Lyle has been our technician since we bought our new Trane from Larson Air Conditioning. He has had to return for follow up repairs but each time he treats us with the upmost respect and professionalism.
Today he went above and beyond. He needed a new part. Instead of waiting for another week to go by for another appointment, he traveled to pick up the part and bring it back to replace it today! We do appreciate you Lyle and so should your employer. Thank You!!!!

This company is top notch. I'm also in a customer service business so have very high expectations. Randy and his crew were extremely professional, honest, did a great job, cleaned up perfectly and were priced extremely reasonably. My neighbor recommended them and I couldn't be happier to have this crew swap out 2 complete units for me. Thanks so much to the entire team!

My Evaporative cooler was not working and causing a breaker to trip. I reported the problem to Danette at Cool Zone and made an appointment for repairs to be made.  On 04/25/2019 a technician (unknown name) arrived, and I told him to proceed with the repairs (without asking for a cost estimate).  He completed the work and presented me with an invoice for $826.97 which included the cost of a 3/4, 115V blower motor @ $666. I thought  the cost was extremely high, but paid it, as I had no idea how much the motor should cost. However, I later checked with Lo
we's and Home Depot and found the motors retail for between $85 and $150. I discussed the above with my niece, Kathy, who called Danette and suggested there may have been an error in the billing.  Kathy was told there was no mistake and they would not make any adjustments to the billing. I would not recommend doing business with Cool Zone.  I would be glad to re-think this review if CoolZone would furnish me with a copy of the invoice showing exactly how much they paid for the blower motor.

This company (Gabriel) was recommended to me from a family member and I couldn't be happier with the service! I called Gabe around 9am he was at my house around 9:30 and my AC was up an running within a half hour. He told me to call him back if anything happened and that he would follow up next week. My AC went out again on Sunday and Gabe came back out on Monday dug deeper into what the problem was and fixed it again. I am very happy with the customer service, prompt response, friendliness, and professionalism! I will definitely be using them again and will recommend to my friends and family. Thank you!!

I own a condo in Tempe and had both my a/c units go out at the same time! I got a few quotes from other businesses I found here on Yelp and although I knew this wasn't going to be a cheap or small job, the other quotes seemed high and I had concerns about the quality of the units they wanted to install. I asked a friend, who is a local contractor, and he highly recommended Dukes of Air. I called and was lucky enough to talk to the owner John. He was extremely knowledgable and had actually done a few units in my complex before so he knew exactly what it would take He seemed to know what my problem was better than I did. Rob came out the next day to do a site check and take some measurements. I was extremely happy with the quote and never felt like anyone tried to up-sell me anything I didn't need. Very happy with the warranty on the Trane units and the fact that Dukes will service them and preform any warranty work. Liz in the office was extremely helpful confirming all the final details and time for the work to be done and they came out and did it in no time at all. Luis, Manny, Freddy, Beto and Danny came out to do the work and they were extremely professional and considerate, even wearing shoe covers to protect my floors (which I told them wasn't even necessary). I couldn't be happier with the whole process and especially the end result! These units are awesome, I can hardly even hear them turn on and the house is always cold! Thanks so much Dukes of Air, you have a customer for life. Highly recommended!

First impressions are everything.  I came home from work late in the evening to find my AC unit not blowing anything.  I called around a few places and wasn't having much luck.  Not only that, the other places were booked out a week and generally just kinda cold and short with me on the phone.  I called Bumble Bee around 8pm and 1) they answered 2) were very sympathetic and nice 3) scheduled me for the following morning and 4) tried to help diagnose the issue over the phone to see if anything made a difference.  I mean, my gosh!  Gold star customer service.  The techs arrived the following morning, and in the beginning of the window time block they gave me.  Not at the end or later like most service repair companies do.  And they were great too.  Very nice and professional.  They did what they needed to do and were out in about an hour or so.  
Very happy to have found these guys.  They're a keeper.

Update on my review. Even though it's not fixed, they went above and beyond. Alan has come to my place 2 times to attempt to fix it. He has tried different methods, the issue is not with my unit but it is with the HOA settings for my chiller unit. Unfortunately out of my control, however Alan offered so much support and he attempted to flush the system in hopes it works. Thank you so much for trying!!  
Not to mention, he came on Father's Day. I felt so bad because it was not my intentions to make them come on a Sunday but I am overall grateful. Definitely will use them again.

We chose to have Ideal Energy bid on a project that included having an SRP approved Energy Audit completed, adding insulation and the possibility of installing a new HVAC system for our home based on the stellar reviews of previous customers here on Yelp. All I can say is WOW!!! First of all, this company knows how to communicate with it's customers and every single person I encountered via phone or person was always professional, courteous and attentive with any questions/concerns.

Alex (Co-Owner) was always on time for appointments, very thorough when completing the energy audit and NEVER made myself or my wife feel pressured to buy ANYTHING. He explained how and what could be done but more importantly, what needed to be done to make our home more energy efficient. Elena (Co-Owner) was extremely helpful with setting up the SRP Rebate process which was streamlined and extremely easy, helping set up the funding PROMO for the project w/ local bank (0% APR 60mo - No early payoff penalty), and was able to get us scheduled 22 days ahead of our initial scheduled construction date. Chris (Construction Manager) and his crew ALWAYS showed up on time, displayed professionalism at all times and did a thorough clean up at the end of each construction day that went above and beyond what I've come to expect from most companies. Attitudes were great, they take pride in there work with keen attention to detail and NO CUTTING CORNERS ensuring a job done right. Construction was completed a day ahead of schedule because every single employee on the construction site busted his/her tail to get the job done right the first time.

After construction was completed, Chris gave a relaxed (not rushed) tutorial of how to use the new thermostat (which is the brains of the system). Chris also advised my wife and I that it isn't uncommon to have small adjustments made to a new system install as each customer or project has different demands that aren't realized until after the new system is up and running. After a few days of testing out our new HVAC system it was determined that a few minor tweeks needed to be made to the on board computer system which controls air flow, fan speed, how much etc. It's a smart system that has set parameters that only technicians can access. Chris and another technician came back the next day, on time and quickly was able to change certain parameters and verify. PERFECT!

We used to have a few hot rooms and a cold master bedroom upstairs with no control as our old thermostat was located in the hall. Our master bedroom would be consistently 2º cooler than the temp at the thermostat and our hot rooms easily 8º warmer than the temp at the thermostat. What a waste of energy...  NOT ANY MORE! Now we can control the temperature in individual rooms so nobody is too hot or too cold. It truly has been a wonderful experience having Ideal Energy as our contractor.

So I started calling them at 9 at night and after five phone calls trying to decide from two other AC guys fadal was able to locate the unit in minutes and had us cooling within hours.. I was handling this from another state and his communication was amazing. He was able to give us a service with a discount so that now gives us peace of mind for the next two years. Thank you for working those 18-hour days in the middle of the season to keep my elderly mother cool

We had a great experience with Rising Sun Air. Will be using them again for any of our AC needs.

Matthew the owner is the greatest! He found the problems with my A/C and got it up and running pronto. I can't say enough about how wonderful Matthew is. CW came to repair my home AC this past Tuesday and installed a totally brand new Trane system by 2:30 P.M. today, Friday! The service was both personal and excellent. And, of course, the total contract price was $2k less than I had anticipated. I am ultra pleased with CW, their work, service and cost. I would recommend them to anyone! I got a bargain and am very pleased and satisfied!

These guys responded very quick and came out same day to fix my AC problem. They gave a second opinion to a different company and fixed the issue.

DDM. I can't complain.  The staff is courteous, professional and knowledgeable.  I got a brand new unit installed and just had my one month follow up.  All aces.   Steve Schilling was the reason I choose DDM.  My one month service was done by Nixa.  Very thorough and high attention to detail.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

Howard Air came out to fix an A/C problem we had in our rental home. Our property management company sent them out. I found them to be very unresponsive when I would call or they would tell me they would call me back. Usually a week went by before I had to eventually call them again to find out what was going on. I think they came out 4 different times before they actually fixed the problem, and it took over a month from the time I requested the repair. One of the times they scheduled to come out, they said they would be there at 7a, they didn't ever show up and called my husband at 2p to ask if they could come then, but he had already went to work for the day, so they said they would call to reschedule and never did. We had to call them again to reschedule. The only reason I give them a 2 star instead of a 1 is because I think they actually fixed the problem this time. finally!

A few Months back, on a Monday morning and right in the middle of the hottest time of the year, our AC stopped working on us. This was not just a problem because of us getting hot but it was also a big problem for us because we run a small personal training business out of our house. However, Fortunately and thanks to the great social networking group I attend, I already knew about the highly recommended North Valley Mechanical company. Wow!!! .....in Less in a few hours our AC was repaired and up and running which means we didn't have to cancel any of our clients. Plus, our AC runs the best it ever has since the repair. Seriously, North Valley Mechanical is the real deal!! They are reliable, professional, and the best town!!

Yelp wasn't kidding when it said Freddy replies to inquiries within 20minutes. Within 30minutes of posting an inquiry, he was at my door ready to check out our AC.  Freddy took the time to analyze the problem with our AC unit and got our issue fixed. He answered all of my questions and explained how our system is working.  His pricing is fair and over-all a nice guy. He's now my go to guy for my AC issues.
