Established in 2016.
Veteran owned. I have been working as a plumber since 2001. Our team is fully licensed, bonded and insured. Since the start we have always listened to the customer and with our help, together we have always came up with a solution to fix the customers plumbing problem. We are here to help you put a stop to ongoing or lingering plumbing issues. At times I have given the customer the information needed to have the city assume responsibility and either fixing the plumbing issue or reimbursing the customer for the repairs already made. I have been around the plumbing industry since my early teens. My priority is to keep up with the industry. I am here to help you in your home built in the 20’s and here to help you in your home built in the 90’s. I will help you get every last root out of your sewer line and i will help you fix your tankless water heater. I take different courses to stay on top of the evolving plumbing world. I had what I thought was a sewer issue at my house.  Pro Plumbing was responded very quickly and David was at my house within an hour.  He quickly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be non-plumbing related, but still did not charge since the initial examination was free.  It is hard to find professional and honest businesses like this, and they will be the first ones I call when I have plumbing issues.

Frank was my technician yesterday. My shower pipes started making weird noises recently like they were gonna burst everytime I turned on hot water. Frank was on time and super fast. He also helped me put in my new shower head I purchased the day before in like 5 minutes! Super nice respectable guy! Thanks Frank! (And yes my pipes make no noise now and are completely fixed)

Pro Plumbing & Drain Solutions is unlike any other. We recently moved into our house and discovered a faulty water heater and leak in a water pipe. I called PPDS on a Sunday evening and spoke directly to Daniel. Without hesitation, Daniel dispatched one of his many trusted and reliable plumbers. Daniel explained that he was not going to allow my family go without water for the night. Very thoughtful and generous.

I've remained in contact with Daniel and he has guided and helped in 3 bathroom remodels.

I can't say enough good things about PPDS and their employees. They really treat you like family...

David G just came out to my house and he was amazing. Very nice and answered all my what if questions. They seem to want to help out the customer especially since I'm dealing with insurance , he provided his number and said to call him anytime during this whole process. Not only was he a great guy but i thought I was going to have to deal with no water. As soon as he got here he turned on the cold water and advised I can just turn off the hot water- I DID NOT know that lol. He took it a step further and capped my hot water lines so I had hot water in the front house and where the leak was, the water was stopped. Great experience so far- waiting for the estimate and insurance now .

One again PDS saves the day!! An in a seriously quick fashion!! Not only was the plumber super friendly, smelled great at that, but he was very communicative with me during his entire stay in my home. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism an hard work on making my home clog & stench free! Having a dishwasher an bathtub out of order was a nightmare but I'm thankful to say now all is well. Had an issue with my hot water. My tankless system is tied into another apartment's power that is vacant.

Armando and Rueben went above and beyond what was necessary. They were even able to identify that the keys for showing to identify the tankless system was without power. They then proceeded to let us borrow an extension cord to power the unit.

I'm still waiting on my landlord to really fix the issue but these guys saved the day!

My property management sent PPDS to come out and check the heat & water pressure in my bathroom. Called Daniel on a Saturday with backed up bathtub. Good job they did with a difficult and complex drain stoppage. Not cheap, in fact the highest I've ever paid for a snake out/cleaning ($250), but the technician Danny was good, patient and after about 2-1/2 hours was successful in getting the stoppage opened up. Would use again for complicated/difficult plumbing problems, would use many other cheaper companies for simple drain cleaning/snake ou.

Sal came to replace a corroded pipe on the hot water heater in my apartment. He did a great job! Was neat, polite & friendly as well. Appreciated that he remembered to bring shoe covers. My dishwasher wasn't draining correctly.   JB came to my house exactly at the time promised and fixed the problem very quickly.   After assessing the problem, he showed me what was wrong and had the parts on his truck to fix the problem.  He also made sure everything was clean when he left.  Thank you JB!

My garbage disposal wasn't working and the sink was badly clogged. The apartment management company call Pro Plumbing to take care of the problem. Sal was respectful, wore a mask the entire time and only stayed in the kitchen area. The process took about 40 minutes to an hour. It was to the point and got the job done and fixed properly.  Would recommend.

Frank and David came because I had asked for a quote to replace a kitchen sink. They quickly assessed the work and explained how much that could potentially cost and the pitfalls of what might become a larger-than-expected project. Instead, they asked me what my real need was and was able to solve it by replacing the faucet with one that worked better for the issue I was having (it would not grab onto the plywood underneath and would rotate annoyingly).

They were able to remove and replace it that day (within an hour or so) and probably saved me a few thousand dollars. Both were courteous, professional, clean, and very skilled! I asked for their card as I will definitely use them for future work.

Dan and his guys were super responsive and did an excellent job! Juan showed up on time (actually a few minutes early!) and started in on replacing our water heater immediately.
Even when they discovered a snag, they explained very clearly what needed to be done and handled it perfectly. Our tank was in an awkward spot, and they managed to replace it without having to move any of our stuff.
Though I hope that I will never have to have them out to replace our water heater again, I will make sure to call Juan, Sal and the team for any other plumbing issues.

It was a Friday night and noticed that my sink pipe was leaking.  Left many towels to prevent further damage and I contacted him on Saturday morning and his crew came out after 3-4 hours later with right window time and fixed a problem right away. Had an unexpected toilet leak and found PDS on Yelp. We reached out to explain the problem through Yelp and PDS responded very quickly saying they were able to come by within just a few hours! David called to confirm when they were en route, they fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. We had Pro Plumbing out for an emergency visit on Thanksgiving to address sewage water that he backed up into our bathroom shower and tub. They were quick, efficient and fixed the problem. A week later we noticed a similar sewage smell but couldn't locate any obvious issues. We called Pro Plumbing and they had technicians out same day. David and Frankie were super friendly, checked under the house to ensure we didn't have a larger issue, and provided us some peace of mind. Plumbing appears to be fine and they provided us with suggestions to monitor for over the next few days. These guys have been top notch all the way around and will definitely keep them as our go to for future plumbing needs.

The plumber sent to our house was very polite. Service was quick. They managed to remove our rusted on faucet without breaking our old sink. He explained what else needed to be done and made sure I was okay with it before doing it. They made sure everything was working and left the workspace clean before leaving. Great service. I called the number, didn't leave a message.
But Daniel called me back really fast.
I made an appointment for today, and he arrived right on schedule.
My shower drain and toilet were an issue for the 3rd time now. (Used 2 other vendors previously)
Plunging it was completely useless.
Daniel took care of it all. He cleared the drain with the snake, but I still had to end up getting a hydrojet service. The main line was pretty bad, per the video.
Appreciate everything. Daniel even wiped up the black goo from the shower floor. So that helped me out.

I didn't want to have another issue 5-6 months from now.

Good responsive Plumbers aren't easy to find, but today my husband and I are grateful to have found PDS. After a recent remodel in our bathroom water started backing up into our new sinks. Called PDS and Daniel answered and was quick to get someone out to snake  the drain and assess the situation. Later in the day Freddy and Frank came with their camera equipment and were able to not only explain the problem but give us a good visual of the cause. They were also able to take some immediate temporary steps to hold us over until we are able to get the issue completely resolved (a process that will take a lot more work and money). All in all though, PDS was the 2nd plumber we had come out and yet the 1st ones to make us feel like they could provide a permanent solution. So far we are really happy we called them.

I'll come back and update this review once we get quotes for the larger project and the work is done, but I can say for now that everyone on their team we've dealt with so far was friendly, professional, and seemed to have the industry experience and knowledge that helped to make us comfortable. I'd definitely recommend them!

These guys are really great. We recently did some landscaping work and afterward my wife and I smelt some sewage in our yard. David from Pro Plumbing came right out and helped run a camera. He confirmed there was a sewer line break.

In no time he and his team came
Out and fixed our main line and made sure that it was properly secured with gravel so we won't run into the same issue with our trees.

They helped fix a problem that could have cost us a lot more if we waited. Can't recommend them more. So glad I found them on Yelp!

These guys were great! We weren't getting any hot water pressure from one of our showers,, one company told us 1200$ and another told us $600,,, these guys did it for $180!! He was very quick, polite, and cleaned after. Will definitely use them again!

JV from Pro Plumbing was a miracle worker! Not only did the Co. Dispatch within an hour of being contacted, he arrived even earlier and gave me a courtesy call which was so kind and helpful! He wore a mask, and fully assessed my sink and fixed it thoroughly and addressed the problem and communicated it to me within moments. I requested a drain cleaning appointment on a Saturday afternoon via the link on their website and got an answer from Daniel offering times on my preferred day -- within just three minutes!

I scheduled service and our technician, David, touched base about 40 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, helpful, and understanding of how careful I was being with masking while taking care of my elderly father. David fixed the problem, and gave some helpful advice and recommendations.

I've had to use plumbing services a few times in the past, and always searched for a new plumber the when a problem came up. Next time (for an already planned a kitchen faucet replacement), I'll call PDS.

I contacted them through Yelp, and they were really easy to coordinate a schedule and plan for the service.  They are also responsive through the Yelp  messaging system, and also through phone call.  

It is a bit disappointing (a feeling of being taken) when I get my initial quote for the service, and I approved it, the total price changed midway through the service (30% additional charge)

Also, they continued to advertise and recommend the hydro-jet service multiple times, during the service.  I appreciate the recommendation, but telling me multiple times, just seems like a up sell than an honest tip.

JB!!!! JB!!! JB!!!! Our building was a mess last night! Our toilet and shower in the upper unit were backed up so bad that water was leaking through the ceilings of the downstairs units. JB pulled up quickly at 10PM to fix our sh*t! He worked tirelessly all night to get this building cleared up! On a 100 DEGREE WEEKEND in Long Beach with NO A/C!! Polite, friendly, and amazing service!!! Give this guy a raise!!

We found Pro Plumbing  on Yelp and they have always come through for us. I called this morning (Sunday) just to get in the cue for Monday because our kitchen drain was totally clogged.  The owner Daniel answered the phone and got a guy out to our house within an hour!  Thirty minutes later he had cleared our line and we could get on with life!

Being a homeowner can be stressful when it comes to repairs and maintenance. I am so thankful we have found PDS for all of our plumbing needs. We have used them on numerous different occasions. Anything from plugged drains, dripping faucets, as well as repairing and replacing issues with our toilets. The PDS team is beyond dependable!! They are efficient, and excellent at what they do. I had a super quick pipe leak and reached out via yelp for some online estimates. These guys came in fast and cheap. I was able to send photos of the issue, they did an assessment via email and had someone out the very next day. The guys were in full Covid protection gear down to foot booties. The guys were professional, knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. The next day I experienced a completely unrelated issue and called them back. They came right back out for a free follow up.

I've got their card on my fridge if I ever need to call a plumber again.

I contacted Pro Plumbing and got a call back right away. David and Anthony were able to come to my house same day. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed one of the problems with my backed up sink. They got to work right away and fixed the issue very fast. We scheduled for them to come out the next day for the 2 other bigger issues. Their pricing was reasonable as well. I am very happy I found them!

We had plumbing issue in our newly remodeled house on a Saturday.  After trying different method to solve the problem ourselves, we called Pro Plumbing.  The receptionist informed me that they will have a field agent come by a little over an hour.   To my surprise, Juan showed up on time and solved the plumbing issue with 20 minutes.  I did find the service was a bit expensive so I am giving a 4 star rating.

Someone at this company came into my home to fix the plumbing and stole a $200 pair of shoes from my closet. When I called the owner to ask about it he was not concerned, gave me an attitude, and told me to just file a police report instead of trying to resolve this. In addition, these guys came in, made a huge mess, and then left with stolen property.

So if you want stuff from your home stolen and a huge mess to clean, these are definitely your guys.

If I could give negative stars I would.

Had a gas leak and the city shut us off.  Pro plumbing came to our rescue and got the issue fixed that very same day.  Price was more than I expected but you get what you pay for and I now know why they have five stars. I was calling around to over 5 companies in the area from 2am-3am, I left a voicemail for Daniel and by the tone of his voice I had a feeling that this was the right company to use. Daniel reached back out to me first thing in the morning and dispatched someone to my place in 40 minutes!! I canceled my 3 hour window appointment for the other company. My landlord is so happy with the services she will no longer use the previous plumbers she used for 15-20 years and will now be using Pro Plumbing for her properties! Thank you Daniel!

I really appreciate the quality service and professionalism from these guys.

I called on a Tuesday night with plumbing issues (non emergency) and asked if they could come anytime soon.  They offered first thing the next morning which was actually too soon for my schedule! Ha.

I told them when I would be home from work and they scheduled the window at the same time. Two great guys showed up on the early end of the window and estimated that it would take over an hour. They were out in the blink of an eye. Sink is fixed and works better than it ever has. (It has been dripping since I moved in 7 years ago.)

Invoice came in email form which is even easier.

Would call them back 10/10 times for any future plumbing issues.

I highly recommend Pro Plumbing, Daniel (the owner) and Juan (the plumber).  They were responsive, professional, polite and effective.  Juan arrived on time, assessed the problem, fully resolved it and cleaned up his work, all in less than 3 hours after my initial call.  

We live in a 50+ year old condo and have been having a recurring problem with our bathroom sink clogging, backing up and not properly draining. We had tried multiple methods to clear the pipes, without success. The pipes were so old, corroded and frozen that we weren't able to unscrew the p-trap to use a snake.  We needed a professional who knew what they were doing.

Juan was that professional.  He was polite about the need to replace the existing plumbing under the sink and provided a straight-forward and fair quote for the parts and labor. We had already thought we would probably have to do that, so we said yes. He had the needed parts on hand, so he removed the old p-trap and adjacent pipes, ran the snake, cleared the clogs (at least 3 significant ones), installed the new pipes and tested them to ensure the problem was fully fixed. Besides the clog itself, it was a great experience, from start to finish.

My newly remodeled shower with the long skinny drain got clogged, and I realized in the afternoon that I had standing water pooling that would not drain. Very displeased with this company overall. They only became responsive to me when I owed payment, otherwise they were very difficult to get a hold of. I should have shopped around, they were overpriced for what they did and I spent another $3k making my bathroom useable after they left. My husband tried to get anitemized receipt and they refused and weee rude. Three are plenty of plumbers in the area, hire someone else.
