This couldn't have been a better choice! After my initial plumber couldn't figure out the problem for a few days he said I needed a Jetter. I did a quick yelp search and Jose got back to me quickly and was at my house within the hour. He was very friendly and thorough. Showed me the problem on his camera and cleaned my lines that had been backed up for the better part of a week. When giving the option to up sell us. He chose not to. Very happy to have found him on short notice. Stayed here into the dark to make sure the job was done right. I highly recommend him.

Because of the hard water in our building valves corrode and break unexpectedly. My cold water valve broke and I called Castaneda's 24/7 Plumbing because he was highly recommended by a neighbor. They were already on their way to a job in the area and were able to help me within 30 to 40 minutes. I definitely recommend this business for your plumbing needs.

Had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday. Called multiple plumbers of off Yelp. If they where wiling to come out on the same day the pricing was outrages. Spoke with Jose from Castaneda's Plumbing they sent there guys out fast. The plumbers where knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. They will be our go to from now on. I highly recommend Castaneda's plumbing.
Excellent execellent service! I called Jose and told him the problem, and he tried to send someone over as soon as possible. The technician, Juan, showed up on time. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative. He was willing to talk to Jose for us when we asked for a discount, and they offer us a great price. Juan got the job done efficiently. We are very satisfied with their service. Highly recommend!
Had a leak under the sink where some piping completely broke loose on a Saturday night. Called some of the bigger outfits and their response time was not as fast as I would have hoped. Jose was quick to respond, cost competitive and was willing to make a quick follow up visit when I had additional questions. Definitely using him again for some preventative maintenance later this year so next time does not need to be an emergency!

I was fortunate to have found Jose and his crew at Castaneda's Plumbing.
It started off as a general inquire via Yelp trying to find a plumber to fix a leaking faucet in my shower. Through Yelp, I got a good amount of replies from different companies with different price quotes and opinions on the leak. Me not being familiar with it all, called a few plumbers to come in and take a first hand look. Turns out I had a few more issues than I first thought, and each plumber all concluded with the same issue. They each gave me a few options on the fix along with pricing.
I ended with Castaneda's Plumbing. He was very professional during his visit and very informative. Very detailed on his procedure process and offered a nice warranty on his work. The plus side...pricing! It was remarkably lower than the next lowest quote I got. It was a bit hard to believe... but I jumped on it.
Jose came back the next day with parts and went right to work. He showed up early, finished his work early, and tested everything ...he then offered to clean my drains for no extra charge.
The price he quoted me for was the price I paid...exactly. No added fees for extra parts or extra work.
Highly recommend them as I already gave their number to my family members

We recently had a plumbing issue on a Sunday right before a big party at the house. It looks like the mainline was clogged and we were in real trouble. Castanetas came out within two hours to come fix the issue and the price was very very reasonable. We will definitely be using them in the future as they were very responsive not only to pick up the phone and take the call but to send somebody out quickly to address the issue within 30 minutes. Definitely will be having them on my speed dial for future issues when they come up

This review is on behalf of my mom. Her experience with this company was very disappointing. Office staff was efficient, but they sent her two inexperienced plumbers to fix a basic toilet repair. They came twice to address the problem, but did not succeed. On the second visit, they left in a hurry. Though they tried, they only applied a band-aid solution, which she wasn't aware of until she hired another company because the problem persisted. The second company was able to fix the problem that Castaneda's Plumbing couldn't. They tried, but they need more training. The job was partially done. In the end, she had to pay another plumber to finish the unsuccessful repair and spent more $$$ for something that could've been completed in one visit.

Manny was amazing. I received some quotes from other plumbers that were very expensive. They gave recommendations to do other things that were not part of the problem. Some would also need to fit me into their schedules. Once Manny arrived, he gave me an evaluation of my issue and began working within the next 30 minutes at a very affordable cost.

Removed an old water heater, installed a new one and fixed 2 leaks. Then at no charge they regrouted a bath/shower and took apart and reconnected hot and cold water clothes washer spigots. They were informative, friendly and finished everything in 1 afternoon from estimate to job completion. I could not be happier with their service and prices. I hope I never have to hire a plumber but if the need arises it will certainly be Castaneda's Plumbing! 5 star work ethic and customer service.
Jose responded to our clogged kitchen drain quickly with an on-line quote of $62. After rootering he showed me realtime video of remaining sludge and provided an option for jet blasting at an additional $133 but there was no high pressure salesmanship.

Oscar and Chemma !!!!! thank you so much for being so awesome and answering our hysterical call for help! Our main sewage line blew up nasty stuff all over the backyard and Oscar came to our rescue ! Our experience with Castaneda's plumbing couldn't have been better. We had a toilet issue that we needed resolved asap. We inquired with several plumbers on Yelp. Castanedas got back to us immediately. Not only was their estimate extremely reasonable, but they were also able to come as early as we were able to have them. On top of that, their service was top notch and fast. Lastly, we have some other non emergency plumbing projects that we're planning so I picked their ear a bit...they had some good advice on how to proceed and I'm sure I will go to them for assistance on those projects.
Our shower/washer clogged on a Sunday. We called at 2pm and Oscar was here by 3:30. He quickly identified and resolved the problem. Courteous and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

They take time to really analyze the problem, they don't over charge or try and get you to do a job that's not essential for the moment in time. They will let you know what's in the best interest of the home if other work is

He was my lifesaver today. Disaster strikes at any time and with having two kids Labor Day weekend I still needed my sink fixed. I was so happy when I got a fast response. Especially when soo many other places I still haven't even heard back from. He came when he said he would, he was kind, friendly and very fast and efficient. 03/17/23....... I had the need for a 40 gallon gas WATER HEATER replacement immediately, like THAT DAY! Called and received a few estimates and Jose from Castaneda was not the cheapest but he was FAIR with price, PERSONAL/FRIENDLY and very QUICK to repair that day. So, I gave him the job and they did an amazing job and in a timely manner. So. so far so good and I'm thrilled with the outcome. And as a result, I will use this company for my plumbing needs in the future.
Needed to hydro jett/camera my main line because it was clogged and Caesar did a great job. He had EXCELLENT customer service and was very personable. He was friendly and did the job quick. Will definitely be calling them again! Thank you Caesar!
Excellent service. Jose gave us some great advice on other concerns as well. The hydro jet service is awesome. They gave us videos of the before and after as well.
My kitchen sink had clogged and my attempts to do the work myself kinda helped but not. Lucky for me, Jose and his colleague came to the rescue. I'm very impressed with the service Castaneda's Plumbing provided. My parents had plumbing issues with their toilets and Jose and his team were able to show up shortly after I called. I had a very bad break in my sewer line in the front of my house and I really needed someone to come and fix it. I called a few plumbing companies and they couldn't get out here until a few days later so I looked up plumbers in my area and I found Castaneda Plumbing. I gave them a call and Jose was out here a few hours later to look at what work was neccedary and he came back the very next day. He repaired the sewer line within 3 hours and charged me a very fair price. He was very helpful and I would happily recommend his work to anybody who needs any plumbing done.

I called Castaneda's for a second opinion on a job that another plumber was adding thousands to the original quote. He came over and took a look at the issue and found an alternative way to repair the issue at a third of the cost. Thank goodness I checked with him. He's honest and fair, and even took care of a couple issues the prior plumber left me with. I highly recommend Castaneda's, I'm sure you'll have a great experience as well.
What a wonderful company! We are very pleased with the service they provided us. We had two last minute emergency plumbing issues. We had water pipes that needed capping after a demolition project and within a week we had a broken gas pipe after a brick chimney collapse. A life threatening dangerous leak. Good guy. I wanted to hire him for a plumbing consultation at a house that I was going to buy. I told him that I had a sewer scope video of the sewer lines under the house. He then asked me to text it to him. He then viewed it, called me back, and then gave me his opinion. When I asked how much I owe him for the consultation, he said not to worry about it. Most plumbers would have come out to my house, charged me for it, and then told me some expensive fix. This guy was honest and will call him in the future for other plumbing needs.
Great people, great service. it was fast and were able to come on time before I went to work. They respond faster than everyone else. I was already getting messages by 6AM and squeeze me in before I left to go to work. They are going to be my go to plumbers now. Price are also quite lower than most competitive, but I rounded it up to what I think there price should be just because the service was amazing. Friendly and fast service. nothing but high praises with this family owned business. If you are from carson, torrance, gardena, this is your guy. support family owned businesses everyone. Just taking the time to post this review because all of this was sudden in less than 12 hours hassle free. thats what this is all about.

Found them when I put out a request for a quote to hydro-jet my main sewage line. Basically, had roots intruding into my pipe connections creating some blockage. Wanted to be proactive to prevent inconvenient clogs from happening in the future. Their 5 star status is legitimate. They came back with the best price of the 3 places I contacted. Sergio was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Although not an emergency, they were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day and came at the time promised. Knowing they cleared my pipe by grinding out roots and jetting away afterwards puts me at ease. Saved some good money and future headaches using them.

I had a great experience with Jose at Castaneda Plumbing. He was able to schedule my appointment the night before and showed up on time. He was very friendly and it was obvious he is an honest guy. I had another company inspect my fireplace last year and told me there was a gas leak in the pan in order to convince me to spend a thousand dollars on a new fancy set of logs. Jose informed me there was no leak at all and was able to switch out my gas connector since the one in there was super old. My fireplace is now safe to use and the repair was quick. The price was very affordable and fair. I would definitely recommend Castaneda Plumbing and plan to use this company for my future plumbing needs.

Definitely recommend. I initially reached out to schedule an estimate to replace the gas valve for our fireplace. They were extremely quick to respond. I sent photos and received an estimate same day. They quickly scheduled a technician and while the job was larger than what they had expected they honored their original quote. Had a bunch of clogged toilets in my workplace, I called them up and they sent Sergio a couple of hours later (2-3). Sergio did an amazing job finding the problem, he snaked the pipe that was giving us the clogging issue and it made a big mess that Sergio ended up cleaning and leaving spotless. I'm very very impressed with their work and will definitely be Calling them again for my future plumbing needs. This is the best service I've received from any plumber and they are definitely on my call list now. A++ service

We had two adjacent bathroom that got clogged and the bathroom inside my parent's room got flooded. My mom saw Castaneda's Plumbing on yelp and had really good reviews and she decided to call them right away. We had our own experience with other plumbing companies and usually it will take days before they can send someone over but not Castaneda's, they came to our house the same day my mom gave them a call and started fixing the problem. I met Oscar who was super friendly and really nice to talk too. He explained everything clearly and even showed pictures to have a visual example of what he was talking about. He made sure everything was done right and that we understood what we needed. He never tried to sell us this or that because we need it. He explained the problem and gave us options and even if we said no he didn't say anything that made us feel like we really need to do it. Oscar and his men worked fast, they were able to do the job within the timeframe they told us. I was expecting the job to be a multiple days kind of job but they did in within a day. Me and my parents are happy that we found this company and we would highly recommend them to our friends and family. City shut off my water because my water main was leaking. It turned out I had disintegrated galvanized plumbing on day one of home ownership. I thought 1942 plumbing would last at least 85 years not just 80 ;-)
Castaneda's showed up very quickly and started my water main replacement on the same day. Very professional work and had it completed by the next day (even though termite company was putting up the tent).
I will definitely call this company again. Gave me an estimate and charged me exactly that amount without change orders. Very happy with the work.

Needed a plumbing job at my townhouse, I was quoted by Antonio but since he was going on his leave he ensured Jose was well aware of my project. Job was done in few hours and I'm very happy with the results. Our HOA has strict guide lines on the water shut offs and I needed someone who can meet the standards. Oscar and his teammate were great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They snaked a camera through my drain line to show me how much buildup was in there. After the waterjet cleaning, they snaked the camera again so I can personally see the difference. It was raining the day they came, so I put a towel on the floor for them to clean their boots on, but Oscar actually removed his boots outside before coming into my home, which to me is going above and beyond. Finally, he snaked the camera through an access near the street and hit a snag, so he showed me another potential issue that I should be aware of for future reference. This was after I've already paid. I've had at least 4 different plumbing companies come to the house over the years and Oscar and Castaneda's Plumbing gave me the best experience. Thank you!
Gave Mr. Castaneda a call immediately after being informed of a gas leak on my property. Castaneda understood the urgency and met with me the same day to test for the leak. After the test, it was apparent to the two of us how severe the leak was. Mr. Castaneda was kind enough to explain and show me what he was doing. He connected an air compressor to one end of a pipe next to the gas meter. Of course he ensured all other ends of the gas pipes were closed before we shot air into the pipes. As this was done, the pressure was being measured by a pressure gauge that was connected to another end of a gas pipe.
Castaneda recommended I replace the pipes as they were all old and could potentially cause the same issue in the future.
Overall I am extremely pleased with the plumbing work that was done at my property. Castaneda 24/7 plumbing is now my go to plumber. Not only are his prices reasonably priced but you get to work with good genuine plumbing contractor.

I began feeling hotspots on my kitchen floor, and also my downstairs bathroom. I searched Yelp for a plumber and liked all of the good reviews for Castaneda's 24/7 Plumbing. I contacted them and was able to secure an appointment for early morning the next day. What an efficient group of people these are! Oscar quickly found the hot water leak under the concrete slab, and fixed it. Another representative assessed the rest of the water damage and will deal with my homeowners insurance on my behalf! As it turned out, our water heater had to also be replaced, and Oscar was right on time the following morning to install the new one, remove the old one and reinstall my bathroom sink. I can't say enough good things about these guys; they are quick to respond, punctual, knowledgeable, reliable, professional, helpful and very friendly! I will definitely contact them again should I ever require to do so, and I HIGHLY recommend Castaneda's 24/7 Plumbing!
Jose and his crew did an excellent job replacing the old and rusty main shut off valve and some leaking sprinkler valves. They had the best price after getting 4 quotes and were able to complete the work quickly and new valves turned out great. Highly recommend them.

I reached out to Castaneda's after my husband and I couldn't complete some diy projects in our very old and rusted, but recently purchased condo. We basically made a mid point mess because diy was all we could afford, but that mess was causing a leak and the non operation in one of our bathrooms, which long term would've been an issue in our large family household.
Antonio from Castaneda's came out the next morning (after offering to come out same day mind you) and handle our issues in a breeze. I was concerned, as with most plumbing issues, that it would more than the eye can see. But thank heaven it was handled, quickly, professionally, and affordable. I will be calling them soon (real soon) for some water saving changes.

I am so thrilled with Castaneda's Plumbing! Both toilets were backing up, so Oscar came out and scoped it, then explained exactly what had to be done. He even drew me a picture. I had him come back 2 days later with his team and they did the work quickly, efficiently, and properly. I've waited nearly a month to make sure everything is OK, so I'm finally posting my review on Yelp.
I had Antonio our here today because there was a leak from the pipe draining my shower/tub. He and his helper had to go into the bathroom and under the house, in the rain(!), but put special booties on to keep everything spotless. After they were done, he asked me to come back to look at something. My heart dropped, thinking it was going to be bad news. But he wanted to show me that he had replaced my old drain cover with a great new tip toe drain stopper. We can now close it and use the bath without the water leaking down the drain!

I found Casteneda's Plumbing through yelp and relied on the high ratings. I called them on a Sunday to get a quote for a plugged up sink. I spoke to Jose, who was very friendly and responsive. He told me he could get someone out to my house within a few hours, and he delivered! Sergio arrived promptly and was also very friendly. He was very careful and clean as he worked away to solve my issue. Jose's quote was exactly what he told me it would be and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Our Bath tub got clogged and I tried using my own research to run a line, unfortunately not what I expect and scared to damage the pipe, good thing I checked yelp and inquire to this company, I met Oscar and Chemma, they are knowledgable, early and I appreciate that they will give you advise for future Issue and how to prevent it. They use a camera to show what causing and in minuites the clog is gone!!.. they dont take advantage and have a very fair pricing. We've had a sewer line problem for a week, flooding our bathrooms and garage. Our regular plumbers started to work on it but then flaked. Jose from Casteneda responded immediately to our request and came out exactly when he said. The problem ended up being much bigger than predicted(lots and lots of tree roots). But his team did not leave until the project was completed (9pm!) and still cleaned up. Price was also reasonable for the job done. Will is them again

This company is amazing! They responded quickly, showed up on time, were professional and the best part, very honest! They cleared my clog and charged the standard fee. They ran a camera through my main line at not cost to show me why the clog occurred in the first place. They advised me of repairs that weren't urgent and put zero pressure on me to do anything more. Castaneda's came out quickly and replaced the main line from the street to our house, but now I'm having brick work done and the contractor pointed out that piping to code needs to be 12 inches below ground. Our pipe was only 4-8 inches deep. So now we're having to fix that.

I got an estimate and a quote from the company. They were very responsive and communicated in a timely manner. They came out to my location to look at my project. They sent me an estimate the same day. I reviewed the estimate and thanked them for there time. And said that it's not going to work out for the price that was quoted.There response was how much are you willing to pay. How do you answer that question. I stated that there quote was $4000 over other quotes that I have received. His response was. I can match that price. That raised a Red Flag for me. How could they possibly do that. Was I intentionally being overcharged. And what type of quality work would I be receiving if they were discount the project by $4000. I feel that I'm not the first person that they have done this too. Do your homework and get multiple quotes so that you know the price that your dealing with for your project.
I had a leak in the wall and Jose came by to do an in person estimate and was able to find the source of the leak quickly--I cut a hole in the wall previously. Between his other jobs he was very accommodating and was able to squeeze me into his schedule. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond compared to other plumbers I have hired in the past. He even fixed the hole in the wall where other plumbers would not even bother to consider doing that. His prices are more than reasonable and he will be my go to for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Contacted them at night, and came in for evaluation the next morning. Jose made time and fix the sewer line the same day that afternoon. I was able to use my kitchen that night. Appreciate his effort. I'll hire him again, hopefully, I won't have another plumbing problem.
I had a clogged kitchen sink that needed unclogging and hydro jetting. I called Castaneda Plumbing because they were local to my neighborhood and saw that they had great reviews. The other plumbing services I used before had forgetable services so I went with a new one.
I am so glad that I did! I called Sunday morning and they gave me a time frame of availability that was reasonable for that day. And they came exactly at the time they told me they were coming.
These guys took care of the problem. Their hydro jet service also included video monitoring to ensure they themselves did a great job. My 87 year old mother even said these guys were very thorough with their work. On top of that, their price is so much more reasonable than the last plumbers I called.
I am so impressed with them that I have put them on my contact list for the next time I need services and I am planning to recommend them whenever and to whomever I can.

I had used Castaneda's in the past to run my copper lines so when my kitchen sink got backed up, I did not hesitate to call them. Oscar was very professional and informative and gave us many options. We decided to relocate the drain because I live in a slab foundation. Oscar said 5-7 days but they knocked out in 3, his team was punctual and hard working, many props to them.
Call them for all your plumbing needs! Finding a plumber you can trust can be difficult but Jose will make you feel comfortable with the entire process. He provides quotes over the phone and will honor them once he arrives to observe the work that needs to be done. He is very attentive to his customer needs and will answer any questions you may have, in fact he even encourages more questions. His work is very clean and presentable and he made sure to clean up once he was finished. He was wearing a mask the entire time no matter how hard he was working. Thank you Jose. We will be calling again for any and all plumbing needs. He will not try to upsell you on services you don't need and will give recommendations based on his experience.

We were replacing our vanities in both bathrooms and all water valves must have been 50 years old and stuck. They were very responsive and priced very competitive. Came the same day and replaced all the stuck valves.
I was looking for a last min. plumber, and Jose was the first out of 5 plumbers that responded within minutes. He was honest and fair with his fee's. He called when he was on his way and after the job was completed. Will definitely be using him again for any of our other Long Beach properties.
Jose and his crew are responsible, responsive, and reasonable.
He will be your family plumber after your work is completed--he comes by after your job is finished to check quality and closure for customer. Who does that anymore?
We had a main line back up and it turned out that it needed more than a snake. They ran the camera through the pipe and showed that there was something wrong with the pipe which was causing the backup. They placed a pipe liner. They were luckily able to do it the same day and texted updates with the progress. They were so nice and responsive, would 100% recommend.
Jose Castaneda was an awesome guy for the job. I needed some hydrojetting services, and Jose responded to me super fast on Yelp with a great quote and availability window.
He came with a protective mask with one of his employees and immediately got to work. In less than an hour, they were able to get the issue resolved.
Payment was also a breeze with credit card available as an option, and it was right on the quoted price. Jose is also a very personable individual who was willing to chat with me about his business and how hard he works for his family.
If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I'm definitely going straight back to Castaneda's.

Amazing! Very courteous and hard working people, very quick availability (was able to install a brand new main gas line right before the 4th of July), and also very fair prices. I had an issue with our shower. Placed a phone call to Castaneda 24/7 Plumbing and within an hour they arrived to take care of the issue. The technician was very professional, clean and organized. They took care of the problem and gave me an explanation of what was wrong. I highly recommend their services!!!!

We had an emergency SUNDAY night at 8pm we called 3 different plumbing companies 2 of them said they would be able to come out until 11am the next day. The other company didn't even pick up. CASTANEDA PLUMBING picked up and asked if it was and emergency. I said yes it was a shower valve that broke and water was getting everywhere. It was at a duplex building and the main water shut off closed the water for both homes. I explained the situation to Jose and he said with out hesitation he would be on his way. With in less than an hour he went was able make it so they at least had water in both properties but he needed to come back the next day at 6am to make sure that both properties would work ASAP. All in all great and fast service they kept me informed on the progress as it went. 100% will call them again and definitely refer them to anyone that will listen. The guys from Castenada Plumbing were total pros. I needed to schedule repair to my main line in a tight window after my driveway was demolished for replacement. These guys came out to give a free inspection a few days earlier and offered a very fair price. The day of, they were right on time and worked tirelessly to dig down through some intensely packed clay soil 5 feet below the surface, dug extra after finding an additional issue and worked until the job was finished after dark to make sure the driveway guys could start early the next morning. I would use them again every day of the week!
Our church's nursery room toilet has been plugged for over a year. Multiple plumbers have made the attempt to remove the toy one of the children flushed and they had no luck! I called this company for an emergency main line unclog and although they were booked up and it was late, Jose found a way to accommodate me in Wilmington. Very prompt, respectful and honest about the work that was done and that needs to done. His price was also very reasonable for an emergency HYDROJET service. I will be saving this company in my list of professionals to use again as I trust they will come through for me again.
All of the plumbing work that I have had done by Castaneda'sPlumbing and Rooter was done professionally and quick. Their price was very reasonable and affordable. They would always come the first or second day after I called them. We've been having an issue with our main pipe being clogged with roots. This has been an ongoing problem for YEARS. Other plumbers have given us quick fixes and have just shown us part of the problem. Finally decided to look for someone else and we came across Castaneda's. Oscar was timely, thorough, and professional. He did a great job fixing my plumbing problems and educating me about the process.
They loosened my tub faucet and said they would come back to fix it the next day but did not return the next day. That was disappointing, but they did get it taken care of that third day when I called in about it. All ended well.

Castaneda's 24/7 Plumbing are the best. Jose was so quick on getting his team to provide a free quote for the broken pipes issue we had at our house. Sergio showed up with his team and was able to assess everything right away. He was honest with the pricing and provided great deal on what needed to be done. We agreed on the pricing and they showed up the schedule day and completed everything right away with no issues . I can't say enough great things about Sergio. Oscar was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice and excellent service. There was a delay in getting here but Jose kept me informed so I knew what was happening and when they would arrive. I will use them in the future.

While my plumber was out of town and I needed hydrojetting done, I reached out to these guys and got a response immediately. Very professional company and honest and price was more than reasonable. His machine wasn't working and he could have easily canceled on me but he went above and beyond to get another machine over to my property. Work was excellent. I'm actually considering switching over to them permanently.
Sometimes you wonder why a business has all 5 stars and nothing negative to say. Is it all just family and friends? Not here. It's very clear I am not related to the owners :)
I called a few businesses around urgently because well I had a leaking main line. I got quotes 50-90%(!) more than Castaneda. All for the same scope too. So either they were giving me the PV Tax (it's real) or they knew I was in a bind so they were trying to make a quick buck.
But Team Castaneda came out, they measured and gave me a more than fair quote to do an amazing job. They were on time, prompt and cleaned up after. You never knew they dug up my yard to put in a beautiful new line with valves. And for all the businesses that try to gouge or make a quick buck, this next ones for you. When anything in our home needs plumbing attention, I'm calling Castaneda first. Always. Not you all who tried to take advantage of a homeowners situation.

We recently bought a house and had a plumbing issue. I didn't have a plumber so I came to Yelp to see if I could find someone who was reliable and didn't charge extortionate fees. I went with Jose from Castaneda's Plumbing as he was one of several plumbers who responded to my request for quote and his seemed the most reasonable, given the work that needed to be done. He came and did the work, making sure that everything was done well and that he left the area he worked near as clean as when he came.
I have since hired him again for a couple of additional jobs. He and his associate didn't rush any of the projects. They really spent the time to ensure each one was done right. In all instances, they did some extra things free of charge that I didn't even think were necessary but that made their work more future-proof and ensure longevity.
I am thankful to have found a plumber who I can trust both in a pinch and for bigger projects.

& replacing 3 outside faucets. His quote was fair. He came in same afternoon & look at the work that needs to be done. 8am the next day, he finished & completed the plumbing job under our kitchen sink & the 3 outside faucets. He was quick & replies promptly.

We moved into a new home in Torrance and our brand new laundry machine on second wash started producing a rancid smell on the clothes. The pipe backed up and spewed water into the utility sink. Tried to snake it and the snake broke.
Came onto Yelp to see who could help me with a hydrojetting. Castaneda's Plumbing and Rooter was super responsive and extremely prompt. I was able to quickly and easily book a walk through appointment for the next day (Saturday).
Sergio & Angel came and was so patient with their explanation. They informed me that bc I had galvanized pipes, it was thoroughly clogged. They helped me snake it through but recommended removal of pipes. The price quote was a bit high for us because there were so many unexpected repairs on the home after purchase.
When we vocalized our concerns, not only were they super understanding, they also worked with us on the numbers.
They came on a holiday (President's day) and completed the work in the two hour time frame they said. Chema came with them and was so reassuring and helpful when we had questions.
TL;DR Family owned feel to this company and they treat you like you're human. Phenomenal experience with them and I'd definitely use them again.
Our kitchen sink was clogged and had a plumber come over. His machine was getting tangled up not sure what he was doing. He ran the water twice down the drain and said it was fixed. A couple minutes later, the sink was clogged again. Called castaneda's and Sergio came over and had a way better machine and unclogged the sink. He filled up the sink a couple of times full of water and the water went down the sink super fast. He was very friendly and great customer service!! Would definitely recommend them!!!
Jose was great! I was looking for plumbing service to fix our shower head that had low water pressure. Jose responded to me super fast on Yelp with a great quote and his availabilities. He was also very flexible based on my schedule. He did not charge me to just come and diagnose the issue. I was able to get all the parts for my special shower head so he can help replace.
After I got the parts and he responded to me with the available times right away. He came with a protective mask and shoe covers with his employee. They finished the job in about an hour.
Jose and his employee were friendly, personable and most importantly, they seem genuine and honest. I'd definitely go back to them for all future plumbing needs.

I would recommend this company. Jose was really nice guy. I contacted him through Yelp and he responded so quickly. He could come over my place and fixed issue quickly. If we have any plumbing issue in the future, I will call him again.
Jose contacted me right away and was at our office within an hour to take care of a drain issue. He was courteous to my staff, took pictures and explained what needed to be done as I was offsite. Within 1 hour the job was done at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
This morning I noticed that I could hear a leak coming from beneath our bathroom. I turned off the water and checked the water meter and sure enough I had a leak. I got a bunch of quotes from yelp. Casteneda's was the quickest reply. Jose came out within a couple of hours and gave me a very fair quote. Jose and one of his crew came out the same day and fixed my leak. They were courteous and professional. I will definitely call them again if I ever need plumbing work.
Jose responded to each one of my questions and offered a detailed solution to our problem! The whole process from start to finish was beyond easy. They offered to come within an hour of confirmation and I was genuinely blown away with the level of service from both Jose and Antonio whom was the gentleman who came to get the job done. Antonio was friendly and communicated with me throughout the process. Thank you Antonio for saving us from a bigger issue.... We are so happy and will recommend this business to our neighbors and friends.
Fantastic service! I had used the same plumber for years and he slowly raised prices to the point that he was more expensive then almost anyone. Most plumbing services have also tried to convince me to do a major unnecessary repair. Castaneda confirmed my issue and fixed the problem quickly and at a fair price.
Very friendly and fast. They went under the house and gave me a quote with all the information. Very good customer service. Hope to use them in the future.

Jose and his company is top notch. Very quick to respond to my request for a quote for a hot water heater replacement at my home. The quote they provided was very competitive and actually considerably less than some. We chose Castenada's. Castenada's showed up the next day and installed our new unit. Very professional, on time and on budget. In a world of rip off plumbing companies I cannot recommend Castenada's enough!

Amazed at how quick and efficient these guys are. I requested a quote and they came and did the job the next. Was able to get the quote via text and photos which was amazing and they came exactly when they said they would and did the job no issues. I manage multiple properties and Jose is the best plumber I've ever used by far!! I called Castaneda Plumbing after hiring another plumber who couldn't get the job done. Jose showed up right away and was upfront and honest. It was a challenging project and he saw the project through to the end. Save your time and money. If Jose can't fix it he won't charge. On another occasion, I tried to pay him after hours of work that ended up being an issue with the city line. He refused to accept the money. He said, If I don't fix it... you don't pay. It says so on my truck. Not only did he not accept any payment, he determined what the problem was and helped me resolve it with the city. HUGE help. I highly recommend Castaneda's Plumbing and Rooter!!
