Best Lock Installation in Phoenix AZ
Website talks about nothing but it's 24 hour service. I live in Phoenix (not even a suburb), the city they supposedly service. Guy who answered the phone wouldn't even bother with trying to get my business. I told him my cross street and he said "I wouldn't have anybody that could help you." If you lock yourself out of your house, call someone else.

Sent a request for business through Yelp after I couldn't fix it myself. They were quick to respond and give an estimate. Followed up with a time of arrival and was able to make it out next day.
Got a call day if and were able to show up early. Very kind and quick on the job. They went above and beyond wanting to match keys and making sure door worked properly.
Awesome service and added them to contacts to save for future use.

Needed a storeroom lock opened that had been wrongfully locked. Came ontime, great service, fair price, and then rekeyed to match our other locks.

I am so impressed with the service I received today from Ben, from Johnny Locksmith! The service was great, as was the quality of work..I made the call, and within 45 minutes Ben was here to help! Our car keys were stolen, and the pricing at the dealer was sky high..The pricing from Johnny Locksmith was very reasonable. I am so glad to have finally found a locksmith I can trust. Thanks Johnny, and Ben

My wife and I wish all service people were like Jeff. We live in another state and have a home in Phoenix that we had some problems with (tenant). Jeff met my wife's sister at the house after-hours and then when the tenant surprised them by being there (she had abandoned the house a few days earlier), Jeff stayed with my sister-in-law to make certain she was safe, and then he returned the next day to meet her to change out the locks. He was professional, friendly, and really went beyond the call of duty to help us. His fees are fair and he certainly deserves the excellent reputation he has developed. We can only give him our highest rating. He is a rare find in the service industry.

BEWARE. (As the business owner's response below demonstrates, he is combative and unprofessional. Thus reinforcing the accuracy of this review). Alon, the owner, broker my door and lock, refusing to take accountability, repair or refund. After admitting he broke it and doesn't have the knowledge to repair, he decided to call and tell me that I broke it. He's a locksmith ... that I called for his expertise and should have been able to repair. He basically stole money and left. After many calls and texts, asking him for a resolution, I ended up having to file a report with the police for my safety. My boyfriend and I also will be moving forward with other actions including filing a claim with the BBB, small claims court and contacting "3 on Your Side." I'm hoping this review can prevent others from enduring similar poor experiences and being ripped off. Should Alon make the situation right I will update.

Tom responded very quickly and answered all my questions. Came on time and was so professional and friendly. I am in my 70's and am very careful about whom I invite to my home. Tom had great reviews and very good pricing. I would suggest you hire him for all your key and lock smith needs. Tom was in and out in a very timely manner. I was very happy. Thank you, Tom

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service. JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me. He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made. He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer. Thank you...

I called this company because so many of their reviews were so high and they clearly make an effort and care about their product (i.e.: they *have* an active Facebook page).
Whoever answered the phone when I called was anything but "customer friendly". I am moving into a new house and need my security door and front door rekeyed. I asked for an estimate and was told it would be the service cost plus $10 per key hole. I don't know about you, but I don't memorize things like how many key holes are in a door I've unlocked once... when I asked a clarifying question to figure out a closer estimate, the tone of voice and abrupt reply were both very condescending and, again, short. I had to figure out "what I don't know" and ask several follow-up questions to PULL the information out of this guy. I will be finding a different company to do business with.
From my experience, my guess is that this company filters out their bad reviews and only posts their good ones. #speakingofintegrity #annoyed

Our key broke off in our front door late one evening. Julian was very responsive and was able to make it to our house in about half an hour! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us fix other issues we had going on with our door as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great locksmith!

I have never left a review before but I feel compelled after the fantastic service Jeff and team provided tonight. I had so many questions around getting new key/ignition for my vehicle and Taylor was patient and knowledgeable through them all over the phone. Jeff had to come out and rekey my Jeep and was quick and efficient, even in the dark with minimal lighting! Thank you for making a somewhat difficult event fairly simple and providing such professional yet friendly service. I'll be happily recommending them to others.

The locksmith was hired to install new door locks and deadlocks on the house's exterior doors. Additionally, the locksmith was also hired to re-kay all new door locks & deadbolts to be the same key. This service was contracted due to the fact that I purchased a new house and wanted to change out all exterior locks.
Total number of doors to receive new locks = 5
Total number of keys requested to be keyed alike = 6
The locksmith arrived and started his work. Upon completion of the above-stated scope of work, the locksmith stated he had checked all doors, locks, and keys. The locksmith handed me a set of six keys and asked that I also check the doors/locks and keys to ensure they worked.
I walked the house and tested 2-3 random keys in each lock, turning each key to engage the lock and ensuring they turned freely and locked as they should.
The locksmith took my credit, charged me for the service, then left. My family and I then went out to lunch and ran a couple of errands. Upon our return, we unlocked the security front door and attempted to unlock the main front door deadbolt. The lock would not move or operate.
I went and tried the side door that had a new lock installed, and the keys unlocked the deadbolt and doorknob locks - however - there is a security door frame lock installed on the other side of this door, so I was not able to open the door.
I promptly called the locksmith back and explained to him that the front door deadbolt was not functioning and that my family and I were locked outside (in Arizona heat with a five-year-old and eight old and dogs kenneled inside the house). The locksmith immediately began arguing with me that the fault was mine for not checking every key in every lock. I explained to the locksmith that regardless of not checking every single key in every lock (I checked 2-3 random keys in every lock), the defect was most definitely caused by the installation process and not caused by a double-check process. The locksmith also admitted that he was responsible for checking every key in every lock, which did not happen.
The locksmith stated that he would see if there was someone he could get out to the house to drill out our brand new lock and let us in. I received a call from another locksmith company who *Ace Locksmith had, called to help me. This new locksmith stated it would cost me $200 - $300 for him to make an emergency call and perform a drill out of my lock. So *Ace Locksmith's support and resolution of their failed installation was to charge their customer to fix their mistake. I declined the service and called the original locksmith back.
When I called *Ace Locksmith back, I was told again that the issue was my fault and that there was nothing he could do for me. I requested that the original locksmith come to my house to let my family and me in and fix his mistake - which he declined to do. I then asked that the original locksmith refund me 100% of the charges for the services as my only resort left was to break into my house. The cost of repairing the broken window or door that I would need to break to get in would cost more than the total of the original botched job that the locksmith had done. He also declined to refund me the total costs.
I ended up having to break into my house, damaging my door frame, so I could finally let my children inside.
This locksmith performs poor quality installations and does not stand behind their work as a craftsman. The company's customer service is horrible. I now have keys that I paid for that do not open my front door and a broken side door frame.

I deal with them occasionally through my work and they have always done a good job and reliable.
I bought a used Ford truck that only had one key and I needed to get a spare transponder key. They gave me a fair quote (Rodeo Ford wanted $45 more and by appointment only) and I will be going there in the next few days for that key.

Carol was great on the phone, and very friendly. She sent Dave out who in spite of it being dark managed to cut a key for the truck. I highly recommend this company above all else they're very professional and have a speedy service. Thank you Mr. lock out.

He showed up following CDC guidelines and was quick. I was expecting to wait 1-3 hours before he arrived on location and he arrived in 20 mins. He was very friendly and polite. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a locksmith! :) 10/10

Called Mr Sitton for a new car key. Jon was quick to respond to my house. He cut a brand new key for my car and was very reasonable on price. He was $300.00 less then the dealership! I will be using him again, and telling all my friends and family.
