Both the office and the technician Luis were so helpful. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Luis was patient, knowledgeable, and gave good advice. Our job needs to be done in two parts so we look forward to the followup.

Prodigy plumbing was very courteous and came out to clear our drain on a hot Sunday afternoon. Steven, our technician, cleared our drain but unfortunately, it looks like it's a bit more work needed for clearing the sewer to the street. We need to think about what to do next since it will cost a small fortune. Thank you Steven for coming out on this hot day.

Sals did a FANTASTIC job, honestly. Rachael answered the phone, got back to me in 5 min having dispatched Anthony to our home adap. 30 min later Anthony showed up, walked in ready to take care of biz, which he promptly did in only 20 min! Snaked, cleared, and triple tested our sink drains for a nice vortex of outgoing water. Left our kitchen clean, call was much less than I expected too. $135 for a Sunday afternoon fix is definitely a fair price! Fast response and great team!  We smelled natural gas in our yard over the weekend and called The Gas Company to check it out.  They offered little assistance other than to suggest where the leak might be and then turn off the gas to our entire house.  We got a plumber to cap the suspect pipe, but that did not satisfy The Gas Co. when they returned to restore our service.  I called Tip Top on a Sunday night, and David got back to me within an hour, reassuring me that they did the type of work -- gas line leak detection and repair -- we were seeking.  Willie and crew showed up promptly @ 8a this morning to begin repairs.  They assessed the situation and listened to what we needed, including pipes that were critical (i.e., to the gas dryer and furnace), nice to have (the grill) and could wait until we were ready to dig up our backyard (in-ground spa).  We got all but the spa restored today.  Yay!  I anticipate continuing the work with them once we recover from the latest disruption.  Thanks, Tip Top team!

I ordered a new washing machine & dryer from Lowe's... they delivered and were about 80% done with install when they saw a super tiny leak, told me to call a plumber, and left.
Found Andy on Yelp & he was here within 10minutes. Andy taped up the hose bibbs and helped me move the new appliances in. Will definitely be keeping his card and happy to recommend him. Thank you!

Cesar came to our house & was very professional & was on time. He unclogged our sink & he noticed that our sink was leaking underneath so he was able to replace the pipe underneath too. I would recommend him again.

D&D's Plumbing is terrific.  My whole system was clogged...it was bad.  What was worse, the access point to snake it out is on my roof.  Dave came out in the time he promised and we discussed the problem and relocating the access point.  I had spoken to someone a couple of years before about the same issue with the access point.  Dave came in a much more reasonable price and his team had the job done in just a few hours the following morning.

I highly recommend them and would call them again.  Hopefully I don't need to, though!

Notable good service: my issue started on New Year's Day, these guys responded to my message and quoted me a job for the next morning. All other services either didn't respond, wouldn't quote me until they arrived, or couldn't make it until two days later.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

Ryan came to my house , I have two separate tankless water heaters in my house since I have a big house ; one of them wasn't working and the other one had some issues he called the manufacturer and ordered many parts that were under warranty. Couple of days later he came and did major repairs on one and minor on the other one . Extremely professional and knows his job. Highly recommended and he did an excellent job.

Jaime did a good job taking care of my mom's gas dryer vent.  He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the lint that came out of the vent.  (Gross!  So much came out!). I appreciated Jaime showing me what my mom needed to get done.
