The work I requested was to replaced the oven/range gas supply valve.  He was very thorough as to ensure proper installation and safety from any type of gas leak.

Sprung a slab leak in my home. Since we have had several leaks in the past five years we decided it was time to re-- pipe. Contacted several companies. Toby from Americal was at my home within 1 hour. Provided a quote in less than 10 minutes for Pex material with 25 year warranty. I signed the contract right then. He was honest and very fair with his estimate.

Toby scheduled us ASAP. His crew showed up the next day at my house first thing in the morning. They re--piped my entire home in less than five hours. My home is a 2 story four bedroom 2 1/2 bath 1800 ft.² these guys were professional and really knew what they were doing. My water was back on and fully functional by midday.

The next day the patch and drywall crew were again at my doorstep first thing in the morning. These guys had all the holes in the drywall patched and textured and were done by end of day.

5 star experiences from the time I called to setup the same day appointment.  The receptionist Michelle was friendly and pleasant; she called me several times to make sure I did not to leave work too early to meet the plumber at home.
Mike, the plumber showed up when he supposed to.  Explained clearly the problem he found, patiently answering my 20 questions, provided the estimate and quickly fixed the problem.  He then provided recommendations for future install as my water heater is working but is fairly old.    
I will call up Perry Plumbing again for my future plumbing needs.

Edgar was as professional as they come.  He is honest, friendly, and professional.  Pricing was also very reasonable for the work done.  You can't ask for much more from a your neighborhood plumber. I will definitely hire again!

Used American Ace when my regular plumbing company couldn't send someone out for three days. I'm very glad that I did. Very responsive, they scheduled me for that day and kept me updated on timing. They were very thorough, taking the time to make sure all problems were addressed - and even cleaned up the sink when they finished a spray bottle of clorox! I would definitely use them again.

My name is Jeffrey Clark and I had a water heater installed by Pat on 2/19/18.  They came same day, did and inspection, had the water heater I needed in stock and replaced the unit.  The installer was knowledgeable and pleasant.  Their service was reasonably priced and fast.  Thank you!

But job was pretty sloppy. Equipments did not work well and did not prep job before they snaked the pipe、 end up with scratching my brand new tiles. And left the area with dirty debris and water.
Cost was more than I anticipated、anticipated especially no clear solution or address the issue.
I got another guys and they did much better assessments and suggestions what I should do for fixing the issue.
I am not sure why they can get such a good rate on Yelp.

When my parents had their showers filling with backed up water we searched yelp for a reliable plumber in our area who would first of all answer the phone and also be able to do the work the same day. Well we found those qualities in Down the Drain plumbing.
Martin was responsive with his phone call and with texts afterward. Very accommodating and snaked their main line clearing up the blockage quickly.
I would recommend his business to anyone and would not hesitate to use him in the future.

Back in Feb 2021 my air conditioning was not blowing hot air so I called THA Heating and Air to do a service call. The tech inspected the unit and indicated it is leaking Freon and the leak might not be fixed. I asked the tech to talk to his office and come up with a cost of a new device. I never heard from the office regarding the new unit quote and I only got the invoice for the service charge.

I called another HVAC company to get a quote for a new unit. The tech actually fixed the leak and put Freon in the unit and he said there should not be any issue with the unit now. The unit has been working fine since Feb. The  cost of the Freon and repair was much less than the quote I got from Tha.

We got lucky when we decided to use Sav-On Plumbing.  They are a family owned business and treat you like family (the good kind ).  Paul, Barbara and Zach, thank-you so much for the excellent service you have provided us over the years.  Great attitudes reflect a love for what they do.  Pricing is amazing and their ability to prioritize their workload lets you know how much they care.

Called Mariana because i had my main line leaking underneath the house, i was surprised to see this is a woman owned business and to make it even better she is the one who does the work.

Mariana came out very humble and very knowledgeable, she went in our crawl space and showed me pictures and different options on how i can take care of the problem.

Definitely took care of my home and did an amazing job. Price is very affordable and very clean.

I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to have clean and affordable work done. I will definitely be calling her again if i have any more plumbing issues.

They started out great, but ended up disappointing.  The toilet in our bathroom started to backup while I was in the shower the other day.  We had people coming in to stay with us in a few days so I called that night.  They came over right away to look at the issue and suggested a snake or some sort of hydro cleaning.  The next morning they arrived and tried the hydro cleaning, but water started coming out of the bathroom and kitchen sinks, so they stopped.  Next they tried the snake but couldn't get past a certain spot of the pipe.  They were very rough while using the snake and caused a slight crack in my bathroom wall.

When the hydro cleaning and snake did not work, they continued to investigate and discovered that the main line under the house was in bad shape and had holes in it.  They said they could replace the 30 foot line for $2350.  This seemed high, so I asked some questions but eventually agreed and they went to work.  When I came home they said they discovered that most of the piping from the house to the sewer in the alley was also rusted through.  They said that they could replace it for $5500.  This is a huge amount so I told them I need to get another estimate.  At that point they pressured me a bit and told me that it was going to back up again in a few days.  I decided to risk it and try to get through the next few days since I had friends coming in.  Once the guys from JJ Drain left that first day I discover that they left me quite a mess.  Cigarette butts were littered across my lawn.  They even threw an empty cigarette pack in my lawn.  I also found some plastic gloves hanging from the roof and a few more pairs in various spots in the lawn.  They used my hose to spray off, but didn't turn it off all the way.  Unfortunately I didn't find this for several hours so I'm sure my water bill will be a nice surprise.

A few days later I get a new estimate to replace the piping in the yard.  The estimate is $3000, almost half of the $5500 quote that JJ Drain & Sewer quoted me.  At this point I know that I most likely got ripped off for the work they did under the house.  Anyways, at least I didn't agree to do the $5500 of work.  It sucks because now I'm in debt.  Hopefully the plumbing work they did under the house holds up so I don't need to change this to 1 star.
