Our 37 year old a/c quit working and Absolute Airflow came to the rescue. The first repair man David Ocampo arrived on time and was able to get the unit working so we could at least have some a/c and then went over in detail the costs and what we will be getting with a new and more efficient a/c unit so we decided to go with this company. The installers, David (different than the original) and Oscar also arrived when they were scheduled and installed the unit and took the time to explain how the new wireless system worked from our phones. David & Oscar installed the units with expertise and made it look fabulous in my garage.
I will always be calling this company back for tune-ups as well as any other issues I may be having.

My brother relayed that Oscar returned to adjust the connections to the washer.  He relayed that it washes fine.  I'll see for myself in February when I'm next down and doing the family laundry.

I made an appointment and they gav. me a 4-hour window which would be 3 to 7. At 3:35 my phone  shows that they left a voice mail while I was working stating that they had made two attempts and nobody was home. I know my husband left work early to be there. Then they called at 4:25 to see if someone was at home so they could send someone out. (4:30 starts their overtime pay). I saw the messages and cancelled the order.

Would definitely recommend SoCal Sewer for your plumbing needs. Fast response time and I was a big fan of the detailed explanation for the work that was going to be done. A lot of times these companies will just give you a quote and not explain with detail the work they need to perform. Very professional workers and they left the house the same as it was before they started. Will definitely use again!

Very professional, honest, reliable, punctual and very recommendable plumbing company. Beginning with the office person taking the phone calls all the way to the service/services performed by the plumbing technician Jorge, everything had been excellent from customer service to workmanship. The technician Jorge was very punctual meeting the appointment (scheduled appt at 8:30AM & Jorge arrived at exactly 8:30AM!). He worked on my toilet clogged with tree roots coming from the sewer into the pipes and replaced our toilet in the house. Excellent and tidy work!!! Most of all, the costs of the services provided were so very reasonable compared to the other plumbing company. I had a very disappointed experience with another plumbing company (S... E....sh Plumbing Company) not meeting the scheduled appointment and quoting me tripled as what I paid Owen Plumbing. I declined work to be done by the other plumbing company and contacted Owen Plumbing instead. I was fortunate that I have contacted and tried the plumbing services of Owen Plumbing.

First, I loved the name--Strong Beach Plumbing--and wanted to support local business! Then read reviews and decided to give them a call. Their estimate was very reasonable compared to other companies so I hired them. Daniel  installed the dishwasher, faucet garbage disposal, RO system, and plumbing  and he did a GREAT job! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm happy I hired Strong Beach Plumbing and will hire them for my future plumbing needs!

Mike delivers high quality work at reasonable pricing. He was very responsible, quick to respond and professional. I was impressed by his work ethic and honesty. We had our gas line repaired, water line replaced, shower handle & head replaced, and stove installed. I could not be happier with all that he did for us! He is definitely a diamond in the rough and I will recommend him to everyone I know.

I am so disappointed by the service I have obtained from this company.  I feel taken advantage of and disrespected. They finished the job in a days time and charged me TRIPLE what any other company would have charged me, ( I've checked many other quote charges).

Called these guys after hours and they were able to come over, quickly assess the situation and provide a couple options to have our water restored. We have an infant and a toddler, going without water until the next day was not an option. I feel that Gary was upfront and honest. He was able to fix my water in a short time. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Gary was very nice and professional.

I highly recommend John for your plumbing needs. He did maintenance on my tankless water heater, installed a water softener and installed a seismic gas valve for my home. Never tried to upsell me and did outstanding work.

Miguel and his crew did a whole house re-pipe on our home and did excellent work. Miguel explained everything thoroughly and is polite, organized and disciplined. The repipe was done in 1 day and the drywall repair took 1 day. No mess left behind! We hadn't realized how bad our water pressure was before the repipe. We are enjoying the improvements. We would recommend Miguel to anyone.

Firstly, their appointment system is awesome.  You get texts with details of your appointment, a link to their website where you can check on the location and how far away your tech is, and even your technician's profile with their name, picture and a little background information.  Secondly, for our particular appointment, their owner ended up filling in for their tech, as the tech had gotten stuck working another job and the owner didn't want to miss our appointment window.  Thirdly, compared to other businesses quoting replacement costs for a water heater, Jetter's, quoted a much fairer price.  Fourthly, after accessing the issue was nothing major, he kindly fixed the issue and said the service was on the house!  It's hard to come across such honest and fair businesses these days, you can bet I will be calling this team for years to come.  Other places were non-responsive and/or were trying to charge fees for them to even come access the situation.  There is definitely a reason for their glowing reviews, can highly recommend!!!

Extremely happy w the work Jorge did at my duplex! I was getting mud and water in my basement from a planter outside. He removed huge plants and dirt and cemented the area while ensuring a drain was still exposed that helps w draining water in our backyard.

He answered my first attempt to call and despite being late 25 minutes to our appointment he made up for it by texting me the quote right away and not charging me for any additional items once the job was done.

Having him come back to do some more work! Quality Handymen are hard to come by... Glad I found Jorge!!!

Had a sink that was stopped up. My first call to a plumbing company went unanswered. Called Bryan, he gave me a time he could be at my house and an estimate of the cost.  When he arrived, he looked at job did the work and charged exactly what the estimate was over the phone. Great job fast service would highly recommend.

Very poor quality of workmanship, over exceeded price estimates, plumber was rude.  Completely not satisfied.  They look professional yet they fell short in my book.

Kevin did a great job thoroughly testing and installing our security system.  He even helped followed up with a lingering issue to make sure everything was properly done right.  Also helped with some other odd jobs and worked quickly and effectively.  Totally recommend!

It's not a good Sunday when sewage is coming up from your shower drain and toilet.  An initial call to one plumber was a no go on a Sunday.  But after leaving a message with Adrian, he called back within 5 minutes and arrived within 2 hours.  He and Cesar fixed the problem and suggested a more permanent solution at a very reasonable price!  Work was completed on time as promised.  Adrian initially thought more work might be needed.  He made a point of ensuring that I would be available when he snaked the camera down.  We both viewed the pictures together and Adrian concluded that additional work was not needed!  Totally professional, polite and honest!  Highly recommended!
