He swapped our chandelier out for a fan and light fixture, repaired stucco on the exterior of our house, built a barnyard swinging custom garage door for our detached garage, matched old pine wood paneling in our great room, regrouted tile, repaired our door threshold, fixed a door frame, and did a few minor repairs to other areas of our home. He was a reliable, and did an exceptional job. It was all done quickly and done very well. I definitely urge you to utilize Sergio and his company to help with any home repairs. Called Elite Rooter for a clogged main drain and had Arturo come out to take care of it in a timely fashion. When I mentioned my bathroom sink was a bit slow be didn't hesitate to snake that out as well and then offered to install the new faucet for me! Unfortunately the old faucet was in a tight space with old parts, but Arturo went above and beyond to get the job done! Thank you Elite and Arturo!

I'm a real estate agent, investor, and when it comes to local in Chula Vista, this family business has been doing it for years and they really know the homes here.  When you call, be very specific on the scope of work with Sue or Elena and they are usually know who to schedule for the work so the field guys can be in and out pretty quickly.  Some big remodel projects to emergency sewer pipe problems to even a small faucet/angle stop change, they are great.  I have had worked with probably 5 different people from the team & its consistent.   I used to only have Steve or Tim for over 15 years, but all the guys are pretty knowledgeable and they always have a well stocked van for materials.  Bonus today with John & Will, they checked the water pressure to make sure it was on point.

By the way, Steve has done some major tankless water heaters for us for homes in La Jolla and locally here in Chula Vista, and they really know how to handle it.   Thanks guys ....see ya at the next house.

I had a pipe leak, and terrible water pressure in the shower. Called True Value Plumbing and had Christian out within 20 min. He fixed the pipe leak in addition added new fixture to the shower. All I know is that my showers feels 10x better!!

Very happy with the service. They got back to me in minutes.  They sent someone out within a couple of hours.  The someone was Brandon, a personable, clean cut, competent young plumber who does not mind attention of a few pets.  We had an atypical job, an antique type high tank toilet.  The tank had been leaking and I had pretty much torn down the whole setup trying to fix it.  Brandon got it reassembled and working with no leaking with the parts on-site in pretty short order.  I would call him or them again.

I just had a compressor installed by Tarpy and want to let anyone trying to select an HVAC company to use Tarpy!  Cheryl in installation was effiicient and communicated via email and phone throughout process. She was very competent and made setting up an appointment so easy.  
The installers Nicholas and Sergio were amazing!  They were knowledgable and also efficient!  Each time they came out they were on time, communicated everything to me, really courteous! Most of all Nicholas spent extra time going over my system and how to use it best!

Jose is awesome, efficient, professional, reliable - an honest hardworking plumber who doesn't overcharge you.  We need more honest and ethical plumbers like Jose Barragan! He has integrity and charged a flat rate for replacing sink angle stops, toilet water supply line and pump.

We had another heating and cooling company come out and was told that basically our entire air conditioning unit needed to be changed. The tech seemed to be a sales person. $100 later, I called Bill Howe. Jeremy came out to do the work. He was an honest, straightforward person that had the A/C on as soon as he started working on it. Fixed and explained a power source that had possibly surged and melted. Although unit was old, it was still good. Crazy different response from the previous tech. Should have called Bill Howe to begin with. Thanks Jeremy.

I had a exterior leak and did not know the source. Jake came out the next day to assess the issue and called to notify me that he needed access to my unit. He was able to meet me on my scheduled day off and arrived promptly at 10am. He determined my water heater needed to be replaced and went into action. He quickly gathered all the supplies he needed to complete the job and it was done in a few hours. He was able to navigate install issues that arose, had to dismantle the water heater closet to ensure a proper fit without creating damage, and left the apt the way he found it, only with a new water heater! Thanks Jake for your quick response and professionalism.

I was in search of assistance with a few of my appliances and needing help with gas line hookups. I was able to get in contact with Bryan on A SATURDAY! That alone was amazing, he was very communicative and had such a fast response time to my inquiries and what I needed done.

I called because my drain was backed up, again.  Frank showed up and after high power flushing of the drain the clog was cleared but he explained the cast iron was pretty clogged up after 70 yrs.  we decided the course of action would be to replace the cast iron with plastic pipe.  Frank was under my house getting a shopping list ready in no time.  Came back later in the afternoon with the required parts.   He showed up on time the next day, got the old out and the new installed quickly.  He explained what he was going to do, and afterward showed the aged cast iron pipes.  I know very little about plumbing but felt Frank knew what he was doing and got it done.  Thanks!

We had a water leak on the pressure regulator at my mom's house. Called Ely Wednesday night, got a quick quote for the repair, and he came out first thing Thursday morning.
