We hired Quail Carpentry to install baseboards, a pocket door and  hang cabinetry. They arrived arrived early every day to set up their equipment and ensured their work area was cleaner than when they arrived. They were capable, diligent, professional and friendly. They had a keen eye and were able to come up with creative solutions when we needed them. Brett, the owner, was also willing to accommodate my ever growing list of additional requests which I greatly appreciated. He is a consummate professional dedicated to making his clients happy. If you have the opportunity to get on his calendar - take it - you will be wondering how you managed to ever finish your projects without him!

My wife and I bought a house in Chandler about 2 1/2 years ago and have been looking for a good Handyman. Well folks, you can stop the search. Scott is awesome, and his knowledge is incredible. We needed him to stop 2 leaks and change out our faucets in both the Kitchen & Bathroom. He also fixed the Bathroom towel rack that had been driving us crazy. We had some hiccups with parts, and had to make frequent trips to Lowes/Home Depot, but Scott was right there with us. For some of us, owning a home can be a frustrating experience, and having a good knowledable handyman is critical. Not only does Scott know his stuff, he has a calming personality and makes you feel like a friend is helping you out. You will find his fees are quite reasonable, and he called us a couple of days later to make sure everything was working fine. If you have projects or issues that need addressing, give Scott a call, you won't be disappointed. One thing I can guarantee, I will be calling Scott again soon!

Brian was awesome to work with. I'm excited to work with Baker's remodeling in the future. He is easy to talk too. Very skilled and simple to talk with. We just had the most positive experience with two appliance-delivery & installation guys! Fabian & Elijah installed our GE Monogram refrigerator. They were on time, and careful of walls & floors getting this 800 lb behemoth into place in the kitchen. Some customization was necessary; Eli held the ShopVac to contain the dust while Fabian did a beautiful job cutting the drywall to fit! They cleaned up before leaving. We've had guys at the house before who are very chatty, but these two could chat while FOCUSING on the job! It appeared that Fabian was training Elijah, and he was exceedingly patient and respectful towards him, which was so nice to see as they coordinated all moves to prevent any errors. They acted professionally and maturely while at the same time were really so pleasant and courteous, just great to work with!!! We liked them very much and appreciate all Fabian and Elijah did to make the installation of the new fridge perfectly successful!! Thanks guys!!!

My review is the EXACT same as the other two that rated with ONE star.   Took my deposit and then when I filed dispute with credit card company, his response to them was he completed the work.  What work?  He quoted the job, took the deposit and never did ANYTHING.  I  ended up using Dany Romero's Painting, which was from a solid referral and rated excellent on Angie's List.  I am still in the process of dealing with my credit card company to disprove his allegation that services were performed, which will be extremely easy to prove.  Since I had ALL work done by another company.  DO NOT USE!!  And he kept changing the work dates or just not show up at all.  Only positive I have is I am more than thankful, I put the deposit on a credit card and did not pay him by check or even worse.... CASH!!!

I had paid my down payment of 127 but then I found someone else to do it and now I am unable to get my refund back their phone does not go through and they do not hardly ever answer my messages

Do not use this company.   I do not recommend AZROOTS WOODWORKS LLC AZ ROC LICENSE #335147. This company is with the AZ Better Business Bureau which this complaint is also being posted along with others.

A baseboard installation was agreed upon by the owner, William C. Stotts on Monday, 1/23/23 at 10:59 a.m. the appointment was set at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 2/22/23 via text with photos.  I reconfirmed the appointment via text on Friday, 2/17/23, but had no response. I texted him again on Monday, 2/20/23 at 6:03 a.m. for confirmation of the appointment scheduled for Wednesday, 2/22/23 at 8:00 a.m. he agreed and confirmed it via text that we would be there. He indicated John would do the job instead due to an appointment he now had, he then texted me back on 2/20/23 at 10:59 a.m. stating and I quote, I am going to contact another contractor that I know to see if he can do the base install. I don't think this is something we would like to take on. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the phone call. I will let you know if he has the time to do it.  I left William a voicemail and texted back at 1:25 pm on Monday, 2/20/23 indicating this was not acceptable notifying us 2 days before he was to show up, he never responded back to my communication, which is no surprise.

We are doing a master bath remodel and needed for him to complete the installation, so that the other contractors that were lined up would not be pushed out to a further date. This owner gave false promise responses and lead us along for nearly 30 days knowing he was not going to do the job in the first place. He has demonstrated that he has business ethic issues and is not professional at all to his customers, let alone first-time customers it is unknown how he has remained in business for 5 years. He should have been honest upfront on Monday, 1/23/23 before committing to do the job!!

I was able to find another competent, reliable company in 24 hours that did the installation yesterday, Tuesday, 2/21/23 so that the project would remain on schedule, and they did a great job, I would use them again for our next project!  BEWARE OF AZROOTS WOODWORKS LLC THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!
