They drilled out and installed new toilet flange, installed new toilet, and replaced hose nozzle. I bought toilet directly. $1300 total bill. Seems to be great work and definitely nice guys.

I do not know much about plumbing, but I called miguel when I had problem with my garbage disposal based on his yelp review . He came on time, as promised, a big point for me who value punctuality.  He explained the problem and quoted me a reasonable price and fixed everything as promised. I haven't had problem since. Thank you, Miguel.

Victor and his team came back to my property a year and a half after completing our liner job to look into a back up issue my neighbor was having. He ended up fixing the problem that had nothing to do with his work for me. After finishing he came by to check in with me and let me know the work was done. He is a businessman that stands by his work!

Didn't have the pleasure of receiving actual repair from this company but Mandell clearly cares about all customers. He was honest about his crew not being able to service my project and not wanting to hold me up. He even recommended other nearby companies that might be able to help. Rocket Plumbing to the rescue!  We arrived home from a trip late at night Thanksgiving week only to find no hot water and a flooded basement.  I immediately began trying to find a plumber to help us and was so desperate that I finally called one of the big companies we had used before and not liked.  Then, early the next morning, having misgivings about that, I found Rocket Plumbing on Yelp, read the reviews, and called them.  Chris said he could get Sam out by late morning.  I sent him pictures of the basement area and cancelled the other plumber, crossing my fingers that Rocket was as good as its Yelp reviews.  It was.   Chris followed up by phone several times before and after Sam arrived around 11:30 a.m.  It was a long day, but we got the basement pumped out and a new water heater installed.  Needless to say, we were delighted, as we had been thinking we might have to move to a hotel room for the night if we still had no hot water and no heat.  (Yep, the furnace was down in that basement as well.)  This was highly professional, very considerate service with no up selling.  Highly recommended.

These guys are fantastic! They are very responsive, super fast and very good at what they are doing. They were able to replace my faucet in the most efficient and professional way and went a step further to explain why I didn't need a part I originally thought was needed. I am definitely calling them for any future plumbing work and I will be recommending them to my friends!

My phone directory has about 12 different names of plumbers that I have used in the past. I'm always reluctant to call them because of their general nastiness & fear of astronomical charges. Then I found Zorro.
Zorro is first on my list now- he's super polite and respectful, doesn't complain about the nasty LA traffic, will come out by the same or next day & always knows exactly what to do & how to remedy the problem without going overboard.
His charges are always fair too!
In fact tonight, just by texting Zorro, he helped me reset the earthquake valve & restore my gas & hot water.
He's always close to his phone & willing to help.

Worked with Tripp and his team to fix water and mold damage in a bedroom. They did the job at a reasonable price and also let me rent the dehumidifier from him while I waited to fix my deck. The cleanup wasn't that good as there was dry wall debris left along the house when they were cleaning up. They also damaged a few parts of the wall that had to be fixed later.

Sal's responded quickly to my inquiry, then came out right away and took care of the issue.

I called 911 Plumbing services this afternoon when a corroded pipe in the bathroom started spraying water everywhere!  

From start to finish, the service was exceptional.  Mike and Greg arrived within 20 mins, and got the job done fast and professionally, and they were both friendly and explained what needed to be done, and what the options were.

I will definitely call them again if needed, and would recommend them to others!

We called several companies before settling with this one. Our water heater died a slow death and it was time to upgrade to a tankless. Connie was professional and knowledgeable. Her team represented her company quite well. They were pleasant and very tidy in their work. I've been looking for a plumbing company for both my home and business. I finally found one that I can trust.

Ramiro came out to my condo to clear two clogged drains, in a shower and a bathtub. First off, he was able to arrive 2 hours earlier than originally expected (they called me in advance to make sure it was okay for him to arrive early). Once he arrived, had the shower drain cleared in less than 10 minutes. And then he determined that the bathtub clog wasn't a clog at all. The drain was being blocked by a broken drain stopper which I can replace myself. In the end, he only charged me for one drain clearing. I'll definitely call City Plumbing and Rooter the next time I have a problem with a drain.

Armando came bye today, originally had an appointment for tomorrow, but he was able to fit me in, as all I needed was a swap out of a water pressure regulator- unfortunately they don't give estimates up front, but I did my homework so I had a good idea what the job should cost. The job took no more than 30 minutes, while I'm sure I was charged for an hour of labor - anyway the job was completed correctly and I would certainly call them again - but as a consumer it's important to know your prices, get estimates from multiple places - then call Armando to do the job!

Our sump pump in the basement went out and although we were out of town Red Lilly came over and assessed the situation. We needed a new pump so the supplied an estimate and cost for a new one to be installed on Monday. Guillermo and his partner did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up. It took about an hour and a half.
I've used red Lilly in the past for a major plumbing job and they have done terrific work. These guys are great. Thanks so much

They charged me $350 to clean a wall heater and switch out a thermostat. I know plumbing is ridiculous but that seems like a bit much.

Shahar was fantastic. He was expedient, reliable, and trustworthy. I had him snake one bath tub drain, fix two stoppers in the vanity, and change the water filter. He not only did his work fast and professionally, but he alerted me to potential problems in the future to watch out for because of the way the pipes were built in my old but beautiful home. I will definitely use him again.

John is a lifesaver, and his crew is fantastic. Last Thursday we had a serious plumbing emergency, and I'm talking the gross kind of serious. There was a major sewage leak/overflow in our downstairs bathroom, where we've had similar troubles before. In fact, we've struggled with the plumbing in our house for years, and have met with unsuccessful repair after unsuccessful repair. John and his team came right away to diagnose the issue. They spent hours digging to find our poorly located sewage pump, then found that the previous person who repaired it hadn't put it back together properly, and had damaged the electrical line leading out, which had led to its malfunction. After they fixed these issues at a very reasonable price, we then had another leak, which turned out to be due to an ancient clogged pipe leading out to the pump, which hadn't been replaced during the pump's initial installment either. When we called to tell them things were still messed up, they came back right away at no charge to diagnose the second issue. Throughout, John explained what was going on every step of the way. At no point was he condescending or patronizing (as plumbers often are to their female clientele). He showed us the interior of the ancient clogged pipe with his camera and explained the replacement necessary to ensure no future issues. He and the team came back ASAP and installed a new root-proof pipe at a very reasonable price without disturbing our garden. Needless to say, I highly recommend Cali Rooter & Plumbing, and they'll be our plumbers from now on!

David is an absolutely AMAZING person and plumber! I first had him come over last summer (2018) to install an insanely complicated under the counter water filter, which he figured out without a problem and gave me some suggestions that made the entire installation cheaper than I had planned. He also made sure I understood the different installation options and their pros and cons.
I then had him come back to fix something and I paid for the subsequent visit using my credit card via PayPal. My bank incorrectly marked my payment as fraud, and David's PayPal account got suspended. To make a long story short it took multiple HOURS of calls with PayPal to fix this and several MONTHS for the money to go back to the right place. David and I were on several calls with PayPal together, during which PayPal was doing nothing to solve the problem, and even in this very irritating situation David was always extremely polite, understanding and problem solving oriented.
I completely trust David to always do a great job and suggest a solution that's best for the customer in terms of price and value. I recently had David come back again to change filter cartridges, and I will be contacting him for all future plumbing needs.
