100% excellent company. We had them come out for a second opinion. The first company was going to charge us several thousand dollars and rip out our ceiling and new kitchen cabinets. We called Reasonable plumbing out for a second opinion as our contractor said that it was simply a piece of copper pipe that needed to be cut out and changed. Pip was honest and professional and caring and understanding and the best part is ....he fixed it in less than an hour. Nothing had to be torn apart!

We bought a home that had a leak in the showers and needed a pipe to be replaced. Needing a plumber a week before our move in. Sergio was able to help us out right away. He was very professional and punctual. He was even willing to answer questions while working. Just to keep us informed and help us understand what job was being done. He was given 5 hours to finish the job as that was the allotted time provided by the HOA and Sergio was able to get it done properly and well on time. We highly recommend Sergio and will definitely be using him again next time we come across any plumbing problems.

Of course our water heater waited for a global pandemic before it started leaking! Can't complain too much, it was 19 years old. In any case, Dimitar from Maxx Water Heater Service to the rescue! I obtained a few quotes before speaking with Dimitar. Within an hour of speaking to him he was at my door, provided an excellent quote and said the job could be done right away. We opted for a new 40 gal storage tank. He started draining the old and went to pick up a new one. Within 45 min he was back and got to work! He took care to make sure the setup and all connections were done well. I do a fair amount of home improvement and it was impressive to watch him work meticulously. Four hours after discovering the leak, had a new heater and piping hot water flowing again. Great price. Great service. Excellent job. Thanks Dimitar!

I had AJ replace my tankless water heater. He was professional, on time and very reasonably priced. I got other estimates that were much higher than his offer. I'm very happy with his service and already have recommended him to my neighbors.

Definitely recommend Chris, from We Fix Plumbing, for your plumbing needs. After seeing his Facebook post I contacted him to replace the water spicket outside. Chris was responsive, easy to communicate with, prompt and completed the job quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend him!

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.
Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

I had a tankless water heater installed in March of 2022. I replaced a traditional tank water heater.
Before the tankless water heater was installed by Eastlake Plumbing, I asked the person who came to my home during the consultation if the tankless water heater that they wanted to install in my home was compatible with the plumbing in my entire home. They said YES it was compatible. I then made an appointment and the tankless water heater was installed a week later.
A month after the installation, i noticed that the heater used to heat the home (HVAC) in the condo wasn't blowing warm air. I ignored it and didn't think much of it until i needed it months later during the winter.
During the winter, i still was not getting warm air out of the hvac heater. I had several HVAC techs stop by over several weeks and check out my hvac heater. The techs concluded that my hvac heater works off of hydronic heat so it needs hot water from the water heater to heat the home.
The tankless water heater that Eastlake Plumbing said was compatible with my home, WAS NOT compatible with my home's HVAC system, specifically the heating system. The tankless water heater couldn't produce hot water for the home (shower, faucets etc) and supply enough water to the hvac system at the same time.
The above was confirmed by numerous hvac techs i had come over to diagnosis the issues with the hvac heating system. The tankless water heater manufacturer, Noritz also confirmed that the tankless water heater that was installed in my home by Eastlake Plumbing is not designed or engineered to work with a hydronic heating system. Before i made the installation appointment for the tankless water heater, i asked Eastlake plumbing if it was compatible with my home and they assured me that it was. They were wrong and took no accountability and gave me the run around for weeks.
Their solution was to take out the tankless water heater and replace it with a traditional tank water heater. Not once did they take accountability for their inaccurate statements on the tankless water heater being compatible with my home. Their mistake cost me a lot time, money and an entire winter without heat.
I WOULD NOT recommend Eastlake plumbing especially for any tankless water heater work. They talk like they know what they are doing with tankless water heaters but they clearly don't and they don't do their basic job by figuring out whether a plumbing product that they install/sell works with your home's current setup. They didn't inspect my home or anything during the initial consultation. Lots of other options out there.

Called and they were able to send out a tech within an hour. Eric was professional and honest about the services that should take place. The cost was reasonable and the services performed were above par. Will be recommending them to others and will be using their services for any future needs.

Plamen and Chris did a great job installing a new tankless water heater for me! They took away my old water heater (which was huge and took quite a bit of work getting it out of my very small closet), and installed the new tankless heater, making sure to do all the little extras to bring it up to code! It works great and there have been ZERO PROBLEMS!

My upstair neighbor's tank leaked, dripped into my tenant's water heater closet and tripped out the electrical on the old water heater. I called United Plumbing and they sent Yuri who came out on Labor Day to troubleshoot the water heater. After determining the need to replace the unit, they helped me take the old unit to Home Depot to get credit and get a new unit.
After installing the new unit, he couldn't get it to fire up and determined that the new unit was a lemon after talking to the Rheem service rep. Yuri again coordinated with me to get credit from Home Depot to got another replacement unit and installed it with brand new hoses and piping.
Even though Yuri had to do the removal and install twice, he was very kind and nice about it, never complained, and was even apologetic. United charged me a very reasonable fee that was about 20% less than other companies. And they didn't even ask me to pay for the second install.
I was very happy with United's service and especially Yuri for doing a thorough job!

I had a small emergency a few months ago that had to do with my ice maker and an upcoming party. Aztec Plumbing was recommended to me, but they had no one available and recommended Victor.
Well, he not only figured out the acute problem, but realized that my water pressure was far too high and blowing out not only the ice maker, but was the cause other problems I'd had. He fixed all promptly and efficiently, cleaned up everything beautifully, and was friendly and courteous.
Today, I had a bad bath fixture leak and the turnoffs under the sink had crumbled. He came out in response to my desperate pleas in just a couple of hours and repaired everything quickly.
He also let me know that the expensive recommendations made by another (major) plumbing company were not necessary and explained clearly why.
Victor is not only excellent at the job, reliable, and knowledgeable, but explains all his actions to me in understandable language.
He also thinks outside the parameters of the job he's called to do and looks at the ramifications that problem may have in other areas of the house.
I am delighted to have found him and plan to use him for all my plumbing issues in the future.
I have already recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so.

We called Neighborhood plumbing to replace a leaking water heater and Bob did an excellent job of course I mean look at his reviews. My neighbor Vince actually recommended Neighborhood Plumbing so we went ahead and had him install a tankless water heater. So far it's working flawlessly and no more waiting after my kids take long showers. Quality work is what Neighborhood plumbing is all about. He also replaced our regulator that controls water pressure it was 13 years old and on its last leg. Tankless is the way to go if you wanna save on your gas or electric bill for those that have electric they make electric tankless. Anyway, I would without hesitation recommend Bob and his staff are quick effective and very knowledgeable. Bob has been a plumber for 40 years or more. He's a small business and I like supporting local small businesses too. Call Bob and his team if you need a plumber or know someone who does.

I called for an issue with a badly leaking pipe from our water heater tank. Gerry requested pictures to be sent to him to further assess. I only waited roughly for 30 minutes and he sent Val and fixed it. It was a clean and quick work. Gerry then stopped by to reassess everything and gave recommendations. He charged reasonably. Great customer service! I would highly recommend these guys.

Absolute elder abuse!!!! Stay away!!!! Thieves, scammers!!!
How do you charge someone over 20k and then bring it down to half price because this person sought out another estimate!!
What does that say?!!!
Common sense people.
If you want to give away your money, by all means do! You're the loser in this situation. Do your homework before throwing away your life savings down the drain!
The negative ratings on here are not for nothing! They were the smart ones!

Had a water leak from above my ceiling. Turned out that an existing metal banding had eroded away my hot water line. They responded and came the same day. It was late in the day so they had to return with materials the following day to finish the job but they got the job done. Thanks!
