Thank you for the fast and quality work! The rep came out and was able to repair what another company told me I needed to replace. This saved me money and I am grateful for that right now. I got a referral through a client of mine to use RS3M Construction for a few updates that needed to be done in my salon. They were very diligent in the work they did . I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning. The carpet look brand new. They were on time and very professional. I will be using them again for future projects.

This is the first time that I've used RS3M Construction. We needed our residential backflow device tested. RS3M came to my rescue! After another company had our paperwork for six weeks, they never tested our device! I had one day left, until the due date for the test to be completed. Ricardo responded to my request within 2 hours. He scheduled his technicians to come out the next day (in the morning) to test our backflow device. He told me what the price would be, so there would be no surprises. This company communicates the entire time, so you know exactly what is going on. They are on time too! They even called me to let me know that the report was submitted to the city. These are awesome people. My faith in people has been restored!

I had a plumbing issue and I contacted Ricardo, I was provided a quote along with a separate quote to rebuild the damaged area. Communication was prompt and I was updated as the repairs and rebuild was getting done. Compared to other quotes, the prices to do all the work were reasonable and service was great. I would definitely contact them again if I need additional work.
