I live in Fl has a rental in Surprise AZ. The property needs an AC replacement. I found great reviews for Az Air expert so I gave them a chance and it was a great experience. Dave came by the evening I called to give an estimate on a new unit. Of four estimates, his was the lowest. I don't usually go with the lowest, but I checked him out with BBB and Contractors and besides he's in my neighborhood. He and his crew did a great job, quick and clean. He also added dampers, moved the air handler up and over for easier filter access and sealed some areas that my previous AC guys had created. At no extra charge. Now all areas of the house are comfy and quiet. Great guys!

We had a mini split installed in a guest house during renovation. It continued to fail in spite of being a new unit. The installer said nothing was wrong. We then asked Gladiate to come take a look at it. The issue was immediately identified and repaired. I was afraid our cost would soar, but the price was more than reasonable. I recommend Gladiate to everyone who needs a repair.

I have a great story about Az Dukes of Air. About 2015 we got home from a short vacation to find that our A/C wasn't working. It was on a Labor Day weekend when No A/C company would ever answer their phones. Well, Az Dukes of Air did pick up there phone and it was no other than the Owner of ADA,  John K. He arrived very shortly and made the repairs. I had to ask him why he came out and not an employee? He told me that I wanted all my people to be with there families this weekend That was enough for me to know that I had found the right A/C company to do all of my business. Just a year ago I had to replace my old system and asked them to give me a price. I got 2 more bids from other A/C company and Dukes were the lowest. The change-out was so much easier then I had expected. They arrived early, it was hot and the 3 men were experts at this very difficult work. It took them about 3 hours and they had it installed and operational. All the while they supplied portable A/C unit to all the rooms we needed,
Two days ago during a storm, our new system stopped working. I called the company and that day they sent out Todd who had been doing our semi-annual service work. He arrived early to check out our system also ask him if he could change out a bathroom fan. I had 3 different fan sizes and only one that was a perfect fit. This company is just outstanding from ownership to each team member. 5 stars are not enough.

Awesome company, and awesome team. I bought an AC with them last year and they came and did the install on time without any problem.  

Besides the install, they have come one more time to do preventive maintenance and check on the coolant.

In both times, the team has been awesome. The technicians are great and willing to answer any questions.

The text services that they have is also great, and they follow up promptly to any texts, sometimes even out of their schedule.

We used Alan's Air when our A/C needed to be replaced and we couldn't be happier.  When our rental house A/C had a problem in mid-summer, they were there to repair it the same day. The owner, Alan, is honest and very easy to work with.  We won't call anyone else if we need a A/C company.

I don't know where to start but long story short, I initially contacted Alex and Elena at ideal energy because my summer cooling bills were ridiculous and some rooms in the house were warmer than others. I was sent Theo for a 3 hour thorough inspection and analysis and Theo knew exactly what he was doing. This was a guy who was a subject matter expert and provided me with a dozen page report detailing everything. It turned out that my insulation in the attic and the duct system was all messed up. So I scheduled an appointment for them to take care of all of those issues.
A whole crew was sent out to my house, i think 6-7 people with the crew lead Kristian who is definitely an expert at what he does. Each and every one of them was professional and well mannered, very knowledgeable, they did an amazing job and an amazing cleanup after they were done and all with a smile on their faces, which you don't see too often these days. Alex contacted me later in the afternoon to make sure that everything went well as i would expect from any business that knows how to take of customers. I have noticed a big change with the added comfort and i will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

I had Desert Comfort Mechanical come out and clean my indoor evaporative coil. The representatives provided great service, arrived on time, and did an honest review of the state of the coils. A prior company I got an estimate from stated it was much worse than it really was. If you want a company you can really trust I would go with Desert Comfort Mechanical.

AC went out late on Saturday night and Matt was gracious enough to come out and take care of the problem. Quick, efficient and courteous. Diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the issue within minutes. Extremely fair price. Very thankful and absolutely thrilled with the service and prompt response. Absolutely recommend. Thank you for everything, especially the working AC unit.

CW came to repair my home AC this past Tuesday and installed a totally brand new Trane system by 2:30 P.M. today, Friday! The service was both personal and excellent. And, of course, the total contract price was $2k less than I had anticipated. I am ultra pleased with CW, their work, service and cost. I would recommend them to anyone! I got a bargain and am very pleased and satisfied!

Our AC broke down on Sunday evening. Called 10 companies, no one could help. Arcadia air had us up and running in an hour. Professional, so kind and not sales-y. I am shocked that there are still people that care so much about their customers on a Sunday evening. Appreciated it so much and will recommend to everyone!

Really psyched on this company! Someone came to repair our AC after hours and at very reasonable cost. When asked if he was on call all night, he explained that actually his 8 hour shift just ran from 1-10, and he felt grateful to work for a company that respected its workers in this way. Not being overworked, our repairman seemed truly happy to help!

I've used Howard Air for a few years now. They helped when I was having numerous issues with the original install company from Tempe and now service my system. I've lived in Phoenix for 50 years and Howard Air's Call Center and Techs are by far the most knowledgeable and  honest people I've used.
My favorite tech is Wayne, but you can't go wrong with any of them. I've had a little experience with their Install Department and follow-up was a bit weak, but I will use them when I'm ready for a new system.

Quick and responsive - Staff is very COVID sensitive.  Diagnosed problem quickly and worked closely with Old Republic to get parts and authorization.  Help was much appreciated, special thanks to Gabriel, Maikol, Richard and Conner.  Repairing A/C for senior citizens in AZ at this time of year is a god-send - Heroes in my eyes. I'm know Freddie for a long time and supper proud of him opening up his own shop. I only used licensed contractors and Freddie is licensed with the state.  So you know he did everything right and didn't cut any corners.  And he will not do that with your either.  He is a loving father, faithful husband and caring business owner.  

I would put Freddie up against any company out there and promise you he would outperform them!!!

Made an appointment to have the air conditioning unit serviced more than a month prior to date.  Called at 10:49, on the morning of service.  Informed a technician would be calling 30 minutes prior to coming.  I called again at 1:45 after receiving at text at 11:52 am, informed I should be next and I would receive a call when the tech was on the way, called again at 3:57!!!!!!
Informed I'd been rescheduled for 9/21 !!!!
I could have been spending my time doing, rather than waiting......
I will be asking to speak with Ken Goodrich, who speaks so highly of Goetti on the answering machine to let him know I was kept waiting.  So much for that company#Good luck
