Great experience with Victor! He responded to my inquiry right away and was able to be at my home the next morning at 9 am. 6 locks were changed within 15 minutes and his prices were very reasonable compared to competitors!

Very nice and professional guys.  They rekeyed my whole house.  Later when I tested some of the doors didn't work but they came back the same day to fix the problem and even gave me new locks without charge.

Great service - polite, professional and fast.  I called and set up a same-day appt, requested a specific time and they were very accommodating.  Joshua came out, explained all my options, re-keyed the locks in my new home purchase in a very short time. I had to replace pcm in my grandsons 2000 Ford Expedition. He came to Wickenburg and made 2 keys and programmed vehicle. Very courteous and really new what he was doing. I would recommend him anytime.

I needed to rekey a deadbolt to match an existing lock. I met with the manager (a very nice lady) and I was in and out with my deadbolt rekeyed and two additional keys in less than five minutes. If you are looking for a security solution for your home, hobby shed, or etc. this shop is the place to go.

I had a excellent experience with Sitton Security. Jon was able to gain access to my safe and suggested ways to make the system foolproof. Punctual, helpful,  professional and reasonable, I could not expect more from a locksmith.

If I could write a negative star review I would. An individual for this company came out to get keys from the trunk of a car. I was out of town and the person who locked them in called. The tech attempted to enter the vehicle through the trunk which created a slight bend which was no big deal I was able to bend it back into place. The problem was they also attempted to use the manual release which was know to be broken. They disassembled the switch opens the trunk and reassembled the switch which now works to open the trunk. The problem,is the trunk and gas release are connected so I can no longer release the gas cover to fill the car and there is no manual release in the trunk.

I called to report the issue and spoke to the most rude individual I have ever spoken with. I told him what had happened and he told me I wasn't even making sense. He asked how the manual trunk release had anything to do with the ability to get gas in the car. I tried to explain to him that the switches are connected push down to release the gas lid and pull up to release the trunk.  

For approximately 10 minutes he berated me and placed the blame on me. He told me it was a Sunday evening and asked what I expected he asked if I expected "special ops and black forces" called out to fix the problem (keep in mind they are listed as a 24/7 service). I explained that it is a major problem that I can not get gas in the car and would like to find a time to get it fixed. He continued to berate me and told me I was "talking out my ass" when that occurred I asked if he was the owner and he said no he was the dispatcher. I asked for an owner or managers name at which point he asked if "I wanted to talk to the governor?"

I continued to press for owner or manager information at which point he hung up on me.

They may have done some great work for others but if you have a problem I hope you receive help as opposed to being blamed, berated, cussed at and hung up on.

Nathan was ontime and he even called me to let me know he was on the way so I didn't have to sit around and guess what time he was coming. I went in my backyard to use the pool and my sliding glass door latched and locked me out. I called and Sharon and Steve came out as quickly as they could to get me back in the house since the front door was also locked. All while being mindful of the AZ heat and making sure I would be okay until they got to the house. Thankfully I had a pool and some ice water to hold me over until they arrived. They were so friendly and truly went above and beyond. Once he got me in the front door he so generously looked at the sliding glass door to do what he could to help keep it from sticking until a sliding glass door repair company could come out. Can't say enough great things about this company! I'll be sure to use in the future if I ever need!
