7:00pm in the middle of the week... NO ONE was answering their phones... I had to be open for business the next day by 7:00am...I needed a plumber and BAD!!!.
I called left a message. Brian called & texted me right away to say... I have three other jobs to do tonight, but if you do not me coming late, I will be there. I was thrilled, I did not care if I had to wait up all night!!!

Brian texted me a few times to keep me updated as to the status of his current job, and approximately what time he would make it. He arrived and quickly fixed our plumbing issue. I was prepared to fork over my first born for this man's help! When he gave me the total owed, I must have had the most ridiculous look on my face... I said Is that it? Still not believing I did not have to sell my car to afford the repairs, I asked again! I still could not believe it so I asked....Am I am allowed to write the check for more??? And yes, I did!!! HAPPILY!
I am still telling everyone I know what an amazing job Brian did, the quick response, beyond reasonable rates and the professional service. I can not say enough positive things about this company. I will never use any other plumbing service ever! They are just AMAZING!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Brian from Xtreme Drainworks was great. We needed the pipes scoped on an older home to help us decide if we wanted to follow through with it's purchase. We were pressed for time with our lender, so a quick visit to Yelp lead us to Brian. He was able to provide a very competitive price along with an immediate visit. We had an engineer over examining our foundation at the same time and Brian completed his job quickly without any needed guidance from us. As he was waiting for us to finish with the engineer, he took it upon himself to trace the main line so that it would be easier of us to dig it up ourselves (which was one of a few money-saving suggestions Brian threw out during his visit). Although the news about our pipes wasn't the best, the service from Brian a Xtreme Drainworks was.

We had a backup and overflow in our outside overflow sewer pipe and I called Xtreme Drainworks late on a Sunday afternoon. My phone call was answered quickly by Marco, and I asked if someone could come out the next morning (because I knew this would NOT backup in the house, so I could wait a bit), and so it was scheduled!

Marco came out and snaked the pipe and restored the flow of water to the main sewer in the street. He also cleaned up after himself, cleaned the detritus around the overflow opening and bagged it and took it way so we wouldn't have to deal with it! Wow! That was awesome service, but I get the idea this company does things right and they do go the extra mile! Marco was polite and businesslike, knew his stuff, and got to solving the problem quickly. The price for cleaning the drain was lower than I expected (that was good news to me because this was 4 days before Christmas!!!). I'm a very happy customer. Thank you Marco and Xtreme Drainworks!

Once again Xtreme Drainworks has come to the rescue. First time was in 2017 when I had tree roots clogging the main drain from the house. And yesterday with a slugging drain. Johnathan arrived quickly and very professionally cleared the drain. He was one time, efficient and kept the workspace clean. First of all people should know that not all drains can be hydro jetted and that the camera won't always find the blockage. The guys that came were nice and informed me that the hydro jetting most likely wouldn't be able to unclog my outdoor drains, but they still charged me almost $200 for running the camera through the pipes. They weren't able to find anything and told me I should start digging around the drains to find blockages. Overall, frustrating and a waste of $200.

Brian and Marco came out to help with a root intrusion clogging my drain pipes. They were extremely professional, friendly and experienced. I thoroughly enjoyed Brian walking me through everything that was going on as we made progress clearing out the clog, which by the way took some craft and effort. I definitely learned things about plumbing from the guys (a lot of plumbers and contractors do not take the time sharing what they are doing and why).

The proceeded systematically and we were able to go out all the way to the city drain lines, which gave me peace of mind knowing 100ft of drain pipes are in great shape. Also most importantly showing the original roots blocking my property pipes now all the way out of the way in city pipes. We went through other details such as minor roots that were intruding and were also cleared out, and a belly spot. I will need to do some repairs in the future, thanks to Brian and Marco who also provided a recommendation of a future repair that doesn't need immediate attention.

Bottom line, price was right, excellent service, timely arrival, very knowledgeable. If I ever have a drain issue or any of my neighbors do, I will be referring them to Xtreme Drainworks.

We have had Brian out twice. The first time he had to deal with some MAJOR tree roots in our lines. Victoria in the office was great and then Brian was here right on time, he videoed everything, was very personable and took care of the issue immediately. Then the second time we had someone steal part of our clean out cover and the rest of the cover fell down into the sewer. Brian was here within AN HOUR and was able to take care of that quickly and put us at ease again. Called last week because our toilet was backing up in to our tub. Felipe responded within minutes of my initial call and was at our house in less than a half hour. He was great at communicating the issues and cost involved. The final cost was less than what he estimated and our problem was fixed. He was very efficient and left the area clean. Brian was incredibly prompt when I requested a quote on Yelp, and he did the job that day. We received a video of our drain line inspection on the spot.

The reason I'm knocking a star off, is because he spraypainted my sidewalk to mark where my main sewer line is. I wanted to know where it the line is, but a stake in the ground would have worked just as well. Now, I have to scrub spraypaint off my sidewalk.

I had a backed Up the kitchen sink and was unable to get hold of my normal plumber. I searched Yelp and found Extreme Drainworks with great reviews. I called them at 8:30 AM and a technician was able to come out before 11 AM and resolve my problem. There is no question why this company has five stars. From the scheduling to the appointment, everything went without a hitch. Victoria was thorough in communicating with me regarding scheduling, and Paul is without a doubt a master of his craft. I had a clogged tub for which I called another tech to help a couple months ago, and this last week it was already twice as bad as it was (which after he fixed it, it still didn't drain well). Paul worked his magic and the drain clears 100%, no pooling whatsoever. He even saw that I had a hand injury and cleaned the tub for me. What a sweetheart. He was awesome, professional, and skilled to no end. Thank you Brian and staff for being our now favorite plumbing company.

Brian gave me his card a year ago in a parking lot. I called the next day and someone came out to clear a drain that same day....I couldn't believe how fast they responded and the reasonable price. Fast forward to two days ago.....the day before the holiday (and a house full of people), we had a toilet clog. Boy oh boy do I have so many amazing things to say about Brian. I had an unfortunate event in which the previous owner in my home had work done that was not done properly and started backing up into my bathrooms. Long story short, I called Brian after hearing great reviews because I wanted someone to come out and inspect my lines with no other motivation other than to simply tell me what was going on. He came out on NYE and we unexpectedly came across the big issue which ended up turning out to Be a bigger project than we both thought. He called the right guys who didn't rip me off, and above all him, his team and everyone who works alongside him were SO kind, understanding and helpful to give me the knowledge I needed moving forward. Him and his team worked into the evening on NYE and even came back to check on the issue the next day without hesitation or question. I will never use anyone else for this kind of work and I can't thank you enough Brian ! Happy New Year!

When our toilet in our master bathroom backed up into the shower, we knew we needed a professional plumber to help with that. I quoted 3 different companies and Xtreme Drainworks came in the lowest and despite being a Monday morning were able to send someone out only an hour later. While the initial price was lower than the others, the girl who answered the phone did not explain their price was only if they needed to clean the mainline using the outside clear-out port and that it would be more if they needed to go up on the roof to go through the vent, which they did for an extra $70 for $194 total. Total cost was the same as the others were quoting if they had to go up on the roof, so I cannot complain, but I would have preferred they be more transparent on their pricing up front as the others were. Could have been even more if they had to remove the toilet, which the others said was unlikely but possible.

As I said, they did come out quickly and the technician, Johnathan, they sent out was both friendly and straight-forward. He not only cleaned out the clog downstream of the toilet, but also snaked the vent downstream of the shower as it had clogged from the very disgusting backflow without asking for more money. With a slight verbal nudge, I was able to get him to clean up the bulk of the sewage and TP that remained in the shower, bag it up, and toss in the outside trash. I had to go in and scrub it out myself afterward but, while I have seen other reviews for other plumbers to suggest a more thorough cleaning was done by them, I would not really expect that. What he did was already disgusting enough. He told me he'd made sure he cleared the TP, which was the culprit, all the way back to the mainline and checked it with the camera. So, I like that he took the time to ensure he did a thorough job. If I had gotten a more informative quote over the phone, I would have rated them 5 stars.

Brain Salinas gets an A+ from us. Pool deck drain 100+ feet to street full of tree roots,mud and right angles.Wasted $145 on another companies failed effort to clear with a power snake.Brain quoted a bit less than half what the other guys wanted to hydro Jet.Included pumping everything back into our sewer-not a drop into the storm drain and shop vaced the deck as they worked so nothing got into the pool.
Deck cleaner after they left than before. Obvious pride of ownership in the business and Xtreme is exactly right-as in extremely competent. He didn't want to criticise the other company but said in a drain like ours, with a high probability of lots of roots, he declines to offer trying to fix it with a snake, because 95%+ of the time it takes a hydro jet to clear.I so wish I had called him first.

My kitchen sink clogged early on a Sunday morning. Felipe at Xtreme Drainworks went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service. First he arrived within a half hour of my early Sunday morning call. He was polite and performed the dirty job very neatly, showing utmost respect for our home. Felipe was more concerned with the well-being of our plumbing system than just getting the drain cleared and getting in and out as quickly as possible. For only a $10 up charge he switched out old piping that he was concerned would wear out due to being aggressively snaked. Now THAT is fantastic service!! Thanks Felipe!

I highly recommend Xtreme Drainworks! I have used them several times for our rental house and our home. They respond very quickly! On the most recent contact with them I called before they opened and Marcos called me right back and said even though were not quite open yet how could he help me. I told him what was going on and he diagnosed it and had me call back to give all the details to the main office. He was out within the hour and had our problem resolved. This is just he most recent. Each time I've called them they have responded in like fashion. He was done with in an hour and all was well. No waiting around for hours!! Mike from Primo referred me to this local plumber. I have to say they do deserve their 5 stars. A very professional company who has a dispatch who answers your questions and takes payment. I had a overflowing bathtub and shower from a backup and was totally stressed out. I was afraid that my hardwood floors would end up getting soaked by the back up. They gave me a window of 9-11am but actually showed up an hour earlier for me. Perfect service, knew exactly what was wrong, did his proper tests and cleared out the main line. I'm very happy with this company and definitely will be back if I ever need plumbing needs.

Can't give enough praise to Jonathan who just left minutes ago after clearing the kitchen drain pipe... Before he gave the pipe a good rooting my sink was backing up when the upstairs neighbor used their disposal or did laundry...

Not fun to see someone's chicken soup floating up into your sink... and the smell... not only that black water was coming up when i ran the disposal... Even saw little creepy worm like critters that had been washed up from the mass of junk... The smell was enough to gag a maggot... YUCK! But now after Jonathan left the kitchen smells clean and fresh from the cleaner he used... Wish i could find an aftershave that had that fresh scent... but i digress...

Bottom line is from my 1 time experience with Xtreme, they are great. 5 yrs ago a couple of Bozo's from another company came to fix a similar problem and it took at least 2 hours or more... they even got the floor all wet and messy as they went upstairs to flush the drain and water shot out from MY pipe as they had opened it up earlier... Don't call those companies that hire guys named Bubba... lol

What a great company! I'm a landlady. I got a call late on a Saturday evening, that the toilet and tub were backing up with sewage, which means there was a clog in the main line. Turns out we had roots in the pipes. They came out, fixed the drain and noticed the toilet seal was leaking. They took care of that, as well and charged a VERY fair price! Thanks, Xtreme! You rock!

I found this company on Yelp & read all of the reviews to be sure I was taking a chance on a great company. I wasn't disappointed! Brian & Marco came out to Jamul (hard to find a service that won't charge extra for travel). They were ON TIME, which is key for me. They worked on my clogged shower drain for over an hour, and used several different tools, even checking the vent pipe on the roof. Very polite, thorough, and courteous... even brought their own mats so as not to get mine dirty! My pipes were too corroded for draining and Brian talked my husband through how to rework the configuration. Brian wouldn't charge me a thing until he could clear the drain. I already recommended him to my neighbor! Thanks, guys, for your hard work.

This company was all around great!

Starting with the initial phone, they were helpful and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment in the exact window of time I needed.

Great service good prices, will use again. Called around 12:30 on a Saturday, was told to expect a visit between 3-5 that day. Marco showed up 3:15, looked at my situation, quoted me a price that was fair and said the camera alone might clear the stoppage, might not need to snake, which was a relief since our house is old and the pipes are fragile. He was done in 20 minutes - cleared the stoppage just as he said, and gave me plenty of tips to keep me from calling again! No matter, I will call Xtreme next time I need this service.

Our washer drain clogged up during the weekend and I pretty much know it needs to be snaked like a couple of years ago. We have a stock of laundry to be done before the workweek and so we called a couple of plumbers on Yelp but nobody returned our calls. I almost gave up since it's almost Sunday midday and we finally gave another shot calling the next plumber on the list - Xtreme Drainworks. Much to my surprise, someone actually answered my call and I spoke to Jerry (not an answering service). He was finishing up his work somewhere in downtown and told us he will be here in 10-15 mins. And boy he was TRUE to his words. He spent adequate time diagnosing the problem and unclogged the sink and fixed the problem in 45 mins! He was polite and professional the entire time. And the price was reasonable for the work that he did especially on the weekend! That was even less than half the price we paid the last time! My husband and are impressed. We highly recommend Jerry and Xtreme Drainworks for fixing clogged plumbing systems. Call them and you will be satisfied with their service!

It was a hard to detect/give an estimate price issue over the phone (my son flushed a toy car down the toilet) but he gave me very affordable pricing over the phone for the various scenarios. I called these guys at 8:15 on a Sunday morning after finding them on Yelp. I had a main line stoppage, so it was a pretty big deal, and Rod was at my door in about 30 minutes.

I have never had a service call that was as helpful and pleasant as this one. These guys are top notch. I checked the clock when Rod left, and it was about 9:30....less than 1-1/2 from when I had originally called on a Sunday morning.....fantastic service!

I called to get my kitchen drain unplugged for the second time this year so I knew I might need the line camera'd to figure out what was really going on. I was very nervous because my military husband was deployed and many bad experiences with contractors. Brian camera'd the line to find it was completely filled with grease. We purchased the property 5 years ago and saw the sink was burned badly from grease and didnt think much of it! He then cleared the line completely of the grease. Then showed me all the grease was removed with camera. Brian was awesome!! He had the patience to answer multiple weekend phone calls from me on estimates etc. Brian gave me great prices over the phone and came way under what was expected. Brian is awesome and trustworthy person that lives up to his statement of quality and honesty on his website. Other estimates were more than double what Brian charged me.

I checked out several contractors that specialize in hydro jetting, after manual snaking and garden-hose blasting my rain drains didn't work. Most of my efforts resulted in a muddy mess and further blockage of the drain. Xtreme Drainworks was the best value I found on Yelp. The owner was very responsive and his crew showed up within a few hours of my call. Paul, one of the crew members, did a great job cleaning the rain pipes and providing pragmatic recommendations for future.maintenance. I plan to use Xtreme Drainworks again and likely for an annual maintenance of the drain pipes.

I was working with a different plumbing company to fix our plumbing issues, but they were unreliable (I had to tell them it was an emergency before they came to my house) and did not show up at the promised time to fix the remainder of the issue. Desperate, I called Primo Plumbing for assistance, but they were fully booked so they recommended Xtreme Drainworks.

After our kitchen sink and laundry drain started backing up we called Xtreme Drainworks on a Monday morning and although they were busy, they were able to come over to our house within about an hour of calling. Marco came and was able to locate the clean-out for where our issue lied and after a little bit of work to get our stubborn old clean-out pipe open he snaked the line and instantly cleared the blockage. The kitchen sink drains and laundry runs without any backup! Thank you Marco for the great work! Xtreme Drainworks provides Xtreme service!!! After struggling the entire weekend with a stoppage somewhere in our pipes, we finally called Brian on a Sunday evening. He called us back 10 minutes after we left a message and we were set up with an appointment for the next morning. We were so relieved to get an estimate of $86 to (worst case scenario) $116. Imagine our surprise when, after all was said and done, the job cost us just $66! When does that happen???

My mother has been having problems with her tub, shower and toilet over flowing since last November. I found Brian with Xtreme Draining on Yelp and the reviews were right. I called on Sunday February 17th and he came when promised. He is patient and reasonable. During this ordeal, Brian came out several times and was always responsive with every call. After Brian had snaked and hydro hosed the line, he found tons of roots at the connection to the main sewer line. Brian called the City of Lemon Grove in our behalf to help fix our problem. When The City of Lemon Grove came out to investigate, they commented on what a great job my plumber did in clearing the line. We will have Brian come out on a yearly maintenance plan. He saved us tons of money, provided excellent service and took the time to explain it all to me. I am so thankful and will be happy to recommend him to anyone else. Xtreme was referred to us because our first choice was completely busy to get to us in a timely manner and we're glad he did. Xtreme came in within half hour of our call for help and did his thing and was out in about 25 mins tops. Very nice rates and the guy that came to save the day was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. We had originally used some company our property management sent out to us and based off what he told us, we thought we'd have to pay with our first born. Luckily the price was extremely lower than what we'd previously been quoted by the first company. We were all pleased with how fast he got it unclogged and glad to be able to use our restrooms again. My sink and washing machine were backing up, so, I called around for referrals, estimates, etc. One plumber couldn't do the job in short order but suggested Xtreme Drainworks as his go-to for any drain-related work. I noticed their reviews on Yelp and requested a quote. Within an hour they sent me a quote (very reasonable) and suggested they could be out the same day. I called and made an appointment between 2pm-4pm that day. They arrived by 2:30pm and called when they were 20 minutes out to let me know they were on their way.

Once they arrived, the tech assessed the problem, snaked the kitchen line and was done in less than 30 minutes. He didn't try and upsell me (like so many plumbing places have done in the past) or add unnecessary work. Came in, did the job, answered my questions and left.

I'm very pleased with Xtreme Drainworks and will definitely use them again.

These guys are good. Brian and the helper came out and not only blasted away but found the exit route, pulled out all the tree roots and advised that I call the plumber to finish the job(which they don't do). Even gave me a referral. This may seem like their everyday job but they spent 2&1/2 hours looking and finding the roots, cutting out portion of the deck to find the leak and cleared the drain. Just to make it clear, there is no crawl space so he had to cut the piece of deck to get to it. Brian is down to earth, honest and hard working man. Don't waste your money on big companies. I forgot to mention that he was the third person that worked on this and he is the only one who got the job done. I'll keep his number in my phone. Job well done and thank you Brian!

After purchasing a small multi-unit building, I continued using Xtreme Drainworks from the previous owners. At over $300 a quarter, they were to pressure clean the main line. However, less than 4 weeks after the latest pressure clean, the building's plumbing stopped up and another firm, using a camera, found loads of debris in the main line. It appears, tho I'm only surmising, that Xtreme only did a partial main-line pressure treatment, leaving the majority of the building's main drain unattended. When I reached out to management,the manager, Claudia, seemed unconcerned and unwilling to help share the cost of the $600+ it took me to fix what it appears their technician failed to do.
I cancelled the service and advise, if you use Xtreme, be very specific about your job and your expectations. My bad...I just assumed, because they'd been doing the building for 5 years, that they were doing a thorough job. The evidence, tho admittedly inconclusive, would seem to indicate otherwise. And their non-nonchalance about my concerns was equally disappointing.

Had a plugged sewer drain and called All American plumbing. They didn't get it unplugged (but I still had to pay). Then I called Xtreme and Felipe Blancarte showed up and got it unplugged! He was super professional and our hero for weekend work at a reasonable rate! He seemed much more knowledgable and friendly about how drains are routed and had a better set of tools (longer snake helped). Next time, skip the other guys that claim they can unclog and use someone that actually can like Felipe.

I would use this company again.

Mo clarified that I didn't understand the pricing given to me over the phone. He also asked me to sign a $255 invoice that he didn't show me. It was just showed 1 item: $255 to clean out the main line. Over the phone, I was told two prices, one for removing the toilet and one for snaking the shower drain. I was NOT going to have my toiled removed, so Mo suggested he go through the vent on the roof. Five minutes later, the drain was clear.

Mo was very good at listening to what I wanted. He did snake the shower, then said he would have to go through the toilet line, which would mean removing the toilet. He finally suggested the vent.

I think he was taught to listen to the client. He did that very well. That said, if he had suggested the vent right off, he would have been out of here in 15 minutes tops. Maybe he doesn't go to the vent on the roof because of liability. But he had a good ladder and his equipment didn't harm the roof.

I just had these guys over to fix a clogged drain at 9:30 pm and couldn't go to sleep without commenting on their professionalism.

Jerry and his associate (sorry bud, forgot your name) went above and beyond the call of duty! First, they got here faster than anticipated. And when they got here, I told them about my sleeping children who I didn't want to wake up. Even though we both knew that they'd have to end up running the snake down the toilet drain (an extremely loud process), instead of getting the attitude you called me, if I'm loud then oh well, they instead tried their best to be as quiet as possible. They whispered; they ran the shop vac with the quickness to drain the toilet; and when it came time to run the snake, Jerry fed it by hand until it reached a sticking point to prevent using the loud motor as much as possible...even to the point of pulsing it like a blender to be as quiet as possible. Throughout the entire process, there wasn't even a move or a peep from either my three year old or three month old.

Thanks guys!! You're definitely going to be the first we call if ever in a jam (or clog) again.

Called these guys because they had been here before and left their sticker on my disposer (brilliant idea!) also called three others. 1 had an answering service, very off-putting, and the other two were seriously more expensive and not very open to coming quickly for a kitchen drain. Rod was sent immediately and had his diag done in less than 5 minutes. He snaked all the way to the main line and had it fixed in less than two innings of the Angels game. Basically very fast and efficient. A great accomplishment to me being that lunch hadn't been kind to him. One of the board members of my association tried to sell me on their plumber not knowing that they are the company that didn't really want to come. I have to apologize to Rod for that (hopefully your admin for yelp tells him) I'll keep using Xtreme regardless of what the board says because both times we've had to have them out they've rocked the repair, punctuality, and most of all customer service. Very affordable.

We had a toilet issue and Karen was able to get someone out within a few hours. Initially, we were told it would be between noon and two and then Jonathan called and was at our place probably by 10:30am. I believe I called around 8:30am. The toilet was fixed within 30 minutes and then Jonathan did something that we absolutely did not expect. The entire toilet was cleaned and some toilet bowl cleaner was even left in the toilet. We've had issues with that toilet in the past and have had plumbers (from a different company) come out and make a pretty good mess. I know it's not necessarily their job to clean up afterwards and so I wasn't too upset. However, Jonathan not only cleaned up after himself, but left that space so much cleaner than when he got there. He was just fantastic and I can't thank him enough.

Marco is great! We had a mainline backup on a Friday night, so we called about every plumber and drain guy on Yelp. Marco was the only one who answered the phone (the rest of them hadn't even called back two hours later). Marco came out earlier than he had said, cleaned out the line, and didn't even charge us as much as he had quoted because the clean-out was easily accessible. Plus, he is a very polite and friendly young man. We recommend him for sure.

Not that these guys need another five star review, but they deserve it. Our regular plumber, who is really good, said that the drain blockage was farther out than he could get to, call Xtreme for us. They called back with an hour and were here in two hours, and cleared the drain, which apparently was blocked over fifty feet out. They were fast responding and really good at what they do, and to top it off, the bill was far less than I expected. My only hesitation in recommending them is that they might get too busy for when we need them. If we could give them six stars, we would.

PS Here we are with another blocked drain in our laundry (not the same as the first one) and Xtreme comes to the rescue right away. This company has the best customer service I've ever had from any home service, and we've lived a lot of places and had lots of home services. They work fast, clean, and effectively and their prices are below what you would think. I you have a blocked drain, this is the only place to go.

Fixed the drain issue, but left some connections not tight enough, and today I had to redo some of the connections. My cabinet under the sink was flooded and damaged. The call was never passed to the technician. I had to call him to make sure my job was scheduled. It took less than 30 min to fix , but I was not satisfied with the schedule issue and now less satisfied with the all the water in the cabinet.

Thank you to Jonathon...he did a great job at identifying and fixing the clog in our drain lines! We have been having an issue with frequent clogging since we moved into our home almost a year ago. The other plumbers that have come out, got the toilet unclogged but not truly unclog the line. Jonathon worked until he got everything resolved. I hope I won't need them out for a while, but whenever I need help again I won't hesitate to call Xtreme Drainworks. Their dispatcher/office manager (?), Karen, was as nice as they come too...she not only assured me that they would be out, but followed up to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Lastly, their fee ($310 for camera detection, snake/cable and the work to find a second cleanout, seemed very reasonable for the amount of time and effort spent fixing the problem.

My patio storm drains were all clogged up with mud & roots and it was taking hours to drain...even after light showers. So I was very concerned about flooding because of the impeding El Nino rains expected in S.California. Brian is great. We use him for all of our drain clearing with our property management company. He is fast, responsive, and stays till the job is done. Once, during the heavy winter rains, a storm drain got clogged and my tenant called at 8pm to say that Brian and his team had been there all day and were not leaving until it was done (it was a huge job and he had to bring in some heavy equipment to get it done). He is courteous, fast, reliable, predictable and great. He goes everywhere, he goes at night and works on weekends if you need him. Highly Recommend him to any one that I can.

I worked with Brian the owner. I had a clogged drain line. He is a very honest and personable. You can tell that he's in it for the long haul and cares about honest, quality work. The great thing about these guys is they aren't trying to sell you on repiping your house or telling you have garbage that's about to blow like the last guys did. They just want to inspect and clean your drains. They will send you a before and after video footage of your pipes. Of course if you have an issue that they see, they have connections to get you set up with a 3rd party pipe installer. This by far is the way to go. My drains are hydro jetted and good to go. I called to get my washer drain unclogged and was told they could come out the next morning between 9 & 10. Jerry called me the next day at 9 and said he would be there in 20 minutes.He was on time and started right on the problem, while he was there I went ahead and had the other two drains done as well. I want to take a moment to thank Jonathan from Xtreme Drainworks today. First of all, he got here less than an hour after I called to make the appointment even though this wasn't an emergency, just some slow drains. He was fast, efficient and effective. Fast response time, lines cleared in a timely manner, clean work, and doesn't break the bank. I had various jobs done from snaking to jetting. I've never had an issue and refer Xtreme Drainworks to everyone I know. You won't be disappointed!

So ima local handyman and one of the services that I don't offer is drain cleaning. I was referred to Xtreme Drainworks by my friend that owns Acme garage. Every time I get a customer calling about a clog I refer them to Xtreme and I have even used them in my own home. Jonathan came out and did a great job getting a clog cleared in very old pipes. It took some doing but he got it done! There was a bit of a billing error with my credit card but it was corrected right away...I will definitely be calling again when service is needed.
