Jessie completed the whole house sewage piping on our 1929 house within a week of being called.    He's professional, kept to schedule, clean, and did a couple extra add on's.   He made sure we were comfortable and not lacking service for too long.  Thanks Jessie.

Carlos was a lifesaver! We had a yucy emergency at around 11:00PM at night, and although he had informed us that he had just got home to relax and eat something, he came out to help us anyway.  He was professional personable and courteous. What I liked about him, was that he provided us with an approximate price range, when others I called either didn't answere, gave me the run around and / or would not give me a emergency late night call out price range. One other thing I liked about him was,  he had his picture on his website, so when he showed up, I knew it was him.

I found my toilet clogging this morning and called Mauricio for service. He arrived within an hour after I called and immediately got to work. The problem was eventually solved after a few trials and the toilet had to be removed for a bit.

I'm very satisfied with Mauricio's timeliness, professionalism and service quality. He will be the first one I'll call if I have a problem with my toilet again!

Our dishwasher was leaking from within our island and I was so nervous we had a disaster on our hands!  James was able to come out the morning after I contacted the company and immediately discovered an old hose that had been worn by time and use and become kinked causing the backup.  He replaced the hoses quickly and all is good!  James was professional, timely and knowledgeable.  Rates are reasonable and we will be choosing this company from now on for our plumbing needs!

Glad I came across these guys. Explained well what the problem was. Showed me the pictures, offered the options, then let me choose. They did what they said they would do, no surprises and reliable.

My stove had an incorrect connection (for years) with a small gas leak. Once I saw it, I called SDGE to do an appliance check.  They shut off the connection, leaving me without a working oven on Friday afternoon.  I requested a few quotes from plumbers on yelp and Daniel responded, figured out what i needed and showed up at 10:30 the following day.  My stove is fixed, he was friendly, had reasonable rates and showed me why the connection was wrong and leaking.  I'll definitely use him again when trouble strikes!

CPL service was referred by our trusted plumber to investigate wet carpet. Their local representative in Temecula Valley, Mark arrived fully equipped with necessary instruments and did a thorough job in leak evaluation and location. He then assisted with an action plan for preparation for repair. I was highly satisfied.

WOW, Alex came fast, diagnosed the issue right away, fixed it without making a mess, and charged fair pricing.   Not only did he not try to upsell or suggest unneeded services, he told me I didn't need some of the services I was telling him he could do.    Old school fast and honest service!   Finally a plumber I can trust!

We had just bought a new fridge and had it delivered to our house to find out that the water lines behind our fridge were corroded beyond use. We were worried that we were going to be stuck without water but we were fortunate that ARS was able to come out that same day and take care of our problem in no time at all. My renter called on a Friday night to let me know the water heater was leaking. I called Duke's hoping someone could come out that Saturday. Anthony called me right back and said, I can meet you there at 7:00 AM and get this taken care of. Sure enough, he was at the unit right on time, took care of getting a new water heater and the old one taken away, and, true to his word, had the new one in that day. This was my first time using Dukes, but, obviously not my last. The service was great, and Anthony is the best. Don't hesitate to call these guys, you won't be disappointed.

I've called TL out twice now, once to unplug a main line and again to clear my yard drains. Clean and Professional work each time, friendly guys, patient with questions and willing to show and explain what they are doing.

I had Eddie come out to trench and install a gas line for my firepit as well as replace a broken garbage disposal. Initially the experience with Eddie was great - good communication, fair pricing, respectful, and kind.  Gas line work seem good, no problems that I know of thus far.

Garbage disposal is a different story.  First of all, he was supposed to install a 3/4HP, but installed a 1/2HP instead.  However, he did lower the price to compensate the difference in materials.  A few weeks later I noticed a foul smell and realized it had been leaking and fortunately it was contained in a cabinet liner (I highly recommend everyone having one).  Here's where it went bad - I contacted Eddie multiple times with texts, calls, and pictures explaining the issue.  Absolutely no response at all.  I started to realize he didn't want to accept the responsibility because we did a 'no receipt' transaction.  I even tried to probe suggestions on how to fix it myself, no response.

I had to eventually uninstall it and reinstall it and no leaks after.

So caution to everyone - this plumber created a leak, then tried to hide and run away.  I hope the gas line he installed doesn't leak.  Why 2 stars instead of 1?  Because he was the cheapest bid and easy to work with, but you get what you pay for...

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to take the time to recommend Gabriel from Accolade Plumbing. I have had several issues at my house, one was a clogged washing machine drain in the kitchen so I had to drain the wash in the kitchen sink. He fixed it quickly and replaced parts, all for a great price! Anderson plumbing had quoted me over a thousand dollars to fix the problem. It's working perfectly. I can now wash clothes and do dishes at the same time. Every time I call, he comes as soon as he can and fixes things for a great price, way cheaper than other plumbers out there and believe me, I've looked around. Very knowledgeable and respectful. So happy I've found an excellent plumber. Thank you so much :D

This is the one company that our HOA/Prop Mgt uses that is really exceptional. These guys have been in my unit a LOT!! Back in 2013 or 14 there was major backflow into my tub/showers, toilets. These guys chiseled out buried cleanout drains, snaked and finally jackhammered my living room floor to get to collapsing sewer pipes. They never left crap all over and they were great about communicating schedules. I recently was forced to deal with a leak from the upstairs neighbor and decided to move my HW heater outside (their and the restoration teams strong recommendation). They cleaned up a messy drywall job from the restoration team and left it all in better shape than they found it. Sal even came back on Saturday to finish mudding and called in to have a small leak addressed at the same time. Shouts out to Sal, Rob, and Damon for being such stand-up guys, and for Derrick for coordinating and supporting them. Bonus points for loving my dogs!

I recently bought a house. Upon using the furnace, I identified a gas like smell coming from the vents. I shut the system off then called several HVAC companies I found on yelp on Saturday. After explaining my case to about 8 companies, Anderson's was the only one that was concerned of the gas smell and was determined to come out that day to inspect. Every other company (even those with higher review ratings) didn't seem concerned enough to send someone out.

That day the technician (Christian) came out and identified the regulator was no longer functioning and needed replacement. At the same time he checked several other components of the system to ensure everything was good.

The part had to be ordered and it took a couple weeks to get the parts in and finish the work. Once it was complete the furnace was running perfectly.

All in all, the point I want to make the most is Anderson's staff was the only one who saw a concern with gas smells that I mentioned. No other company offered to send someone out that day. I recommend Anderson's to anyone looking for furnace work and I will be a returning customer.
