Luis came out the same week we consulted with him on our outdoor drain situation. He had a team member with him and they were early, worked diligently, and explained every part of project. With each step, Luis even made sure to pause to show me and my husband what he was doing and why. He tested the drain to make sure it was working properly and was very detail oriented and thorough.  We are both so glad we found Luis and his company, and we will definitely keep them in mind for our family's plumbing needs, and for referrals. This person postponed twice on me and the third time didn't even bother to contact me after I agreed to that day talk about he wasn't sure. He gave me a price which I thought was a good price , I'm guessing he changed his mind I don't know. I was with out a toilet for 4 days thanks to Alex. Move on find someone who stands by their word.

I am a professional construction  critic (retired building inspector).  I have been involved with hundreds  of repipe projects.  None could have done a better job than Repipe Pro.   The company does not farm the work out to piece workers and the  employees have been with this company for a long time....up to 18 years  ... that translates to getting the work done right and on time.
Our  home has four full baths, seven sinks, a laundry and they installed a  new hose bibb....in one day.  The patching started the next day and was  done in two days.  The patch work is perfection....I mean you can't tell  that there was a hole.
They covered the floors and furniture and didn't leave any sign that they were here.  
As  a government inspector I shied recommending contractors but this  company has my confidence. I appreciate a job done well and the crew was  a delight....oh and the price was right too.

Robert was fabulous! Three plumbers could not fix our plumbing situation and it was an ugly one!  Robert was on time and professional. Unlike the first couple of plumbers who had recommended the most expensive and invasive solution for our problem (breaking concrete on a slab house); Robert started working on the issue using his skills and knowledge not jumping to elaborate means first. Robert is an honest guy, the previous plumbers talked about how we will need to reroute our kitchen pipes (sounds expensive right!), he said not to do that unless I have money to burn. If this occurs again, his recommendation is to let him flush it out first. He was quick and efficient, explaining what he was going to do and helping me understand the issue we had. My sinks are draining faster than before! I highly recommend Robert, he saved the day!

I've been using Eric for years as my go to for plumbing issues. He's always efficient and honest and best of all affordable!

I've used him for leaking bathroom sinks, clogged sinks, replacement of kitchen sink, leaky toilet etc. He always comes as soon as he can and usually has the piece he needs in his truck to fix it right then and there. If he doesn't, he either tells me where I can pick it up myself or orders it for me.

Most recently I called him for my garabage disposal- he came, reached his hand down and pulled out a bottle cap! Quick and easy (even if I felt foolish) but he didn't even charge the house call as it was a 30 second call .

It's nice to have a reliable and trustworthy plumber around!

1st of all... Love the company's name. Joseph, the owner is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions over the phone. He was able to sit and listen to all my concerns. He has a lot of patience with his customers unlike other companies they don't hear you out and don't give honest opinions. If any one needs any help, I highly recommend him and his company.

Jacob responded quickly to my Yelp project request. He quickly replaced our leaking water heater. He is honest, hard working, and straightforward. He arrived early and finished his work quickly. His prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him and will use his services again.

Contacted David in the morning about an emergency drainage issue. He was here within 2 hours and our problem is resolved! Explained what the issue was, and even crawled under the house to see what he was working with. He went well beyond what our previous plumber was doing to fix the problem. Save his number, nothing beats a reliable plumber!

Reuben and his team repiped a home for me early this year. It was built in 1947 and water pressure was very poor.  I liked his presentation so well I did not bother getting other bids.  He sold me on PVC piping over copper as the new industry standard (though he was quite willing to do either.)  He and his crew came in and had the job done within 3 days.  It would have been two but I needed a larger diameter drain pipe. That extra need threatened to dramatically bust my budget but Ruben found a middle ground that still produced the desired effect.  So, I did not go too far over budget.  Along the way, Ruben volunteered to add some additional features (such as two additional faucets) that I had not thought of.  He did not charge any extra.  He was thorough in his knowledge, expert in his leadership, and completely professional.  5 stars easy!

Tub was clogged, called Golden Rooter and Daniel came over within 20 minutes. Not only was he fast to respond he gave a price that was fair. Daniel took the time to set up and make sure he wasn't damaging or getting things dirty while inside the house. I have never seen a plumber take the care he did. He was also one of the nicest people I have met. You can tell he cares about his customers and take pride in his work. Thanks

After getting a $2000 water bill, it was obvious there was a leak, but nothing was visible.  Ron came out right away.  We have a massive backyard, and he spent a couple of hours to find the source of the problem.  He drew a big circle with paint in said, dig here.  Sure enough, four feet down, invisible from the surface, there were two ruptured pipes in the EXACT area where Ron said it would be.  Thanks so much!

Great customer service! Where other plumbers were trying to charge me an outrageous about Hammond's Rooter came in and showed me that the problem really wasn't that big. Very honest! Will use them again for sure!

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood.  I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service.  I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses.  North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate.  They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would.  The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done.  He was quick and polite.  Highly recommend!

Kevin was a great help. I had a problem with washing machine water valve. His knowledge allowed him to fixed it very quickly and also helped me install/hook-up my new washing machine.  He went far beyond his required responsibilities to help me out.  He was very timely with the help of Yolanda actually taking our call.  We tried three other businesses that did not even answer or respond.  The pricing was very reasonable and surprisingly so for it is a Saturday morning and short notice.  Thank you for all your honesty and hard work.  I would recommend Kevin any day of the week, especially in an emergency.

Shandy did an excellent job! He took his time to make sure the situation with my main line water leak was not only repaired, but when completed it was also functional. The thought he put into this job was purely professional. He also took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. If a plumber could be an artist, then Shandy would rank among the top. His attention to detail and explanation for why he was routing the pipes the way he was were on point. Thank you Shandy for a job well done.

I had an emergency possible gas/sewage leak that I needed taken care of. I had another place confirm and then not show up, so half my day was wasted. Roman was able to come over within 30 minutes and find the problem. Thank you.
