We had a problem with our water heater, and feared that we'd have to buy  another. Juan came to the house and fixed the problem without having to replace the unit. This happened on New Years Day too. Juan was excellent and went over and beyond to fix our problem . He saved us a lot of money too.

DO NOT use this company.

This company is a joke. I can't even report them to BBB because they don't have an address, or a website. I don't even know if they have a license to work. I was forced to use to them by my home warranty.

First, there was a no call no show on our appointment date. Then, they came extremely late on the re-schedule. They left a gaping whole on my ceiling loft after stating that there was no leak, when clearly, there was (water damage was evident). I have called them to visit my property 3 times and no work was done on all 3 occasions because they insist there is no leak. The owner was extremely rude and short with me as well. Condescending tone throughout and it was clear he didn't want to be there.

I am giving them a one star because there is no zero or negative numbers available. My home warranty send them to fix a minor problem.  They fix it and create a big problem. I had to call a different company to fix it. Very rude and very unprofessional people.

If it's possible to give no stars I would.
Was given this company through my home warranty to fix a leaky toilet. That was almost three weeks ago...and 3 phone calls later (2 from me, one from home warranty company themselves- said they'd call consumer back within 30 mins), home warranty finally assigned a new provider. Good thing our house has a second toilet!

Unreliable, non communicative. Don't trust.

Roman was very nice and knowledgeable.  He unclogged our main sewer line quickly and even showed how the line should look and provide tips on how to prevent a reoccurrence.  I was recommended to him via my Home warranty after I had a no call back from another plumber before the memorial day weekend.  Which left me with a sewer water covered floor.  Thank you for coming out that day to fix the problem in a very timely manner.  Very professional.

I was referred by American Home Shield to Roman's Rooters. One of their technicians named Juan texted asking when I was available. I replied back that I was available Tuesday or Friday. I never received a response back. I contacted the number listed for Roman's Rooters. They said they would send someone out on Tuesday. I waited all day and no one showed up. I again contacted Roman's Rooters. I spoke with a different Juan. He tried getting a hold of the other Juan but was unable to. They told me they could come the next day but I work the whole week. Now they won't be coming until the following Monday. Not a reliable place if you ask me.

The owner of this company just came out to fix a clogged toilet in my masterbedroom after waiting two weeks to set up an appointment . He came here asked for a plunger and started plunging my toilet saying it works. Then he stuck a whole roll of toilet paper down my toilet two times just to back it up again. And all he said was just keep plunging your toilet when this happens. This was his solution. He came thru a warranty company and he didn't want to snake my toilet because he said he wouldn't get paid to do it which was not true. Worst service ever. I hate to submit reviews like this but this guy was a joke. Do not have him come to your home.

The owner or tech came out and charged me to tell me that I don't have a plumbing problem.  Toilets keep backing up, showers too.  I have been in construction my whole life, I'm not an idiot. He couldn't be bothered to check anything.  Total waste of time and he was rude!  Do yourself a favor and call ANYONE else.  Roman's Rooter is terrible

We had our water heater tank replaced by Roman's Rooter. These guys were terrific. They installed our new tank and made sure that it is up-to-date with the new City code requirements. Even though we had to pay extra for the new city code updates because American Home Shield does not cover it, we had no problem with these extra costs as they also keep us safe from future water heater-related liabilities.  The owner, Roman, came himself to our first appointment, diagnosed the problem and the installation was done the next day. His sons, Juan, Jr. and Steve, and, the senior plumber, Tony, were efficient and all did a very good job.

I have been with AHS house warranty for a few years and had other plumbers assigned by them, but, Roman's Rooters were the best. Thank you.

Wow, was he a Bad businessman!
Watch out!! Bait and switch.
He came to do an estimate and he didn't put it in writing (don't worry, he said)
Then he came back to do the job based on the price he quoted.
Halfway through the job, he says that xy and z are NOT covered! what?!?
He was supposed to change the aging valves under my sink, note VALVES!
He carefully explained why one was more expensive than the other, He went over all of this during the quote.
When he was halfway done with one valve, he said that the price did NOT include the second valve, but that's a lie. So, since he's a contractor and could put a lien on my house, I just paid him the extra money which was a LOT! He doubled my cost essentially.  I thought maybe this was a misunderstanding. I kept a positive attitude.
I had him finish the work because I need to have running water.
So he did the valves, installed the new faucet and then was about to leave without hooking up the drain. I guess, this is extra too. So, I  asked him how much, he says $65 to replace the p trap reconnect the drainpipe to the drain line. OK I said, obviously, I was against the wall and he knew it.
Well, he gets the couplings and was going to use the existing pipes, which he said were bad to begin with (???). Then, as he looks at it again (within 10 minutes) he reevaluates the price (for no apparent reason) and says that its now going to be $275!! What? Why?
It looks harder than I thought. he said. Oh, and by the way, I'm not going to include the drain line for your dishwasher, so you won't be able to use your dishwasher anymore.
But you just evaluated it 10 minutes ago and nothing has changed except that you now think that you can squeeze me for more.
This is totally shocking. I can't imagine that this is OK. Maybe the state board of contractor licensing would be interested.
He's a thief, I think everyone should be warned that he's out there and he is going to play games with you too.
Stay away from him like the plague.

So this story does have a happy ending. I called another plumber. It meant that I had to wait for 2 days, but that was worth it. I didn't want to give a thief my money. The new plumber even included hooking up my dishwasher. Now, I know who to call. I won't post it here because I don't want anyone to think that I'm trying to promote anyone else, I just want you to be aware that this guy is a crook. So stay away!

Don't trust Roman's Rooter period! He was assigned by AHS to do my plumbing and I never received a courtesy call when they will do the work, so I had to call. Spoke to Mr. Roman and he said his truck is broken so he can't come until Tuesday the following week. The time came that we agreed upon and he was a no show. I called multiple times and left messages and asked for a call back. Nothing! So I called AHS and they still wanted to push this guy to do the work for me. No! I wouldn't want anyone involved with this sham of a company to enter my home, much less do any work. They are so dishonest. My wife and AHS called them and the owner had the gall to lie and say he called multiple times. Untrue! I work from home and my phone is next to me at all times. Such dishonesty. He tells my wife he can come between 9-11 Thursday and tells AHS he can't come until Friday. Really? I don't know how this company still gets work and still claim they have great customer service when they lie about returning a call. if I were you, I wouldn't use them. If AHS assigns this company to you, cancel right away and demand a refund or be given a different person or just cancel AHS. It took me an hour just to talk to someone. They switched the company thankfully.

I had Roman's Rooter come to service my toilet because the grout in the tiles around the toilet showed signs of water seepage.  I had also seen and  felt the water that leaked from the base of the toilet when I was working to paint the baseboard in back of the toilet.  Two plumbers came and checked the toilet by flushing it 5 times and placing toilet paper around the base of the toilet to absorb any leakage.  I was told that there was no mechanical problem with the toilet when they flushed it and it didn't show a leak.  I said that it might be that the wax seal between the toilet and the tile floor was not tight and that they could try to fix the problem by replacing the wax seal - even perhaps using a double was seal.  I was told they would charge me $285 to pull the toilet and replace the seal.  I told them no, they left, and the problem remains.  In the meantime, I have voiced my dissatisfaction to Choice Warranty and will make another attempt to fix the problem.  Yes, as others have posted, there is a reason that home warranty companies  use companies like this one, unfortunately for the warranty company subscribers.

Roman's Rooter was sent to my house through my insurance (American Home Shield) after we had many issues with the previous plumber they had sent out. We needed service on our garbage disposal and 2 toilets. We made an appointment with Juan, he came on time, called in advance to make sure we were home. Once he arrived, he was wearing a mask (unlike the previous plumber), was very nice and checked everything. He explained what was the issue(s) for each item that needed service and fixed everything (2 leaking toilets and jammed garbage disposal) in less than 30min. He also gave us recommendations to make sure that we won't have issues in the future. Juan was very courteous and very efficient. Highly recommend Juan !

We awoke to find our drain in the bathtub was clogged.  I called Roman and he sent out a technician within 20 minutes and we were are all set with a clear drain in 10 minutes.  Javier was our technician and he was very personable, quick and efficient.  What fantastic service when you are ready to take your shower and it gets fixed without waiting and such a reasonable price.  He's my go to for all plumbing needs now!

Romans Rooter was dispatched to my home for a water heater leak through American Home Shield. They showed up quickly, were on time, wore covid masks and gloves. They provided a thorough update on costs to American Home Shield, and I was able to coordinate the water heater replacement. Nice job Romans Rooter.

Zero is more appropriate for these scammers.  Had a problem with my toilet. When flushed, water would come up high and drain really slow. The flush lever was sticking. I also noticed the base around my toilet has been seeping moisture. Figured it's time to replace the wax ring. (Last replaced was 2008) Called my home warranty, Old Republic Home Protection Co., Inc. They sent these people to fix the problem. They were suppose to call, but I ended up calling them. There were 2 of them. Juan stayed in the van. Antonio came to look at the problem, then proceeded to fix the problem. I watched him most of the time. He applied WD40 on the lever gear.  Replaced the stopper that didn't need replacement. I happen to pass by, when I observed him remove and replace the old caulking around the toilet base. And, he didn't even lift the toilet to change the wax ring!  After all that, he came up to my husband, and said that the job is done. I was very suspicious throughout the whole process, so I went to the bathroom to flush the toilet.  Just as I suspected, the problem wasn't fixed at all! I was boiling by then. I told him that I wasn't going to pay the fee, and for him to leave.  He came back with the other guy to look at the situation, but I told them both to leave. Maybe they think all people are gullible!  I called Old Republic and demanded they send me another plumber. At first, they weren't believing what I was saying to them. I told them I was mechanically inclined, and I could have fixed the problems myself, but I pay for home insurance.  They sent me another plumber, Michael. We looked at the problem. And he fixed the problem.

I had the same experience as Ezekiel D. Tried to up-charge me about $850 above what the home warranty was paying (which I assume was not much because it's a pretty straight forward job) claiming code violations. They were not code violations but extras added on to make it worth their while to do the job. That being said, most of the additional items are good ideas to install but claiming they are code violations is a blatant misrepresentation. It's clear they prey on the desperate. I got all the extras installed without using this company and it cost me 1 day without hot water, 1/3 of their price and I didn't get ripped off.

I worst experience I have had in a long time.  I got them through my insurance company AHS.  They didn't show up twice during the assigned time and I had to call to follow up what happened.  Technician was Juan who shows up the 3rd time and had such a bad attitude towards what I needed to be done.   Wanted to charge more money to do simple work on the drain.  He was so rude that I was amazed that after not showing up twice, he had no customer relations skills.  I was angry and we mutually decided he needed to leave right then.  Don't ever use them.

Absolutely very bad customer service.  They didn't keep their appointment, then when my tenant called, they said they didn't have a record of it.  When i (landlord) called, they said they couldn't get ahold of the technician and when i asked them why they had told my tenant that they had no record of it  he said okay amd hung up the phone.  Worst service ever!

We had two experiences with Juan. The first time he came through our home warranty policy because our pipes were clogged. He did a great job.

The second time we called him because the upstairs shower was leading to a bit of leakage downstairs. He didn't even take a close look at it, and just wanted to open up the ceiling downstairs and see. Since we were under time pressure we agreed to opening up the ceiling, but it was useless. Had he taken a closer look at the shower, and how it was built, he would have easily seen that opening the ceiling was not necessary. We ended up with a big hole in our ceiling that we obviously had to take care of ourselves...He was clearly not concerned about that at all, and simply in a hurry to fix things with brute force.

Very poor service and the technician/owner is not customer oriented.  Juan Roman can care less if you are satisfied with his service and does not have a hair of patience.  If no man is present at home, he is specially disrespectful to women.  I called AHS to submit a claim and I was assigned him for service.  I paid $75 service fee ahead of time.  Somewhat that portion was lost in the communication between him and the home warranty.  He verbally attacked my mother in-law and accused her of refusing to pay.  The next day I called him to find out what may be the issue, and he straight blamed me for not communicating to him that I had paid AHS in advance.  I can understand how someone may be upset for not getting paid on the spot, but that is between him and AHS, and does not give him the right to talk down to my mother in law in person or me over the phone.  He has set the bar when it comes to horrible customer service.  Save yourself the pain of dealing with Juan Roman.

I had a toilet that wouldn't fill up after every flush. This company was recommended to me so I gave them a shot. They were responsive and reliable. The workers were very friendly and super hardworking. Steve was able to fix it really quickly and I now have a working toilet yay!!!

Worst plumber in San Diego.... referred by warranty company. Comes to my home to look at the bathroom tub's faucet ...the water was not diverting to the shower.... they tell me that they are going to have to cut the wall open and replace a valve and the cost is going to be 500 bucks.. the warranty company says they wont cover the modification. Two weeks later the warranty company sends out another plumber to get a second opinion.. and that plumber goes to his truck grabs a part and fixes the faucet in under five minutes... Roman's rooter was going to cut up my whole bathroom for some thing another plumber fixed in five mins.... Roman's rooter should be ashamed of themselves... I'm sure the only reason they show up to people's homes is to get the call fee from the insurance.. Terrible plumbing company... look elsewhere for your plumbing needs as this company has no clue of what the are doing....now he has the nerve to write on the review to say my shower is leaking... the shower is not leaking. Everyting is operating perfectly.... dont try to save face by replying with nonsence...if you do not know what you are doing in your trade dont try to rip people off.. by far the worst plumber in san diego... if not the country.

Guy came to my house to replace a busted sewage pipe under my house. This was completely covered by warranty and I had recently been under the house, so I caught the leak before it got bad. The ground was a bit damp and this guy refused to do the work. He explained that I was would need open the entire wall to dry out the crawl space and his invoice even says damp area under the house area needs to get dry or sanitize before any job. Now I know this isn't the most desirable job but come on man, find another line of work.

Called the warranty company and they sent another plumber who did an amazing job.

After some investigation, I was convinced that my main sewage line was clogged.  Roman's Rooter was my assigned contractor from my home warranty company (FAHW) on a Sunday night around 9:30PM.  I called Roman's the next day at 9:00AM and they said they could make it out that afternoon, by 6:00PM at the latest.  They weren't able to show up until 6:30PM, but they showed me where the clean out was and that it was clogged.  They cleaned it out and were only at my house for ~1 hour.  After that, everything was back to normal.  Really appreciate the generally quick response and fix.

I wish I could give a 0 star, or a negative 10. This company is such a legit joke, and American Home Shield (AHS) has me cornered right now as they are mandating that this scam of a company services my home for a burst water heater.

Juan came out to do an estimate but has not input any of the information to AHS, has been ignoring my calls, and I am essentially in a holding pattern waiting for him to do his job and send the information to American Home Shield before they can do anything further.

This is completely unacceptable, my house has been without hot water for 2 days now, and it seems no one at Roman's or AHS gives a crap.

I called them up after a week of waiting for the part needed for my Ecoflush toilet. I never got a straight story but I feel that since it was not the typical everyday toilet they just forgot about me. The plumber mentioned that we would need to replace the whole tank assembly. (No way) I ended up ordering the part myself on Amazon and replaced it myself using the instructions on the Ecoflush website. 2 days later I asked the insurance for my money back. Still waiting for the check. I'm sure these guys do some good work but don't know anything about Ecoflush toilets.

They didn't show up in their scheduled window. When I called them to see what the deal was, the technician acted like he didn't have time for me and eventually looked up the work order and told me he could come over later on that day.
No prior communication, no reason why he missed the appointment. If I can't trust a company to show up then I can't trust them to do honest work.

- The plumber had to reschedule after forgetting about my appointment. Wasted about two hours of my time waiting for this guy.

- Shows up the next day, looks at the part, he tells me to call manufacture and get the part through warranty. This conversation took 5 minutes. He took $75 for not solving the problem or even try to solve it.

- He calls to see if he could steal $75 more dollars to install the really easy part.

These guys are simply in business because they are tied to the home warranty company American Home Shield. Probably due to their ability to rake in money from poor customers that don't know better.

Please stay away from this scam.

Really disappointed. Had this company out twice to fix my toilet and it's still not functioning properly. They were scheduled to come out a third time and called me at the last minute and asked me to remove the cabinet that was around the toilet and secured to the wall. The cabinet is bolted to the wall and quite high above the toilet and is not easily removed. The repair person who had previously came out knew that the cabinet was there. My service call was from 11am to 3pm and they called me almost 2:30pm and asked me to remove the cabinet. SERIOUSLY??? The service call had been placed days before but I'm called at the last minute to take down a cabinet bolted to the wall? Not professional AT ALL. Not to mention I had taken down a previous cabinet when the issue first happened and only put up a new one because I thought the toilet was fixed.

This place is the worse place ever starting with the lying owner Juan if he's the owner he lie lie lie .. so my heater broke water everywhere I have insurance thru American home shield in put in claim this untrusting company comes out to my house he first is all was rude didn't even introduce him self waited in his van the comes out enters my home straight to heater starts taking notes finally he talks starts with ( this is gonna be very expensive 2500 dollars I interrupt telling him I have insurance then his demeanor changes (like he's not getting cash from me he's not helping )then he tells me he doesn't deal with the type of heater I have, that he needs to call my insurance to get a approval he lied lied he drop the job never told the insurance we needed a new heater and left us hanging I wouldn't recommend this place to no one not even my worse enemy this place should be shut down dishonest place , BBB will be getting a formal complaint DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I just had Roman come out on a weekend with my toilets stopped up for the 6th time in two years and lord knows we need our bathroom, esp. on the weekend! Rancho Bernardo is known for having old pipes in certain sections, and I have done everything reasonably possible to keep the lines clear, including installing clean outs, researching and trying different biodegradable toilet tissue and more, and still every 3-4 months it backs up. Each time a new plumber comes out there is an issue. The last one couldn't even get the snake to work!

Roman was pleasant and hard working and not only used the small snake, but to be sure got the big guns out and did it again which he didn't have too! From there he stated he was going to camera it to see what the issue was! I almost fell over! Not one of the previous companies had a camera ready let alone decided to get to the root of the problem at no additional charge. He had me watch the screen too as the camera worked it's way through the pipes and low and behold, we found the culprit! He had shed the root to bits but the crack in the pipe remains and the roots that are coming through will seek the water and do it again (see pix of roots on camera for what's left)! Now I Finally know what the problem is!  I can't say enough good things about him and how he educated me and worked so hard!

I am a marketing professor and I know if someone has a bad experience they tell 10 others and more with social media now, but rarely are the positive praises told, which is why I write this. I would highly recommend him! Best, Dr. Ryan

Did not get a call by the end of the next business day (assigned to me by my home warranty service). I called them the following day , they said they would be out the next day. I called the next day at the end of the day end the plumber said he got tied up on a job and would be out the next day. JUAN showed up and within minutes of starting the job JUAN was making comments about the home inspector that inspected the home I had just purchased , leading me to believe there may be hundreds or thousands of dollars in repairs necessary, made an attempt to unclog the drain and couldn't do it. He then told me I would have to tear out a wall and gave me the business card of a company that could do the demo work and probably make it so that my insurance company could remodel my bathroom. I suggested calling my insurance agent and JUAN advised against it stating that they are there to deny claims. JUAN suggested I have the demo/restoration company look at it first and have them deal with my insurance company. Needless to say I had no confidence in JUAN and questioned JUAN'S integrity. What JUAN didn't know is that I investigate insurance fraud. I voiced my concerns to my home warranty company, they sent an honest plumber out for a second opinion and he remedied the problem in less than 20 minutes. I have kept the phone number of the Honest plumber and will call him to assist with any future items not covered by warranty and will certainly request him to be assigned if I have any plumbing problems in the future. It is a shame that Romans rooter uses JUAN to represent them. JUAN'S  dishonest Business practices give the trade a bad name.

I would give zero stars if possible. I contacted my home warranty company about my garbage disposal not working in 11/14 and was referred to Roman's Rooter. It is now 12/10 with no show from this contractor after several attempts to contact them. I called my warranty company to report them still not showing and to request a new contractor and was told that Roman's Rooter informed them that work was complete and closed! Are you kidding me??! This is a dishonest business and scammers. Based on the reviews, Its not surprising. My home warranty company reported this contractor and hopefully will never do business with them again. If you ever get referred to Roman's Rooter, change immediately.

If there was a choice for -0 I would gladly give that company that..This company was referred by first american warranty..my call in was Feb 4 2022 he never called to confirm appointment I had to call insurance. They git ahold of him set appointment for 12 to 4...4 o'clock passed by and once again called insurance  and how convient he answetd excuses is all I heard git here at 7pm....took 15 minutes  wrote what was needed. Nevercalled for updates  so we called first american  how lucky if them they got ahold of him. Spoke to Juan did not recall the appointment or the parts that were ordered  Just how useless this company  (owner) or employee this non functioning company is  if it is even a company. So today  was the straw that broke the camels back appointment set by first american  insurance  2/23/2022 from 11 to 3 Romans no show company calls at 415 saying it would be 1 more hour to show up really??? NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Paying for a service and not getting service!!! And don't blame poor Covid for your useless service just go and check all  your reviews  and if there is some good ones. They were done by your family and friends...

We were referred to Roman's by our home warranty company for our leaky water heater. The turn around time as well as the service was great.  They explained everything well, and communicated when they would be at our home,  which I'm very appreciative of. Came out to look at a leaky faucet and broken valve. Spent about a minute looking at each. Didn't even run the water. Told me they both needed to be replaced. Then told my home warranty company a different story which kept them from covering it and gave a overpriced estimate to fix it. Will never use again.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have a home warranty through AHS and Roman's Rooter was the assigned plumber to come out. I was never contacted yet my status said scheduled. After complaining through AHS I got a text from Juan at Roman's Rooter to schedule a visit. After calling back and leaving a message and sending a text we never heard back. After following up again we finally heard back and scheduled a time for Juan to come out. Juan came out at the end of the day, looked at the sink for about 2 minutes and said he would return the next day to repair.... Only to never return and never be heard from again after several attempt to reach him. I would not recommend Roman's Rooter. I am guessing they are not compensated well for Home Warranty calls because this is the 2nd time I have had this issue with Roman's Rooter after submitting a claim through AHS. I would never use them and AHS has reassigned to a new plumber. I am hoping they end this relationship and stop working with Roman's Rooter because it is making AHS look bad.

Juan from Roman's Rooter is out to rip off anyone who will accept it! After coming to diagnose a problem with my water heater through American Home Shield, he made up a list of items that needed to be done in order to get my heater up to code. When I asked him to explain them, he was charging me several hundred dollars to access the heater, which was fully accessible. When I questioned him on another part, he said he was not going to discuss it with me and took the heater and left without doing any work!  He was rude, unprofessional and just wanted to make money off of me for completing unnecessary work!  I WOULD NOT use this company and you should not either.  If the home warranty company wants to refer them to you, ask for another vendor!! They do not deserve the job!

If Juan shows up to your home cancel the service. He is very rude and not very customer friendly or service oriented. He showed up on 6/29/16 after waiting three hours from his show up time. I had to call him and give him my address sounded like he wasn't planning on showing up. That should have been a sign and cancel the appointment. This was through my home warranty that I was referred to him. Of course nothing was covered and he said I had to call the vendor to have my shower head replaced and I said you can't call? He said no. I paid him $65 for nothing than he never followed up on any of the other items he was suppose to check with the warranty company. I called him back on 7/6/16 to follow up and he said he hadn't checked with the company that he would get back to me. Never heard from him. On 7/12/16 I called him back and gave him all my information for the 4th time he didn't know what to say and just told me that nothing was covered. I asked him why didn't you call me or were you not going to contact me and let me know I have been waiting. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau to make sure no else gets this kind of service. He should not be in business. So beware if you contact this company.

I can see why Roman has so many one-star reviews. Like with many others, American Home Shield warranty company sent him out. He looked at a few issues, including the hot water handle on our bathroom sink being stiff and difficult to turn (it worked fine otherwise). He told me that trying to fix it would scratch the finish and that I was better off trying to get a replacement from the manufacturer, so we agreed that he would not move forward with repairing it. Fast forward to a few hours later: I went to turn on the hot water, and the handle was loose and no longer operational. I texted the company to let them know about this new issue, and I got an incredibly rude and unprofessional response back from Juan (see text thread attached). I am shocked that he would speak to his customers this way and that he was unwilling to fix the damage he did to our previously operational faucet handle.

I was concerned after reading some negative reviews but my experience could not have been better.Roman was prompt, polite, clean & knowlegable about water heaters & code requirements which I was aware of. The water heater was replaced within 48 hours and all but the code modifications were covered by my home warranty. $1300 was lots better than $7500 I paid 2 years ago without a warranty at my old house. Also he went above & beyond helping me get my disabled husband in the house after surgery!

This is the lousiest plumbing company I have ever been in touch with. I usually use another one but they could not accommodate my schedule requirements so I had to look for a different plumber. I called Roman's Rooter and all I got was nothing but wasting my time waiting for a person who never showed. First, this company is anything but fast to respond; it took several hours to reply to my voicemails. When I finally could talk to them they offer an appointment for the following day. Well, I waited for the plumber who I was supposed to meet but he never showed up. If you like waiting for plumbers that miss appointments and do not show up then this company is just for you.

The owner is unprofessional. American home shield transferred a simple plumbing job to this company and each time I called to check status, this person gave some or other reason and cancelled the request. I was stuck between this vendor and American home shield for over a month.
I wouldn't recommend getting anything done from this vendor.

It is now Dec, and they are just getting here after I CALLED THEM! They just showed up and told me it would cost $250 and that it was not covered by my home warranty... The laziest plumbers I have ever met! First American contracted ROMANS ROOTER to come out and fix a simple drain pipe under the sink that has been leaking. Plumber says its not leaking right at this moment so its fine. He refuse to fix it. Next was the toilet. The two bolts on either side needed to be tightened as the toilet had become a little loose. He stuck a piece of plastic under the toilet and stated job complete. DO NOT ever hire First American home appliance insurance and definitely dont hire these clowns!! My husband is military serving overseas..gone from our kids and I for 2 years, so that shitbags such as these guys can have the freedom and choice to be lazy and incompetent. Thanks so much for fixing nothing ROMANS ROOTER. Thank you for returning the favor of protecting your rights and liberties. You should be really ashamed of yourself.

For all of you with similar issues with First American and companies such as this, I found out that once the plumber goes out to your property, even if he fixes nothing, he gets paid from First American. Thats why the plumbers are closing the claims and not returning...because they dont have to. They actually are supposed to call the insurance and give a description of the problem and get approval from First American but these guys are telling customers that it wont be covered (in their own opinion) with out ever even calling First American to get the approval!! I talked to First American about this and they said that they are contracted with these plumbers so they must protect them. They wouldnt even let me file a complaint against them..thats why this madness continues. I believe that no reputable company wants to work with the First American so they are left to contract with these lazy unprofessional companies such as ROMANS ROOTER. But they learned that they can get paid without doing anything at all! BE WARNED..dont let this happen to you!

Simply sad to write a review for a business but simply amazed how sad your work is . Been in the service industry for 30 years have seen plumbers of all over California let me tell you I'm sad as person and as a customer, ask for a clog to be fixed told they can't no access from the outside!!!! You snake drains from the inside????.  Well excuse   Can't take the screw off, ok to access the pipes wow never has seen or heard such unmotivated individuals.  But can't blame you we went through American home insurance pay you a easy 100. Better to keep getting the check and do nothing 100 and keep doing that for another 5 years max wish you the best goodluck.  FYI just called touchdown plumbing work guaranteed !!!!

I think I am at the point where I am not going to put up with bad experiences any longer and just let them go. My experience was bad. The workers made a mess by opening a drywall which crumbled all over the floor and they didn't clean after at all, assuming it's OK to leave mess after. The seal applied for the leak was applied sloppy and just unprofessional, with gaps and not even all around. When asked to come back and fix it, they didn't do it right. There is no pride in the work and sloppy attitude. I called the owner and his response on the phone explained why things are so bad. As the saying goes, the rot in an organization starts from the top. I will never use them again and hope this will be a good warning for everyone else.

First of all let's talk about his prompt service and attention to detail. This company was contracted by American Home Shield. Came in diagnosed the issue and replaced the garbage disposal same day.  Mr Juan was friendly and very responsible about troubleshooting the job and correcting it with no inconvenience. This review is a couple of months over due but we've had several problems with our new home.  Javier came out for both problems and did a remarkable job.  While other companies would have taken several days to come and help me, Javier went out of his way to come the same day...later in the evening.  He squeezed me in on his own time.  He was extremely professional and kind.  He went above and beyond to help me.  He even fixed another problem that was not on the ticket list.  I truly appreciate his help and he fixed the leaks beautifully.  Thank you Javier.  I hope if I have to call Roman Rooters again, they'll dispatch you to our home.  Big Big thank you.

My insurance company is CHOICE HOME WARRANTY, I should have stayed with 1st American Warranty. The water heater went out last Tuesday. It took 8 days to finally get it replaced. Roman Rooter came out and said I would have to pay him 735.00 on top of the 85.00 service fee. My water heater is still under warranty, and I was told there would be a reshelving and shipping fees, plus I had to modify to add an expansion tank because Juan said it was out code.  My daughter and son-in-law came over because it didn't sound legal. They are in real estate and found a lot of information about this company. I don't blame him for the slow service I blame CHW but I do blame him for trying to charge me for false charges, suspended license. Just beware of these scammers. He also mentioned I was desperate and made a deal with him?‍He also said he would disconnect water heater and leave with all parts. Sorry but no you cannot do that.

There is nothing worse than the sinking feeling in your stomach the moment you realize you have a potential water leak in your home.  The one positive is that our leak seemed to be isolated to the attached garage area.

I logged into AHS and submitted a request for service on Saturday afternoon and had received a confirmation for a contractor to come out Tuesday.  Three days without running water in the house was too much to bear.  I called AHS Sunday and asked for a quicker service and waited.  

Today (Monday morning) I received an email that my service request had been assigned to Roman's Rooter.  Like most of you reading these reviews I felt apprehensive about it due to the comments from other Yelpers.  I spoke with Juan to schedule my appointment and told him to please be firm with his time as we were still without running water in the home.  He committed to arriving between 3-6:00 PM.  

At 4:10 my phone rang and it was Juan letting me know he was on his was.  Upon arrival, Juan and Antonio looked over the situation and then proceeded to let me know what I could expect from his service and what the approach was going to be.  Ten minutes later there was an access hole made right above the hot water heater and the water was turned on.  The suspicious area proved to be correct and the water was shut off for an additional 20 min while the repair to the line was done.  The copper line was cut and Antonio sweat a new 3/4 copper elbow into place.  

All in all I am very pleased with the service performed by Roman's Rooter.  I told Juan many times people are quick to judge and to post when something goes wrong and that I try to hold judgment until I have first hand experience.  I let him know I would be giving him a 5-Star review on Yelp--even before jumping in the shower.  Thank you Juan and Antonio for a job very well done.  

I hope I never have to call AHS again on a plumbing issue but if I do I'm confident in Roman's Rooter to handle the job.

This plumber was sent by American first Home Warranty. He was very unprofessional, unreliable, and was unwilling to do the necessary work to locate and asses the source of a leak that was causing water to enter the downstairs unit. It took over a week to fix an emergency issue because he was so difficult to reach and hard to work with. I was forced to use an outside plumber to determine the issue because this guy was no help! If he gets assigned to you, please request a new plumber because he will tell your insurance whatever he needs to, to get out of doing work! I had 3 other plumbers look at the leak and all of them disagreed with Roman Rooters. Unfortunately I will now have to pay out of pocket for the repairs since he refuses to tell the insurance what is actually going on. He has wasted so much of my time and I hope that you get out of using him before he wastes yours.

Having an unexpected sewer stoppage is never a pleasant experience. I can imagine that's why there are so many negative reviews, we are never at our best at these times.
When my sewer lines stopped up at 4pm on a Friday I called American Home Shield. Unfortunately Juan had another job booked so he agreed to meet me early Saturday morning. Out of haste I called another rooter service to come out right away.  The other service was not very knowledgeable. They snaked the drain, but were unable to reach the stoppage. They could not find any sewer clean outs so they wanted to charge me extra to remove two toilets.  They said that they found roots in the line and it would likely be a very expensive repair. Knowing I had Juan Booked, I sent the other company home.
Juan used a boroscope camera to locate the culprit, Ficus tree roots way out at the curb. They worked all weekend digging to locate and replace the damaged pipe and installed drain clean outs. They even had to cut and replace the concrete.

I get what people might say that this isn't a service that will put on little paper booties when they come in your house, but these guys have.many years of experience plumbing and busted their asses in the heat all weekend to resolve my issue for a reasonable price, and for that I am extremely thankfull.

We have used Roman's Rooter service many times through American Home Shield. First time was water leak in the garage.  Mr. Roman was able to find where the pipe was leak and did rerouting right away. He even educated us about what is the correct way to install the water heater. Recently they fixed our shower very quickly and professional. They come again right away to fix some more issue as soon as we contact the company. We would definitely recommend this company to everyone! Mr. Roman is very knowledgeable and great service.

Do not use this guy. Had a repair appointment for a broken pipe set up 3 days in advance. On the day of the appointment he called my wife's number before coming. She was driving so she didn't answer. He didn't come because she didn't answer!!! And then proceeded to say ( even though it was 20 minutes past the time he was supposed to be here ) that he couldn't come out for 5 more days!  He didn't even care honestly. I wouldn't go through the trouble of leaving a bad review if I didn't think this guy even cared about costumers. Absolutely terrible costumer service and cannot encourage you more to look elsewhere

I took some time to read all the reviews here to start my review. I see a history of saying it's not covered by insurance, not professional and other stuff..and the Name Juan was all over the reviews.. yes same guy came to me.. I see the reviews either 1 star or 4-5.. Ill give you 3 )first of all rooter took the job from American home shield insurance saying they are available to come Saturday because it's an emergency plumbing problem.  Rooter did not call me to schedule, so I called saturday morning to find out, Juan said he can come Monday.. but I said noooo. You have to come today because you committed to come.. juan asked the problem and I said everything then he came out with a conclusion that my problem is not covered ( just talking to the phone but I insist that he needs to come because I'm not a professional plumber.. so he came anyway..when he arrived at the curb, I came out and walk towards to his driver side  door to acknowledge him however he didnt bother to say hi or even waive his hand to acknowledge my presence standing for  ~ 20 seconds. UNPROFESSIONAL.. so I walk back inside the  property and waited for him.. I told him problem right away..he pulled out his plumbing snake started to unclog.. the Water drained but there was stoppage at 4 feet.. hE said stoppage is not covered insurance ( Juan is correct with this ) and then he said outside plumbing is not covered too he just came out to do me a favor... to get the job done..of course   you came because you'll get paid.. read my coverage and AHS said outside plumbing is covered but not stoppage.. he quoted me 2,800 to fix the stoppage but my guy whom i paid 200 $ plus 60 dollars Home Depot for 4 hr job. fixed the problem same day.. The negative  reviews are accurate. that's all I can say.. I'll give you 3 star because you came on Saturday which you're supposed to and you confirmed my own findings which is the blockage. Without your professional opinion I won't dig, so I give you 3 star

Caveat emptor, (buyer beware). Unfortunately the home warranty company Choice Home Warranty, sent this company out. Juan the owner of the company was the one that showed up. Read other reviews and you will see this man is very rude and condescending. He is also trying to take advantage of people when they are in a vulnerable position. As mentioned in other reviews he tries to force additional items that are not needed and tries to state they are code violations. It is not a code violation. He is not a San Diego County Building Code inspector. He tries to charge you for what the insurance company will be paying him to get paid twice. Also please check the contractors license coming out to your home. His license is SUSPENDED! Choice Home warranty should be doing a better job as well vetting the contractors they send out. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Roman (the owner) came out and replaced the corroded two way angle stop valve that was needed before the dishwasher could be installed. He even replaced a pipe at no charge! It can't get better than that!

I was referred by American Home Shield when I told them I had a leak. I became suspicious when I saw the bad review on Yelp and was preparing for the worst.
To the contrary, they promptly answered my call, fixed the leak, replaced a gasket and snaked the drain, without any up charge or song and dance. Silvano was thoroughly professional and friendly.  He cleaned up after the job and at no time was I taken advantage of.
I am sure they have multiple technicians and I don't doubt the experience of the other reviewer.  You should just be aware that this company did a good job for me.

One of the plumber came by, requested by the warranty company, and denied my claim.  He (Juan) was useless. So frustrating dealing with people when there is lack of communication and just collects service fee.
One should reconsider getting plumber from this place, especially when it's warranty repair.

We've had two terrible experiences with this company. They are dishonest and rude. They barely look at the problem before making expensive, unnecessary, and unprofessional judgements on your plumbing issues. We've asked our home Warrenty company to ban them from our property. I can't even imagine how many people they have ripped off. Beware of this company and the crap they say. Their charges have been more than TRIPLE what we actually have paid to get the work done correctly in our home-twice.

This was the worst experience I've had ever! This man was so rude from the get go. I called him just to confirm if he was on his way and he was so rude! his tone and communication skills were a red flag. I've already called first American company and filed a complaint. This guy needs to fix his attitude and customer service especially when he's in our property and home. Hi everyone,

I thought I'd drop a kind review for Roman's Rooter and a just ok review for American Home Shield.

I was concerned about Roman's Rooter after reading the Yelp reviews. I can say for me, he and his team did a GREAT job!

We've had AHS for some time now and have found it very useful for routine repairs and issues. Like a microwave that suddenly quit working. $75 dollars gets the repair person there and the final repair completed. When it is something larger, well...... prepare yourself for disappointment in AHS.

I had my water heater go out Thursday. Didn't know till I got home and noticed the garage leaking water. So I log onto the AHS website and submit for a repair. (The contractor they hook you up with has 24 business hours to contact you) That night then emailed and texted me the contractor info.

I called first thing Friday to get an ETA on when to expect the plumber for the repair. Juan answered the phone and asked me for my info and said he'd look it up and call me back. Here is the only bad thing to say about Juan... I had to call him back 3 hours later to get the ETA I was looking for. Wish he would have called me first.

Juan came by at 5:30 pm Friday and assessed the required repair and had to send it to AHS for approval before he could do any work. So another day w/out hot water because AHS and their expeditious way they take care of their customers. ARGH!!!

As a side not I asked Juan about upgrading my tanked water heater to a tankless water heater. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me a GREAT estimate on the spot. I had to wait to hear from AHS before I give him the go-ahead on the repair.

AHS called me back Saturday morning and they were totally underwhelming in their coverage.

Anyway this is really more about Roman's review. We went with the upgraded Tankless water heater and couldn't be happier. He and his helper (didn't get his name but he was nice and proficient) did the job and it was clean and complete. We even had a little water pressure issue that they jumped in and helped solve w/out any additional charges.

Extremely rude technician!

Like a lot of yelpers disliking this plumbing company, they were assigned to my work order by AHS. They were very rude to begin with as we discuss my plumbing issues. Then I told them they don't have to do the job if they don't want to and this are the exact works from them I get paid anyways even if I do nothing. I decided to kick them out since I don't trust that they'd do a good job due to their poor attitude. I then called AHS right away and told them to make sure not to pay this plumber because they are unprofessional and they did not solve my plumbing issues.

I agree with most of the yelpers here - DO NOT hire this company!

Worst customer service ever!! That is sating something. Bad attitude to begin with and the they made up stories on why they wanted to cancel the appt they made!! Crazy!! I finally talked them into keeping the appt and 8 hours later still a no show? So I call and he says he lost cell service and had to turn back?? He was only a mile away and here I ahve been sitting and waiting for eight hours. Very rude on the phone all three time intalked to him. Never use this POS!!!!

We had our home warranty set up an appointment from 11-3 and sat and waited all day taking the day off to accommodate the timeframe and these guys didn't even show up.  We ended up having to set up our own plumber as it was an emergency.  We get a call from them the next day after the appointment and they claimed we missed the appointment to our warranty company.  Seems like they did it on purpose.  We should have listened to our gut on the reviews.  If your warranty company sets you up with this company call the warranty company back immediately and ask for someone else.  The inability to keep with a schedule and then sloppily call the next day says everything about the quality of work.

This company sent me a Plummer that did not know what he was doing. Replaced an expensive kitchen facet with a cheap plastic one. The problem was not even in the facet because I took to Home Depot to check. He took parts of my facet with him and called me a liar. Left my house without saying he was leaving so I never signed any paper. The whole experience was ULGY. I definitely do not recommend to anybody

This company was referred to us through our home Warrenty company.  When they finally showed up too guys were in the bathroom trying to figure out the faucet problem we had, and the third sat in the truck.  They did not have many supplies in the truck and could not fix the problem. The guy in the truck had a horrible attitude about my question of the parts needed.  
The whole experience has been terrible, and this company should not be a vendor for any home Warrenty company.  AHS should remove him

The worst ever. Insurance scammers. They are a waste of your time and money. Our home insurance called this company out for a leak repair. They quoted double, if not triple the cost. We quickly got on yelp and found someone with great reviews (4.5 stars vs. 1.4 stars) for a fraction of their quoted cost. Just because you have insurance doesn't mean you have to use them.

I wish insurance companies would look at yelp before sending companies out. This company made the situation worst.

After a week of waiting for them to come out I have to say it was very disappointing. They were unprofessional as can be. I would have loved to go with another plumber but unfortunately it was through my home warranty.  I do not recommend them to anyone.

Agree with all the other yelp reviews, worst customer service. Was referred by my home insurance company, they never called me to set up appointment and so I called them. The technician confirmed he'd come in the 4 hr window. Called him right after the window and he said hey, I'm coming in 2 hrs...WTF! Do we just sit around waiting for you to show up at your convenient time?!? And I know things happen but have the decent courtesy to call or when I call, be courteous. I will be calling my home insurance company to give them feedback

Just had them at our house through ACH. The tech Jaun Roman was literally the rudest person I have ever met. Save the machismo buddy. Literally at the end told me to sign the paperwork or don't said he didn't care cause he gets paid regardless. Just the type of guy that should be going into homes. Also, after reading it does seem Jaun is just jerk.

Called my home warranty company to put a work order in. I was already hesitant to schedule anything because of their horrible reviews. It's been a week now and no call from the company. Reviews don't lie. Stay away from this company unless you want to be disappointed!

One star ONLY because you can't give zero.  The most unethical, rude person I've ever met.  I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.  They are completely incompetent and nasty.  They should be ashamed to even call themselves plumbers.  NEVER EVER USE THEM.  And if you have a home warranty company that wants to send them your way, you can REFUSE.  They will send another plumber.

Juan left our house a few minutes ago after fixing the blockage in our drainage. We can tell almost immediately that he knows what he's doing. The previous plumber who was at my house yesterday could not fix the problem and decided not to continue to solve the problem. Juan and Estevan were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They were patient in trying to resolve the issue while avoiding the added cost on my part. I am shocked and don't understand the negative reviews. I cannot speak for the other customers, but Roman's Rooter fixed my blockage issue within a good amount of time, and that's all I care about.

Awful Awful customer service and company! Our home warranty sent these clowns out to fix our water heater. They said two days for the part to come in we which we thought was unacceptable already since we didn't have any hot water but, OK we get it.
2 days comes and we have to call to find out where the guy is, he says he will be there between 2 & 3 then we call back at 3 and he says he wasn't actually planning on coming and that he never ordered the part because he thought we were taking the cash instead? WHAT CASH? We were never offered any other options other then to wait. So he says we will have to wait another 2 days which would put us at Monday. Are you kidding me!?? Even worse was the home warranty company First American customer service was even worse, knowing that this was a miscommunication between them and the plumber they called out they said there was nothing they could do since it was a Friday afternoon and that my family would have to continue to take cold showers until Monday. I asked for supervisors and talked to numerous people and they just weren't willing to make it right. My husband is very handy and we were pretty sure he could get the part from Home Depot and fix it. He had had been doing a ton of construction on our new home and didn't have the time. That's what the home warranty is for,  Right?!? Roman's Rooter and First American Home Warranty are two of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I am pretty easy going and don't like to rock the boat, but this was just absurd. They could have fixed this and they chose not to. Terrible customer service. My husband finally took care of it himself.  Stay away from both of these companies, They are terrible!!

Had Juan come to fix my toilet on an AHS call. He was very professional and fixed the problem in under a half hour.  Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I would not recommend this company for any work at all. They came to my house to look at a garbage disposal issue. My wife was home and the technician that came in to look at the issue turn garbage disposal on and then turned it off.  He said he has to submit paperwork to the warranty company for approval. Then went and sent the warranty company a report that said there was nothing wrong.  They are an untrustworthy company and if I could give them less them 1 star I would.

They are the worst EVER ! ! Where does the company find these Clowns !! Attitude from the get go ! From saying they have to charge extra because the plumber is tall and has to charge extra because he doesn't fit and has to pull every thing out ( nothing under the kitchen sink ) when I said nope not paying extra . Right away noticed . He didn't seem to want to do the job . Said the faucet was broken on purpose so work would be rejected by Home Warranty. It's been a 8 days since they came to see  and yet no report . I called to check status and on last call the man answering was mad , rude and attitude saying I should wait . I'm like it's been more than a week ? He got more upset and now said we broke the faucet on purpose so it won't be covered ! I'm like wow !  From

Exeptional customer service and professionalism.  They took care of all my plumbing issues.  Showed up to scheduled appts on time and kept me informed if they were stuck in traffic (remember, we live in CA folks).  Overall, I'll be calling them again in the future!

The bad reviews are not correct! Roman rooter was here on time and worked hard to find our leak, it was bad and hard to get to and we have extensive water and mold damage. We were covered by AHS home warranty for his work and the balance should be covered by Farmers (our insurance company) I would call Mr. Roman again for his Knowles and professionalism.

UPDATED 09/27/17 - Roman's Rooter is dishonest!  They communicated to American Home Shield that our problem was that a cleanout needs to be installed, so AHS won't cover it.  Obviously, this was not so, since Bill Howe Plumbing cleared it with a regular snake.  

DO NOT use Roman's Rooter!  The repair guy that was sent to us was extremely rude, didn't even really look at our problem before telling us that we needed installation of a clean-out, a fix that would not be covered by AHS, our home warranty company.  He didn't even try to fix the plumbing until we asked him to try.  Then he opened the pipe, let water run through it, and told us that he couldn't fix the blockage because it was beyond that point in the pipes. To add extreme insult, the home warranty company, American Home Shield, wouldn't send another service person without charging us another service fee.  And they won't refund the fee they charged us for the crooked Roman's Rooter plumber.  We ended up calling Bill Howe Plumbing, who used their snake and cleaned out the plumbing with no problem.  These two companies are the worst I've EVER used.

Had an issue with my sink where it was completely clogged up. I called their number and was able to get one of their guys to my house the same day. I had no issues with them, and I'll call them again if there are any plumbing problems that occur within my home again!

Juan and another guy show up to my home to fix a pipe leak. 3 minutes in, mentioned that they don't know where the leak is coming from, or how deep. Said they need a leak detector, which will cost $200-300, and the job will take $3-5K. I don't know how you can make an estimate if you don't know what the issue is or where is it to begin with. A total scam and I will be ending my warranty with American Home Shield just for sending them.

HORRIBLE!!! we had a clogged toilet.  The plumber came and spent 10 seconds snaking it and left.  He didn't fix the toilet.  He had to come out again and this time left without doing anything at all!  Rude and useless!!!

This is the time where I would love to be able to not a zero but a negative star review.  The worst service company I have ever worked with.  They don't know the first thing about customer service and I highly doubt they will be in business much longer given how unprofessional, incompetent, and impolite they are. We have 6 properties with home AHS and the last couple of plumbing request that we submitted, based on our tenant's request for simple clogs/leaks, were assigned to Roman's Rooter (Juan was the service person) and let me tell, it was an absolute nightmare to deal with them and our tenants were furious about their negative attitude, rudeness, and using a rough/accusatory tone with my tenants. We had to step in and waste so much time and countless number of phone calls until we were able to replace them with another company. Last time I checked, a plumber job is to go troubleshoot and fix the issue instead, they just trouble shoot and walk away.  Stay away from this company at all costs. We have contacted our AHS warranty and requested to delete this service vendor from all our 6 contracts to insure that our future plumbing requests for any of our properties will not be assigned to this company

Roman's Rooter is a SCAM, RIP OFF!

Had them come out for a bid on replacing my water heater and he was trying  to charge me for stuff that was not needed.  He said my current system was not to code with several items.  I did my research and called the state and many of the items were not needed...  example.. expansion tank, its not needed and or required in my city.  YES, its required for ALL new construction, and if there is already an existing one.  After calling him on his BS I never heard back form Juan again.

*Beware* if Juan shows up at your door you will have the worst experience JUST CANCEL HIS SERVICES. He was dragging his feet and seemed uninterested (I asked myself, why did he even come). After he gave me the quote to replace my water heater-  In addition to the insurance money he wanted an additional $857.00 for code violations* we went back and forth discussing his violation( which I confirmed were not all violations
, it's just what he required to do the job) long story short he said If I don't do it my way I will not do it. Luckily, I went through a different company, I ended up spending less then half of what he was charging and received outstanding customer service.

The guys was so hesitant to look for the leaked. He suggested to call a restoration company. I called another plumber to help us with the leak and they managed to solved the problem. The plumber was so impatient. Why working if you hate your job? I guess he's in a bad mood or something.

Most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with! Juan Roman was rude and negative as soon as he stepped foot into my home. First thing he said was The insurance isn't going to pay me for this because there is no problem after a quick 5-minute inspection! Even when I told him water was dripping from my ceiling after a shower upstairs and there was visible water damage. Home warranty sent him otherwise I wouldn't have called him based on his poor reviews. Another plumber came and problem solved for 2 hours and figured out where the leak was. Called the home warranty supervisor and told her exactly what happened.

After more then a week later, my plumbing issue still has not been taken care of. Not only did they show up unexpected (asked for a call before arrival) but the so-called piece I need, has not arrived. So frustrated. Unfortunately, I'm going through my home warranty company so my hands are tied on this job.
