We had a flood at our house and Carlo's was amazing, the repairs were done quickly and professionally and he helped me with the insurance company and remediation company. I can't express how much I appreciated his expertise during the difficult situation.
Chula Vista, CA
Good communication and showed up on time for an estimate. However, they quoted $375 for a simple RO installation which was way too high. They easily could have sent me a price via message like some other plumbing companies to save time. I was very clear what system needed to be installed and what the existing conditions were.
San Diego, CA 92117
Great experience! James came out and replaced two of our shut off values in our bathroom sink-- one that was quite challenging since we tried fixing it ourselves! Was also very kind!

Omar & Team: during this super stressful time, thank YOU guys for helping us!! Highly recommend!!

Called Daniel at the last minute to install two new faucets -kitchen and bathroom - and connect remaining kitchen items (disposal, dishwasher) following installation of new kitchen counter. Fast, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. Will call Daniel again for future plumbing needs!

CPL is great. Their techs are very knowledgeable & able to find leaks within just a couple hours. They use top of the line equipment to ensure the best service possible. They are willing to travel to job-sites and flexible when scheduling to fit your availability. I would recommend CPL to anyone that is in need of a good leak detector.

Charlie had to redo the work of the plumber my HOA hired. It cost half as much and it actually got done right. He did such a good job my downstairs neighbor hired him for future work. He's very competent and honest.
La Mesa, CA 91942
Hired to uncap a sealed gas line for hooking up a new clothes dryer. Arrived quickly after the dryer was delivered and completed the installation despite the dryer missing a neccessary adapter for the gas line.

I called Travis for an after-hour semi-emergency. He was quick to respond and was available to come right over. I am thankful for his prompt action and his professionalism. He took care in his work and was detailed in his approach. We will call Vessel Plumbing for our next plumbing need.

This review is about a month overdue. I used Yelp for several estimates. Daniel was reasonably priced and responded quickly. Daniel was was on time. Daniel was efficient and left the work area clean. If you want a good price, no drama and get the job done right. This is the guy.

Our apartment management company uses Duke's as their go to for plumbing issues, so I didn't know what to expect when they said they were sending someone from Duke's...but I was happy to find out that Duke's plumbing is great! They called me and were patient with my weird College schedule and put me in at a time when I would be around. The day of the repair came and they were prompt and efficient with the work and were very polite. I couldn't really ask for much else! 5/5
Bonita, CA 91908
This is the first time I've had a great experience with a plumber! Manny was able to give me a quote for a simple job via text, was on time, professional and gave me a fair price. We'll definitely use him again for future plumbing/remodel projects. In this case he shortened an extraneous gas line for us, and replaced a frozen gas valve to the furnace. He explained what he was doing clearly, had all the right tools, and was respectful of our house. Hire this plumber!
4564 Alvarado Canyon Rd, Ste F, San Diego, CA 92120
Eddie Caraza is very Professional and does Quality Work! Correctly diagnosed a problem with my home's water pressure and replaced the water pressure regulator. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Very punctual! Highly recommend!
947 Rutgers Ave, Chula Vista, CA 91913
Jay gives the plumbing profession a good name. He very generously offered a simple DIY suggestion to try before spending money on a visit. When it turned out that our apartment's aging garbage disposal needed to be replaced, he came out and was very helpful and honest. I will keep him for my go-to plumber from now on!
San Diego, CA 92108
This plumbing outfit appears to be new to El Cajon, but they definitely are here to stay. I received fast service, good repair recommendations (after they educated me on my options), and they seem to use very high quality parts without breaking the bank. Best part was they offered me a few things try on my own, and I like that :) I Definitely will do business with them again at some point. Keep up the good work, definitely a 5 star.

After my very negative review, Anderson plumbing offered to refund my service charge. This made me reflect on the entire experience and is the reason why I moved from two stars to one. This is my response.
It might sound like this is a money issue for me. It is not. When I spoke to your scheduler I kept offering to supply the make and model of my furnace so that your tech would be prepared. Each time I offered she refused and I told me it would not be necessary. When your tech arrived, she checked her truck and did not have the part she needed. She was hopeful she could find one the next day or two, leaving me without heat on a night when temps were dropping into the mid 40's. Additionally, your tech indicated she thought a different part would likely fail and repair costs would be about $1,200. I brought this to the attention of the heating contractor I hired and was told the repair cost should be around half of what you would charge.
As a former businessman, I am fully aware that you are entitled to charge whatever you believe your services are worth. My very strong suggestion to others is to get at least a second opinion. I am taking some responsibility because I failed to look at a number of your yelp reviewers who had similar experiences to mine. This is a matter of principle for me, not money. Therefore, I decline your offer for a refund of the service charge.
