On behalf of my parents we wanted to leave this comment as they don't use the internet much. We needed some work done to our home. Downey Plumbing sent out a technician named Frank M. We just wanted to thank him for the outstanding service. We wanted to start off by saying that first impressions really do matter. He walked up and immediately his tone was soft, kind and caring. He was very knowledgeable. There were things I didn't understand completely and he was able to break it down and translate every step of the way to my parents who only speak Spanish. He was efficient and left no mess behind which was a plus! We will be sure to recommend DP to our friends and family! Thank you!

Short version: unclogged a line quicky on a sunday, found a big issue, sent a crew monday, all done!

Long version: I still know nothing. I thought my pipes were new-ish. I thought the work done a few years ago was competent. Wrong on all accounts.

When everything was backed up into the bathtub. I was hoping to find anyone on a sunday. After at least attempts with a dozen other plumbers, so cal responded with a complete description with price. Great!

When the technician came we looked at the main sewer line first, the block was on a different line, but he showed me the video of all the tree roots that invaded my main sewer line. Something im learning, decades old city trees have very extensive root systems, and can get into any joint. We priced out several options, and agreed to come back monday.

Next day a small crew came and quickly dug up a large section of front yard, and showed even more evidence of the extensive city tree root system. We had a long talk about all the options, and in the end i chose the permanent option. In the after noon, a second crew came t help with the stall since it is next the the city line, and a third crew came to line the pipe with a substance where the tree roots cannot invade the sewer line in the future. They completed all work and had everything back to normal by 6pm.

A few other things noted: only half the pipes were updated from the previos owner, the other half is very old piping. The work done a few years ago was not secured, insulated, or protected, so the pipes will weaken and will need to be re done. Every step of the way everything was explained in great detail with photo and video evidence. I am calling them back to work on the pipes and in a few years to redo the work was wasnt done well. Thanks again! As far as the price goes, i found the price to be reasonable considering the work and time needed.

I wanted to write a review during this crazy time! My mother in law (who is over 80) lives alone and had an issue with a toilet in her home. My husband called Owen plumbing to see about replacing her toilet. The company was awesome and worked with my husband to pick the toilet she needed. They then bought the toilet, installed it and removed the old one. This was all done within a few days so that she had a working toilet and she never had to leave her home! We wanted to thank Owen Plumbing! They did am awesome job!!!

Best plumber in LB hands down! I've had quite a few plumbers do work on my condo and shop and I wish I had found Daniel sooner... Not only is he reliable and on time, but his prices are very reasonable/affordable and he is true to his word. Excellent quality work in an efficient amount of time and no surprise costs. I needed a plumber for my toilet ASAP. I called this morning at 9am. Customer service was quick to obtain my info and assign a plumber. Danny Vellanoweth arrived at 11am and was done in 20 minutes! I couldn't believe it. He was fast and friendly. Cost was $180. You definitely get quick and quality service.

John was amazing! He's the only plumber I've ever met who didn't try to up charge me just because I live in a nice neighborhood.  He gave me the same quote as the last time we worked together, which rarely happens with other plumbers. He was quick, on time and super helpful.  Honest guy.

Repipe Top Team helped renovate my duplex in Long Beach and did an amazing repipe. It's my first property and I got a few plumber quotes but they were easily the most transparent with the scope and pricing and even helped reduce some costs from the original quote once the project got rolling.

We finished the job in a few days and I couldn't be happier with service and will definitely be requesting their help for future jobs. Thanks again!

So thankful for Daniel's quick response and willingness to come out to my house on his day off. This is the second time I have used Jetters n drains and have been happy with the service both times. I purchased a home I didn't realize had a sewer issue. I really needed to get an answer in a timely manner as well as have the problem fixed. Daniel was able to locate the issue and clear out my sewer line in the same day. I am so grateful the problem was taken care of and he had all the equipment needed on hand.

This is the first time I tried Jorge after reading his good reviews on YELP.  I called, he answered right away, came to estimate the job (remove Murphy bed and replace a ceiling lighting fixture) within 40 minutes, gave a reasonable price, did the job right away on-the-spot, is pleasant to work with, and is skilled, fast and did exactly what I needed him to do.  I would definitely recommend him, based on my excellent experience with him.

Our pipeline from our toilet cracked and needed replacing. So we were told that we couldn't use our toilet on Monday. The people they sent Tuesday, and Wednesday had no luck. But Thursday came and Oscar got the job done before I got off work. I was told on Wednesday that they couldn't get underneath the condo to make the replacement and that they had to come into my unit and rip my floors open, ugh! Such a horrible thought. Thank God for Oscar coming to the rescue and making things work out (without needing to rip my hardwood floor open) Thank you, Oscar!!!!!! If anyone wants things done right and on-time request Oscar.

Had Kevin install the same shower doors in 2 bathrooms and he and his helper did a great job.  Despite dealing with an old and imperfect house and a wall that wasn't square, the install turned out perfectly.   I got quotes from a few places and his pricing was very fair and for his talents and strong reviews, it was actually a bargain.
