This was our second time using On Point plumbing (1st time for a garbage disposal installation). We needed some plumbing
lines moved when we shifted our sink and dishwasher over about 3 feet.  Ceasar provided a great quote, job and customer service!  He's definetly our go to for plumbing needs!

On Point Plumbing was exactly that, on point.  I submitted a request for an estimate through Yelp inquiring with about 9 plumbers.  Cesar not only was the first to respond but he was the only one that actually gave me an estimate. I found his estimate to be reasonable to so I scheduled the repair.  To my surprise he said he could get to the property in about 30mins time.  I think he actually got there sooner and before I knew it I was getting a text from the tenant that he was already finished!  The tenant was very happy with the repair and the experience and if the tenants are happy, I am happy.  I will definitely use Cesar for my plumbing needs again.  He was responsive, reasonable and easy to work with.

I requested a quote and had a leak fixed within 24hrs! Cesar gave me a quote right away & honored a military discount. He showed up bright & early with a great attitude. Leaks are a pain plus I had work & it was my birthday, didn't really want to deal with this today. On point made it quick & easy. I definitely recommend them. I'd use this company again in a heartbeat!

I'm very impressed with Cesar's professionalism. Cesar was able to schedule an appointment on the same day that we called.  He was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job.  We had a new faucet installed, along with our garbage disposal reconnected, and reconnected the gas for our cooktop.  He tested everything to make sure everything was in working order.  He answered all of our questions.   His prices were very reasonable.  I highly recommend On Point Plumbing.

Today I had On Point plumbing come out replace some supply valves and a kitchen faucet.  Excellent job.  I can highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs.

Our older water heater started leaking.  The home warranty had On Point come to evaluate. Skyler was to the point and knowledgable and let me know exactly what costs were my responsibility vs what was covered.  They were able to pull out the old water heater one day and that let me dry out the area underneath. Then they came the next day to install the new one. Esteban was very competent at removing and installing the water heaters.  Although my caveat is that my water heater was mostly covered by a home warranty, I would highly recommend On Point.

Cesar was a breath of fresh air, after dealing with 2 incompetent plumbers sent out by our home warranty company. Our water heater went out & we were on day 4 without hot water. The warranty company wasn't going to have it fixed for another week, but Cesar made time at the end of his work day to drive up to Carlsbad on Labor Day weekend to help us out. He is reasonably priced, honest
and cleans up after himself. Would definitely use him again!!

Cesar together with his son Cesar did a great job for me running a new gas line; the quality of workmanship and communication was wonderful. His time from the written estimate to starting and completing the job was accurate.  Bottom line I will use them on other projects.   R

Discovered water all over my garage on Friday night 4/8/22 called Cesar owner and operator of On point Plumbing. He was at my house with 24 hours assessed problem and had a new water heater onboard his truck and installed same day!! On Point Plumbing... What  can I say it says it in the name.   Cesar and his crew are very professional , honest, courteous, and most of all provides all day service.. what i mean by this  i can call him and he is quick to answer  all my questions and guide me through things ai can try and do myself.  most plumbers will not even take the time.. there all about  making money for each call.  I meet cesar during the holidays of 2016.  Our water heater broke down started leaking.  My coworker referred me to him.  He came over the 2 day after christmas.  Diagnosed  the problem went with me to home depot to choose item and New years day came over and installed it.  It was not an easy install.  He had to install it in a small space. it was tough but he did it.  Other work he has done for me is help install new kitchen sink, bathroom sink , garbage disposal, tokiets for remodels. Nice and clean  job.  I highly recommend him to all my friends , family, coworkers.  they call me all the time for recommendations and after calling him they always thank me.   anytime someone in the community or facebook ask for recommendation  im always quick to recommend him-not because i benefit from it but bc i truly believe he is the best all around.  ive had home  insurance  for all the appliances electrical  plumbing practically  everything insured in house.  when  theres issues i would call them... after so many  failed plumbing issues and plumbers coming out to make more money off of me I said enough is enough.   I am relieved I finally found one that is honest, reasonably priced,  profession and clean work.
