Oscar was timely,  thorough, and professional. He did a great job fixing my plumbing problems and educating me about the process.  

They loosened my tub faucet and said they would come back to fix it the next day but did not return the next day. That was disappointing, but they did get it taken care of that third day when I called in about it. All ended well.

Hard Hat tech arrived on time as promised. Carlos worked hard to examine the line and gave us a good deal on investigating our sewer line. Due to breaks in the line he could only see so far. It's a good idea to investigate sewer lines on older properties.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. For any future work that will be needed to be done they are the first ones I will call. If you need someone to help you with your plumbing needs I highly recommend PM Plumbing .

I am so happy that I called A A Twin Brothers Plumbing. I had another company out to my home yesterday to clear a blocked kitchen drain (the company that advertises in the LA times). It was a bad experience. They made a horrible mess in my kitchen. They were unable to clear the drain. And I was overcharged. The tech said the line needed a $1200 hydro  jet procedure. I just had a bad feeling about the whole situation. So, this morning I did some research and called A A Twin Bros based on their Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. David was at my home within three hours, and he was able to clear the kitchen drain. The charge was less money than the other company charged. And there was no need for a $1200 hydro jet procedure. David is fantastic. He is someone that you instinctively trust and feel comfortable with to have in your home. I am so happy that I did not have to spend $1200+  to get the problem resolved when it was not necessary.  A A Twin Bros is a keeper!!!

Let me just say that their guys in the field are great -- Professional, knowledgable and courteous.  But their office staff or whoever answers the phones need to learn a little etiquette especially to long time customers who have put plenty of money into this business.  I've been known to clog a lot of toilets I really want to keep using Western Rooter but moving forward I'll have to consider the options.

I chose them because of their Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed.  The hot water in my bathroom stopped working and Lavan (sp?) showed up within an hour on a Saturday.  He was courteous and knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me.  He solved the problem and gave me some tips for the future.  Thanks!

Had a small job (old kitchen faucet started leaking due to faulty sprayer hose attachment).  They came within 2 hours, installed it without issue and it was great.  Raul and his brother were professional, friendly, efficient and great in every way.

Our toilet backed up, we thought we could take care of it. Unfortunately we could not. Therefore we called David Rooter got here in less then 25min.  Erick the technician was very respectful, trust worthy. He went above and beyond to make sure our problem was resolved.

Mark just finished a job that was a long time in the making, as I took a while to make a decision.  However he is a very patient and super nice man.  He came in and recently did the work and it's really nice.  He had a vision for solving some problems and it was a great solution.  I would highly recommend Mark!

Avi called right back and even though he was out of town on a holiday weekend called as soon as he got home and came over - he was conscientious and fixed the problem.   Not much more can ask for from the local plumber and that's how it felt- like he was my local plumber .
