could not get it to stop. After calling around to several plumbing companies, I was not able to find someone to come out the same day...however, one call to Long Beach Drain and Plumbing saved the day! Not only was the receptionist kind and attentive, but she ensured me they could tackle the problem the same day.

The technician was friendly, seemed very knowledgeable, and quoted me a fair price. He was able to diagnose the issues quickly, fix the problem, and give my toilet a tune-up so this would not occur in the future (might I say at no extra cost). I appreciate that they did not try to upsell me on extra unneeded services. I also received a follow-up call to ensure I was satisfied with the service. I will definitely be using LB drain and plumbing for any future plumbing problems! Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

Last Friday evening, we had a sewer/water back-up in our downstairs bathtub.  (Real scary!!!)  We called the plumber we had used in the past but they could not come out until Monday!  I looked on google and found Crandall's Plumbing.  We called them and they answered the phone even though it was now 5:30 pm on a Friday night.  We got an appointment for Saturday morning at 7:15 am.  Stephen came out and did a fantastic job on clearing the clog.  Stephen also took a video of the pipes going out to the street which showed roots in our pipe that need to be removed.  Everyone I spoke with at Crandall's Plumbing from the dispatch to the plumber were very cordial, helpful and knowledgeable.  I have to say since moving to California it is hard at times to find good customer service.  I was thrilled with Crandall's Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone.  We will definitely use them again.  Karen in Huntington Beach.

Contacted through yelp and replied with quote and time for appointment pretty quickly. However, scheduled a time and gave me a 2 hour window on a Monday. I left work early and no one came! No phone call either. Will not contact again.

Chris and his team are absolutely the best in town.   They are great workers and do quality work while being reasonable in pricing.   Thank you guys for this project.   Cannot say enough great things.   We relocated the water heater that was inside to the outside.   We then added an area to install a washer and dryer.   They added the electrical plugs, washer box, and did the drains.   Thank you guys for everything! Great work!  Definitely recommended, and our go to plumber.   Keep up the great work.

I had a copper repipe done in March 2017 in my 1926 duplex. All American Repipe did a great job. They ran 2 new lines for each unit, put in shut offs throughout the system and worked in a really cramped crawl space. They have a team of 5 or 6 guys who got the job done in a day and a half. They used quality copper pipes. They even recommended a plasterer who came the next day to do the interior finish work. I am very pleased with their work and am relieved to have no more galvanized pipe issues! Should have done it much sooner!

Rami is a skilled plumber. He's been in the business a long time. He spent eight hours retrieving a broken piece of pipe from our sewer line that saved us from ripping up the slab foundation, saving us tens of thousands of dollars. He is professional, meticulous, and clean. He is a trustworthy and honest plumber that will always steer you in the right direction. He also hydro-jetted our kitchen line and removed 50 years of debris. He has all of the cool plumbing technology (camera, hydro-jet machine, etc.). I'd recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. We had a back up due to roots and a cracked pipe. Chris and his team were efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Ryan, Owner of Purdy, came out to inspect my broken sewer lateral while IRWD was inspecting the line to see whether it's within their limits to repair. The broken section is right on the limit line. Ryan patiently waited as I discussed with IRWD for 30-40 mins. While I waited for IRWD to make a determination, Ryan was answering my questions on the side and reviewing video footage with me and providing me a rough estimate. Then as we're talking, IRWD walked over and said, We can start tomorrow. Ryan looked at me and said, You should go out to dinner tonight cause you just saved a lot of money! Ryan explained that I probably saved $10K or more cause it may require digging up a section of HOA and city street. He also said that he's never seen city do that before. I was really impressed by Ryan's patience and friendly customer service, it was like having a buddy there with you! He brought me some good luck today, thx Ryan. Will reach out to you on next plumbing issue.

I called Mike two hours ago... I originally called for an appointment several days down the road. He is currently in my kitchen fixing the garbage disposal. 3 hours after calling. Incredible service. Super friendly. TIMELY. I will definitely be calling Mike again if need be. Trust your problems to this company.

I couldn't ask for better service.  I called Beach Plumbing to install a new collar for my kitchen sink and to install a brand new toilet for my master bathroom. The toilet was already partially assembled by a contractor a week ago.  I wanted a skilled plumber to install my toilet. Greg caught serious errors in how the water tank was assembled on the toilet bowl from a week ago.  Long story short he corrected the issue and prevented a flood of my second floor bathroom.  Also when Greg went to disconnect my garbage disposal, so that he could install the new sink collar he called to my attention that one of the pipes of my garbage disposal was coming apart in his hands.  He showed me himself and the pipe was crumbling in my hands.  I would have never known.  The garbage disposal was no longer usable so I had him replace it.  So Greg at Beach Plumbing prevented not just one, but two potentially disastrous and damaging water leaks.  Thanks Greg!!

I got a referral through a client of mine to use RS3M Construction for a few updates that needed to be done in my salon. They were very diligent in the work they did . I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning. The carpet look brand new. They were on time and very professional. I will be using them again for future projects.

I didn't choose this company my management company chose this business. With that being said I would give them 3 out of 10 for services and customer service or lack there of.

Made an appointment for June 10 from 2-3pm and waited until 2:49 to call to see what was going on. The person Natalie Santos stated she didn't know why they hadn't gotten to my house and she would find out and call me back. When she calls back a few mins later she stated that the person van broke down and we can reschedule for tomorrow morning at 8am. After being inconvenienced I still agree to them coming out tomorrow to resolve the issue with my sink. The guy comes the next day at 8am as scheduled. He never stated his name but he looked over what needed to be done, left out to get his tools to complete the job. Once he was done he left without stating what the issue was but that the job was finished. He ask his what/why the sink was stopping up.

After he finished explaining I went back to the bathroom to make sure the sink was working properly and found that this guy had made a complete mess of my bathroom along with leaving water/hair/ whatever was in the drain all over the items in the bottom of the sink. Highly upset that I have damaged items that have to be thrown away and water all over everything including the toilet.

Nasty and careless worker !!! I would NEVER have chosen this company on my own. I spoke with Natalie Davila about the mess the worker left me to clean up and she tell me ITS JUST WATER as if water doesn't cause damage to stuff. Very clueless!!  Also spoke with the owner Santos Davila and he brushed it off like it was my fault his work was careless and nasty worker.

We used Ameri-Cal Repipe after we experienced a slab leak. The estimator Paul arrived as scheduled and gave us a fair free estimate. The plumbers arrived as scheduled and Carlos was the main plumber, he explained what the process was going to be and where the holes were needed for the repipe. His team came in and put down plastic to cover the floors and funiture. The repipe was completed in one day for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Their work was professional and cleaned up after the repipe was completed. The city permit inspection went smooth and the next day the drywall repair team showed up as scheduled and again put down plastic everywhere they needed to work. They repaired all the holes in one day and worked profesionally and cleaned up after they were done. I would have no reservations to reconment Ameri-Cal Repipe they did a awsome job!

Just had our first annual HVAC maintenance visit. Justin was professional, friendly, and informative. Thumbs Up.
