This is a great company. I made an appt with them and they got me right in. Then they sent a email to confirm and a text with a picture of the person when he was on his way.
Ryan Clendenin did a fantastic job of servicing all 3 of my units. He was very knowledgeable and got right to work. When he was done he showed me all of the before and after pictures which was great to see. I've used them before and I had a great experience then as well.

Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its gold standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. I have a rental property which needed an AC replacement, and needed prompt and reliable service. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. Their pricing is extremely fair, but the communication and trustworthiness with their customers is what will always bring back repeat clients! So many businesses could learn from them! We noticed our AC in ceiling unit dripping about 4 weeks ago and Cool Zone sent Ryan out as soon our schedule allowed it, they were so flexible by sending him out after 5pm where I didn't have to take work off. A few days later we noticed our AC was dripping again and they came out that night at 7pm before our red eye flight to see what the issue was. Initially Ryan fixed the leak on the day he first came out but there was additional issues with our insulation that were not caused by them and he still send the owner out on the weekend to double check the issue. The owner was so helpful taking time to explain to us what the issue was with our AC specifically and dumbed it down to my knowledge, haha. Highly recommend Cool Zone to take care of your AC needs!

So glad I found Gladiate! We were told we needed our AC coil and blower cleaned by a technician from another company after a tune-up. The price they quoted was insane and they tried very hard to scare me into having it done on the spot.

I got quotes from half a dozen other places. All of them were way less than what the initial company wanted to charge, and Gladiate's was by far the best.

I appreciated the quick response from Gabriel and the immediate availability. When he came out he was punctual, professional and personable. I instantly knew Gladiate was going to be our go-to HVAC contractor from now on.

I told him how dirty our equipment supposedly was before he started. A less honest person could have come back and said, Yeah, it's worse than I thought. I'm gonna have to charge more than I initially quoted. But Gabriel confirmed with before and after pictures that our system was nowhere near that bad.  That other technician was exaggerating to justify overcharging us. With Gladiate we paid for only what was needed to get the job done right--an hour of labor and some coil cleaner.

We'll be trusting Gladiate with all our maintenance and repair needs going forward!

Called them today on a Friday Morning at 9:10AM and they were here (9:38AM) faster than Domino's Pizza! James went right to work on my unit. It was freezing up because it was low on Freon.  He added Freon (which is apparently worth more than Gold!) and everything seems to be running great. Now I will be cool for the 4th of July instead of cleaning up water from frozen up coils and feeling like I'm living in a swamp. Thank You Dukes!

Called Bumble Bee when I woke up to a 90 degree home. Repairman showed up within a few hours after call. After asking me a few questions about what was happening he had found the issue and repaired it within 30 minutes. I was happy to find out that the issue was not that big and not that expensive. Never once did he try to fix anything else or sell me on upgrades. But he answered all my questions when I asked about preventive maintenance. I would highly recommend Bumblebee to anybody with AC issues. I will have to let you use them for all my future issues.

Alan was great!  We had a problem getting our A/C to turn on as Spring came.  I called him up and he swung by that day to take a peek.  Friendly as all can be and very informative.  Turns out it was a problem with our Thermostat.  He is very reasonably priced and always willing to help find a way to make things the most affordable in any situation - while maintaining excellent quality and service.  I Highly recommend Alan's Air for any of your conditioning needs.

Another company that really don't want to say any prices over the phone but ball parked me 5 to 8 g on 14, 4 ton unit, without telling me anything else .. No interest in doing the business unless they can come and get their free 100 dollars to say yes, it's not working

I could not recommend this company more. My techs name was Fidel and he was very helpful considerate and took my call in the evening on a Saturday for an emergency. Not only was he able to help me on Sunday but he was actually early so fantastic company to work with!

They were fast, friendly and professional. I felt like they gave a fair assessment of the issue and the options I had to remedy.

This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

These guys are true lifesavers. My AC died out during middle of the night and it was hot af (over 110 degrees). While other companies did not even respond to me, Matthew was extremely responsive. Within an hour (on the same day), a technician arrived and fixed my issue immediately. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. No upsells and 100% honesty. Arcadia provided great service on a same day service call- it was even Father's Day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and service was completed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will be using again for all my HVAC needs.

Very Honest, Professional, And Cody didn't mind me micromanaging/looking over his shoulder during the whole process.  Cody educated me on how things work and how to measure readings and I learned very much from him.
We used them for an install, but this time it was for a tuneup/check and we will continue using these guys and we highly recommend their services to friends and family!

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

Of course the AC would die at 530pm at least it's during the week! We spent hours calling around searching for a company to come out asap. Everyone was scheduling a week out! A WEEK in AZ summer temps 113-120? NOPE, NOPE, NOPE!
Howard Air said they'd be here the next day by 12noon. By god there was a knock at my door at 1030am! Shawn was pleasant, professional and immediately began to investigate. Shawn diagnosed the problem within 20mins, he explained everything and our options; no price gouge, no sales just facts. It's 12noon now, Shawn is gone and the AC is blowing cold. All is right in the universe! Kudos to Shawn for the superior customer service and a big thank you to everyone at Howard Air who made my swift resolution possible!

I live in Scottsdale AZ, and when my A/C unit handler in the ceiling was leaking water and stop working after 25 years I called the home warranty company. They told me the company that North Valley Mechanical A/C was going to handle the job. I googled the name, and read some good reviews. They sent out a Mechanic to identify the problem. His name was Zach and this guy knew what he was talking about and his education about these a/c units for condo's would be a hard and difficult task. But, his owner would get back to me to let me know what was involved.Kirk the owner actual shows up later that night and explains that the whole handler is 25 years old and need to get replaced. The home warranty company only pays for the unit. And Install to modify the new unit is a three person job and will last all day. So I call their office and speak to ----KENDRA---- one of the nicest  person to every speak to when your a/c unit needs to be replaced. Kendra set up a time and date. Install date  --enter Victor, Ramon and Tim---these guys get there at 8 am and slowly and carefully remove my old unit, not damaging the walls floors hallway or anything to get it down and out of my place. When they brought it outside and I looked at it, it looked like a bucket of rusted bolts that had seen better days and was dead. Slowly they precisely install new a/c handler and all the parts and elements to fit exactly as it was intended to be installed. At about 8 pm, they finally finish the install and clean up the mess that took them 12 hours to do. I thank them and they leave after a long hard days work. Two days later --Kendra-- the office manager calls to do a follow check to make sure things went well. I tell her that I was very happy with the work there team did and now I have a new A/C handler ready for the summer. Thanks Kirk, your company and TEAM did a great job. Do not recommend. At the time we thought it was great but now we're having the same issues with my ac again, come to the roof to check things out and this is how he left my ac unit. He left all the wires exposed and didn't tuck anything back away and now my ac has shorted again because he never tucked everything away from the weather. Now I'm out an ac unit again because he didn't know how to finish his job correctly.
$600 later and I still have a broken unit.

So far I am very happy with my new system. The Goettl service and install were very knowledgeable and professional.  I just wish someone would have told me the install would take two days. My old system did not die and I would have been able to better schedule the install had I known.  Also, I should have known, but would have appreciated, being told that there would be no a/c during install.
