Be forewarned. This guy doesn't know what he's doing. He works with his wife. They will give you a good price, but they will do a poor job. They are basically only good for something you can do yourself but if it's any more than that expect a total micky mouse job. They can't even install a sink right. Their work ended up causing a leak that caused thousands of damage to my home. If that's what you want, go for it. Is it worth saving some money to pay thousands later?? You've been warned.

Really great fast service. Especially CHEAP and reliable.  Juan R was great, professional, and fast. Loved the veteran love (discount) and professionalism. Give them a call if you're in a pinch! I called at noon one day with a leak and they were at my house by 3pm!

Last week I awoke to our toilet overflowing and could not get it to stop. After calling around to several plumbing companies, I was not able to find someone to come out the same day...however, one call to Long Beach Drain and Plumbing saved the day! Not only was the receptionist kind and attentive, but she ensured me they could tackle the problem the same day.

The technician was friendly, seemed very knowledgeable, and quoted me a fair price. He was able to diagnose the issues quickly, fix the problem, and give my toilet a tune-up so this would not occur in the future (might I say at no extra cost). I appreciate that they did not try to upsell me on extra unneeded services. I also received a follow-up call to ensure I was satisfied with the service. I will definitely be using LB drain and plumbing for any future plumbing problems! Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

We've used them in the past for basic plumbing: clogged drain, etc. They're great. They're professional, prompt and reasonable.

We asked for an estimate to do more major plumbing work, and the experience was very different. They are unbelievably expensive, as in they were asking more to fix a few plumbing problems than it would cost to re-plumb the entire house!

I'd keep them in mind for basic plumbing but not call on them for anything beyond that

This was my first time working with Responsive Plumbing. From the communication and responsiveness, everything was on point. William came over to clean a heavily clogged shower drain and was out in less than 30 minutes. The whole experience was very easy and straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Responsive plumbing again if I have any further plumbing issues, they were great!

We had an emergency leak from our toilet and sent out a request for quote. Chris was not only the first to respond, he was also the most reasonably priced. He was at our place in under 30 minutes. He was an effective communicator, worked quickly, and was just a very nice guy.  Couldn't recommend more highly.

Best experience ever. Nick, the owner really take cares his customer and friend. We notice a leak on kitchen roof on the weekend. Turn out it was a pinhole leak. We called him and he came to our house within hour. He went to our attic and replace the copper in no time . Great response time, at reasonable cost. Always come with a jokes too :-)
After that, I trust Nick for taking care of my need. We even called him to help us installing new RO System in the renovated kitchen. He did everything nicely and neatly. Leaving the place nice and clean in no time.

I used Rami's services when I just got our house and needed all of our drain lines updated.  Their crew is punctual and professional and whenever I have any problems with plumbing, they are so responsive.

I had a clogged shower, looked on yelp for a plumber and found  Marco at clean out plumbing. He was really nice over the phone and told me Hugo would be coming out to fix the problem.

Hugo and his nephew were great. Showed up and had the problem fixed quickly. They're true professionals, take the time to explain what the problem is and let you know what your option are. Another BIG plus is that they're affordable, and the work is well done with a warranty.

From now on I will definitely call Marco/Hugo for any of my plumbing problem.

Found this service through yelp! We needed a plumber rather quickly and that was affordable. They got here on the time previously scheduled and did the job for the price quoted.

The plumber was extremely nice, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. If I ever have an issue with my plumbing, or know anyone else that does, I will refer this company again and again.

I'm so grateful that Mike was able to come to our house quickly and clear out the pipe from our kitchen sink. JB plumbing were great! They were punctual, completed the job immediately (needed to cap and reroute outdoor hose spigot), and they were super friendly. They also charged significantly less  than another quote I got. I'll definitely call them again for my next plumbing issue.

I got a referral through a client of mine to use RS3M Construction for a few updates that needed to be done in my salon. They were very diligent in the work they did . I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning. The carpet look brand new. They were on time and very professional. I will be using them again for future projects.

He did all that was requested and cleaned up the previous plumbers' work, making it more user-friendly, as well as making it more secure. Great fast work! Easy to work with. IF and When we will need a plumber in the future, we will be calling Santos at ALLSTAR ROOTER first!

Amazed at how quick and efficient these guys are. I requested a quote and they came and did the job the next. Was able to get the quote via text and photos which was amazing and they came exactly when they said they would and did the job no issues. Absolutely a fantastic experience. I received 3 estimates and Ameri-Cal was priced in the middle, but I was impressed with the detail that Paul gave when he estimated the job so I went with them and it was a great decision. From Day 1 with Alex and his crew of 12 they completed the repipe job in 1 day. They were clean, efficient, and extremely polite. Days 2 and 3 were drywall repair and Sergio and his team were absolute professionals. They did such a great job that our white ceilings already look like they were painted. They were clean, polite and did an unbelievable job. I must say that I was totally dreading the idea of repiping but Ameri-Cal made it as painless as possible. You would be crazy to use any other company to repipe!!!!

David came to do an air conditioning service. He was so thorough going through our system . He answered all of our questions and did the necessary work.. This was our second time using NexGen and would most definitely use them again.
