I can't say enough good things about this company. They are the most honest, reliable and professional plumbing and HVAC company we (Advent Real Estate and Property Management) use. I love the office staff. Victor and Sam are so good on the phone! They reply promptly on email and invoicing is the best! John and Johnnie are the best owners/directors of the company and will gladly talk to me or to my clients. It is so much easier to protect our clients and their investments when our vendors are trustworthy like they are.

A couple days ago my water heater gas valve stop working. I called Blue Planet Plumbing to get a quote Mike came explain me everything I need to know. I also get a qoute from The White Glove Guys but they are charging twice Blue Planet  Plumbing is charging. In short I went and go ahead and have Blue Planet to install me a Tankless water. Service is excellent, Mike is very thorough at his work. Highly recommend. I definitely call again for service.

Our A/C was not working. Your in the middle of July and the heat is about to get here. Found BRS Mechanical Hearting & Cooling they answer right away and came to our house the next day. There price is very affordable. They fix our A/C. Thank You again BRS

When you meet someone with integrity, they stand out.  I called Hector Delgado (the son) came to our house to perform what I thought was going to be a fairly simple job installing a kitchen faucet and some bathroom fixtures.  It turns out the original housing development builders used sub-par materials and also cut some corners on the job 'they' did.  Hector went entirely above and beyond to run to Home Depot to get the extra parts he needed to perform the job AND make it look great.  He tried to not charge me for the extra 'time'... the extra 'parts' and the extra 'equipment' he had to use.  If you use anyone else you're missing out.  He's our plumber for life now.

When sewage started coming up into my bathtub last night, I knew I was in trouble. I chose this company based on their great yelp reviews, and everyone is right! Jonathan just left and did a great job clearing my mainline of tree roots. He also gave me a few tips on preventive maintenance. Since tree roots are an ongoing problem and not just a one-time fix, Xtreme Drainworks and Jonathan will definitely be getting all my future work. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This plumbing business is great. Neat, honest and reliable, as well as reasonable in price. I had the same work done by a well known plumbing company, and I am happy to say Plumbing & drains did the same job for 1/4 of the price. They could have made some money off of me by telling me I needed a new water heater that I have had for over 20 years. The plumber told me even though my heater was old, since there were no leaks, there was really no need to replace it. I will definitly cally them again when I need a plumber and will also use them when I do need the water heater replaced.

I needed a new shut off valve under my kitchen sink. I am a DIYer and just couldn't get it off. I finally called Bob after reading reviews. The plumbing was so tight and the hole cut into the cabinet so small that the only possible fix was to repair the old valve. Bob was able to remake the entire valve.  Great work! I have another frozen valve and Bob isn't available for 2 days. I'll wait till he gets back to have the work done!

I had a drain that I had been trying to unclog for days. After several attempts at clearing it myself, I called Sherlock Plumbing, Heating, and Air. It certainly helped that I had received a coupon in the mail. The plumbing technician that arrived was Morghon. He was outstanding. Morghon was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and tidy. My drain was cleared in no time. This was my first time using Sherlock for a plumbing issue. I purchased an AC unit and heater from them in 2019 and that was also a good experience.

Sent pictures from the sink that was falling from the wall and got a $120 quote to FIX it. 5 min after he arrived he said the job was done and I went to check it and the only thing that he did was add A LOT of silicone around it and when I questioned if it was going to work the answer was I can come here to do one more service to remove the sink and fix it because now I do not have the material. He said that we agreed doing silicone but the truth is he only said $120 to FIX it. I guess an honest person after seeing that wasn't able to actually FIX it should discuss the situation and then charge the 5min visit not the job that was done. I had a really good handyman coming over that actually FIXED it and explained the job and also said the crazy amount of silicone just made things worse.
Do not recommend.

We have used Roman's Rooter service many times through American Home Shield. First time was water leak in the garage.  Mr. Roman was able to find where the pipe was leak and did rerouting right away. He even educated us about what is the correct way to install the water heater. Recently they fixed our shower very quickly and professional. They come again right away to fix some more issue as soon as we contact the company. We would definitely recommend this company to everyone! Mr. Roman is very knowledgeable and great service.
